Abstract

The presence of an aggregator business in agricultural marketing complicates the current understanding of middlemen. The presence of intermediaries has begun to be questioned and even considered a threat to the supply chain. This study aims to (1) analyze the evolution of research middlemen in influencing agricultural marketing and (2) identify what issues are developing in middlemen in agricultural marketing. Data were analyzed from 425 journals registered with Scopus from 1974 to 2021. The data were then processed and analyzed using Tableau, Ms. Excel, and VOSviewer. It generates bibliometric maps against middlemen in agricultural marketing through bibliometric analysis. The development of the middlemen issue discusses its implications for agribusiness management, social capital, value chains, and prices. The existence of middlemen cannot be fully considered as threatening the supply chain. The involvement of middlemen in the supply chain still has a strong influence on farmers, especially in developing countries. Abstract

The marine ecotourism of Olele Village is one of Indonesia's tourist destinations with business potential. However, it has not been developed optimally, especially in the fields of facilities and infrastructure, also community empowerment programs. This study aimed to design policy strategies and analyzed integrated ecotourism management policies for local economic development. This study used primary and secondary data. The sampling techniques used snowball and purposive sampling. The data analysis used SWOT, BOS (Blue Ocean Strategy), and BMC (Business Model Canvas) analyses. The SWOT analysis results showed several formulations of ecotourism development strategies related to integrated ecotourism management, the collaboration between stakeholders, and the training and development of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). The results of the BOS analysis recommended strategic innovations to make it easier to compete with competitors. Strategic innovations such creating new demand and supply, increasing tourist facilities, lowering prices, and creating markets. The results of the BMC analysis showed the perspective of opportunities and investment strategies in ecotourism-based local economic programs. It can be concluded that policies and strategies to optimize marine ecotourism utilize coral reefs as regional icons for snorkeling and diving activities. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate how millennial consumers' exploratory goals affected the Pidie Regency's post Covid-19 e-commerce market. In Pidie Regency, Aceh Province, 200 respondents participated in this study and all respondents as sample. The sampling quota was utilized because the millennial generation in Pidie Regency those who were born between 1982 and 2000 or who are now between the ages of 19 and 37 is the subject of the study. This study distributed online questionnaires through Google Forms to respondents who fell into the millennial demographic. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 22 device was the data analysis technique used. The test's findings revealed that millennial consumer satisfaction is significantly impacted by the quality of e-services. Abstract

Society 5.0 has created a digital transformation phenomenon that provides new opportunities and challenges for all industries, including the banking industry. Bank X developed a digital banking service, namely X Super-App, to face the phenomenon. This research aims to examine the acceptance of X Super-App by identifying user characteristics and analyzing the influence of personal factors and social influence factors on X Super-App acceptance using the technology acceptance model and the theory of planned behavior variables. The sample in this study was 191 respondents selected by the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used the SEM PLS method, and the descriptive method refers to questionnaires data, and literature studies. The results showed that personal and social influence factors significantly affected the acceptance of X Super-App. The proposed solutions are adding new features to the X Super-App and maintaining the stability of the X Super-App. Keywords: digital banking service, digital transformation, technology acceptance, technology acceptance model, theory of planned behavior

Abstract

The objectives of this research was (1) identified the existing business model of Hotel Selarong Bogor; (2) formulated a business development strategy using SWOT analysis at the Selarong Hotel, Bogor; (3) obtained priority strategies that the company will use; and (4) designed the BMCS Hotel Selarong Bogor for the future. This study used descriptive analysis methods, BMCS, IFE and EFE, IE, SWOT, and AHP EVM. Based on the results of interview data regarded the existing BMCS, Hotel Selarong wasn’t implement a sustainable strategy. Building the IE matrix requires, the results of IFE matrix and EFE matrix. The total scores for IFE and EFE was 2,939 and 2,818. These results indicated that, Selarong Hotel was in cell V of the IE matrix (Internal-External). The company was a hold and maintain status. The Companies can implement market penetration and product development strategies. After conducted a SWOT analysis, get ten strategies, then weighting priorities using the AHP EVM approach. Provide questionnaires to CEO, Co-CEO, and manager. Based on the priority strategy, strategy 5 was the highest priority, then strategies 7, 4, 8, 6, 9, 10, 2, 3, and 1. The first step that can be took to change the business model was through activities to change the company's vision and mission to a sustainable business direction. The green hotel concept was the new strategy used in implementing the sustainability strategy. Based on the new BMCS, there were additions in 8 of the 10 BMCS sections, namely vision and mission, value proposition, customers, stakeholders, key activities, essential resources, critical partnerships and cost structure. Abstract

One of the factors that influence employee job satisfaction is the amount of compensation received by employees every month and a comfortable work environment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of compensation and work environment in increasing employee job satisfaction at PT. Indonesian Veneta. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Veneta Indonesia as many as 63 people, using a census sampling technique where all of the population is used as a sample. Data analysis processing techniques used are descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. Then the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS version 22.0. The results of the study with a level of 5% found that Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, and Compensation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. The results of the study show that giving financial compensation on time and providing additional benefits which are of course in accordance with applicable regulations can increase employee job satisfaction. Abstract

Indonesia’s economic growth had shown a positive trend in the span of 2015-2020. On the other hand, Indonesia’s economic growth affected the inequality in a negative way. Ideally, the economic growth must be followed by social development actions. Researcher designed a digital platform which was formed as a combination of marketplace and crowdfunding model. This research aimed (1) to analyze consumer interests and problems in shopping and donating online (2) to formulate appropriate features and services to answer consumer interests and problems in shopping and donating online, (3) to develop verified business models and to design Embrace Indonesia prototypes according to consumer preferences. This research was conducted based on the stages of customer discovery in the customer development method to identify problems and generate business models to be a solution to the problem of shopping and donating online. The results of the research identifed 10 problems and their solutions in shopping and donating online by providing 6 features on the prototype, as well as a verified business model for Embrace Indonesia. The results of found that Embrace Indonesia's features as a digital platform can be a solution for customers in shopping and donating online. Abstract

The goal of this study was to examine the performance development model used by lecturers at private Islamic universities in Central Java, which was based on the idea of coercive digital leadership supported by a trait of intrinsic motivation called curiosity. The population in this study was the head of the undergraduate study program of Private Islamic Universities in Central Java in the form of a university institution. The sampling method using purposive sampling technique was 80 Head of Undergraduate Study Programs at Private Islamic Universities in Central Java who hold the position of Head of Study Programs at Islamic University in Central Java. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS). According to study utilizing PLS analysis, curiosity significantly improves performance and had a good impact on coercive digital leadership. The performance of lecturers was significantly improved through coercive digital leadership. So that the model for improving Lecturer performance can be carried out by implementing Coercive digital leadership which was triggered by increasing Lecturer curiosity. Abstract

The application of business ethics is crucial in today's competitive business world. Disclosure of ethical violations in business has an impact on consumer responses to corporate's image. The wide variety of brands in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry makes the strength of a brand very important for companies. Thus, other values in a brand have an effect on purchasing decisions. This other value becomes the point of ethical behavior involved. This study aims to analyze the relationship between consumer’s perceived ethicality on purchase intentions mediated through brand trust. The sampling method used a purposive sampling method with the characteristics of the respondents having used and consumed the Indofood and Unilever company brands (which have been described in the questionnaire for the period March to May 2022). The research sample was 120 respondents using the formula theory Hair, which is 10 multiplied by the total of indicators. This research uses Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) in data processing. The results of this study found that ethical perceptions received by consumers had a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions which were partially mediated by the variable consumer trust in brands. Abstract

Restructuration of State Owned Enterprise (SOE) through holding company establishment is aimed to transform the company to be more professional, independent and competitive in the global market. Thus far, the Ministry of SOE has established several holding companies, one of which is a plantation holding company. In the course of 5 years after the establishment, the plantation holding company has not shown proper financial performance. The objectives of this research are to analyze the impact of holding company formation towards company’s performance and the required strategy to be implemented related to the company’s capital structure. This research uses primary and secondary data to analyze IFE (Matrix Internal Factor Evaluation), EFE (Eksternal Factor Evaluation), and Internal-External (IE) matrices and compare them to the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis. The research results show that the size and tangibility variables have increased while the other variables have decreased. Besides that, based on the results of financial performance research that have a significant effect on capital structure are profitability, size, growth, activity, lag leverage. Based on strategic analysis through IE matrix, the company is on the 5th quadrant which requires the company to implement market penetration strategy or doing product development. The SWOT analysis obtained several alternative strategies related to capital structure improvement.
