Abstract

 ABSTRACTThe language festival is one of annual events held by language section of the organization of students darul arqom (OSDA). This festival is an event for student’s creativity in which there are various types of competitions. And all of this competitions use Arabic or English language. Therefore, this study aims to describe and analyze the various competitions that exist in this language festival with the aims of knowing the effect of these events on the love students Islamic boarding school of Darul Arqom to Arabic. This study uses a qualitative approach by including numbers as reinforcement in the conclusions. The methods used to collect data are interviews, documentation and observation. The result of this study indicate that among the many competitions there is one branch of the competition which is very popular and the influence of this event on the love of students for Arabic.Keyword: Language, Festival, Islamic Boarding School of Darul ArqomABSTRAKFestival bahasa merupakan salah satu acara tahunan yang diadakan oleh bagian bahasa organisasi santri pondok Modern Darul Arqom (OSDA). Festival ini merupakan ajang kekreatifan santri dimana di dalamnya ada berbagai macam jenis perlombaan. Dan semua perlombaan ini menggunakan bahasa arab atau inggris sehingga memacu santri untuk bersemangat dalam mempraktekkan bahasa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang macam-macam perlombaan yang ada didalam festival bahasa ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh acara tersebut terhadap kecintaan santri pondok modern darul arqom patean kendal kepada bahasa arab. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menyertakan angka-angka sebagai penguat dalam kesimpulan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa diantara banyaknya perlombaan terdapat salah satu cabang lomba yang sangat diminati serta adanya pengaruh acara ini terhadap kecintaan santri kepada bahasa arab.  Kata kunci: Bahasa, Festival, Pondok Modern Darul Arqom

Abstract

Abstract : Research background reveals about speaking Arabic is important and must be mastered fluently by all students in Islamic Boarding School. This research aims at determining: 1) the planning of learning Arabic using role playing method at Islamic Boarding School Al Imam Wonogiri; 2) the implementation of learning  Arabic using role playing method at Islamic Boarding School Al Imam Wonogiri; 3) the evaluation of learning Arabic using role playing method at Islamic Boarding School Al Imam Wonogiri; 4) the development of learning Arabic using role playing method at Islamic Boarding School Al Imam Wonogiri.This research was descriptive qualitative. It was conducted at Islamic Boarding School of Al Iman Wonogiri. Informants of this research were Arabic teachers of Islamic Boarding School of Al Iman Wonogiri, especially 4th grades KMI and the Principal. Technique of collecting data used interview, observation, and documentation. Technique of data validity applied triangulation of source and method. Technique of data analysis used interactive model, including data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results of this research show that: 1) the planning of learning Arabic is done by summarizing purpose and objective of learning, choosing and determining learning subject, and also determining learning source or learning media; 2) the implementation of learning Arabic using Role Playing covering: the teachers create a group to practice role playing, explain learning theme to play role, give chances for students to discuss, monitor the students playing role, appreciate and evaluate learning activities. However, the teachers must be competent in their field; 3) the evaluation of learning Arabic using Role Playing is based on the following criteria: ability in speaking, writing, and mastering language formula, vocabulary, grammar, dialect, fluent speaking, carefulness in speaking and writing. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: (1) managemen pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an dengan metode tikrar; (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembelajaran Al-Qur’an; (3) solusi dalam menyelesaikan hambatan pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an di SMPIslam Al-Abidin SurakartaJenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subyek penelitian yaitu Guru Tahfidz, informan meliputi Kepala Sekolah, Waka Kepala Sekolah, Direktur Kelas Tahfidz dan Guru kelas tahfidz yang lain. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan: trianggulasi sumber dan metode. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model análisis interaktif, yang terdiri atas: reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan simpulan atau verifikasi.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: (1) managemen pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an terdiri dari perencanaan pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an di SMP Islam Al-Abidin dengan metode tikrar diawali dengan pembahasan dasar dan tujuan dari kelas tahfidz kemudian dilanjutkan dengan guru menyusun silabus dan RPP: Pelaksanaan pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an dengan metode tikrar di SMP Islam Al-Abidin Surakarta dilaksanakan 4 kali pertemuan dalam satu pekan selama 80 menit. Proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an dilakukan dengan metode tikrar dan dibagi berkelompok sesuai dengan pengampunya, sedangkan dalam proses pembelajarannya dimulai dengan muroja’ah, dilanjutkan dengan setoran hafalan 10 baris setiap pertemuan, evaluasi pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an dengan metode tikrar di SMP Islam Al-Abidin Surakarta ada 4 tahap. Evaluasi harian, evaluasi mid semester, evaluasi semester dan evaluasi akhiru sanah. (2) faktor pendukung keberhasilan untuk mencapai tujuan kelas tahfidz adalah input siswa yang bagus, kecerdasan yang tinggi, minat dan tujuan yang kuat, lingkungan yang ideal, sedangkan faktor penghambat keberhasilan mencapai tujuan kelas tahfidz adalah rasa malas, kesulitan menghafal, fisik lelah, kurang muroja’ah dan kurang istiqomah. (3) Solusi yang tepat dalam menangani hambatan tersebut adalah dengan memotivasi siswa setiap hari, melakukan evaluasi dan identifikasi siswa yang mengalami kesulitan di saat menghafal Al-Qur’an, merefresh pikiran dengan menonton video motivasi Al-Qur’an, memberikan nasehat pentingnya muroja’ah, dan senantiasa mengiatkan niat tulus ikhlas untuk menjadi seorang penghafal Al-Qur’an Kata kunci: Managemen, Pembelajaran, tahfidz Al-Qur’an

Abstract

ملخصيهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل تدريس اللغة العربية للصف السادس في المدرسة الإبتدائية الإسلامية المتكاملة الفلاح سيمو باستخدام طريقة التعليم والتعلم السياقي (CTL) ، في السنة الدراسية 2018/2019. وتقديم المشورة والمدخلات بحيث يتم التعليم على النحو الأمثل.الطريقة المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي نوعية وصفية ، في حين أن الموضوعات البحثية كانت في الصف السادس في المدرسة الإبتدائية الإسلامية المتكاملة الفلاح سيمو بويولالي الذي يصل إلى 78 طالبا ، تتكون من 31 طالبا و 47 طالبة. و مخبر البحث هم مدرس اللغة العربية ومدير المدرسة و نائبه في قسم المناهج والتلاميذ. بدأ البحث في أكتوبر 2018 حتى مارس 2019. وكانت طريقة جمع البيانات المستخدمة في هذا البحث المقابلة والملاحظة والوثائق. طريقة تصحيح البيانات المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي طريقة تثليث مصدر البيانات. تستخدم طريقة التحليل نماذج تحليل مايلز وهوبرمان ، وهي تقليل البيانات ، وعرض البيانات ، ورسم الخاتمة.و من ملاحظة نتائج البحث أن التدريس باستخدام طريقة التعليم والتعلم السياقي (CTL) قد تم تنفيذه وفقًا للمكونات السبعة الموجودة ، وهي البنائية (constructivism) ، والسؤال (questioning) ، و الاستعلام ((inquiry ، و المجتمع التعليمي ( (learning community، و النموذج (modeling)، و التفكير (reflection) ، والتقييم الحقيقي (Authentic Assessment). في تنفيذه ، يتطلب أيضًا عوامل داعمة يمكن استخدامها لزيادة تفضيل التلاميذ للدروس العربية. وكان من بين الداعمين مدرسون اضطروا إلى تحسين مهاراتهم الإبداعية وإبداعهم في تعليم اللغة العربية ، وكانت هناك زيادة في المرافق الصفية ومن المدرسة التي تدعم تعليم اللغة العربية ، فضلاً عن منح جوائز للتلاميذ المتفوقين.الكلمات المفتاحية: تدريس اللغة العربية ، طريقة التعليم والتعلم السياقي (CTL).

Abstract

Abstract : Baitul Māl wat Tamwil (BMT) as one of the community's choices related to shariah financial institutions increasingly faces greater challenges. Due to the increasingly intense competition faced, Baitul Māl wat Tamwil (BMT) requires to improve service performance and strengthen the market segment in order to compete with other financial institutions. Good service performance can be supported through the application of Islamic business ethics. This study aims to examine the effect of the application of Islamic business ethics consisting: unity (tawhid), justice ('adl), free will, responsibility, and truth to customer retention in Baitul Māl wat Tamwil (BMT) Tumang Boyolali, either partially or simultaneously.This research was conducted in Baitul Māl wat Tamwil (BMT) Tumang branch in Boyolali on June 2017. Data were collected from questionnaires distributed to 100 members by accidental sampling method, then analyzed data obtained by quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative analysis includes descriptive statistical test, validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test through t test, F test and coefficient of determination test (R2) applying program of SPSS 21.0. Qualitative analysis is the interpretation of the data obtained in the study that has been implemented by giving information and explanation.The results showed that all variables of Islamic business ethics have a positive and significant impact on customer retention. Based on multiple linear regression analysis can be concluded that: 1) unity (tawhid) has a positive effect on customer retention of 0.175; 2) justice (‘adl) has a positive effect on customer retention of 0.137; 3) free will has positive effect to customer retention of 0,072; 4) responsibility has a positive effect on customer retention of 0.160; 5) truth has a positive effect on customer retention of 0.427; and 6) unity (tawhid), justice (‘adl), free will, responsibility and truth simultaneously affect on customer retention by 61.6%. Therefore, improving the application of Islamic business ethics in every operational activity is able to improve customer retention in an institution.Keywords : Islamic business ethics, unity (tawhid), justice ('adl), free will, responsibility, truth, customer retention

Abstract

ملخص البحث           هذا البحث العلمي هدف لمعرفة عملية تطبيق الرسوم المتحركة لترقية كفاءة الترجمة لدي الطلاب في الصف السابع ، وفعالية الرسوم المتحركة بالمدرسة المتوسطة المعهدية منبع العلوم كدونج أمبا جفارى العام الدراسي 2019/2020نوع هذا البحث هو البحث الميداني استخدم المدخل الكيفي كالطريقة لمعرفة المظاهر وتحليل البيانات الموجودة. واستخدم الباحث طرق جمع البيانات بثلاث طرق وهي المقابلة والملاحظة والتوثيق.نتائج هذا البحث دل أن تطبيق الرسوم المتحركة لترقية كفاءة الترجمة  في المدرسة المتوسطة المعهدية منبع العلوم  كدونج أمبا جفارى قد سار سيرا جيدا. والدليل على ذلك إن المنهج الدراسي في العام 2013 قد طبّق في عملية تدريسها، الطرق والوسائل التعليمية كافية في تسهيل عملية تدريسها، والحصص المهيّئة لعملية الرسوم المتحركة كافية. وأما فعالية النشاط فيدل على أن هذا الرسوم المتحركة أصبح الطلاب ساهلين في فهم مادة اللغة العربية. زادت ثقتهم للنفس حتى يستطيعوا أن يترجموا في البيت، كثير من الطلاب قد نالوا النتيجة العالية. من ناحية صحة الترجمة نال الطلاب %67 في التدريب الأول و %85 في التدريب الثاني و%95 في التدريب الثالث.كفاءة الطلاب في الصف السابع ب. بالمدرسة المتوسطة المعهدية منبع العلوم  كدونج أمبا جفارى في الرسوم المتحركة هي استطاع الطلاب طلب المفردات الجديدة  في القاموس حول الموضوع المبحوث و تكون ترجمة الطلاب في درسة اللغة العربية ترجمة إبداعية و نال الطلاب النتيجة فوق المقررة.الكلمة الأساسية: فعالية ، الرسوم المتحركة ، كفاءة الترجمة.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Manajemen Sekolah ramah anak; 2) Faktor penghambat manajemen Sekolah ramah anak; 3) Faktor pendukung manajemen Sekolah ramah anak di SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif kualitatif, bertempat di SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta tahun 2019. Subyek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta. Informan meliputi ketua yayasan, guru, karyawan, dan sebagian orang tua murid, sebagian siswa SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data dengan model interaktif dari Milles dan Huberman.Kesimpulan: 1) Manajemen sekolah ramah anak meliputi: a. Perencanaan dilaksanakan satu tahun sekali pada bulan November. b. Pengorganisasian dengan membentuk struktur organisasi, yang melibatkan semua guru dan karyawan untuk melaksanakan program kerja dan di pantau langsung oleh kepala sekolah melalui rapat bulanan. c. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan beberapa upaya yaitu dengan dibuatnya suatu kebijakan sekolah ramah anak sehingga dapat dijadikan  pedoman bagi guru dan siswa yang ada. Senantiasa memantau  kurikulum administrasi pembelajaran seperti RPP, Silabus, Prota, Promes, serta mamantau proses pembelajaran di kelas. Memberikan pelatihan atau pembekalan secara rutin untuk  pendidik dan tenaga pendidik sehingga kemampuan meningkatkan skill dan soft skill. Pengadaan sarana dan prasara yang lengkap sehingga menunjang keamanan dan perkembangan skill dan soft skill  anak. d. Evaluasi: ada evaluasi  setiap akhir tahun, evaluasi setiap satu semester, evaluasi setiap satu bulan sekali, evaluasi setiap pekan sekali, evaluasi harian. 2) Faktor penghambat: lahan tempat gedung sekolah yang  kecil  dan sempit sehingga area untuk bermain dan untuk kegiatan diluar kelas sangat kurang. 3). Faktor pendukungnya: anggaran yang mencukupi dan partisipasi wali murid dalam mengelola sekolah ramah anak di sekolah maupun di rumah. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, sekolah ramah anak

Abstract

 Abstract : This research aims at determining the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM), organization culture and Islamic leadership style on employees’ performance of Assalam Hypermarket Kartasura in 2017 partially and simultaneously.This research applied quantitative method. Population of this research was 100 employees of Assalam Hypermarket Kartasura. Technique of collecting data used questionnaire given to 80 respondents. Data were analyzed by using test of requirement and hypothesis applying program of SPSS 17.0. The result of this research indicates that R2 of 0.253 is 25.3% variation of employee performance variable can be explained by variation of variable of  Total Quality Management (TQM), Organization Culture and Islamic Leadership Style. Meanwhile, 75% is variable that is not included in model similarity applied. The test partially shows positive and significant effect between variable of TQM and employees’ performance with significant value of t more or less 0,05 (0,003 more or less 0,05) and tobserved more than ttable i.e. 3,102 more than 1,990. Variable of Organization Culture shows positive and significant effect on employees’ performance with significant value of t more or less 0,05 (0,048 more or less 0,05) and tobserved more than ttabel  i.e. 1,855 more than 1,990. Meanwhile, variable of Islamic Leadership Style gives positive and significant effect on employees’ performance with significant value of t more or less 0,05 (0,002 more or less 0,05) and tobserved more than ttable i.e. 3,284 more than 1,990.Keywords: Total Quality Management (TQM), Organization Culture, Leadership Style, Employees’ performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to know and find Malay words derived from Arabic in the DAYA dictionary. This research helps students learn Arabic indirectly using their language, so they can learn, memorize vocabulary and understand its meaning more easily. Researchers found two results: the first is the presence of Arabic words in the Daya dictionary and the number reaches around 184 words from the letter K to the letter M, and the second is through these Malay words, the teaching and learning process can be facilitated in designing a curriculum appropriate for the Malay community, and that is by using the words of Malay Language which originated from Arabic making it easier for Malay people to learn Arabic. This study includes four skills except for writing skills, and in them consists of; dialogues, vocabulary, exercises, and texts, as well as methods and methods in teaching Arabic to Malay beginners.Keywords: proposed curriculum, teaching Arabic, Malay words derived from Arabi

Abstract

Abstract  : Along with the development of education, curriculum must be able to adjust. Strategy of maintaining curriculum structure without change and innovation will have an impact on bad quality as well as good quality of education. This research is intended to determine: 1) Arrangement of curriculum innovation at Muhmmadiyah Elementary School Special Program, 2) Concept, process, characteristic, and strategy used in innovation management curriculum at Muhmmadiyah Elementary School Special Program Surakarta, 3) Suppoting and inhibiting factors in making curriculum innovation at Muhmmadiyah Elementary School Special Program Surakarta.This research applied descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted at Muhmmadiyah Elementary School Special Program Kota Barat Surakarta. Informants of this research were Principal, teachers, staffs, and students. Technique of collecting data used observation, in-depth interview and documentation. Technique of validity data used interactive model, including data reduction, data collection, data display and conclusion. This research shows that: 1)  Muhmmadiyah Elementary School Special Program having Sharia curriculum is the result of modification between national sharia curriculum of KTSP and curriculum 13 by synergizing knowledge and diniyyah (religion) as a guidance in conducting learning process for its curriculum innovation, 2) Learning type of Sharia school curriculum is done by synergizing Sharia’s values inside learning subjects, without adding new material inside sharia school curriculum, 3) Supporting factors in arranging curriculum innovation  at Muhmmadiyah Elementary School Special Program are daily, weekly, and annually events, extracurricular events and integration of special program, i.e. sharia curriculum and other general subjects. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors are difficulties in conducting and implementing curriculum innovation due to neighborhood and advanced technology.
