Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of halal labels and promotions on purchasing decisions for samyang noodles in Jakarta. The population used in this study is the people of Jakarta. The sampling used was using the Lemeshow formula by determining the unknown population size of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques to determine the magnitude of the effect of halal labels and promotions on purchasing decisions for samyang noodles are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression, t-test, f-test, and Coefficient of Determination Test with the help of SPSS 20. The results of this study shows that the halal label has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for samyang noodles, and promotions has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for samyang noodles. Halal label and promotion together have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for samyang noodles. Research that has been carried out and carried out still has many shortcomings and limitations in its manufacture so that the limitations that limit this research are the "lockdown" conditions imposed during the Covid-19 pandemic which caused various obstacles in data collection, respondents were only taken by region, and time constraints.

Abstract

Financial Technology is evidence of innovation in the financial services sector that makes it very easy for the public. Fintech is not only used for buying and selling transactions only. But it can be used as a crowdfunding platform conducted online. One of the most popular crowdfunding platforms operating in Indonesia in terms of ZIS fundraising is crowdfunding Kitabisa.com. This study aims to explain the effect that occurs on brand awareness (X1), transparency (X2), and trust (X3) on people's decisions to distribute ZIS through crowdfunding Kitabisa.com (Y). The method used is quantitative methods. The samples used in the study were users of the Kitabisa.com platform, with a total sample of 121 people in the Jabodetabek area. The data used is primary. This study uses a questionnaire instrument and a Likert scale. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods and using SPSS Statistics version 23. The results of this study indicate that the variables of brand awareness, transparency, and trust have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on the public's decision to distribute ZIS through crowdfunding Kitabisa.com.

Abstract

The development of the SME sector in Indonesia is growing every year. However, since the emergence of the Covid-19 outbreak which has been confirmed for the first time to enter Indonesia since March 2020, the SME sector has become increasingly suboptimal in its development. The presence of fintech makes it easier for people to apply for financing rather than applying for financing to banks. The emergence of fintech companies that have products specifically for SMEs, namely sharia invoice financing such as the one at PT. Investree. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy and effectiveness of SME development through sharia invoice financing of PT. Investree during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The result of this research is the strategy implemented by PT. Investree in developing SMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic is to strengthen collaboration with ecosystem partners, improve credit scoring capabilities and innovate business processes. Then, to see the effectiveness of providing financing using indicators of quality, administration, price and the right amount and time which can support the effectiveness of providing sharia invoice financing at PT. Investree during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Profitability is an important factor in a business entity, the management of an Islamic bank has an interest in maximizing the use of its resources, in this case how Islamic banks manage their assets in order to obtain adequate profits which in turn increase the value of shareholders. The research was carried out in order to prove that the size, company size, capital adequacy ratio, temporary syirkah funds and BOPO could affect the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia in this study proxied by the ROA ratio as a measure of financial performance, both jointly and partially by using the panel data regression method with the Eviews9 application. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, or partially Total Assets and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) have a positive effect on profitability and Temporary Syirkah Funds simultaneously have no effect on profitability, but partially the Temporary Syirkah Funds have an effect on profitability, while BOPO simultaneously has an effect on profitability negatively on profitability, while partially BOPO has no effect on profitability.

Abstract

Every trial that Allah SWT gives always has wisdom that sometimes humans are unable to prevent, as currently being faced with getting a trial in the form of the Covid-19 virus. The Covid-19 virus is so that humans return to the teachings that have been exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad, especially in their business activities. This study aims to find out the strategies carried out by business actors in the Foodpreneur field in dealing with the Covid-19 Pandemic in Sharia business, the right strategy will lead business actors to survive during the Pandemic. The business sector must be able to adapt to today's world conditions, so there is a need for new strategies in business management. The method used in this research is qualitative with a Taman Snack study on business people in the Foodpreneur sector in Tangerang Regency. The results of the study show that the strategies used by business actors are to innovate products, improve service quality, read and capture digital opportunities, and adjust promotional materials. The strategy carried out by business actors is able to make business actors survive during the pandemic.

Abstract

To deal with problems related to sources of funds or capital is the bank. Currently, people are more interested in Islamic institutions. Both Islamic banks and BMTs are shariah. In this study the authors found two institutions that have differences in the handling of accounts payable. Therefore, the author is interested in finding out more about the differences between the two institutions. The purpose of this study is to find out the differences in how to handle accounts payable. To find out the difference in the way of handling accounts payable to customers who died and customers who were affected by the disaster, To find out how the Islamic perspective in handling accounts payable. Al-Qardh is property that is cut to help people in need and then returned to the debtor in full as he received it. In this study there are differences in the handling of accounts payable. This research includes descriptive qualitative research that focuses intensively on a particular object to study it as a case and reveals events or facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables and circumstances that occurred during the research by writing down what actually happened. The results of this study are the findings of 2 differences between BNI Syariah Banks that use insurance in each of their financing as a protection system to benefit both parties. And KSPPS BMT Fajar does not use insurance in every financing because the BMT thinks that insurance is the same as gambling, the system is gharar. However, from the two institutions, the implementation is in accordance with sharia principles. Based on the research, it can be concluded that there are differences in the handling of accounts payable in the protection system at BNI Syariah Bank while BMT Fajar does not use a protection system. However, both institutions are in accordance with Islamic law.

Abstract

In using internet banking, there is convenience to access and easy operating procedures make customers feel comfortable using internet banking and reduce the risks that occur when making transactions directly to banks, making customers think about switching to using internet technology advances to carry out both transactions and just see the rest. balance held. Ease of use is a person's level of belief that using a particular system does not require a lot of effort. Although the effort according to each person is different but in general to avoid rejection from users of the developed system, the system must be easy to apply by users without spending heavy effort. Based on the results of research on the influence of perceptions of information technology, risk and handling of complaints, it can be concluded that: first, the effect of the variable perception of information technology on customer interest in using internet banking, shows a positive and significant influence partially. Second, the effect of the risk variable on customer interest in using internet banking, shows a negative and partially insignificant effect. Third, the effect of handling of complaints on customer interest in using internet banking, shows that there is a positive and significant influence partially. Fourth, the influence of perceptions of information technology, risk and handling of risk complaints on customer interest in using internet banking, together (simultaneously) shows a positive and significant influence.

Abstract

The development of the sharia economy is now increasing, which can be seen from the increasing number of sharia financial institutions and sharia business institutions. This has an impact on people's understanding of interest and capital whose results have been determined in advance (predetermined return) which is usury which is prohibited by Islamic sharia. This positive trend in Sharia mortgages is also reflected in the results of the rumah.com Consumer Sentiment Study H2 2020 survey, where there was an increase in consumer preferences for choosing Sharia mortgages to 35% of respondents at the beginning of the second semester of 2020 from 29% of respondents in the first semester of 2020. On the other hand, conventional mortgage enthusiasts have decreased from 37% compared to the first semester of 2020. Sharia mortgages are the preference of rumah.com Consumer Sentiment Study H2 2020 respondents with the main reason being the certainty of the amount of monthly installments (fixed rate) stated by 74% of respondents. This means that the majority of people's considerations choose sharia mortgages because of economic considerations.Based on the results of research on the effect of public perceptions and preferences on purchasing decisions for sharia housing in Bekasi Regency, it can be concluded that: first, public perceptions as consumers have a moderate positive effect (35%) on the level of purchasing decisions. The low role of this perception is due to many consumer perceptions that do not match consumer experience, and when consumers decide to buy sharia products, the budget funds that must be spent are larger than buying a house with a conventional concept. Second, the public's preference as a consumer has a fairly strong significant effect (65%) on the level of purchasing decisions. The role of preference is quite strong because of the knowledge or information that people understand is that Islamic housing is always better than conventional housing.

Abstract

Bank Mega Syariah has a product called the iB Berkah Utama in marketing its product has ten characteristics of the Islamic marketing mix in iB Berkah Utama Savings Product namely: product, orice, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, promise, ptient, and customers oriented, one of the problems is people whose use of human recources is still weak and marketing of savings products, the main blessing in the iB Berkah Utama at Bank Mega Syariah amid the covid-19 pandemic, are experiencing problems/ obstacles/problems. This is reserach using a qualitative descriptive method. The methods used to obtain data sre Field Research (observation, interviews, and documentation) as supporting data Library Research. The Subjects in this study were Bank Mega Syariah Bekasi City, which included the Head of Branch, Marketing Funding and customers. The object of this research is about the strategy of the islamic marketing mix in the iB Berkah Utama Savings product Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that employees/ Head of Branch Bank Mega Syariah who are not have an extensive network of organizations and lack of human respurces and due to the existence of health protocols, so they experience limitations in movement especially through virtual strategies, zoom meetings are felt to be less than optimal as a results the condition of customers in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic has decreased the number of customers interest to open an iB Berkah Utama account in Bank Mega Syariah KCP Bekasi.

Abstract

In banking, service delivery is related to development real technology including Internet Banking, Phone banking, SMS Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM, and Service Quality, namely services provided by human resources in this case CS (Customer Service) such as interactions directly by providing services directly with good like service in good, polite and friendly language, it can improving banking quality in improving service quality towards customers. The research method that will be used in this research is descriptive method with a case study approach. The research that researchers made using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through: study literature, interviews, documentation, and observations. Based on the results interviews conducted, it can be concluded that implementation technology service strategy Digital Banking at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Tomang has implemented four main dimensions of Digital Banking (E-Serqual), meanwhile from the observation of the implementation of the Quality Service (Quality of service) given Customer Service Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Tomang to customers, Customer Service has implemented 10 dimensions in its service to customers, apart from that based on the conclusion of the interview that Customer Service has also been guided by the five dimensions of service, this is based from the customer's perspective on the implementation of Quality Service (Quality services) provided by Customer Service at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Tomang and confirmed by the observations of researchers that all indicators are considered highly good and very satisfying.
