Abstract

Types of vegetables that have a spicy taste with small and distinctive fruits, namely types of vegetables Chili pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) which is one of the horticultural plants. Chili pepper in Indonesia is popular as ingredients for making various condiments and traditional cooking seasoning. Chili pepper also used for making medicine such as patch and analgesic, besides containing spicy (capsicin) substance, also contain provitamin A and vitamin C. The cultivation of Hiyung Chili at their hometown (village Hiyung) is done on plot during the dry season, but the chili pepper also grow on dry or rainfed land. An average productivity of chili pepper on South Kalimantan is 3.7 ton/ha, while the potential is around 8 ton/ha. Therefore, the cultivation of Hiyung chili has the potential to be developed in various types of land and increased productivity with cultivation technology improvements by fertilization can be a support for generative growth that leads to good production and quality results. Bokhasi fertilizer can provide a good response so that it functions to improve soil fertility because it can support the availability of nutrients such as S, N, K, P Ca, and Mg and make soil permeability better. This research use randomized block design with 1 factor and 4 replication, solid bokashi fertilizer application consist of 6 treatments, k0=control+0,04 kg NPK; k1=1,2 kg kirinyuh+0,04 kg NPK; k2=1,2 kg husk+0,04 kg NPK; k3=1,2 kg city wasted+0,04 kg NPK; k4 = 1,2 kg gamal leaf+0,04 kg NPK; k5=1,2kg. water hyacinth+0,04 kg NPK. The research indicated that several kinds of solid bokhasi fertilizer effect very significantly on all parameters such as harvest age, amount of fruit, fresh fruit weight and crop production tons /ha. Treatment with the best effect on Hiyung chili pepper plant production results is k3 (city wasted + NPK).

Abstract

White oyster mushrooms are considered healthy food groups, because white oyster mushrooms have been cultivated almost all ingredients not using chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Sawdust often used as a medium of white oyster mushroom growth and also excess waste bagasse can be used and used for the cultivation of white oyster mushrooms. this paper is part of a major study that on this limit has the purpose of knowing the effect of bagasse and wood powder on the growth of white oyster mushroom. through a randomized block design with 2 nested factorials with 3 replications of the results. That this paper is written from the research section with the type medium 100% sawdust, 50% sawdust + 50% bagasse and 100% bagasse to be the best medium in the production of white oyster mushroom is the type of media 50% sawdust + 50% bagasse gives a real effect on the first time the appearance of the fruit body, the age of the first harvest of white oyster mushrooms, and the wet weight of white oyster mushroom fruit body but not affecting against the time of mycelium growth and the timing of the complete mycelium dissemination

Abstract

PGPR is a group of active bacteria colonized plant roots and well developed that is rich in organic material. This research was conducted in the laboratory of plant pathology greenhouse in the Faculty of Agriculture University of gastric Mangkurat Banjarbaru, which funded in May–August 2018. From the experiment there are five treatment four times and repeats. The treatment is A: Bacillus isolate: Marabahan, B: Bacillus isolate Kandangan, C: Bacillus isolate, Barabai, D: isolate Bacillus-Banjarbaru pelaihari, E: control (no Bacillus). Results of the study showed rice was given the inoculation with Bacillus spp. shows the number of saplings, plant height, wet weight of the plantlets, productive plants and plant dry weight was higher if compared with rice not applicable isolate Bacillus spp. isolates showed these Bacillus spp. were able to spur the growth of the rice plant.

Abstract

The study aims to find out the effect of the interactions of fermented organic fertilizer applications and plant pesticides on the intensity of disease attacks on the green peanuts plants (Vigna radiate L.) and to out find the sole effect of fermented organic fertilizer application and vegeteble pesticides agains disease attack intensity in green peanuts planst (Vigna radiate L.). This study as implemented on ULM Agricultural Faculty research land Unlam 3 Banjarbaru South Borneo. The study lasted for three months beginning in November 2018-January 2019. This study used a two-factor Random Group (RAK). The firts factor is fermented organic fertilizir (B) with 3 degrees which is 0 tons/ha fermented organic fertilizer, 5 tons/ha fermented organic fertilizer and, 10 tons/ha fermented organic fertilizer and second factor is the applicatons of plant pesticides (A) with 4 degrees which 0 times the application of plant pesticides, 2 times the application of plant pesticides, 3 times the application of plant pesticides, 4 times the application of plant pesticides, repeated 3 times. The results show that there is no effect of interaction between fermented organic fertilizer and plant pesticides. The single factor of vegetable pesticides has no effect on the intensity of leaf spotting disease attacks however, single factor fermented organic fertilizer have an effect on the intensity of leaf-spotting disease attacks at age 30 hst and 45 hst.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness and the best dose of Gliocladium sp.in imperata bokashi media, in suppressing the attack of nematode root roots. This research usedRAL research design in one factor polybag media with 6 treatments, 4 replications and 24experimental units. The treatment consists of K). Imperata bokashi (20.8 g) A). Imperatabokashi (20.8 g) + Gliocladium sp. 10 g B). Imperata bokashi (20.8 g) + Gliocladium sp. 15 g C).Imperata bokashi (20.8 g) + Gliocladium sp. 20 g D). imperata bokashi (20.8 g) + Gliocladiumsp. 25 g E). Imperata bokashi (20.8 g) + Gliocladium sp. 30 g. The result of the study showedthat Glocladium sp. in imperata bokashi media have real effect in controlling Meloidogyne sppnematodes. in Tomato plants, significantly affect the growth of Tomato plant height, but nosignificant effect on wet weight and dry weight of plants.

Abstract

Cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) is a commodity that has the opportunity to be commercially cultivated. Giving manure to plants is one of the efforts to increase crop production.  One alternative manure that can be used is Quail Manure.  How to application of fertilizers that can be done by Broadcasting, Ring plancement, Spot plancement.  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dose and how to provide Quail Manure on the growth and yield of cayenne pepper.  The research used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) 2 factors. Factor I (doses of Quail Manure (P)) are p1 = 10 t ha-1; p2 = 15 t ha-1; p3 = 20 t ha-1 and Factor II (method of applying Quail Manure (H)) are h1 = Broadcasting, h2 = Ring Plancement, h3 = Spot Plancement. Both factors were combined to obtain 27 experiments with 9 combinations and 3 repetations. The results showed that the interaction of quantities and ways of giving Quail Manure to the growth and yield of cayenne pepper had a significant effect of dose of Quail Manure fertilizer 10 t ha-1+broadcasting with the total production of 201.62 pieces cayenne pepper and single factor in the way of giving quail manure by broadcasting shows a very real effect on the weight of 100 seeds that is 91.70 g.

Abstract

Red spinach is one type of extracted spinach that has a special characteristic that is red plants. Known as one of the highly nutritious vegetables because it contains a lot of protein, vitamin A, vitamin C and mineral salts that are needed by the body and contains anthocyanins that are useful in curing anemia. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of liquid organic nutrients from various organic materials on the growth of red spinach in the hydroponic cropping system. This research was carried out in the Win Hortinurs (Unlam 1) greenhouse using a single randomized complete design (CRD), namely by control treatment, P1, P2, P3, and P4. With control treatment using commercial AB Mix as much as 5 ml / L, the dose of liquid organic nutrition P1 is given at a dose of 20 ml / L, P2 as much as 25 ml / L, P3 as much as 30 ml / L, and P4 as much as 35 ml / L. Results research shows that liquid organic nutrition significantly affects the growth and development of red spinach plants. Furthermore, there are liquid organic nutrients, Pseudomonas fluorescens which have the ability to help plant development and reduce pH to near the standard pH value for hydroponics.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of PGPR concentration from the combination of bamboo root isolate and mother root isolate to the growth and yield of chili hiyung plant and to know the difference of growth and yield of chili hiyung plant with some PGPR concentration treatment from the combination of bamboo root isolate and isolate the daughter's roots shy at different concentrations. This research is a single factor experiment with Complete Random Design (RAL) 6 (six) treatment design using polybag. The treatments used were P0 (control) without PGPR, P1 (PGPR 2.5 mL L-1 water), P2 (PGPR 5.0 ml L-1 water), P3 (PGPR 7.5 ml L-1 water) P4 (PGPR 10.0 ml L-1 water) and P5 (PGPR 12.5 ml L-1 water). The results showed that PGPR concentration from bamboo root isolate and mother shy root isolate did not affect all observed variables, because it was suspected as a result of pest and disease attack during cultivation.

Abstract

Onion plant are horticultural commodities and include spices, these vegetables are used every day as a complement to spices to increase the taste and enjoyment of food. The increasing consumption of onion must be balanced with increased production. One way is to give liquid organic fertilizer hump and kepok banana peel. Hump and kepok banana peel contain nutrients that have the potentiali to be used as food sources so that microbes are well developed and have nutrient and nutrient content in them. Theiresearch aim knowing influence of the type material and dosage of liquid organic fertilizer hump and kepok banana peel on the growth and results of onion plant. Research design Factorial Completely Randomized Nested Design consisting of 2 factors, factor A type of material there are 2 types, namely a1 = hump and a2 = peel, factor B dosage is 5 levels, b0 = control, b1 = 50, b2 = 100, b3 = 150 and b4 = 200 ml.Plant-1. The type of material liquid organic fertilizer hump and kepok banana peel did not have an effect on all observations, but the dosage liquid organic fertilizer hump and kepok banana peel had an effect on plant height aged 21, 28 and 35 hst, the number of leaves aged 21 and 28 hst and number of tillers aged 28,,42 and 55 hst. The best dosage of the type material hump in plant height aged 21, 28 and 35 hst, the number of leaves aged 21 hst and the number of tillers aged 28 hst and the type material peel material in plant height aged 28 hst and the number of tillers aged 28 and 42 hst dosage is 100 ml.plant-1. The best dosage of the type material in the number of leaves aged 28 hst and number of tillers aged 42 and 55 hst and the type material peel material in plant height aged 21 and 35 hst, numberi of leaves aged 21  hst and number of tillers aged 55 hst dosage is 50 ml.plant-1.

Abstract

Strawberry plant (Fragaria sp. ) is any kind of fruit having high economic value. In organic farming can be used fertilizer was made by feses waste cattle in which the waste has can change expensive chemical fertilizer. The lowlands are the vast expanse of land with the level of altitude as measured from sea level is relatively low, it is between 0 up to 200 masl. One of the ground in the lowlands is peaty soil. Therefore this study using peaty soil who are in the Suka Maju Village. The purpose of this research to find out the influence of manure on the growth of early strawberry crops in lowland and to know the best dosage early growth strawberry cropping in the peaty soils. This study using a randomized complete design single factor that is a factor contains chicken manure with 8 level treatment. The treatment is applied namely P1 (200 g chicken manure), P2 (300 g chicken manure), P3 (400 g chicken manure), P4 (500 g chicken manure), P5 (200 g cow manure), P6 (300 g cow manure), P7 ( 400 g cow manure) and P8 ( 500 g cow manure). The results of studies indicate the use of manure to the growth early strawberries (Fragaria sp.) on the peaty soil effect has significant different to the parameters the number of branches and real bearing on the number of parameters leaves age 14 weeks after planting parameters and dosage of the best in the number of the branch of the age of 14 weeks after planting with treatment P8 = 16,68 as well with the dose 500 g, to the parameters number of leaves age 14 weeks after planting is P8 = 65,00 g treatment and 500 g dose.
