Abstract

The findings in this study prove that the Imam as a leader must also be able to invite his congregation to have a good attitude in religion and state and keep them away from actions that can harm others. Therefore it is necessary to do the cadre of prayer priests who are also preachers who understand religion and the State through holistic Islamic education. The problems that are the focus of this research are: How is the implementation of cadre education at the Institute for Cadre of Imams and Dai (eLKID) Islamic Center Wadi Mubarak Megamendung Bogor? and What is the role of Ustadz in the implementation of cadre education at the Islamic Center Wadi Mubarak Megamendung Bogor Cadre of Imam and Dai (eLKID) Institute? This research uses a case study qualitative research approach. Through interviews, observation and documentation. From this method, then the researcher analyzed with data reduction, then presented and concluded the conclusion. The subjects of this research were obtained from the leaders and carers of the institution and several Ustadz who were actively teaching at the institution. For data validity, researchers used source triangulation and methods of comparing the results of interviews with observations and documentation. Ustadz The role in the implementation of cadre education includes education, cultivating, guiding, guiding, being role models, mentoring and supervision for 24 hours a day.

Abstract

This Article conclusion the findings of this study proves that the niha'i program has great relevance in fostering the pedagogical competence of service teachers conducted at the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School in Pakandangan Barat Bluto Sumenep. The niha'i program is geared towards how children learn to become professional educators. The focus of the research is how is the implementation and how is the relevance of the niha'i program in fostering the pedagogical competence of midwifery teachers at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat Bluto Sumenep Madura in 2019?This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used consisted of three interacting analyzes, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the discussion of the research it can be concluded that the implementation of the Niha'i program in fostering the pedagogical competence of service teachers at Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School begins with the planning stage which socializes to final grade students, implementation is adjusted to a previously planned schedule and evaluation in the form of a document of work results. students who are assessed and validated by the supervisors. While the relevance of the niha'i program is 1) Afternoon teaching, namely the teacher obtains a complete picture of students 'initial abilities and a broad picture of the experiences that students have, 2) 'Amaliyatu-t-tadris on the characteristics of teachers, including teachers must be prepared with the material to be taught, have a cheerful face and communicate well and fluently, and are in good health, 3) Mutola'atul polar is the ability of students to copy and write books or Kutubu-t-Turats from a computer using the Maktabah Syamilah program. 4) Bahtul ilmy is the teacher's writing ability with khat naskh and for footnote with khat riq'ah.

Abstract

Focus of this research is how the exemplary method of the teacher (uswatun hasanah) in character education for students of MA Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat Bluto Sumenep? and how is the implementation of the exemplary teacher method (uswatun hasanah) in character education for MA Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat students Bluto Sumenep? The approach used by researchers in this study is a qualitative-field approach. Case studies are thorough and in-depth. It is called comprehensive, because what is important is the integrity of the knowledge about the case under study which is a special event in itself, and is called in-depth because case studies are not used to test the truth of a hypothesis, but to explore the truth. The data from this study are the results of interviews with all teachers of the Islamic Boarding School Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat, Bluto District, Sumenep Regency. The data collection procedure used in this study was an observation interview and documentation. The stages of data analysis in this study include data reduction, including checking and organizing data, displaying data or presenting data and conclusions or verification. Based on the results of the analysis, the authors can draw conclusions from this research that the exemplary method of the teacher (Uswatun Hasanah) in character education for students of MA Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat Bluto Sumenep includes gentleness, compassion, habituation, quranic stories and sanctions. Abstract

An educator has an important role in guiding and following children, they are required to be able and willing to provide various stimuli in accordance with the potential intelligence of the child. One form of stimulation of Halimah Kindergarten students is taught various forms and types of Islamic nuances known as pats and songs. The songs and claps that are taught include the songs of the names of angels, the pillars of Islam, the pillars of faith and the songs of prayer and so on. By using Islamic songs in the learning process students will be more motivated, faster in learning the material and organize them compared to using conventional methods. Based on the context, the researcher focuses on "How to develop children's spiritual intelligence through Islamic songs in group B TK Halimah Prenduan Praga Sumenep in the 2019-2020 Academic Year as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. The approach used in this research is a qualitative field approach. The methods used are interview, observation, and documentation methods. The results showed that the implementation of Islamic songs in the development of children's spiritual intelligence in group B TK Halimah Prenduan Praga Sumenep Academic Year 2019-2020 which is classified into preparation, material and delivery, props and evaluation are all good. The supporting factors include educators, the environment and learning resources. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include time constraints, classroom layout constraints, and tools for singing.

Abstract

This research aim to describe:  1. How the process of  internalizing religious values through exemplary and habituation method in Ad-dzikir Pragaan elementary school. 2. What are supporting and inhibiting factors of internalizing religious values through exemplary and habituation method in Ad-dzikir Pragaan elementary school.  This research used qualitative approach, informan of this research are principal, master of classes, and students of Ad-Dzikir. Data collection technique used are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis  used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.  The result showed that the process of  internalizing religious values through exemplary method in Ad-dzikir Pragaan elementary school are ilahiyah values, insaniyah values, akhlaq values.  The teacher behavior as role models are: discipline, on time both in school or class, appreciated students tasks, became imam when dhuhur  prayer, assertive, gave advice and motivation.  The process of  internalizing religious values through   habituation method in Ad-dzikir Pragaan elementary school are time, condition and program habituation.

Abstract

Ibrah Mau’idzah through Islamic stories is one of the methods that can be used and good influenced in internalizing islamic values for children. Ibrah Mau’idzah itself is a way that takes the essence of the event, whether it is a self-experience or someone else. Then, by the admonitions and warnings of good and bad something contained in the event or story. And this study aims to demonstrate what islamic religious values are internalized, as well as to describe the process of internalizing islamic values for children in the teacher’s family using these methods and media. This data source is a sample taken from six families whose parents were teachers and had children of approximately 3-12 years old. this research used  qualitative approach, and data sources through observation and interview. The result of this study is the islamic values internalized toward children that constitute the value of worship and moral values. Ibrah Mau’idzah as a method used to internalize the islamic religious values has positive effect on children and has proven to be effective for used. That showed from children that have ability in carrying out prayer, fasting, honoring parents and so on.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                Salah satu temuan lapangan yang ada yakni kurang lebih 35% santriwati tidak lulus dalam melaksanakan program amaiyah at-tadris, yang dilatar belakangi oleh beberapa faktor. Pertama, kesalahan dalam melakukan toriqah at-tadris, peserta amaliyah at-tadris lupa akan langkah-langkah yang akan dilakukan selanjutnya, sehingga pembelajaran terkesan kurang terencana. Kedua, kurangnya penguasaan materi pembelajaran, peserta amaliyah at-tadris terbata-bata dalam menjelaskan kandungan pembelajaran. Pada penelitian ini terdapat hubungan dan pengaruh pembelajaran tarbiyah wa ta’lim, kesiapan guru pra pembelajaran, penguasaan kelas, penguasaan materi pembelajaran, pada keterampilan mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengatahui pengaruh dan seberapa besar pengaruh pembelajaran tarbiyah wa ta’lim, kesiapan guru pra pembelajaran, penguasaan kelas, penguasaan materi pembelajaran, terhadap  keterampilan mengajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Ex-Post Facto yang menggunakan regresi linier berganda, sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan bantuan SPSS 22 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai signifikansi dari f change 0.000, lebih kecil dari 0.05, yang menunjukan bahwa kesiapan mengajar, penguasaan kelas, penguasaan pengetahuan pembelajaran serentak mempengaruhi keterampilan mengajar. Besar pengaruh tersebut terlihat dari besar R square yakni 0.977, yang berarti keterampilan mengajar dipengaruhi tiga variabel tersebut sebesar 0.977, dan sisanya yakni 0,023 adalah faktor lain. Artinya, ketiga variabel tersebut berhubungan dan berdampak erat terhadap keterampilan mengajar. Kata kunci: Tarbiyah wa ta’lim, keterampilan mengajar

Abstract

Family has very important role in the children education process. The responsibility o parents in education is the first educator, especially  the role of the mother is the most important role. But in reality, currently there are some women who work outside the home and must be willing to leave their children and fully hand over childcare to household assistants for a task they are assigned. In this condition, with all the limitations  the housewife replaces the role of her biological mother not only in the aspect of care, but also in education. This study aims to determine how the internalization process of household assistant in internalize religious values in their foster children and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for internalizing household assistants in instilling religious values in their foster children. The method in this study used qualitative approach with a type of case study. Data sources in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. And the sampling technique using porpusive sampling. Based on the results of this study, the process of internalizing household assistants in internalize the religious education values has a very positive impact children, children can receive religious education and practice it in their daily life.

Abstract

Many impacts of cultural globalization have occurred, one of which is moral degradation that has spread to various groups, especially teenagers. Such as behavior that is difficult to control, drunkenness, stubbornness, frequent fights, drinking parties, hedonist lifestyle, and deviant behavior. This can be prevented by efforts to foster morals in Islamic boarding schools. The purpose of this study is to describe how the efforts to develop the morals of students at the Mathlabul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in everyday life are to foster, educate and direct, so that the students can be better at having noble morals. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, direct observation and documentation related to the research focus. The results of the study show that the efforts to develop the Ahklak Santri in the Era of Globalization, especially the Mathlabul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, are: 1) Getting used to greeting teachers and greeting students when they meet within the Islamic boarding school and outside the Islamic boarding school, 2) Familiarizing students with activities such as reading and memorizing Al- qur`an, 3) Often hold intensive study activities on Islam which are carried out once a week, Friday to be precise, 4) Conduct studies on classic books at the Mathlabul Ulum Islamic Boarding School which are carried out every night under the leadership Kyai and Ustadz take turns. The impact of Efforts to Foster Santri Morals at the Mathlabul Ulum Islamic Boarding School are: 1) Being able to instill moral values into the souls of students so that students are accustomed to being careful in behaving and communicating, 2) Increasing the discipline of students in carrying out Islamic boarding school activities, 3) Santri also more enthusiastic and passionate and obedient in participating in activities in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

The hierarchical values can be grouped into two groups, namely: divine values which consist of ubudiyah values and mu'amalah values, then human ethical values which consist of rational, social, individual, biovistic, economic values. politics, and aesthetic values. This study aims to explain what Islamic values are like, describe the components and describe the implementation of the cultivation of Islamic, tarbawi and Ma'hadi values at the TMI Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School. In this study, researchers used a qualitative research approach. As for the research data collection, namely by using interview instruments, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, in the data analysis, the researcher brought together the field data with the theory as a surgical knife. The results showed that the Islamic, Tarbawi and Ma'hadi values that were rooted and thrived in the TMI Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School were stuck in all the activities and life in them, as well as the components that moved and ran the system, consisting of, Kiai, Ustad, Santri and guidebooks, where the three complement each other, fixing the preservation of the existing system, and the last is the implementation of these values, namely by instilling these values in every individual who lives in the uswah hasanah lodge, akhlakul karimah and religious values other.
