This research method used research and development with a 4-D model including define, design, develop and disseminate. Data collection techniques used observation, interview and questionnaire involving media experts, material experts and hospitality study program students. The data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative analysis which described the quality of the media and material based on the questionnaire assessment of the expert team. The results of the study showed that the media expert produced an average value of 4.31 with an average validation result of the material expert of 4.73 and an average value for the results of the feasibility test questionnaire of 4.06. These results indicated that the value of the validation test from media and material experts stated that it was feasible and there was no need for a temporary revision of the feasibility test conducted on students in the Indonesian Gastronomy and Culinary class, showing a significant increase in terms of understanding the learning. These results were obtained after carrying out the second test. It can be concluded that the use of more varied learning media such as videos can improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-learning readiness factors, including self-competency, perceived usefulness, self-directed learning, motivation, and financial on the economic learning performance of high school students. This study used a quantitative approach. A total of 177 students were involved in this study. The data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. Regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that four factors of e-learning readiness, namely self-competency, perceived usefulness, self-directed learning, and financial partially had a significant effect on students' economic learning performance (exam scores). Self-directed learning emerged as the strongest factor for driving students' economic learning performance (exam scores), and sequentially followed by self-competency, financial, and perceived usefulness factors. Another factor, namely motivation partially has no effect on students' economic learning performance (assign-ment and exam scores). Meanwhile, simultaneously all e-learning readiness factors have an effect on students' economic learning performance (assignment and exam scores).

This research was conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection, where each cycle was carried out in three meetings. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that in pretest stage there were 61.90% of students were declared unfinished and 38.10% of students declared complete with the highest score of 87. The number of students who reached the KKM target in the first cycle pretest was as many as 8 out of 21 students. After implementing the Discovery Learning model in the first cycle, there were 38.10% of students who did not complete, and 61.90% of students who were declared complete with the highest score of 91. The number of students who met the KKM standard was 13 out of 21 participants. However, after the implementation of the second cycle, the number of students in the posttest who completed as much as 90.48% and those who were declared incomplete was 9.52% with the highest value of 100. The number of students who received grades above the KKM standard was 19 out of 21 students. Abstract

The objective of this study is to explore the correlation between self-efficacy and learning motivation towards the learning outcomes based on e-learning among the 4th semester students of mathematics education program, Universitas Flores. The research method used in this study was quantitative research with Linear Regression Analysis use of SPPS involving 40 students of the 4th semester randomly chosen. Data were collected through online questionnaire with Google Form. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov analysis and hypothesis testing with Bivariate Pearson Correlation through SPSS were used. The findings showed that self-efficacy (X1) and learning motivation (X2) had a positive impact towards learning outcomes based on e-learning (Y), as a result from the correlation analysis from R for X1 against Y= 0.895 and X2 against Y=0.923, and significant value between X1 and X2 against Y resulted with (**). Therefore, there was a positive influence with 1% significant. In the other words, the more increase or the better the self-efficacy and learning motivation are, the more increase the learning outcomes from the students.

This study aims to identify teachers' confidence in teaching English using a You*Tube channel in early pandemic. This study used a qualitative quantitative approach with a survey method. The data sources in this study were 50 teachers from both public and private primary schools in Denpasar who used You*Tube channel as the media in teaching English. The data were collected through questionnaires consisting of 30 closed and open statements which were grouped into four categories. Closed statements consisted of yes/no statements as well as agreement and frequency statements based on a Likert’s five-point scaling. Open statements were intended to provide additional information on the answers to the closed statements that had been given. The data were analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptively using narration supported by diagrams and tables. The result of analysis data showed that teachers' confidence in teaching English using a YouTube channel in the early  pandemic was supported by many factors, such as educational background, teaching experience and teacher perspective in online English learning using the You*Tube channel. However, teaching English through the You*Tube channel needs to be used frequently to improve teachers' skills and techniques in using this media for better teaching.
