Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Work Ethic, Organizational Climate and Performance Benefits on the Performance of Metro City Police The Metro City Police as law enforcers in the Metro City area have an obligation to eradicate crime and create comfort for citizens. The role of human resources is the basic capital in determining whether a person's performance is good or bad. There are several factors that are very influential in the performance of police personnel, namely emotional intelligence, work ethic, organizational climate and personnel performance benefits. The formulation of the problem in this study are 1) Is there an effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of the Metro City Police ?, 2) Is there an effect of work ethic on the performance of the Metro City Police ?, 3) Is there an influence of organizational climate on the performance of the Metro City Police ?, 4) Is there an effect of the performance allowance on the performance of the Metro City Police? Is there an effect of emotional intelligence, work ethic, organizational climate and performance allowances jointly on the performance of the Metro City Police? This research was conducted at the Metro City Police. The sampling technique used Accidental Sampling to 85 respondents, namely the Metro City Police. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression tests with the help of the SPSS version 21 application. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is no significant effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of the Metro City Police. Police personnel do not have good emotional intelligence so that they have not been able to improve the performance of the Metro City Police. There is a significant effect of work ethic on the performance of the Metro City Police. The work ethic of the personnel so far has been good and has been able to improve their performance optimally. There is a significant influence of organizational climate on the performance of the Metro City Police. The organizational climate in the Metro City Police has been created in a conducive way and makes personnel comfortable so as to improve their performance. There is no significant effect of performance allowances on the performance of the Metro City Police. The performance allowance given to personnel is still not enough to arouse the enthusiasm of the personnel to improve their performance. There is a significant effect of emotional intelligence, work ethic, organizational climate and performance allowances on the performance of the Metro City Police.

Abstract

Abstract The problem of equitable development lies in the village, making the village the spearhead of development in Indonesia. This has made the government continue to strive to encourage the village economy by distributing Village Funds and the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) development program. The success of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is largely determined by the strategies adopted by the BUMDes managers or administrators. However, the current phenomenon is the fact that BUMDes has not optimally contributed to driving the village economy. The problem at BUMDes Tegal Gondo has not developed as planned. Several business units that are managed are underdeveloped and their responsibilities are unclear, and the impression is that BUMDes' financial management is not transparent. The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial and non-financial aspects of community business development through Village-Owned Enterprises, Village-Owned Enterprises, Tegal Gondo Village, Purbolinggo District, East Lampung Regency. The research design is quantitative and qualitative research. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. The objects of this research are financial and non-financial aspects. This research activity was carried out at BUMDes, Tegal Gondo Village, Purbolinggo District, East Lampung Regency. The study population was the BUMDes management and the community of Tegal Gondo Village, Purbolinggo District, East Lampung Regency. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation of BUMDes financial statements. The analytical tool used is to use financial and non-financial analysis. The results showed that from all aspects including market and marketing aspects, technical and technology aspects and management and human resources aspects, the results of the BUMDes Tegal Gondo business could be said to be feasible to be developed. The Pay Back Period value is below the predetermined time from the beginning, which is 2 years and 6 months. Net Present Value is positive. Net Benefit Cost Rate (Net BC) shows a value greater than one. Internal Rate Return shows a value greater than 9%. The Break Even Point has been exceeded with sales exceeding BEP of 5.92 tons per year, meaning that BUMDes in Tegal Gondo Village in general can still be developed. This research is focused on: ease of use and promotion to decision to use electronic money, the goal want to adviced by reseacher is to know do ease of use and promotion have any effect to decision to use electronic money Gopay in colege student of FEB Muhamadiah university Metro. the method used is descriptive quantitative, with a population of FEB students are still active , with totalling 1174 students. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and the sample is based on the Slovin formula so, there are 92 respondents in this research. The results obtained from ease of use, and promotion on decision to use se electronic money Gopay: case studies on FEB UM Metro students are based on the calculation of multiple linear regression tests that the variable ease of use (X1) is positive and significant effect on decision to use electronic money Gopay, promotion variable (X2) is not positive and significant effect on decision to use electronic money Gopay,.Based on the f test (Simultaneous) of ease of use, and promotion variable, simultaneously have a significant influence on decision to use electronic money Gopay There is a positive and significant relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia adalah Negara muslim terbesar, dimana diperkirakan 229 juta penduduk di indonesia beragama islam. Sementara dalam agama islam sendiri perempuan di perintahkan untuk menggunakan jilbab sesuai dengan Qs.Al-Ahzab/33:59, oleh karena itu dapat dipastikan kebutuhan akan jilbab di indonesia sangat tinggi. Dengan potensi yang ada tersebut pelaku-pelaku usaha khusus nya dalam bidang fasion hijab berusaha memaksimalkan peluang yang ada dengan memahami prilaku konsumen dalam melakukan keputusan pembelian produk jilbab. Salah satu merek jilbab yang sejak tahun 2016 - 2020 manjadi top brand adalah jilbab Zoya. Adapun perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu “Apakah antara harga, citra merek, preferensi merek dan gaya hidup hedonisme pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian jilbab zoya”. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara harga, citra merek, preferensi merek dan gaya hidup hedonisme terhadap keputusan pembelian jilbab zoya. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Kemudian dalam analisa data menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yaitu data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan spss. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan spss,maka kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu diantara harga, citra merek, preferensi merek dan gaya hidup hedonisme hanya preferensi merek yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keutusan pembelian jilbab Zoya, sementara secara simultan harga, citra merek, preferensi merek dan gaya hidup hedonisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian jilbab Zoya. The formulation of the problem in this study, namely "Is between price, brand image, brand preference and lifestyle hedonism partially or simultaneously influence the purchase decision of the zoya hijab". From these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price, brand image, brand preference and hedonism lifestyle on purchasing decisions of Zoya hijab. The method in this research is quantitative. The technique used in data collection using a questionnaire. Then in data analysis using quantitative methods, the data collected is then processed and analyzed using SPSS. Based on data analysis using SPSS, the conclusion in this study is that between price, brand image, brand preference and lifestyle hedonism, only brand preference has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Zoya hijab, while simultaneously price, brand image, brand preference and style. life of hedonism has a positive and significant effect together on the purchase decision of Zoya's hijab. Abstract

Abstrak Semakin banyaknya penyedia jasa transportasi online saat ini selain membuka peluang usaha bagi mereka yang belum mendapatkan pekerjaan namun juga berdampak terhadap pendapatan dari mitra akibat semakin mengecilnya market share antar mitra ojek online dimana hal tersebut terkait dengan jumlah pekerjaan yang dapat mereka selesaikan serta ditambah lagi dengan adanya perbedaan jam kerja, tarif, insentif dan keberadaan competitor yang semakin banyak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis determinan pendapatan Mitra Gojek di Kota Metro. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif atau penelitian verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explanatory survey. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah jam kerja, tarif, insentif, competitor dan pendapatan mitra gojek. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Metro. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara partial jam kerja, insentif dan kompetitor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan mitra Gojek, sedangkan tarif tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan mitra Gojek. Secara simultan Jam kerja, tarif, insentif dan kompetitor secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan mitra Gojek. Berdasarkan angka coefisiensi dan nilai thitung dapat diketahui bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan mitra gojek adalah faktor insentif. Kata kunci: jam kerja, besaran tarif, insentif, kompetitor, pendapatan mitra Gojek ABSTRACT The increasing number of online transportation service providers at this time apart from opening business opportunities for those who have not got a job but also having an impact on income from partners due to the decreasing market share between online motorcycle taxi partners where this is related to the amount of work they can complete and added more to the existence of differences in working hours, tariffs, incentives and the presence of more competitors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the determinants of Gojek Partners' income in Metro City. The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. Objects in this study are working hours, rates, incentives, competitors and income of Gojek partners. This research activity was carried out in Metro City. Total sample of 96 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially working hours, incentives and competitors had a positive and significant effect on Gojek partners 'income, while tariffs had no effect on Gojek partners' income. Simultaneously working hours, rates, incentives and competitors simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Gojek partner income. Based on the coefficient number and the tcount value, it can be seen that the factor that most influences the income of Gojek partners is the incentive factor. Abstract

The rapid number of food needs has made entrepreneurs in the culinary field in Indonesia compete to set up businesses because with this, entrepreneurs in the culinary field can become one of the supports for the existing economic structure in Indonesia. This has become one of the motivations for entrepreneurs in various regions without exception, one of them in the city of Metro Lampung to carry out business activities in the culinary field. One of the places to eat in the city of Metro is the Tiwul Hut Restaurant. As for the formulation of the problem in this study, namely "Is there a partial or simultaneous influence between price, service and online promotion on purchasing decisions at the Gubuk Tiwul restaurant". From these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price, service and online promotion on purchasing decisions at the Tiwul Hut restaurant. The method in this research is quantitative. The technique used in data collection using a questionnaire. Then in data analysis using quantitative methods, the data collected is then processed and analyzed using SPSs. Based on data analysis using SSS, the conclusion in this study is that between price, service and online promotion, only services have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Gubuk Tiwul restaurant, while simultaneously prices, services and online promotions have a positive and significant effect together. -same on the purchase decision at the Gubuk Tiwul restaurant. Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah A. Yani Kota Metro merupakan tempat pelayanan kesehatan yang harus dan dapat memiliki pegawai berkompeten dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku. Selain itu, kinerja pegawai akan meningkat apabila didukung lingkungan kerja yang kondusif serta produktivitas kerja yang terbentuk dalam karakter pegawai. sehingga hasil pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan waktu yang ditargetkan dan kualitas yang dihasilkan dari pekerjaan tersebut. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1)Apakah ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah A. Yani Kota Metro? 2)Apakah ada pengaruh Produktivitas kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah A. Yani Kota Metro? 3) Apakah ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan Produktivitas kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah A. Yani Kota Metro? Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah A. Yani Kota Metro. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Propotional Random Sampling kepada 50 responden yaitu pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah A. Yani Kota Metro. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan produktivitas kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai secara simultan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pegawai yang konsisten dengan pekerjaanya akan mempengaruhi cara bekerjanya dan menghasilkan peningkatan produktivitas kerja. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif mendukung pegawai untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya sehingga pegawai tersebut menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal dalam mengerjakan tugas dan pekerjaan dengan tepat waktu.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja dan disiplin secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Lampung Tengah. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Lampung Tengah. yang berjumlah 35 orang dan sekaligus sebagai sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Lampung Tengah diperoleh thitung(7.405)> nilai ttabel(1,697) taraf signifikan 0.000<.05. Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Lampung Tengah diperoleh thitung(2.657)> nilai ttabel(1,697) taraf signifikan 0.000<0.05 Hal tersebut berarti, jika komunikasi atau motivasi dapat dijalankan dengan baik maka kinerja juga akan mengalami peningkatan. Hasil membuktikan bahwa Budaya kerja dan disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Lampung Tengah diperoleh Fhitung(67.223 )> nilai Ftabel(3,32) taraf signifikan 0.000<0.05. Hal tersebut berarti apabila komunikasi dapat dijalankan dengan baik, dan motivasi dapat ditingkatkan dengan baik maka kinerja juga akan mengalami peningkatan. Saran penelitian Kinerja pegawai Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Lampung Tengah perlu ditingkatkan khususnya pada aspek kedisiplinan Hal tersebut hendaknya dapat dibenahi oleh pegawai dengan meningkatkan kesadarannya pada perannya dalam organisasi, serta organisasi hendaknya memberikan penegakan peraturan dan memberikan skor pada pegawai yang tidak disiplin.

The dining experience includes an assessment of the overall customer experience from the quality of food and service to the location of the restaurant. The survey method focuses on collecting data on respondents who have certain information, allowing researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. In this study, the population is the consumer of the restaurant Mama Alya. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a sample size of 75 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that: 1) there is a positive effect of food quality on customer satisfaction. 2) there is a positive effect of service quality on customer satisfaction 3) there is a positive influence of location on customer satisfaction. 4) there is a positive influence on food quality, service quality and location together on customer satisfaction. Abstract

Kantor PPPAPPKB Metro lampung memiliki permasalahan yang umum seperti halnya kinerja pegawai, dalam penelitian awal penulis menemukan berbagai macam permasalahan yang akan menjadi objek untuk diteliti. Beberapa masalah diantaranya adalah adanya pegawai yang kurang memiliki motivasi, semangat kerja, kepribadian, serta kompensasi yang sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan oleh lembaga guna meningkatkan produktivitas kerja para pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sedangkan deskripsi dari riset ini ialah untuk mengetahui baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan dari variabel yang diteliti, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 75 responden serta pengambilan sampel sebesar 64 pegawai dan teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah random sampling. Tahapan yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan kuesioner dan dibantu dengan alat analisis melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan Secara simultan keempat variabel menunjukkan pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, maka dalam penelitian ini yang membahas tentang motivasi kerja, semangat kerja, kepribadian, dan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja sangat berkaitan penting dalam kehidupan di suatu organisasi atau lembaga/instansi.
