ABDI SABHA (Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) was published by the Center for Research and Development Indonesia (CERED Indonesia) in February, June and October this year. ABDI SABHA aims to disseminate information on scientific papers related to community service activities by academics and practitioners. ABDI SABHA accepts submissions of articles written in Indonesian and English. Determination of articles to be published is carried out through a blind review process by the editorial team by paying attention to aspects such as: meeting the requirements of scientific journal publication standards and contributing articles for professional development. The editor is responsible for providing a constructive review of the articles to be published and (if deemed necessary) as well as submitting the evaluation results of the article to the author. Articles that are proposed to be published in the journal are recommended to follow the guidelines for writing articles made by the Editor.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berperan  dalam membentuk  masyarakat menjadi mandiri. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Medan Labuhan dengan subjek kelompok nelayan di daerah Medan Labuhan yang dilakukan selama satu hari. Pelatihan yang diberikan adalah pelatihan manajemen keuangan keluarga, pelatihan kewirausahaan, serta pelatihan  penjualan online. Dengan adanya pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat membentuk masyarakat yang mandiri, dapat memahami konsep kewirausahaan dan mampu membuat perencanaan keuangan keluarga. Pengabdian masyarakat ini berjalan dengan baik, banyak warga antusias mengikuti seminar perencananan dan jualan online,  kedepannya akan diadakan  bahan-bahan pembuat produk online yang lebih bervariasi. Hasil dari pengabdian peserta sudah mampu mengetahui antara keinginan dan kebutuhan. Dengan adanya pelatihan online shop mereka antusias ikut serta dalam mencari produk apa yang akan mereka jual. Harapan dari para peserta, kedepannya akan dibuat latihan pembuatan kerajinan tangan dari kain panel, serta mengharumkan masakan khas Medan Labuhan.

Abstract

Pemahaman tentang pelaksanaan learning from home perlu dimiliki oleh setiap orang tua sebagai akibat dari pandemi covid-19 dimana telah terjadi perubahan peran yang semula dilakukan di satuan pendidikan kini berubah di satuan keluarga. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada orang tua akan pentingnya peran orang tua dimasa pandemi covid-19 sebagai bentuk dukungan pelaksanaan learning from home. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Kembang, Margosari, Pengasih dengan peserta sebanyak 30 warga yang dipilih berdasarkan ada atau tidaknya anak usia sekolah dalam rumah tangga mereka. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dirancang dalam tiga tahap: (1) tahap perencanaan diawali dengan need assesment, (2) tahap kegiatan atau pelaksanaan, (3) tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Dari hasil evaluasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) kegiatan sosialisasi perubahan peran orang tua pada masa pandemi covid-19 sebagai bentuk dukungan pelaksanaan learning from home sangat bermanfaat bagi orang tua, (2) orang tua memiliki pemahaman akan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mendampingi anak belajar di rumah.

Abstract

Garbage is one of the problems that occur in our daily lives. Every morning we see garbage piled up in every alley of houses, which then ends up in the Final Disposal Site (TPA). The more garbage, the higher the level of environmental pollution around us. We don't realize it today, but we will feel God's curse someday if trash doesn't get an answer right away. Housewives, including Aisyiyah, are one of the Muhammadiyah organizations that was born in the community who always produce household waste every day. It was they who witnessed how these rubbish experienced travel from supermarkets or traditional markets, to homes and kitchens, then trash cans, until they ended up in landfills in the aisles of the house or in front of the house for city cleaners to take. This research method is by giving training to Aisiyah's mothers on how to utilize waste so that it becomes an efficient product. So that these wastes are good and do not damage the environment, then a brilliant solution is offered. Trash is "transformed" into beautiful hands, needs, and contains economic value. This handicraft is also certainly very useful for the world of women Aisyiyah women who help their social agenda go forward and be happy. In line with Muhammadiyah's expectations.

Abstract

Through the service that will be carried out, namely by conducting training activities on the design of automatic clocks with solar panel resources using additional tools in the form of Arduino Uno, in order to be a solution amid the increasing population of unemployment in the city of Medan. Various Arduino Uno boards use different ± different types of Atmega depending on the specifications, for example the Arduino Uno uses the ATmega328 while the more sophisticated Arduino Mega 2560 uses the ATmega2560. The use of solar panel energy will be designed in the form of an LCD Prayer Timer and Adhan Alarm method with a 200WP solar cell resource using the Arduino Uno programming system. Therefore, the Muhammadiyah Youth Leaders of the Heroes of the Struggle Branch and Pulo Brayan Darat are expected to be foster partners in improving these very useful design skills, so that they can serve as examples to young people around in improving the economic level of skilled and creative organizations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is related to the needs of the people of A Widodo Village for character education, so that the theme of character education education in the era of globalization is taken in the community of A Widodo Village, Tugumulyo District, Musi Rawas Regency. The scope of this community service program is that the young generation in A Widodo Village is currently very vulnerable to the rampant flow of globalization, so community service activities can be a solution to the problem. The method of implementation in this community service activity is carried out with the presentation of material by each of the speakers followed by a question and answer discussion to discuss current character education. in the discussion the question and answer became a reference for the solution to the problem of character education for young people today. Analytical techniques and results of activities, namely activities carried out to support the tri darma of higher education resulted in several solutions that could be developed by the people of A Widodo Village in implementing character education for their children. The people of A Widodo Village were very enthusiastic in participating in this activity. some people ask that community service activities like this can be resumed. The community also hopes that the Lecturers of STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau can become partners of Desa A Widodo in various activities related to education.

Abstract

The aim in implementing this service is to empower and maximize the Medan City Amil Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqoh Muhammadiyah Institution (LazisMU) as an effort to collect, distribute and report Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqoh funds. The scope of service includes the Medan City Amil Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah Muhammadiyah Institution (LAZISMU) which is a non-profit partner that has experienced several obstacles in carrying out its functions, namely: collecting Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) funds and the search for donors is still in a way manual so that sometimes donors do not easily believe, difficulties in following up infaq and sadaqah boxes, many boxes are damaged or even lost, people still doubt that the funds donated did not reach LazisMu Medan City and were distributed on target, and reporting was still only done in the monthly LazisMU Medan City bulletin. The method of implementation is carried out by reviewing documents, observing, and conducting interviews as an initial stage in gathering information. Furthermore, the implementation which is carried out online starts from Training Need Analysis, counseling, training, mentoring and evaluation. This service program has succeeded in minimizing partner problems and providing benefits to partners which are proven qualitatively through direct in-depth interviews via zoom and video testimonials. Meanwhile, quantitatively it can be concluded that 35% said it was useful and 65% said it was very useful.

Abstract

Kebijakan Pemerintah yang mengkonversi minyak tanah (fosil)  ke LPG (Liguid Petroleum Gas) yang dimulai sejak tahun 2007 lalu, kini mulai menimbulkan masalah terkait ketersedian LPG. Kelangkaan LPG tersebut terjadi pada program LPG bersubsidi 3 kg yang diperuntukan bagi keluarga  yang kurang mampu. Kelangkaan ini dapat menimbulkan masalah baru bagi masyarakat yang menggunakan LPG 3 kg yang dimulai dari terhambatnya akatifitas masyarakat untuk memasak  hingga harga LPG yang mengalami kenaikan. Kenaikan harga ini tentunya akan menambah beban hidup bagi masyarakat yang kurang mampu. Kotoran sapi dapat menghasilkan biogas dengan proses fermentasi atau pencernaan kotoran ternak didalam tangki pencerna (digester) dapat berlangsung selama 60 – 90 hari hingga mengandung senyawa yaitu metana ( ) yang mudah terbakar. Biogas merupakan gas yang dihasilkan dari proses penguraian bahan-bahan organik oleh mikroorganisme pada kondisi langka oksigen (anaerob). Komponen biogas : ± 60 %  (metana), ± 38 %  (karbondioksida), ± 2 % ,  , , dan . Biogas dapat dibakar seperti elpiji, dalam skala besar biogas dapat digunakan sebagai pembangkit energi listrik, sehingga dapat dijadikan sumber energy alternatif yang ramah lingkungan dan terbarukan. Selain itu, alokasi biaya hidup keluarga peternak sapi dapat ditekan karena tidak lagi harus membeli LPG. Pada pengujian alat didapat gas pada hari ke 35 sebesar 0,33739 Psi, dan api dapat menyala pada hari fermentasi ke 35 dengan durasi nyala api ±2,5 menit. Nyala api yang terjadi membuktikan bahwa kotoran sapi dapat di fermentasi menjadi biogas yang berfungsi sebagai pengganti gas LPG. Kapasitas drum digetester (150 kg) belum mencukupi untuk memenuhi kebutuan rumah tangga. Pencampuran subtract menggunakan EM4 (Effective Microorganisme), dapat mempercepat proses fermentasi dan pembentukan biogas.

Abstract

The goal is to utilize the husk waste which is still very lacking, the abundant husk waste is mostly just piled up around the mill. There are also those who sell at very low prices. The husks are found in many villages. One of them is Genukwatu Village.Methods used 1. Survey of Tool and Material Availability and Reflection Product Competitors, 2 Creating Sarekamling Product Concepts and Designs, 3.Creating Virtual Product Marketing Concepts. If successfully made, this product can reduce husk waste which has been underutilized so far. In addition, this product will have a great opportunity to be developed because this product is a reflection sandal product that has several advantages over other reflection products. Sarekamling is a new breakthrough for reflective sandals using the basic material of milled husks. This sandal is combined with blackjade stone which has various health benefits. This product is expected to be an alternative health product that can be used at any time without pain but can be obtained at an affordable price. This product is pegged at a price of IDR 106,000.00.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide information about the role of the five souls in each individual who lives side by side in the face of the pandemic and the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak and crisis situations to form a person who is responsive and actively follows all provisions for the safety of the souls of themselves and others. This article was created with a literacy study method from various media sources collected during the pandemic period which can be used as a guide in the guidance and counseling services used by Guidance and Counseling teachers in dealing with crisis situations during the pandemic and the Covid-19 outbreak. The target of this service research is to provide training for PAUD teachers to be able to train students to be responsive and responsive and to be able to get used to complying with health protocols and train themselves to maintain cleanliness carried out by the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra to PAUD teachers and students in development programs. kemuhammadiyahan in partnership with PAUD Al-Hasanah and PAUD Rizky.

Abstract

Planning and preparation of guidance and counseling programs is an important step in the development of guidance. The goal is for all activities to be organized and systematically coordinated, so that they can run smoothly, efficiently, effectively towards achieving a goal. Guru BK's main tasks are to develop guidance programs, implement guidance programs, evaluate guidance programs, analyze the results of guidance implementation and follow-up in guidance programs for students whose responsibilities are the responsibility. The Guidance and Counseling Program is only described according to the types of services and areas of development without any description of the allocation of time, the classes that will be provided the service, the materials that will be presented and the absence of weekly programs. In other words, the preparation of guidance and counseling programs has not been in accordance with the guidelines for the preparation of guidance and counseling programs.The purpose of training in the preparation of guidance and counseling services program for BK teachers is to provide understanding and insight to develop and develop guidance and counseling programs ideally and professionally, so as to provide good implementation for students. The results of this community service activity show that training in the preparation of guidance and counseling services programs to junior high school teachers: First, there is an increased understanding of teachers towards the preparation of guidance and counseling services programs in the form of. Second, obtained the results of draft guidance and counseling services programs that can be developed by teachers.
