Abstract

Analisis kebijakan merupakan sebuah metode pemecahan permasalahan publik yang dalam penyelesaiannya menggunakan argumerntasi-argumentasi fakta untuk menjabarkan, menjelaskan, menghasilkan pemikiran baru serta menilai permaslaahan tersebut. Analisis kebijakan dalam penerapannya biasanya menggunkan paradigma kuantitatif dan paradigma kualitatif. Selain itu Analisis kebijakan juga menggunkan dua pendekatan, yang pertama yaitu pendekatan deskriptif, pendekatan dekskriptif adalah penyajian informasi yang berdasarkan fakta dan apa adanya, sehingga para pengambil keputusan akan dengan mudah memahami permasalahan yang ada. Pendekatan yang kedua yaitu pendekatan normatif, pendekatan normatif adalah pendekatan yang bertujuan untuk membantu para pengambil keputusan dalam memberikan argumen-argumen mereka.Dalam Prosedur Analisis kebijakan Pendidikan terdapat tiga fungsi yaitu fungsi komunikasi, inquiri, pembagian.Permasalahan yang sering muncul pada dunia pendidikan saat ini yaitu permasalahan dalam mutu Pendidikan, pemerataan akses pendidikan, persaingan Pendidikan, serta penguatan kualitas Pendidikan Indonesia.

Abstract

It is so important to read that Allah SWT sent down His revelations to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. the first is the command to read in the letter al-'Alaq verses 1-5. This study aims to: (1) To describe the concept of literacy value of surat al-'Alaq verses 1-5 in Tafsir al-Mishbah. (2) To describe the implementation of the literacy value of Surat al-'Alaq verses 1-5 in Tafsir al-Mishbah at MTs Al Uswah Kec. Bergas, Kab. Semarang in 2021. This type of research includes the type of library research, which is research that studies and explores various written sources related to the theme carried by the author, namely the literacy value of the letter al-'Alaq verses 1–5 and its implementation at the madrasah tsanawiyah school level by making M. Quraish Shihab's Tafsīr al-Mishbah as the main source of reference. While the nature of this research is descriptive analytical in this study the subject is in the form of the Literacy Value of Surat al-'Alaq verses 1–5 in Al-Mishbah Tafsir and Its Implementation at MTs Al Uswah Kec. Bergas, Kab. Semarang will be discussed in a clear, coherent and directed manner. Based on the results of the analysis of the book Tafsir al-Mishba h and research at MTs Al Uswah Kec. Bergas, Kab. Semarang shows that: (1) the book Tafsir al-Mishbah is a book of Tafsir al-Qur'an by Prof. Dr. Quraish Shihab, which the book uses the method of tafsir tahlili (analytic), which is a method of interpreting the Koran which intends to explain the contents of the verses of the Koran from all its aspects and follow the order of the verses and surats that have been arranged in the mushaf the Koran now. In the systematic writing of Tafsir al-Mishbah, Quraish Shihab begins by explaining the meaning of the word of Allah SWT in a language that can be understood by many people, conditioned by the cultural environment and the development of science today. (2) The literacy value in Q.S. al-’Alaq verses 1-5 according to the Tafsir Al-Mishbah consist of four aspects of value, namely reading, research, writing, and teaching values. (3) Regarding the implementation of literacy values in order to increase reading interest among students, the head of MTs Al-Uswah Kec. Abstract

Pendidikan Inklusi merupakan hak asasi manusia yang paling mendasar untuk mendapatkan pendidikan dan merupakan sebuah pondasi dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Sedangkan strategi dalam pembelajaran bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus tidak akan lepas dari program Individualized Educational Program (IEP) atau sering dikenal dengan Program Pembelajaran Individu (PPI) yang mana merupakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang menitikberatkan bantuan dan bimbingan belajar kepada anak, memberikan kesempatan yang luas kepada anak untuk belajar serta layanan yang mendasar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan kemampuan anak untuk mengejar ketertinggalannya dan mengoptimalkan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Strategi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam bagi anak yang kesulitan belajar di SD Nasional Plus Tunas Iblam. (2) Efektifitas Program Pembelajaran Individu (PPI) bagi anak yang kesulitan belajar di SD Nasional Plus Tunas Iblam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran dengan pendekatan program pembelajaran individu (PPI) tidak akan lepas dari penggalian data sejak dini, karena strategi merupakan suatu kegiatan yang pembelajaran yang harus dikerjakan guru dan siswa agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai secara efektif dan efisien. terdapat lima tahapan yang harus dilakukan sebelum melaksanakan program PPI untuk pembelajaran yaitu (1) identifikasi dan assesment anak berkebutuhan khusus (2) pemetaan anak yang harus mengikuti program PPI (3) penyusunan program PPI bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus (4) pelaksanaan program PPI (5) evaluasi program PPI. adapun efektifitas program yang dilaksanakan sebagaimana dipaparkan oleh sdm yang ada disekolah, program ini sangat efektif untuk membantu program dan penanganan serta layanan pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus.

Abstract

Education is an inseparable part of the whole of human life. Because the means to obtain a decent human survival as well as part of human rights in the process of preparing oneself for a better future is through education itself. This study aims to find and analyze the relationship between teacher skills in managing online learning and the ability to innovate with students' interest in learning through parental support as an intervening variable for fifth grade students at SDN Karangjati 04. This type of research uses quantitative research, with a sample of 30 students. While the method of collecting data is through a questionnaire, then the data is analyzed using statistical analysis with multiple regression analysis, path analysis and Sobel test. Based on the results of research at SDN Karangjati 04 Kec. Bergas, Kab. Semarang shows that there is no significant relationship between teacher skills in managing online learning and the ability to innovate on students' interest in learning with parental support as an intervening variable. This is because the value of the direct relationship between the teacher's ability to manage online learning is 0.039 and the indirect relationship through mediation of parental support is 0.0380 which means that the value of the indirect relationship is smaller than the value of the direct relationship and the significance value is 0.862 more than 0.050.Keywords: Teachers Online Management, Parental Support Learning, Learning Interest

Abstract

Inti pembelajaran Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti adalah peserta didik kelas XII IPA 5 memiliki kemampuan untuk membaca, menulis ,menyimak, berbicara,memngkomunikasikan khususnya isi kandungan dalam ayat-ayat Alqur’an. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran PAI BK dan metode Problem Based Learning bagi peserta didik kelas XII IPA 5 SMA Negeri 3 Metro. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik tes - teknik non tes serta obervasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian dengan metode Problem Based Learning, pembelajaran Imtaq peserta didik kelas XII IPA 5 SMA Negeri 3 Metro hal ini dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut: 1) membaca Al Qur’an, 2) keimanan/aqidah, 3) akhlah/muamalat, 4 ) fiqih/ibadah, dan 5) menghafal QS. Luqman/QS. Al Baqarah yang digunakan. Proses pembelajaran Imtaq dengan metode Problem Based Learning dari prasiklus, siklus I, siklus II, serta ketekunan hasil belajar meningkat. Dari hasil prasiklus rata-rata 46%, siklus I menjadi 66%. Siklus II menjadi 75%, siklus III meningkat menjadi 80%  peserta didik kelas XII IPA 5 SMA Negeri 3 Metro tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Ketuntasan belajar pada prasiklus masih 0, pada siklus I terdapat 10 orang ( 31,25% ), siklus II 19 orang (59,37% )dan siklus III 32 orang (100%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal how the implementation of Google Classroom as a virtual classroom learning media during the covid-19 pandemic so known benefits and weaknesses by various respondents   . This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection through closed and open questionnaires given to 89 respondents randomly consisting of lecturers, teachers, and students in Lampung Province. The results of this study can be concluded that lecturers and students have implemented google classroom before the covid-19 pandemic as a support for blended learning activities so that they are used to doing online learning during pandemic. Meanwhile, teachers and students have only implemented Google Classroom since the Covid-19 pandemic, although Google Classroom provides many benefits as a learning medium, but there are still some who are not used to it and are constrained by the internet network.Keywords: google classroom, vistual classroom, learning during the covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

The formulation of the problem was  why the Ponorogo Reog National Festival in a cultural tradition of Ponorogo Regency can be used as education and tolerance to realize the unity of domestic diversity. The reason the researcher did this research is because there is still a lack of research on the National Festival of Reog Ponorogo in our city. In addition, the researcher wants the cultural traditions in Ponorogo that have existed since time immemorial, one of which is the Reog National Festival. The purpose of this study is to find out about the Reog Ponorogo National Festival, a cultural tradition of Ponorogo Regency as an education and creator of tolerance to realize the unity of Diversity in the country. The theoretical basis that the researcher uses in this research is about Reog Ponorogo and the Reog National Festival because these two topics are relevant to our research. Our writing method is a qualitative method with data sources consisting of primary and secondary data. Data collection methods consist of literature study, interviews, and documentation. Our data collection instruments used interview lists and documentation guidelines. While the methods and techniques of data analysis that we use are qualitative. The result of our research is that the National Festival of Reog Ponorogo which is routinely held every 1 Suro other than the one used for the research turns out to provide positive values in the community, including education and tolerance.Keywords: Realization of Education, Realization of Tolerance, Reog Ponorogo as Tolerance

Abstract

Literacy is an important thing in the world of education, the importance of literacy requires guidance and counseling. Under normal conditions, the counseling service activities, both educational cinema or CCL, are carried out classically or in groups. However, with the current condition of the Covid pandemic, of course these service activities must continue. To overcome this, the use of CCL is one of the literate counseling techniques to continue to provide counseling services to students. CCL is a Literacy Counseling Scholar is a counseling activity that uses reading media to teach children about literacy. These various literacys will intervene in the behavior of students. This research uses a case study method with low grade objects, in order to analyze and reveal the extent to which CCL can provide life skills, independence and a culture of literacy. Abstract

Pendidikan Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan di Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah dapat berfungsi sebagai kekuatan gerakan bagi Muhammadiyah (Quwwatul  Harokah al-Muhammadiuah) karena dapat menjadi basis kekuatan spiritual, moral, dan intelektual. Pendidikan Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) juga sebagai identitas karakter warga kampus. Perkembangan peradaban yang cepat dan pesat dengan teknologi informasi di era digitalisasi serta inovasi teknologi (gawai, internet, media sosial) yang semakin berkembang, sangat mempengaruhi daya serap informasi, pemahaman dan praktik keislaman mahasiswa. Kesenjangan dalam ilmu pembelajaran AIK masih mnyisakan masalah, antara lain: kurikulum masih belum menggambarkan standar lulusan dan masih menitik beratkan pengetahuan. Dosen pengampu belum disiapkan secara profesional, dosen pengampu belum memilki komitment tinggi pada Muhammadiyah dan dosen AIK belum dimiliki semua jurusan, termasuk Kebijakan Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro belum menempatkan prioritas penting bagi pendidikan AIK. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengatahui Gambaran dan standar Pembelajaran AIK di Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro, serta untuk Mengetahui Revitaliasi Kebijakan LPM dan Wakil Rektor 4 terhadap Pembelajaran AIK di Univeritas Muhammadiyah Metro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Penelitian ini memusatkan diri secara intensif pada satu obyek tertentu yang mempelajarinya sebagai suatu kasus.Revitalisasi kebijakan pembelajaran AIK didasari oleh realitas di Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro adalah keniscayaan. Reliata yang  kian melemah itu perlu segera di respon positif. Revitalissi berarti menggaerahkan  AIK dalam dimensi  transfer knowlagde dan transfer value, memvitalkan kembali  fungsi AIK yang sudah berjalan. Dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa aspek. Tujuan pendidikan Muhammadiyah yang dalam grand Desain rencana yang akan mendorong terwujudnya Indonesia yang berkemajuan yang dimulai dengan revitalisasi AIK di perguraun Muhammadiyah khususnya Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of school leadership in improving teacher competence PAI.Penelitian This research is carried out using a qualitative descriptive research approach. The subject is the principal of the school. The informants were vice principals and teachers. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The collected data is checked for data validity, using triangulation, with verification and checking of the adequacy of references. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model. The results showed that (1) Principal leadership planning in improving the competence of PAI teachers includes: (a) Planning based on the vision, mission, school goals, and needs (needsassessment); (b) Involving all elements of the school's academic community; (c) Recruiting new GTT teachers and conducting job position analysis; (d) conducted in work meetings. (2) The implementation of the principal's leadership in improving the competence of PAI teachers includes: (a) Participating in training, seminars, and workshops; (b) Further studies; (c) MGMP revitalization; (e) Improving teacher welfare; (f) Addition of supporting facilities; and (g) teacher certification. As for (3) evaluations carried out by school principals in improving the competence of PAI teachers include: (a) supervising, both personally and in groups; (b) The technique used is direct (directivedirective) and indirect ().non- directive); (c) Aspects of assessment in supervision are teacher presentation, performance teachers in schools, student development, lesson plans, and syllabus.Keywords: Management Leadership, Teachers’ Competency, Islamic Education
