Abstract

The aim of the study focuse on the interference of Indonesian into Arabic viewed from various aspects such as phonological aspects, morphology, syntax, lexicology, and the causes of such interference, namely about the first language interference of santri to their Arabic pronunciation in Rhoudhatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School on in 2018. In essence, research is an attempt made to look deeply at the identity of the object of research. Because the object of language research cannot be present alone, without research. And the research that will be conducted is by describing the object of research. Using triangulation observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings obtained by the researcher are as follows: 1) Phonological interference occurs in the letters and letters of letters which results in deviations of meaning, Morphological interference occurs in reduplications that often occur in Indonesian, which results in reduplication in Arabic, in Arabic call it jama ', syntactic interference occurs when the word is decapitated freely in a sentence structure without knowing the elements of the language are standard or not in the rules of Indonesian, so that it adversely affects Arabic, lexicological interference occurs in compound words in Indonesian, whereas in Arabic not all words have compound words which consist of two words, semantic interference occurs in the use of language which deviates from its meaning due to differences between Indonesian and Arabic, Arabic has root words, whereas in Indonesian it does not all words have root words.2) The cause of interference is due to habits that have become cultural, tides ebb and control of language, lack of knowledge, and the difficulty of cultivating good language. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) gambaran motivasi kerja, kualitas kekaryaan, dan kinerja guru SMA swasta di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan; (2) ada tidaknya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kualitas kekaryaan dengan kinerja guru secara sendiri-sendiri, maupun secara-bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru SMA swasta di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian Survei yang bersifat asosiatif. Jumlah anggota sampel sebanyak 82 orang guru SMA swasta di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan yang dipilih secara cluster sampling yang di lanjutkan dengan proporsional random sampling dari 103 populasi diperoleh 82 sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slavin. Sedangkan data motivasi kerja, kualitas kekaryaan, dan kinerja guru diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner berbentuk skala likert. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja guru berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan kualitas kekaryaan dan kinerja guru masing-masing pada kategori sedang. Hasil analisis infrensial penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru SMA swasta di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Sedangkan hasil analisis infrensial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara kualitas kekaryaan dengan kinerja guru, demikian juga terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara motivasi kerja dan kualitas kekaryaan secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru SMA swasta di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan kepulauan. Abstract

The problem found when the children did not read Al Quran fluently. The aim of this study is to provision of the students’ voluble reading Al Quran. It was qualitative research that consist of 20 students at PPTQ Assalam Bandung City. The sample of this research was 20 students in 12 – 15 years old. The result showed that through Yanbu’a methods in application of reading Al Quran, the students was enthusiastic and fluent reading. Abstract

educational activities. The local content curriculum includes curricular activities (activities related to the curriculum) which are used to develop student competencies that are tailored to regional characteristics and potential, including regional excellence. The aim of this article was to anlyze how the implementation of local content curriculum Tahfidz Qur'an at Senior High School Istiqomah Bandung, to analyze the obstacles factors in the implementation of the local content curriculum of Tahfidz Qur'an, and to analyze how to face the problem in implementing local content curriculum Tahfidz Qur'an. The researchers used qualitative methods. Using Interview, observation, and documentation data was collected. The result showed that the implementation of local content curriculum at Senior High School Istiqomah Bandung used three methods, namely sabak, sabki, manzil. The evaluation of Tahfidz Qur'an activities was done regularly either daily, weekly, monthly, and in each semester by submitting the real data about assessments and program activities as well as student memorizing developments. In implementing Tahfidz Qur'an, there were several factor obstacles, namely: laziness and lack of enthusiasm in memorizing, lack of concentration and weakness in memorizing. In responding to the existing obstacles, the teacher or ustadz has taken several actions, include providing motivation to keep the spirit of memorizing the Qur'an, giving rewards or gifts, extracurricular Tahfidz Qur'an, and conducting evaluations. Abstract

The existence of a school community is very important in order to promote effective education, it aims to mobilize and improve the quality of education in accordance with the needs of the community. The existence of the school communities which represented in the school committee is a basis that is able to make a major contribution to the implementation of learning in schools/madrasas. However, in reality, the function of the school committee in Indonesia, especially in primary schools in NTB, still cannot be carried out to the fullest. This study used a qualitative research approach, a type of case design using a multi-case design. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data sources were obtained from school principals, teachers, Foundation administrators, parents, and school committees. Data analysis across cases is explanatory. Data analysis starts from a single case and then inter-case analysis. Data were analyzed by checking the data from the form of dominant and less dominant analysis. Checking the validity of the data is done through credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmation. The results of the study shown that; 1) the form of community participation are contributive and consultative. The findings of this study are the development of community participation with basically comprehensive community, the initiative can be define as advisory agency, supporting, controlling and legislator. The concept enables the creation of a superior program and god images of institutions. Keywords: Enhancing Education Quality, Elementary School

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengidentifikasi kondisi objektif implementasi program Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) berdasarkan 8 Standar Nasional Pendidikan yang sudah dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 6 Metro Utara. Mengetahui peranan budaya sekolah yang dimiliki terhadap pengembangan Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) di SD Negeri 6 Metro Utara. Mencari dan menciptakan model yang efektif untuk pengembangan Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) melalui penguatan Budaya Sekolah di SD Negeri 6 Metro Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Implementasi program Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) di SD Negeri 6 Metro Utara sebagian besar telah memenuhi kriteria yang digariskan oleh 8 Standar Nasional Pendidikan, tetapi kemunculan berbagai kriteria tersebut tidak mutlak dan secara spesifik diprogramkan untuk SRA. Kemunculannya hanya faktor kebetulan yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan program sekolah lainnya. Kata Kunci: Program Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA), Model pengembangan Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA)

Abstract

Adolescence was a period in human life whose age and role limits are often not very clear. From such phenomena, one of the tools that can prevent the occurrence of adolescent problems, either self-inflicted, parents and society in general was a steady and steady Islamic religious education, as well as fostering a healthy and commendable personality. The purpose of this article was to analyze the students' religious development program that was a plan of activities, was used as a guide to make students able to practice their religious teachings well. This type of research was descriptive qualitative. Data analysis method was used by using descriptive methods. The results show that the implementation of religious programs in high school, seems to be more under the responsibility of the vice-principal of the student field, by looking at the data obtained, so many religious program activities to improve the quality of religious diversity of students in schools, either in the long term ( annual), monthly, weekly, and daily, which was a habituation activity. Abstract

Religious awareness and the formation of student character was an embodiment results of studying and habituation implemented by students, either at home, school or environment. When students at school were very limited time, habituation should be maximized as optimal as possible. One of the habits that brings positive change for students was praying Duha. This article developing religious awareness and gaining students’ character through the habituation of praying Duha. This research was qualitative method which obtained data from observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate an increase and positive change during the students performing the Dhuha prayer. These changes occur in aspects of religious awareness, character, intelligence and character of students. Key words: Religious Awareness, Education Character, Praying Duha’

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih ada diantara guru-guru di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Negeri Se-Kecamatan Lempuing Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir yang belum maksimal dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya (kinerja), apakah hal ini disebabkan oleh kepala sekolah kurang memberdayakan guru-guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah Pengaruh Pemberdayaan Guru oleh Kepala Sekolah di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Negeri Se-Kecamatan Lempuing Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh Pemberdayaan Guru oleh Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Negeri Se-Kecamatan Lempuing Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir.Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 10 Sekolah di mana total guru sebanyak 118 orang. Sampel penelitian menggunakan apabila populasi kurang dari 100 maka semua dijadikan sampel dan apabila lebih dari 100 maka sampelnya bisa diambil 15-20,20-25%. Metode peneitian yang digunakan adalah metode korelasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji signifikan (uji t).Berdasarkan analisis peneliti, hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pemberdayaan Guru oleh Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung> ttabel (3.176>1.70113).Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Pemberdayaan Guru oleh Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Negeri Se-Kecamatan Lempuing Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir.Artinya, semakin baik Pemberdayaan Guru oleh Kepala Sekolah, maka semakin tinggi Kinerja Guru. Disarankan bagi Sekolah, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan khususnya. Bagi guru, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai motivasi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar untuk menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa terutama untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.Bagi peneliti, dengan melakukan penelitian ini dapat menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang kepemimpinan kependidikan untuk menambah bekal sebagai calon guru. Abstract

This research is an attempt to implement recitation and reading skills of the Qur'an in the material of the Qur'an in class VII students at Al Manar Bener Tengaran MTs. In a teaching and learning activities it is not enough just to transfer knowledge and lecture only. As a teacher must have the skills and methods of learning that are fun so that learning can be achieved effectively and efficiently. The main questions to be answered through this research are (1) How is the implementation of recitation and reading skills of the Qur'an in learning the Qur'an ' an Hadith of grade VII students at MTs Al Manar Bener Tengaran ?, and (2) What are the Obstacles and Solutions in the implementation of recitation and reading skills in the Qur'an in learning the Qur'an Hadith of grade VII students at MTs Al Manar Bener Tengaran ?. To answer these questions, this research uses a qualitative approach by sharing the stages in its research. Based on literature review and research results in the field, the research can conclude that the results of research on the implementation of recitation and reading skills of the Qur'an in learning the Qur'an Hadith VII grade students at MTs Al Manar Bener Tengaran in planning, implementing, evaluating as well as obstacles and solutions in the learning process in accordance with the material taught namely recitation and the skills in reading the Qur'an.
