Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja di Dinas Kebudayaan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Populasi adalah semua karyawan di Dinas Kebudayaan Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang berjumlah 101 orang dan sampelnya adalah 53 orang yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dirumuskan tentang motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Hasilnya adalah hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja di Dinas Kebudayaan Provinsi Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

Riset ini maksud nya untuk mendapatkan persepsi peserta didik trhadap pelaksanaan keg ekstrakurikuler di SMKN Kota Padang Panjang tentang jadwal, partisipasi, fasilitas, dan pembina. Adapun pertanyaan riset sebagai berikut adalah seberapa baik persepsi siswa tentang 1) jadwal, 2) partisipasi, 3) fasilitas, dan 4) pembina. Populasi riset ini adalh seluruh siswa kelas X dan XI SMKN Kota Padang Panjang yg terdaftar dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sebanyak 309 siswa, sampelnya berjumlah 78 siswa yang pengambilan sampelnya 25% dari jumlah populasi. Instrument menggunakan kuesioner skala likert. Angket tersebut sudah dicobakan dan dapat validitasnya dan reliabelitas angket. ternyata adalah persepsi siswa tentang jadwal kegiatan ekstrakurikuler ada ditingkat bagus 3,83, persepsi murid tentang partisipasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler ada ditingkat bagus 3,94, persepsi siswa tentang fasilitas kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berada pada kategori cukup 3,25, persepsi murid tentang pembina ekskul ada ditingkat bagus 3,75. Maka dari itu simpulannya persepsi murid thdap pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dengan nilai 3,94.

Abstract

Riset ini maksud nya untuk mendapatkan motivasi mahasiswa jurusan administrasi pendidikan mempelajari kewirausahaan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan kewirausahaan, keterampilan berusaha dan pernah berusaha. Adapun pertanyaan riset sebagai berikut adalah seberapa tinggi Motivasi mahasiswa mendapatkan 1) pengetahuan kewirausahaan, 2) keterampilan usahaa, dan 3) eksperien berwirausaha. Populasi riset ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan Administrasi Pendidikan tahun masuk 16 dan 17 sebanyak 238 mahasiswa, sampelnya berjumlah 70 ahaisswa yang ditentukan dengan cara Proportionate Stratified random sampling. Instrument menggunakan kuesioner skala likert. Angket tersebut sudah dicobakan dan dapat validitasnya dan reliabelitas angket. ternyata adalah motivasi mahasiswa mendapatkan pengetahuan kewirausahaan adad idmaksimal dengan nilai 3,69, motivasi mahasiswa mendapatkan keterampilan berwirausaha berada ditingkat maksimal dengan total 3,80, dan motivasi mahasiswa mendapatkan pengalaman berwirausaha ada ditingkat maksimal dengan rata-rata 3,75. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi mahasiswa mempelajari kewirausahaan maksimal dengan nilai 3,75.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find data and information regarding teachers' perceptions and expectations of the school climate in terms of 1) support to students, 2) leadership, 3) student participation, 4) encouragement, 5) clarity of rules, 6) cooperation, 7) care for students, 8) completeness of resources. This research is a descriptive study. The population of this study were all teachers in Vocational High School 5 Padang with a total population of 100 people. This research is a population research, that is, if the subject is more than 100, it is better to use Stratified Proportional Random Sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample using the Slovin formula with the sum of 50 teachers. The research instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert scale model that has been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using the mean (average) formula. Teachers' perceptions and expectations of the school climate in Vocational High School 2 Padang are in the category of good enough perception with an average score of 3.4 while expectations are in the good category with an average score of 4.1.

Abstract

This reasearch aimed to describe organizational commitment related to the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Tanah Datar, to know the organizational commitment of employees at the Regional Secretariat Tanah Datar and to know the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Tanah Datar. The type of this research is correlational research with quantitative approach, population in research is all employees at Regional Secretariat of Tanah Datar which amounts to 104 people. The samples were taken based on Slovin using proportional stratified random sampling technique and obtained 51 samples. The instrument is a Likert scale questionnaire with five choices of answers that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used in this research is correlation coefficient test and t test with SPSS 16.0. From result of research indicate that there is significant correlation between organizational commitment variable with employee performance. The level of performance at the Regional Secretariat of Tanah Datar Regency is Quite High. While the organizational commitment variable is in the Quite High

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai persepsi para guru mengenai iklim sekolah dengan indikator; dukungan, afiliasi, keakraban, keterlibatan, kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana, serta kenyamanan lingkungan fisik. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif-kuantitatif dan populasi pada penelitian adalah seluruh guru yang menjadi tenaga pengajar di SMKN 3 Padang sebanyak 87 guru. Sampel berjumlah 49 guru dengan menghitung besarannya memakai rumus Slovin serta dilakukan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitan berbentuk angket dengan model skala Likert yang sudah dilakukan pengujian validitas dan reabilitasnya. Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul dilakukan analisis dengan mencari rata-rata dan tingkat capaiannya dan diperoleh hasil yang memperlihatkan bahwa iklim sekolah SMKN 3 Padang memperoleh rata-rata 4,17 dan tingkat capaian 83,40% berada pada kriteria kondusif.

Abstract

The study was conducted in order to obtain information about the relationship between activity in the organization and the learning discipline of the student association of FIP UNP as seen from their activity in the organization (variable X) and learning discipline (variable Y). The student population in HMJ FIP is 445 people with a sample of 86 people taken using the Slovin formula. The instrument in this study used a Likert scale questionnaire through validity and reliability tests. This data uses the product moment correlation with the Rh value of 0.220> Rt 0.215 and Th 2.07> Tt 2.00. The result of his research is that there is a relationship between activeness in the organization and the learning discipline of the student association of FIP UNP`

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information disciplinary guidance students at State Vocational High School 4 Pariaman. The research question is how well the disciplinary guidance of students in terms of guidance, direction and supervision of class XI and XII students of SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman, totaling 405 people with 25% sampling of 106. The instrument used was a Likert scale model. The result is that the disciplinary guidance of students in Vocational High School 4 Pariaman has been carried out well.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about Teachers' Perceptions of the Implementation of Public Elementary School Teacher Working Group (TWG) Activities in Palupuh Subdistrict, Agam Regency, as seen in terms of TWG facilities and infrastructure, TWG implementation time, material discussed in the TWG, resource persons TWG, motivation to participate in TWG activities, and the benefits of participating in TWG activities. The research questions asked, namely How Teachers' Perception of the Implementation of Public Elementary School Teacher Working Group (TWG) Activities in Palupuh District, Agam Regency, seen from the facilities and infrastructure needed in the TWG activities, the timing of the TWG activities, the material discussed in the TWG activities, teacher guides in TWG activities, teacher motivation in participating in TWG activities, and the benefits of participating in TWG activities.This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative research methods. The study population numbered 129 people with a sample of 38 people. This research used simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale which had been tested for validity and reliability. The data is processed with the formula average (Mean). The results of the study as a whole show that the Teachers' Perception of the Implementation of Public SD Teachers Working Group (TWG) Activities in Palupuh District, Agam Regency is already in the good category with an average score of 4.22.

Abstract

This study aims to determine teacher perceptions about the strategy of motivation giving by leaders in junior high school in Air Hangat Barat Subdistrict, Kerinci, which includes :1) Behavior (action), 2) Applying Reward and Punishment, 3) Participation (empomering power). Population in this study are teacher who are in junior high school of Air Hangat Barat Subdistrict, Kerinci amounted to 104 people. The sample in this study amounted to 49 people that determined using stratified sampling and taken by proportional random sampling taken based on the cochran formula. Data collection tool was a questionnaire with likert scale models that have proven validity and reliability. The findings show that the strategy of motivation giving by leader be going in good category from some aspects :1) Behavior (action) with average score 88,99%, 2 )Applying Reward and Punishment with an average score 89,47% and 3) Participation (empomering power) with an average score 91,21% The result show that teacher perceptions about the strategy of motivation giving by leader in junior high school of Air Hangat Barat Subdistrict, Kerinci are in fairly good category with score of 89,90%.
