Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of implementing the Bahtsul Masa'il Method in improving the ability to read the Book of Fathul Qorib using a quantitative approach. This method is used in the context of Islamic religious teaching and focuses on understanding Arabic texts. In this study, the research sample consisted of a group of students who took part in training using the Bahtsul Masa'il Method and another group of students who took part in conventional teaching methods. Data was collected through reading and comprehension tests of Arabic texts before and after implementing the method. The results of the test were analyzed using descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing to evaluate significant differences in improvement in reading ability between the two groups of students. The findings of this research indicate that the implementation of the Bahtsul Masa'il Method significantly increases the ability to read the Book of Fathul Qorib compared to conventional teaching methods. Students who underwent training with this method showed higher improvements in understanding Arabic texts. These results support the use of the Bahtsul Masa'il Method as an effective approach to improving reading competence in the context of Islamic religious studies. This research has positive implications for curriculum development and Islamic religious teaching methods, by emphasizing the importance of interactive approaches and critical thinking in understanding texts religion. In addition, this research provides an empirical basis for Islamic religious educators to consider using the Bahtsul Masa'il Method in an effort to increase understanding and literacy in Arabic among students.

Abstract

This article aims to 1) To find out how the process of implementing principal management in increasing educational quality at SMP BP Amanatul Ummah. 2) Knowing what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of the principal management process in improving the quality of education at SMP BP Amanatul Ummah. 3) Knowing the principal management process on the quality of professional education at SMP BP Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto. This research is qualitative research using descriptive methods, namely research methods to solve actual problems. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The management of school principals in order to increase education output at SMP BP Amanatul Ummah the program carried out is to increase the ability of school personnel in resource management and program preparation, encouraging greater community participation to support education in schools, encouraging the use of school budgets according to school needs. functions are implemented by taking four stages, namely: planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. From the results of research and data obtained from the implementation of school principal management, the impact of the implementation of BP Amanatul Ummah Junior High School education, especially the achievement of students, shows high achievement both academic and non-academic achievements. In implementing principal management, it is inseparable from supporting and inhibiting factors, to anticipate inhibiting factors a solution is needed to overcome them.

Abstract

Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses internalisasi nilai kejujuran dalam pelajaran di kelas VIII Mts Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah dan Umtuk menganalisis evaluasi internalisasi nilai kejujuran dalam pembelajaran di kelas VIII Mts Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif, Dimana penelitian kualitatif merupakan sebuah prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif yang berupa kata tertulis maupun lisan serta tingkah laku seseorang yang telah diamati. Pendekatan kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian misalnya perilaku, persepsi, motivasi, tindakan, dan lain-lain secara holistic dengan cara deskriptif dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa. Penyajian dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada proses pencarian data secara lengkap, yang kemudian data tersebut disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif terurai dalam kata-kata untuk memperoleh keutuhan deskripsi atau gambaran tentang penguatan internalisasi nilai kejujuran dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Proses internalisasi nilai kejujuran dalam pembelajaran dikalas VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah yaitu: a. Penanaman nilai-nilai kejujuran dalam pola pikir siswa, setelah itu, b. Pembiasaan, dan c. Keteladanan dari guru terhadap siswa. 2) Evaluasi Internalisasi nilai kejujuran dalam pembelajaran dikalas VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah a. Cara penilaian dari setiap sektor yang berada di lembaga secara berkala, b. Pemberian tugas yang bersifat mengedukasi kepada siswa secara bertahap, dan c. Pendekatan emosional secara continue, dengan harapan terbangun kedekatan antar guru dengan siswa sehingga hubungan baik bisa terjalin diantara mereka, dalam hal ini diupayakan bisa menumbuhkan rasa keyakinan terhadap siswa untuk berani berkata jujur dalam segala hal.

Abstract

The problem of this research can be formulated as follows: (1) does the communication climate contribute to the performance of teachers at the State Elementary School in Region 2 District of Kuala District? and (3) does the communication climate and achievement motivation jointly contribute to the performance of teachers in the State Elementary Schools of the Region 2 Cluster of Kuala Subdistrict This research method is a correlational quantitative research using descriptive and inferential approaches. In this study, the population was all teachers at the State Elementary School Cluster Region 2, Kuala District, amounting to 80 people. The sample of this study was taken by referring to the Krejcie-Morgan table where a fixed sample of 66 people was obtained. This research data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of data analysis show that: (1) communication climate contributes 32.2% to teacher performance; (2) achievement motivation contributes 12.3% to teacher performance; (3) The communication climate and achievement motivation together contribute 38.1% to the teacher's performance at the State Elementary School Cluster 2, Kuala District. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that communication climate and achievement motivation are two important factors that can contribute to teacher performance that cannot be ignored in addition to other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Education as an investment in the future has an important role in building the nation. The goal is an ideal to be achieved by implementing an activity. No activity is programmed without a goal because it is something that has no certainty in determining which direction the activity will be carried out. Globally the purpose of learning is a change in a person for the better. The concept of independent learning is very different from the existing curriculum used by formal education in Indonesia. This new educational concept considers students' individual cognitive abilities and uniqueness. The method used is the method of literature. Content analysis is used to analyze research data. With the independent learning program, it is hoped that the class atmosphere will be more fun and happy. This certainly affects the quality of learning better. A pleasant learning atmosphere can increase student enthusiasm for learning, and teachers and parents can also feel it.

Abstract

The School Literacy Movement (GLS) which is being promoted by the MTsN 2 Medan school which aims to increase students' interest in books, even if it is only a sheet and frees them to read any book. However, not all students are enthusiastic about reading literacy, even though the school has made extracurriculars based on reading and writing. The research method used was descriptive research using a survey approach. The subjects studied were all students at MTsN 2 Medan from grades VI, VII, XI, however, it was narrowed down to 30 people, with 10 samples taken at each grade level. Collecting data in the study was carried out by interview, observation, and documentation methods. The data obtained in this study were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis and focused on using the Miles & Huberman model which consisted of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the reading literacy activities carried out by MTsN 2 Medan schools provide good results and the growing interest in reading and writing of students. 'an. And the school also makes every class and corner of the school in the form of slogans that are easy for students to read and each class is provided with bookshelves that make it easier for students to read.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the influence of KIE (communication, information, and education) through leaflets and video media on adolescents’ knowledge and attitude toward pornographic exposure. The research used quasi experimental method. The population was all Grades VII and VIII students of SMP Negeri 45 Medan, and 60 of them were used as the samples, which consisted of 30 respondents in the leaflet group and the other 30 respondents in the video group. The analysis showed an influence of counseling with leaflet media about pornographic exposure on students’ knowledge (p=0.000) and attitude (p=0.000). There was an influence of counseling with video media about pornographic exposure on students’ knowledge (p=0.0000 and attitude (p=0.000). Video media was more effective in increasing knowledge (p=0.000) and attitude than leaflet media in counseling about pornographic exposure. It is recommended that the students be more proactive in counseling about pornography which influences reproductive health and uses leaflets and videos as the media to increase their behavior in forestalling pornographic exposure.

Abstract

In facing the challenges of the era of Society 5.0, improving the quality of human resources is influenced by the vital role of education. One way to increase the effectiveness of talent in facing the challenges of society 5.0 is to capitalize on the needs of the labor market through recruitment. Through recruitment, an organization or institution can choose an employee who qualified according to existing criteria or characteristics to fill certain required positions. One of the programs available at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training in question is the implementation of the recruitment of educators for Extraordinary Lecturers (Dosen Luar Biasa-LB Lecturer). This is the background for the author to study more deeply about planning management and the recruitment process as well as the direction of the policy for determining LB Lecturers at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The research in this article uses a qualitative descriptive method with field study techniques, interviews, and a literature study. The results of this study found that: first, the planning process for the recruitment of LB lecturers at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training starts with analyzing the needs of lecturers, which will be outlined and followed up by the Faculty leadership. Second, the recruitment process for LB lecturers at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training is carried out by disseminating information on lecturer needs, receiving lecturer application data with administrative requirements, carrying out a scheduled selection process with CBT exam stages, interviews and displays of Microteaching. Third, the policy direction for determining the results of the recruitment and selection of LB lecturers at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training is to get superior lecturers who are qualified according to the needs of the Faculty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Hinai Sub-District Junior High School program in internalizing the values of multicultural Islamic education, to analyze the application of Hinai Sub-District Middle School activities in internalizing the values of multicultural Islamic education, and to analyze the obstacles and supporters in internalizing the values of multicultural Islamic education in Middle Schools throughout the Sub-District. humiliate. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The sources of information for this research were Islamic and Christian religious education teachers, civics teachers, school principals, and students. Data collection techniques were collected through interviews, observation, and document studies. Data analysis techniques were carried out using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The findings in this study indicate that there are school programs that internalize the values of multicultural Islamic education, including learning process programs, extracurricular programs, school environments, and school rules and regulations. Internalization of the values of multicultural Islamic education is applied in various activities in schools such as teacher activities in teaching, habituation activities, exemplary teachers, activities to read the Koran and pray before learning, prayer, infaq, Ramadan activities, the celebration of Islamic holidays, and mutual cooperation and social service activities.

Abstract

This scientific work is presented to obtain or provide insight into the evaluation of learning media management at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Palembang. The method used in this scientific work is to review literature that is relevant to the evaluation of learning media management. The results of this study illustrate that the evaluation of learning media management on media can be carried out methodically and systematically. Evaluation is a step that must be taken in evaluating the management of learning media in an educational institution. In this study, evaluation can be said to be very important. Given that this evaluation is to ensure that the teaching materials used are of guaranteed quality and can carry out their functions to achieve real teaching and learning goals. Evaluation of learning media management can be done in several ways, such as (1) overall initial assessment, namely: (a) expert assessment, (b) individual assessment and (c) individual assessment, small evaluation group, and (2) trial field. Not only that, the results of this study illustrate that the teaching materials used must be evaluated at the beginning of use even before being used or used evenly to avoid fatal (serious) vulnerabilities and damage.
