Abstract

COVID-19 is a disease caused by the Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCov) or SARS-CoV-2. The highest cases were recorded in Sekayu District, where there were 811 positive confirmed cases, 14 deaths and 711 recovered cases. For an addition of 12 positive confirmed cases. Cases of COVID-19 infection in Indonesia, including cases of health workers and non-health workers exposed to COVID-19 infection, continue to increase in health care facilities. From this data, researchers are interested in researching "Factors Influencing Behavioral Prevention of COVID-19 Infection While Working for Employees During a Pandemic at the Balai Agung Health Center, Sekayu District in 2021". This study is an analytic study using a cross sectional approach, which involves the independent variables (knowledge, attitudes, gender, availability of hygiene facilities and availability of PPE) and the dependent variable (COVID-19 infection prevention behavior) collected at the same time. The sample research in this study used a non-random sampling method with a total sampling technique of 91 respondents. There is a relationship between knowledge and availability of cleaning facilities with COVID-19 infection prevention behavior while working for employees during the pandemic at the Balai Agung Health Center, Sekayu Subdistrict in 2021. It is expected to improve the quality and quantity of facilities and infrastructure that can protect employees working in health care facilities from exposure to the COVID-19 virus and can determine programs and policies to improve the quality of preventing COVID-19 infection for employees at the Puskesmas.

Abstract

Gestational diabetes mellitus that occurs in women during pregnancy is called gestational diabetes mellitus, or commonly abbreviated as DMG. DMG is very dangerous because it has the possibility of complications for pregnant women, such as high blood pressure, large babies born, and also delays in delivery. There is 1 out of 6 births affected by GDM. Meanwhile, according to the 2013 WHO, in Indonesia, around 1.9–3.6% of pregnant women suffer from DMG. The purpose of this study was to determine the prevalence of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus at RS X West Jakarta in the period of January 2021–March 2022. This type of research used descriptive cross-sectional research design. The study was conducted at RS X West Jakarta with a total sample of 2236 mothers who gave birth and a total of 35 of them with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected by non-random Consecutive Sampling that are qualified in inclusion and exclusion criterias to support research related to the prevalence and characteristics of diabetes mellitus. gestational age at RS X West Jakarta. Data was extracted from the medical records of GDM patients who had given birth. There were 6 characteristics of GDM, namely: maternal age at delivery, with an average age of 32 years; gestational age, with an average of 27-30 weeks; the most widely used therapy was insulin (57.1%); the most widely used delivery method was sectio caesarea (80%); the baby's birth weight, with a mean of 3.47 kg; and with the value of the mother's body mass index, the mean value of which is 30.65 (obesity). Suggestions for further research include that research can be carried out with a larger number of subjects to obtain results of prevalence and characteristics that are more accurate.

In the laboratory result, Hb 4,3, Leukocyte 354.300, peripheral blood picture suggests chronic hematological malignancy myeloid series, BMP showed chronic phase CML, cavernous sinus blood gas analysis pH 7.567 pCO2 33.7 HCO3 31.0. In the first control Hb 8.7 Leukocyte 3000, BCR ABL detected. In the second control, leukocyte 22.500. Then, patient is aspirated and winter procedure for priapism management. Patient get transfuse PRC leukodeplected with the Hb target 10, Terbutaline tab 5 mg/12 hours, Allopurinol tab 300 mg/24 hours, hydroxyurea tab 1.500 mg/24-night hours. Giving Tyrosine Kinase inhibitor was delayed when controlling time because there is leukopenia so the blood should be monitor in two weeks routinely, then, in the second control, patient given nilotinib 1x150 mg and hydroxyurea was stopped. The conclusion is patient with priapism is clinical from leukocytosis in CML. Monitoring blood routinely is more important to assess the response to therapy, in addition, it is necessary to carry out a cytogenic and molecular evaluation.

Abstract

The elderly are vulnerable and at-risk groups exposed to the Covid 19 virus. However, the number of achievements immunization in the elderly is still relatively low compared to group age other. Various factors cause this thing. Destination study this to know the factors that influence implementation vaccine in advanced age. This research is an analytical research observation with an approach to a cross-sectional study. This research was carried out in the working area of Fakfak City Health Centre within six months for the elderly aged more than 60 years old as many as 30 selected respondents used consecutive sampling techniques. This study used a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis used linear logistic regression analysis. The study find that the distance factor to facility health, level of obtained information, and knowledge is a factor that influences the reception of vaccine in advanced age with a p-value <0.05. we recommend that the elderly, with all the limitations in access to the Covid-19 vaccine, can be facilitated by the government, including access to facility provider vaccination and access information. Future research could focus on the proper intervention on the problem enhancement knowledge, access information nor intervention for seniors who want to get vaccine however blocked by access distance to location vaccination.

Abstract

Hemoglobin levels can be used as an indicator of a decrease in a person's nutritional status. Radiotherapy can result in a decrease in nutritional status in nasopharyngeal cancer patients. This study aims to prove the existence of differences in hemoglobin levels in nasopharyngeal cancer patients before and after radiotherapy. This study used a retrospective design, based on medical record data of nasopharyngeal cancer patients who were treated at rsud Prof. Dr. Margono Soekardjo January – May 2022 Data analysis in this study includes descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing. Test the hypothesis using the T Dependent test with normal distributed data. The degree of meaningfulness is p ≤ 0.05. The research data is normally distributed so that the T Dependent test is used. A meaningful comparison of hemoglobin levels was obtained in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer before and after radiation with p 0.003 So it can be concluded that there is a significant comparison with hemoglobin levels in nasopharyngeal cancer patients before and after radiation at rsud Prof. Dr. Margono Soekardjo.
