Abstract

This study aims to determine whether work stress, physical work environment, and non-physical work environment have a significant effect on individual performance at PT. Borneo Melintang Buana Eksport. By using hypothesis testing multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t test and f test. The population in this study uses all employees. Researchers took samples using accidental sampling method and got 78 people as samples. Research data collection using a questionnaire. The results in this study indicate that; (1) Job stress has no significant effect on individual performance variables, (2) Physical work environment has a significant effect on individual performance variables, (3) Non-physical work environment has a significant effect on individual performance variables, (4) Work stress, physical work environment, and the non-physical work environment simultaneously has a significant effect on individual performance with the obtained F value of (22.354). The most dominant variable is the non-physical work environment with a value of 0.508 and a significant value of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of financial performance on stock prices. The financial ratios used in this study are Return on Equity, Earning Per Share, Net Profit Margin. The research design used in this research is quantitative. The object of this research is mining and mining service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The population in this study were 49 companies officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. In order to obtain a sample of 21 companies that meet the required sample needs. Based on the research results, it shows that the variable Return on Equity (ROE) has no significant effect on stock prices, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on stock prices, Net Profit Margin (NPM) has no significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Employee work performance is the result achieved by a person both in quality and quantity according to the responsibility given to him. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Does the recruitment and employee development simultaneously affect the work performance of employees in Bulog Subdivre Central Lampung". From these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of recruitment and employee development simultaneously on the work performance of employees in Bulog Subdivre Central Lampung. This research method is quantitative. Teknik used in this research data collection used observation, wawancara and questionnaires. Later in the data analysis used quantitative methods, namely kemudian analyzed data collected. After the data is collected, then the data is analyzed using multiple regression analysis and processed using SPSs. Based on data analysis using SPSS, the conclusions of the recruitment and development of employees have significant together with the performance of employees at Perum Bulog Subdivre Central Lampung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, Work Commitment, and Compensation on employee performance. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of 35 employees who are registered at PT. Sumber Batu Persada In Nyampir Village, Bumi Agung Subdistrict, East Lampung, only 33 samples were used that fit the predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data distribution of questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis and is tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) program version 21.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of trust, shopping experience, consumer assessment, and the ease of use of the Lazada online shopping application on purchasing decisions. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of 225 students using the Lazada application, only 145 samples were used according to predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data distribution of questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis and is tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) program version 20. Based on the results of statistical tests, it shows that Trust, Shopping Experience, Consumer Assessment, and Ease of Use of the Lazada Online Shopping Application have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Influence of Training, Professionalism, Discipline, and The Work Environment on Employee Performance. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of 159 employees registered at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Metro, only 114 samples were used in which were in accordance with predetermined criteria. The data used are secondary data distribution questionnaire in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is the multiple linier regression analysis test and tested using the statistical package for the social science (SPSS) version 21 program. The results of statistical tests show that Influence of Training, Professionalism, Discipline, and The Work Environment on Employee Performance. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to assess the financial performance of companies engaged in the automotive sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely PT Astra Autoparts (AUTO), PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM), PT Indospring Tbk (INDS), PT Garuda Metalindo Tbk (BOLT) and PT. Indo Kordsa Tbk (BRAM) research year period, which is five years from 2015 to 2019. The research approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. This research uses descriptive research. The subjects in this study are companies engaged in the automotive sector, especially companies that produce or sell spare parts listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The data analysis technique used is to calculate and analyze the company's financial statements using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method. The results of this study indicate that of the five companies studied, there was only one company that produced positive EVA values ​​during the five years of research, namely PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM). Positive EVA means that the company is considered capable of providing added value for its shareholders. This research is expected to provide a reference and an overview of financial performance appraisal using the EVA method. Keywords: Financial Performance, Economic Value Added Method, EVA.

Abstract

Wardah is one of Indonesia's local products, a cosmetic product from PT Paragon Technology and Innovation. Wardah is one of the first cosmetics to guarantee halal cosmetic products. Wardah is even able to compete and develop to beat previous products to become one of the superior local products by displaying product advantages and Wardah having a consultant on every sale to attract buyers to make repeat purchases. Even Wardah product designs are created as attractive as possible to influence consumers to make purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of the halal label, religious commitment, brand ambassador, and product design on purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetics. This research method is quantitative using the explanatory research method. It is used to examine the population or sample. The sampling technique is generally carried out randomly, namely the Muhammadiyah University Metro students, with a sample size of 40 people. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, testing. The analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis, test, test, and R2 test of determination. Based on the results of the study using the t-test, it was found that the Halal Label has a positive and significant effect on Wardah Cosmetics Purchase Decisions, Religious Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Wardah Cosmetics Purchase Decisions, Brand Ambassador has a positive and significant effect on Wardah Cosmetics Purchase Decisions. Significant towards Wardah cosmetic purchasing decisions. Based on the analysis of SPSs data, the conclusion of the halal label, religious commitment, brand ambassador, and product design has a positive and significant effect on purchasing Wardah cosmetics.Keywords: Halal Label, Religious Commitment, Brand Ambassador, Product Design and Purchase Decision

THE EFFECT OF HALAL LABELIZATION, BPOM LABELS AND RELIGIUSITY ON COSMETIC PURCHASE DECISIONS IN STUDENTS OF THE FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS MUHAMMADIYAH METRO UNIVERSITY of Fadillah Pratama M Npm.16610115 ABSTRAK Fadilah Pratama M NPM. 16610115 The Influence of Halal Labeling, BPOM Labels and Religiosity on Cosmetics Purchase Decisions for Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah Metro Supervisory University (1) H. Suwarto, S.E, M.M (2) Sri Retnaning Rahayu, S.E M.M Currently, cosmetic products have become a primary need for women who are the main target of the cosmetics industry. In addition, along with the times, the cosmetics industry has also begun to penetrate the men's and children's markets. The potential for this domestic market includes the increasing number of young people or the millennial generation. This study aims to determine 1) To determine the effect of halal labeling on purchasing decisions. 2) To determine the effect of BPOM Labels on purchasing decisions 3) To determine the effect of Religiosity on purchasing decisions. 4) To determine the effect of Halal labeling, BPOM Labels and Religiosity together on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data on respondents who have certain information, allowing researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. . In this study, the population was students of FEB Muhammadiyah University of Metro Technique, taking the sample using accidental sampling with a total sample of 82 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that: 1) there is a positive effect of halal labeling on purchasing decisions. 2) there is a positive effect of BPOM Label on purchasing decisions 3) there is a positive influence of "Religiosity" on purchasing decisions. 4) There is a positive influence on Halal Labeling, BPOM Label and Religiosity together on purchasing decisions.
