Abstract

By using the critical success factors of enterprise resource planning, this study aims to determine the success rate of ERP that has been implemented. This research was a qualitative research to describe the evaluation of the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning. The object of this research was Tirta Pharmacy located in Jember Regency, East Java. The type of data in this study was primary data in the form of observations and interviews with pharmacists at Tirta Pharmacy. Data analysis was carried out to evaluate the implementation of ERP by using Critical Success Factors (CSF) from the results of a literature review of various sources. This was used as a reference for how effective the implementation was in the Company. The results of this study prove that ERP implementation has succeeded in helping the company's operational activities because there is support from top management, project management, adequate training and education, sharing knowledge, and clear vision and goals that have been determined.

Abstract

The government's efforts to improve education are evenly carried out by appointing teachers with civil servant status in 3T (Lagging, Outermost, and Leading) areas. As an education fighter in the 3T area, there are undoubtedly many obstacles and challenges because the 3T area is not equivalent to other regions in Indonesia, both in terms of people and infrastructure. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the motivation of learning students and how civil servant teachers' strategies improve students' learning motivation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are non-participation observation techniques, and informants four teachers civil servants in Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 07 in Durian Air Village Marau District West Kalimantan. The result shows that each teacher has a strategy when giving teaching materials to students so that they do not feel bored and saturated while learning. The presented strategy usually plays while learning, make an agreement so that homework is done alone without the help of parents, give punishment and reward, often praise if the student does the commendable thing, and answer questions. In this way, the students will return to the spirit and be motivated to study in school.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide an overview of the systems and procedures for audit process flow of Budget Realization Report through ACL (Case Study on Public University). This research was a qualitative study to describe the business flow by accounting information system design using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Applied research is the method that used in this research. The type of research is R&D/Research and Development. This study uses secondary data sources from financial databases. Documentation is the method of data collection used in this research. The results of this study is to propose systems and procedures for audit process flow of Budget Realization Report through Audit Command Language (ACL). Previously, auditing financial statements was still applied manually. Therefore, the result of the business process model of budget realization audit in this research is already computer based. With the benefits of applying computer-assisted audit techniques, auditors are helped because the work can be done more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of emotional intelligence, employee engagement, and job satisfaction with work-life balance as a mediating variable. This study focuses on Generation z who live in Surabaya, which based on BPS data, the city of Surabaya has the largest population in East Java and is dominated by Generation z. This research uses an online questionnaire to get the respondent, uses 100 samples respondents of Generation z in Surabaya city. Analysis with SmartPLS 3.3 analysis tools. This research found that emotional intelligence statistically significant positive to employee engagement, emotional intelligence does not affect job satisfaction. This research also proves that work-life balance successfully mediate the influence of emotional intelligence and employee engagement and successfully perfect mediate between emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, so emotional intelligence can affect job satisfaction through work-life balance.

Abstract

In 2016, Nielsen released a report that Radio Still Has a Place in the Hearts of Its Listeners. However, data from the company of Radio Kis 95.1 FM shows a decline in the number of listeners. This decline rate reflects satisfaction level of radio listeners. In 2017, PT Mahaka Radio Integra acquired the shares of PT Radio Kirana Insan Utama (KIS FM) from the Ramako Group, to strengthen the listener base, provide a variety of integrated advertising services and form a solid foundation for market change. The company carried out a rebranding strategy with new targets, segmentation, and positioning. The rebranding includes the colors, logos designs, terms, and product mixes. The various product mixes are reflected in programs, music formats and broadcasters. This strategy is intended to increase listener satisfaction. This research to prove how rebranding and product mix can affect listener satisfaction uses descriptive quantitative research method with a causal relationship approach. Problem formulation and formulation of hypotheses using rebranding variables, product mix and listener satisfaction of Kis-FM Jakarta radio. The data was obtained through a field survey using a questionnaire, then analyzed and described the research problems through data analysis, statistical calculations, and data interpretation. The results showed that rebranding, mediated by product mix, had a significant effect on listener satisfaction of Kis 95.1 FM Jakarta. So, the products that offered to the customers are broadcasting programs which involving the listeners, songs according to segmentation targets, broadcasters who are active on social media, content on other platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Podcasts and the use of internet technology for live streaming either through websites or digital applications. This is done with considering radio statios as media has to adapt with internet-based innovation or digital information technology to meet the needs and increase listener satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze and explain the effect of price perception on consumer buying interest in  Xiaomi smartphone products. Type of research is conclusive research design. The conclusive aims to test hypotheses and test specific relationships. Population and sample in this research consisted of 58 respondents. The data were collected by a questionnaire that was distributed to respondents online and a literature review. The analysis method was using multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS version 26.  The result of this research analysis are: (1) the Perception of consumer prices has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Xiaomi products. (2) There are differences in price perceptions and buying interest in Xiaomi product. (3) The price of Xiaomi products that most consumers want is in the range of Rp. 2,000,000- Rp. 2,999,000. (4) Only 25% of Xiaomi products are in the price range desired by consumers  (5) The price perception felt by consumers for Xiaomi products has a fairly high value, which means that the prices offered are currently well accepted by the public. (6) Companies to revised the prices that have been set based on what consumers want to be followed by improvements in features, benefits, and quality but still consider the company’s resources.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the internal and external environmental factors of UD. Bali Sari Wangi which affects the marketing of goat's milk beauty soap determines UD. Bali Sari Wangi’s business position in the industry and formulating the right marketing strategy for UD. Bali Sari Wangi. This study is a case study conducted at UD. Bali Sari Wangi. The number of respondents was 33 people. Data is collected through observations, in-depth interviews and interviews with the help of questionnaires. The analysis used are 4, namely, 1) internal and external analysis of UD. Bali Sari Wangi; 2) the IE matrix; 3) SWOT analysis and 4) QSPM analysis. Ife and EFE analysis results of efforts obtained made by order (major strength) have not implemented a good marketing system (main weaknesses), the existence of suppliers who can meet the needs of raw materials (major opportunities) and diverse consumer demand (major threats). This research shows that UD's business position. Bali Sari Wangi is in cell IV (growing and built) in IE matrix with an IFE value of 3.08 and an EFE value of 2.94 with There are nine alternative strategies with the main priority strategy is to optimize the use of digital marketing and e-commerce.

Abstract

Sustainability concept should be one of the watchwords in public sector when it comes to the provision of social amenities to the citizen as it enhances more quality services. Provision of qualitative education and ensuring that the citizens have access to learning in a conducive environment is one of the major function of the state governments in Nigeria. Sustainability of education can only be achieved through the proper management of the internally generated revenue (IGR) by each state in the country. This study examined how the internally generated revenue has contributed to the human capital development and its sustainability. The human capital development is measured using capital expenditure incurred on education in Lagos state from 2000-2020. For the purpose of this study education is used as the proxy for human capital development. This study employed ex-post factor research design. Population and sample size comprised the entire IGR and capital expenditures on education sector by Lagos state government from year 2000-2020. Audited financial statements of the state for the periods were gathered from the office of the Accountant General of the state. The data were analyzed using correlation and Ordinary Least Square regression method. The findings showed that the internally generated revenue has a significant positive effect on the sustainability of education in Lagos state while other internally generated revenue like fees and fines imposed by the state government has an insignificant negative impact on the sustainability of education in the state. In conclusion, it was gathered that Lagos state has been efficient in the utilization of its IGR towards the sustainability of education in the state. The study recommended that education sustainability should be recognized as an integral part of Human Capital Development and Sustainability Goal of all the states in Nigeria. Abstract

Small and Medium Scale Enterprises are generally recognized as the engine of economic growth and development in both developed and developing nations. Despite the theoretical importance of the SME sector, business growth of SMEs has been sluggish in Nigeria. The study employed the survey research design to conduct the research work. The population of the study consists of managers, supervisors, accountants/accounts officer, internal auditors, owner managers and other responsible employees of organized SME retailed shops in Oshodi/Isolo Local Government Area of Lagos State, which was estimated at 150 and a sample size of 109. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire constructed by the researchers. The regression analysis with the aid of SPSS (version 25) was adopted to analyze the data. The regression model indicates that internal auditing function a statistically significantly predict business growth of SMEs in Nigeria {F(3,98) = 3.716; P = 0.14}. Thus, the study concludes that the internal auditing function has positive and significant impact on business growth of SMEs. The study recommends that SMEs should establish an independent audit function that would lead to value creation and ensuring business growth through efficient risk management and sound internal control system.
