Abstract

The article descibed total quality management in islamic education institutions. Teamwork in handling projects of improvement or development of the quality of education is done through empowerment (empowerment) employees and its working groups by giving greater responsibility. The researchers used library research that carried out on several data findings from literature sources of well-known journal publications such as Google Book, Google Scholar, Taylor & France, Elsevier, and other publications that discuss issues of total quality management. To get answers to the problems of this study, the researchers involve a coding system, data interpretation, and high-level evaluation to get valid and reliable data. The result showed that the existence of cooperation in an educational institution is the main capital in achieving quality and stakeholder satisfaction through a process of continuous quality improvement. Teachers, staff and everyone in educational institutions also provide services to their colleagues and fellow internal customers. Poor internal relations would be hinder the development of an institution. Total Quality Management (TQM) is transforming a school institution into a team to achieve a single goal of satisfying all customers. The role of parents in children's self-motivation from an early age is a big asset for children's success in school. Abstract

The article was to analyze adaptive learning media in the implementation of Islamic religious education in children autism at special education schools, special education schools for students with special needs, where students have different characteristics either physically or mentally. This research was descriptive qualitative study with the type of field research. 20 participants were selected in this research. Data collection used observation, inteviews and documentation. Interview was conducted by the 20 teachers. Data analysis used interactive model by Miles and Huberman. There were three steps in this model, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion/verification. The result showed that the different needs and characteristics of children required the use of appropriate learning media in the implementation of Islamic religious education, namely adaptive learning media that adjusted to the needs and characteristics of children with autism. Before determining the learning media, an assessment was first carried out hence it makes it easier for the teacher to determine the learning media that suits the needs and caracteristics of the children. In using adaptive media, it was focused on self care practice, receptive language skills and expressive language using the media in the form of hijaiyah letter cards, short chorded surah word card and pictures. Abstract

The article aimed to determine the multicultural education in the API ASRI Tegalrejo Magelang Islamic boarding school. This research is a field research that uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were the caregivers of the pesantren, the head of the pesantren, the board of the pesantren, the ustadzah and students. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study resulted in several findings: Multicultural education at API ASRI Tegalrejo Magelang Islamic boarding school has been implemented since the establishment of the pesantren. This is based on the educational curriculum used in the API ASRI Tegalrejo Magelang Islamic boarding school which uses three curriculum systems: a. Kemendikbud curriculum, b. Pesantren curriculum / those made by pesantren, c. Hidden Curriculum / unplanned curriculum. Multicultural education in the education system is not just a need for students but for all Muslims, because Islamic teachings contain multicultural teachings, so its implementation is more due to an effort to practice Islamic teachings. Multicultural education at API ASRI Tegalrejo Magelang Islamic boarding school, has not been optimal. This is evident that the students understand more about multiculturalism between religious communities rather than understanding the internal multiculturalism of religions, even though understanding the internal multiculturalism of religion should be prioritized, because students will live more together with the same religion than with different religions, so that the internal multiculturalism of the religious community is more important. found rather than multicultural between religious communities. Abstract

This article aimed to find out the effect of learning methods on differential calculus learning outcomes and knowing how much influence learning methods on differential calculus learning outcomes of Mathematics Education students at Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Lampung. This research was quantitative research with survey method. The research sample was 34 students. The collecting data used close questionnaire to measure the variables of learning methods and documentation to determine the learning outcomes of the differential calculus course. The test of the learning method questionnaire obtained 43 valid statement items with a reliability of 0.90. The result shows that there was an influence between the way of learning on the learning outcomes of Differential Calculus in Mathematics Education students at Nahdlatul Ulama University Lampung. Analysis of the data used is simple regression, with the results obtained by the correlation tcount of 3.148, ttable of 1.694 at a significance level of 5%, and R2 of 0.236, then the results obtained tcount 3.146 > ttable 1.694. Hence, it can be concluded that there was an effect of learning methods on the learning outcomes of Differential Calculus in Mathematics Education Students at Nahdlatul Ulama University Lampung. Abstract

Amorphous Silicon type solar panels, which had a bad reputation in the past, are now considered very reliable, with several significant advantages over Mono Crystalline and Polycrystalline solar panels. Research on the effectiveness of the capture power of Amorphous Silicon compared to Silicon Crystalline solar panels types is still not much done. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of solar radiation on the capture power of polycrystalline and amorphous solar panels. This research method includes solar panel installation, measurement of solar radiation, measurement of the resulting current and voltage, data analysis, discussion, and conclusions. The independent variables of the study were the resulting current and voltage, and the type of solar panels (Polycrystalline and Amorphous). The dependent variable of this research are actual power and efficiency. The results showed that the greater the solar radiation, the higher the actual power and efficiency produced by the solar panels. Polycrystalline type solar panels are capable of producing higher average actual power and average efficiency, namely 86.83 W and 11.92%, compared to amorphous solar panels, namely 43.88 W and 6.01%.
