Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the image of profit beforetax, net interest margin, loan to deposit ratio, asset quality and operating expenses/ operating income state bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2) analyzethe differences in income before taxes, net interest margin, loan to deposit ratio,asset quality and operating expenses / operating income state bank listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all listed in theGovernment Bank Stock Exchange Bank Indonesia as much as 4. The samplingtechnique used proposive sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and ANOVA analysisThe results showed that 1) the average profit before tax state bank listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange the lowest occurred in 2008 and highest in 2011. Theaverage net interest margin is the lowest place in 2011 and highest in 2009. theaverage loan to deposit ratio of the lowest occurred in 2009 and highest in 2011.Average asset quality of the lowest occurred in 2011 and highest in 2009. Averageoperating expenses / operating income of the lowest occurred in 2009 and highestin 2010. 2) There are differences in income before taxes, net interest margin, loanto deposit ratio and the bank's operating expenses/operating incomeintergovernmental listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008 until 2011. As for thequality of earning assets do not pass the test of homogeneity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and examine the effect ofinformation satisfaction on choosing a college. Respondents in this study were studentsof the Ternate Open University Distance Learning Unit Program. A total of 74respondents from the survey. Data analysis is done using simple regression. The resultsshowed that information satisfaction had a positive effect on the satisfaction of choosinga college.

Abstract

Budaya organisasi diyakini merupakan faktor penentu utama terhadapkesuksesan produktivitas organisasi. Keberhasilan suatu organisasi baik sebagaikeseluruhan maupun sebagai kelompok dalam suatu organisasi tertentu, sangattergantung pada mutu kepemimpinan yang terdapat dalam organisasi. Karyawanyang memiliki motivasi kerja tinggi maka hasil kerjanya akan optimal sehinggaperusahaan dapat mencapai yang ditargetkan. Pentingnya peran kualitas pelayananbagi kehidupan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan untuk berupaya meningkatkanpotensi yang dimiliki, agar kualitas dan kuantitas pelayanan tersebut dapat bersaingatau setidaknya mampu mengimbangi laju persaingan di dunia usaha. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan danmotivasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan mahasiswa pada perguruan tinggi. Penelitianini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei - Juli 2018 dan menggunakan data primer dansekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester 6 (lima) TA 2018/2019di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen, Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan Ilmu Pendidikan danSekolah Tinggi Ilmu Pertanian. Sampel mahasiswa diambil secara proporsional padamasing-masing ketiga perguruan tinggi dengan metode proportional randomsampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara.Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tabulasi dan persentase. Analisisyang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwabudaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruhnyata terhadap kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is, to analyze conceptually and generic strategy theory whichincludes differentiation strategies, low cost strategies and focus strategies in the banking industry inIndonesia. The influence of structure in generic strategy analysis on the banking industry in Indonesiais very varied. This analysis requires a comprehensive approach and requires an integrated approach.Generic strategy analysis provides an overview problems faced in measuring and evaluating theinternal conditions faced by the company, especially service sector companies namely the bankingindustry with regard to products, costs and focus on running a business. This research can alsodetermine the extent of the bank's actions to win the competition, and provide appropriate conditionsto achieve the company's goals.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effects of job stress and work motivation on employee satisfaction on Air PT.Sriwijaya Makassar. This research data obtained from questionnaires, literature studies and interviews with relevant parties in accordance penelitian.Teknik destination using multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis, the F test and t test. Total sample of 53 employees using simple random sampling method.The data analysis method is used in hypothesis testing Multiple Regression Analysis.The results showed that the stress of work and work motivation simultaneously influence and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees at Air PT.Sriwijaya Makassar. Partially, variable work motivation is the most influential variable on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is aimed to find out Village Financial Management in Indonesia. Descriptive qualitative research applied to analyzed primary and secondary data. The data were collected through interview and documentation technique. The data were analyzed by collecting, reducing, presenting data, concluding and verifying so the researcher can draw the final conclusion. The data validity checked by triangulation techniques and member checks. The results indicate that the management of village finances as a whole was not in accordance with the regulations. In the implementation stage, the village government has lower creativity in managing village finances.

Abstract

Humans will tend to experience stress if they are less able to adjust between the desire and the reality, both the reality inside and outside themselves. One of the effects of psychological stress is that it can reduce employee job satisfaction where job satisfaction is a pleasant emotional attitude and loves the job. Employee performance is directly related to the productivity and success of the company in achieving its goals. Employee performance is the result or impact of individual activities over a certain period of time. Employees who have good performance can help the company to achieve agreed goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance at PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. This study uses primary and secondary data. The population of this study were all employees of Human Resources Department & General Affair at PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. Data collection is done by observation and interview. In determining the respondents conducted by purposive sampling method. The analysis used is a single regression analysis. The results of the study showed that job stress had a significant effect on employee performance on employees of PT. Semen Bosowa Maros, while the relationship (correlation) of work stress with employee performance is categorized as strong enough.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh CAR, BOPO, NPF dan FDR terhadap profitabilitas pada bank umum syariah di Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua Bank Umum Syariah yang berada di Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan adalah purpossive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Bank Umum Syariah yang memenuhi kriteria untuk menjadi sampel adalah dua Bank Umum Syariah, yaitu Bank Syariah Mandiri dan Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah. Jadi, pada penelitian ini terdapat 32 titik amatan (4 tahun x 4 triwulan x 2 bank = 32). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa CAR, BOPO dan NPF berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah di Indonesia. Sedangkan FDR berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dimensi relationship marketing yang terdiri dari komunikasi, kepercayaan, empati dan komitmen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan IndiHome Triple Play PT Telkom Makassar. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu komunikasi (X1), kepercayaan (X2), empati (X3), komitmen (X4) dan loyalitas pelanggan (Y). Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah judgment sampling yaitu sebanyak 90 orang pelanggan IndiHome Triple Play PT Telkom Akses Regional VII Makassar yang sudah berlangganan minimal 3 bulan. Metode pengujian data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23.00. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data diperoleh bahwa komunikasi, kepercayaan, empati dan komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan IndiHome Triple Play PT Telkom Akses Regional VII Makassar.Communication

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan strategi pemasaran produktabungan Simpedes dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.Kantor Cabang Sungguminasa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menjaring sebanyak 50 orang nasabahsampel melalui teknik combined sampling yaitu kombinasi dari teknik quota sampling, aksidentalsampling, dan purposive sampling. Data primer diperoleh dari responden melalui teknik wawancaraselanjutnya diolah dengan dengan mengidentifikasi berbagai factor dalam penerapan strategipemasaran produk tabungan Simpedes BRI yaiyu factor internal dan eksternal baik yang berupapeluang maupun yangh berupa ancaman yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisisSWOT.Hasil analisis data menggambarkan bahwa posisi produk tabungan simpedes BRI pada PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Sungguminasa memberikan peluang yangmerupakan kekuatan pendorong dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang dapat meningkatkanjumlah nasabah pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Sungguminasa.
