Abstract

Bulog Sub Divre Central Lampung is one of the state-owned institutions which has the main objective of securing food supply and stabilizing rice prices, especially in the central and surrounding areas of Lampung. For that we need employees who have good performance to make this happen. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, emotional intelligence and leadership style on employee performance at Bulog Sub Divre Lampung Tengah. This type of research is quantitative research or verification research. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. The objects in this study are compensation, emotional intelligence, leadership style and employee performance. The population of this research is the employees of Bulog Sub Divre Central Lampung with a total sample of 30 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is to use data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that partially compensation, emotional intelligence and leadership style affect employee performance. Simultaneously it also shows that compensation, emotional intelligence and leadership style together have an effect on employee performance. Based on the significance figures, it can be seen that the factor that most influences employee performance is compensation

Abstract

This study aims to test whether communication, work environment, and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as well as to test whether communication, work environment, and discipline variables can improve employee performance. With sampling using a non-probability sampling method using random incidental techniques from employees who work at UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi. The population in this study amounted to 80 employees. The sample was calculated using the Slovin formula to get the result of 60 as a sample. The results of the communication variable t-count 1.418 have a significant effect, the work environment variable t-count 2.121 has a significant effect and the discipline variable t-count is 2.850 has a significant effect. So it can be concluded that of the three independent variables the results of the f test (simultaneous) show that the variables of communication, work environment, and discipline together have an effect on the performance of employees of UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi. Abstract

Buying and selling online is a trend that has now penetrated the world of schools and campuses. The rapid development of internet technology has led to changes in behavior among the public and students, including students of the Muhammadiyah Metro University. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data on respondents who have certain information, allowing researchers to solve problems. In this study, the population was FEB students of Muhammadiyah Metro University. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a sample size of 75 people. The results showed that: there was a positive influence on product quality on purchasing decisions, there is a positive effect of discounts on purchasing decisions, there is a positive effect of the tagline “free shipping” on purchasing decisions, there is a positive effect on product quality, discounts and the tagline “free shipping” together on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti atau menguji pengaruh rasio likuiditas, leverage, operating capacity, dan sales growth terhadap financial distress. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan real eatate dan property yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2019. Jumlah sampel ada 48 yang ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi melalui BEI dan situs resmi perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi logistik berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah likuiditas, leverage dan sales growth tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress, sedangkan pada variabel operating capacity berpengaruh kearah positif terhadap kemungkinan terjadinya financial distress. Kata kunci: likuiditas, leverage, operating capacity, sales growth, financial distress Abstract This study aims to examine or examine the effect of liquidity ratios, leverage, operating capacity, and sales growth on financial distress. This study uses a sample of real eatate and property companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. The number of samples were 48 which were determined by purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques through the IDX and the company's official website. The analysis technique used is multiple logistic regression. The results of this study are liquidity, leverage and sales growth have no effect on financial distress, while the variable operating capacity has a positive effect on the possibility of financial distress. Abstract

In this study, the population was FEB students of Muhammadiyah Metro University. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a sample size of 75 people. The results showed that : there is a positive and significant influence between physical evidence on customer satisfaction in the use of funds in the February metro, there is a positive and significant influence between reliability on customer satisfaction in the use of funds in the Metro Metro, there is a positive and significant influence between guarantees on customer satisfaction in the use of funds in the Metro Metro, and there is a positive and significant influence between (physical evidence, reliability and assurance) simultaneously on customer satisfaction in the use of funds in the metro February.

Abstract

The purpose of research to determine the influence of e-service quality, trust and customer perceived value on customer satisfaction with the Grab transportation model in Kota Metro. The type of research is quantitative with the object of research is e-service quality, trust, customer perceived value, customer satisfaction. The population of this research is all transport users online Grab in Metro City with a total sample of 97 respondents. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and literature study. Analyzer uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that partially there is a positive and significant influence of e-service quality on customer satisfaction on Grab online transportation in MetroCity, there is a positive and significant influence of trust on customer satisfaction on Grab online transportation in MetroCity, and there is a positive and significant influence of trust on customer satisfaction on Grab online transportation in MetroCity. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of e-service quality, trust and customer perceived value simultaneously on customer satisfaction on Grab online transportation in Metro City.

Abstract

Having creative human resources is a must for companies today, because companies must always be innovative to face competition. This study aims to determine the perceived organizational support and dynamic ambiance capabilities as a strategic effort to increase the creative problem solving study of employees at PT. Indonesian Glove Image (CSINDO). Primary data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to employees. The results showed that perceived organizational support has an effect on creative problem solving, as well as perceived organizational support and dynamic ambidexterity capabilities have a positive effect on creative problem solving

Abstract

This study uses a store atmosphere, service quality and product quality influence purchasing decisions. The research objective was to determine the effect of store atmosphere, service quality, and product quality to influence Dazzle consumer purchasing decisions at Jalan Gejayan. The population in this study were active students of the Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta who were Dazzle consumers, with a total sample of 100 students. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques in data processing where this technique is used to estimate the value of the dependent variable by using more than one independent variable. The results of the analysis found that there were; (1) Store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (4) Store atmosphere, service quality, and quality The product simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the F value obtained (84,670). The most dominant variable in this study is product quality with a value of 5.841 and a significant value of 0.000.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important aspect in a company. The company strives to find and nurture employees with high enthusiasm, to create and maintain competitive human resources. Human resources are what ultimately become the backbone for the success of a company. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Whether the work ability, compensation, work discipline and supervision simultaneously affect the performance of the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Metro ". From these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work ability, compensation, work discipline and supervision simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Metro City. This research method is quantitative. The techniques used in data collection in this research are observation, interview, documentary and questionnaire techniques. Then in data analysis using quantitative methods, namely the data collected and then analyzed. After the data is collected, then the data is analyzed using multiple regression analysis and processed using SPSs. Based on data analysis using SSS, the conclusion of this study namely work ability, compensation, work discipline and supervision have a positive and significant effect together on the employee performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Metro.

Abstract

Marketing is an important influence for the progress of a company. This is inseparable from the increasing number of competitors between companies. So, companies need to implement a strategic marketing concept. The marketing concept aims to provide satisfaction with consumer wants and needs. This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix which includes: product, price, location, promotion on customer loyalty at Bulog Sub-Division of Lampung Tengah. The population in the sample of this study were customers of Bulog Subdivre Lampung Tengah. The sampling technique in this research is accidental sampling. Sampling using explanatory survey method, with a sample of 68 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study as a whole show that the variables of product, price, location and promotion have a significant and significant effect on customer loyalty at Bulog Bulog Subdivre, Lampung Tengah.
