Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and physical work environment on employee morale. This research was conducted at CV. Dinayu convection which is located at Jalan Patih Nambi no 99, Ubung Kaja, Denpasar Utara. The population and sample of the study were all employees in the CV. Dinayu, totaling 54 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that generally contains respondents' perceptions of participative leadership style, physical work environment, and employee morale. Data analysis was performed with multiple regression linear tests. The results of this study indicate that the leadership and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee morale in the CV. Dinayu conjunction convection.

Abstract

The aims of this study was to explain the effect of employee engagement and work stress on job satisfaction and turnover intention at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali. The type of data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. Data collection method is interview, distributing questionnaires to respondents and library research, while the data analysis technique used Smart PLS 3.2.8. The results of this study showed that employee engagement had a positive effect and significant on job satisfaction, work stress had a negative effect but not significant on job satisfaction, employee engagement had a negative effect and significant on turnover intention, work stress had a positive effect and significant on turnover intention, job satisfaction had a negative effect but not significant on turnover intention, employee engagement had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction, work stress had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on differences in the focus of the discussion about recruitment and promotion of employee performance. Besides, there are also research problems about the decline in employee performance at PT Bank Sinarmas Denpasar Branch. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of recruitment and promotion of position on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Bank Sinarmas with a population and the sample of this study amounted to 87 respondents. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution are feasible to use, then analyzed using SPSS 24.0. The results of the study give the meaning that recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; job promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; recruitment and promotion have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research implies that recruitment can be improved by taking into account the basic indicators of recruitment, recruitment sources, and recruitment methods so that employee performance increases. Job promotion can be increased by taking into account indicators of employees who are loyal and with integrity, creativity, and initiative, more value than other employees, can provide solutions not only complaint and professional in working so that employee performance increases. Finally, employee performance can improve by taking into account indicators of quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an employee's feelings about his work, whether happy/like or not/disliked as a result of employee interaction with his work environment or as a result of employee assessment of his work. The formulation of this research problem is how the partial and simultaneous influence of self esteem, empowerment and teamwork on job satisfaction of employees of PT. BPR Tish in Gianyar. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of self esteem, empowerment and teamwork on job satisfaction of employees of PT. BPR Tish in Gianyar. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Tish in Gianyar with a total sample of 39 peoples. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques are validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation and determination analysis, t test, and F test. The test results show that there is a positive and significant effect of partially self esteem on job satisfaction where values ​​are obtained Regression coefficient b1 is 0.434 and the calculated t1 value is 2.180 greater than the t-table of 1.697 with a sig value of 0.018. There is a positive and significant effect of partial empowerment on job satisfaction where the regression coefficient b2 is 0.302 and the t2-count is 3.402, greater than t-table 1.697 with a sig 0.002. There is a positive and significant effect of teamwork partially on job satisfaction where a regression coefficient of b3 is 0.309 and a t3-count of 2.194 is greater than t-table of 1.697 and a sig of 0.020. There is a positive and significant effect of self-esteem, empowerment and teamwork simultaneously on employee job satisfaction at BPR Tish in Gianyar. When seen from the results of the F-test obtained F1-count is 39.889 greater than the F-table of 2.92 and a sig value of 0,000. Based on this, PT. BPR Tish in Gianyar provides an opportunity for employees to show their abilities and competencies, give recognition and respect for their abilities and encourage the spirit of collaboration in work teams so as to create satisfaction for the work they do because what they do is successful and creates optimal results.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the decrease factor of tourist visits to the Museum Buleleng, marketing strategies used to increase the number of tourist visits to the Museum Buleleng. This study used a SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in Buleleng Museum, and discussed using qualitative descriptive analysis. This research subject is the manager of the Buleleng Museum. Then the object of this study is data on the number of tourists. Data on the number of tourist arrivals was obtained through interviews with related parties. Data were analyzed descriptively. These results indicate that factors causing the decline in the number of tourist visits to the Museum Buleleng namely internal factors and external factors do not Buleleng Museum marketing strategy, which is due to funding constraints. Results of the analysis of the data showed that important to know the potential, weaknesses that should be corrected, an opportunity that must be exploited to the maximum, and a threat to be faced so that it can be known from the marketing strategy to be followed.

Abstract

This study aimed to explain the effect of work training and work environment on the performance of medical staff Inpatient Installation B Sanglah General Hospital Denpasar through motivation as an intervening variable. The type of data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. The data collection method is an interview, distributing questionnaires to respondents and library research, while the data analysis technique used Smart PLS 3.2.9. The results of this study showed that work training had a positive effect but not significant on motivation, work environment had a positive effect and significant on motivation, work training had a positive effect and significant on performance, work environment had a positive effect but not significant on performance, motivation had a positive effect but not significant on performance, work training had a positive effect but not significant on performance through motivation, work environment had a positive effect but not significant on performance through motivation medical staff Inpatient Installation B Sanglah General Hospital Denpasar.

Abstract

The remaining operating income represents the income earned by the cooperative in one fiscal year less depreciation, costs, and other obligations including tax in the relevant fiscal year. The remaining results of operations are business profits that are divided according to the economic activities of cooperative members. This study aims to reexamine the effect of liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, and productive assets on the growth of the remaining operating results (SHU) of savings and loan cooperatives in Sukawati District. The sample in this study was 12 cooperatives in Sukawati Subdistrict using financial data for 3 consecutive years from 2016 to 2018. So, the total sample was 36. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, and goodness of fit test. The results showed that liquidity ratios and profitability ratios did not affect the growth of the remaining business results (SHU) of savings and loan cooperatives in Sukawati District, while the productive assets had a positive effect on the growth of the remaining business results (SHU) of savings and loan cooperatives in Sukawati District.

Abstract

This study has several objectives namely; analyze the influence of spiritual leadership on organizational commitment; analyze the influence of spiritual leadership on spirituality in the workplace; analyze the influence of spirituality at work on organizational commitment; analyze the role of spirituality in the workplace as a mediator on the influence of spiritual leadership on organizational commitment. The population in this study were all employees of drinking water companies in the Badung Regency, Tabanan Regency, and PAM Denpasar City, which totaled 902 employees. Sampling was done purposively with a total of 200 respondents. Data collection techniques used were interviews with questionnaires with multiple choice closed. In this study data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that the overall evaluation of the model seen from the coefficient of determination can be said to be quite good, Q-Square Predictive Relevance meets existing requirements and Goodness of Fit in a large position then the overall model is quite good. The first hypothesis, which states that spiritual leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, is not yet acceptable. The second hypothesis, which states that spiritual leadership has a significant positive effect on spirituality at work, is acceptable. The third hypothesis, which states that spirituality at work has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, is acceptable. Based on testing through the Sobel test, it can be explained that spirituality in the workplace can act as a mediator concerning spiritual leadership to organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of Lambing Badung Regency customary microfinance institutions which are assessed from four perspectives, namely: (1) financial perspective, (2) customer perspective, (3) internal business process perspective, and (4) learning and growth perspective. This study is a type of quantitative descriptive study that explains the performance of customary microfinance institutions in 2017 - 2019. Data are collected using questionnaires, documentation, and interviews which are then analyzed using the balanced scorecard approach. This study found the fact that the performance of Lambing indigenous microfinance institutions based on four perspectives: (1) the overall finance is in the healthy category, (2) the overall customer is in a good category, (3) the internal business process is classified as efficient, and (4) learning and growth as a whole are in a good category. By having a good performance, this institution is expected to be more developed and of course, with the development of customary microfinance institutions, the economy in the area will also be increasingly stretched which can become a pillar driving the economy so that there is an acceleration of the welfare of rural communities.

Abstract

This study discusses analyzing the marketing mix and service quality of purchasing decisions at PT. Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali. This research method is quantitative descriptive using questionnaires as a method of data collection and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that the promotional mix involved a partial purchase decision of consumers at PT Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali by 0.002 <0.05, with a dominant product, price, and promotion indicators, starting to look for indicators of other places, people, physical evidence, processes. PT. Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali is 0.003 <0.05, with dominant Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness indicators, then tangibles indicators, guarantees accepted. Simultaneously the marketing mix and service quality influence the purchasing decision of 0,000 <0.05. These results also answer the three hypotheses of this study. The results show that the marketing mix and the quality of services offered are positive and significant for purchasing decisions. The results have the meaning of increasing marketing mix and service quality, so the purchasing decisions at PT Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali will also increase.
