Abstract

Company value is very important for shareholders to gain profits in their share peculiarities. Many fundamental factors can increase company value. This study aims to determine the effect of company size and profitability factors on firm value. This research was conducted at consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2017 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used were data pooling test, classical assumptions test, and hypothesis test with the help of SPSS 20 and SmartPLS 3 programs. The results of this study indicate that firm size has a positive effect on firm value and profitability has a positive effect on firm value. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that firm size and profitability have a positive effect on the firm value of consumer goods companies. Abstract

Today, human needs and desires are increasing and unsatisfied. Many companies are trying to create a variety of products with high quality and many train employees to attract customers. This becomes very important because by being able to create a product with high quality and good service then the customer will return again in the future to make another purchase and will bring a sense of customer loyalty to him. The object of this research is the customer who became the visitor warunk UPNORMAL Sunter. Sampling technique is non probability sampling by using judgment sampling, with sample size 100. The result of data analysis indicate that product quality and service quality have positive effect to customer loyalty and service quality influence more dominant to customer loyalty compared with product quality.

Abstract

The market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia has only reached 5.95% and there are still many people with disabilities, especially those who are Muslim, who have not used Islamic banking products in Indonesia.The purpose of this study is to determine what factors influence the intention or intention of people with disabilities to use Islamic banking products. This study is different from previous studies because it only focuses on persons with disabilities and the population drawn is persons with disabilities in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi).The research approach uses quantitative research by taking a sample of 126 respondents with disabilities in the Jabodetabek area. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling during the period December 2020.From this research, the conclusion is that the factors attitude, reliogisity, knowledge and place have a positive and significant effect on intention. Abstract

Along with techonological development in Industry 4.0, the trading processes have beendeveloped as all trading processes shifted to the electronic concept or integrated with the internet.Also called as e-Commerce. In Indonesia itself, there are 26,2 million units of e-Commerce listedwhich dominated by 3 brands : Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak. But there are also a lot offactors that effect the consumers’ choices e-Commerce.This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing and Electronic Word of Mouthon Purchase Intention through Brand Image.The object of the study is the perception of Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak users on SocialMedia Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Image, and their Purchase Intention. Whilethe subject is Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak users in Jakarta. This study will be done byusing path analysis by calculating the effect between variables. The result shows that Social Media Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth and Brand Image arepositively and significantly effect on Purchase Intention. Other than that, Brand Image can be amediating variable between Social Media Marketing and Electronic Word of Mouth on PurchaseIntention.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, culinary developments in Indonesia are very fast. As a result, the types of businesses that have been established vary, ranging from local food to food originating from abroad. With so many types of food that come from abroad and are in great demand, a simple food has emerged, namely donuts. As a food that is in demand, donut companies now have to maintain product quality. In addition to maintaining product quality, donut companies must set competitive prices. The purpose of this study is to determine customer satisfaction at Dunkin 'Donuts in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta through product quality and price variables, customer satisfaction is the most important thing that must be achieved in a company. The theory used to support this research is Product Quality, Price and Customer Satisfaction. The object of this research is Dunkin 'Donuts in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta. The data collection technique in this research is by distributing questionnaires online via google form, for the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling and the method used is judgment sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Product Quality variable has t count> t table (3,235> 1.978) with a significance of 0.002 <0.05, for the variable Price has t count> t table (4.182> 1.978) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. From these results it can be stated that if the level of product quality and price is getting better, it can maintain and even increase customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that all the hypotheses contained in this study have been proven to have a positive effect on Dunkin 'Donuts Customer Satisfaction in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta. Abstract

It is moral duty to manage business ethically for human solidarity and general welfare. Recognized that ethical business should be based on fairness, responsiblity, honesty, wisdom, loyality, moral integrity and no harm to the others principles. These ethical principles were found in state ideology, culture, and religioeus teachings. Indonesian state ideology is pancasila. Pancasila means five principles, that are belive on one God, fair and civilized humanity, Indonesian unity, democracy and social justice. These principles provide guidance for Indonesian people in everyday lifes as citizenship and business activities. Based on library research I found that these five principles and UUD 1945 constitution articles could support in bulding ethical activity and ethical structur in business everyday activities. It is fairness if workers salary is based on social justice values and govermental rules. Sosial justice values and govermental rules should be produced from the democracy values in salary negotiating process between business corporate and workers. These salary negotiating process should based on the unity spirit prinsiple. Pay attention to the humanity inherently comes from the unity spririt principle. And becuase we are God’s creature, pay attention to the humanity is must. In the same level, contitution article in UUD 1945 and rule law regulate rights and duties of the workers. For example, article 27 point 2 explain that every citizen should have working and way of living properly. Labour law nomor 11 tahun 2020 could be called ethical structure if this law contains of justice, democratic, unity, humanity and divinity value Key words: ethical business, pancasila morality, ethical attitude and ethical structure
