Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of financial literacy, personal income, and locus of control on the investment decision of installment gold. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 97 respondents. Sources of data obtained in this study from distributing questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions in installment gold. Personal income does not affect gold installment investment decisions. Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on gold installment investment decisions. In addition, financial literacy has a dominant influence on investment decisions in gold installments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how transformational leadership influences employee performance, and whether OCB variables can mediate the relationship between transformational leadership style and employee performance. This research was conducted on employees of the General Sector of the Probolinggo Regency Food Security and Agriculture Service with a total of 30 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling where all populations were sampled. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire which was analyzed with a scale range and Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0. The results of calculating this scale range show that transformational leadership is at a high level, employee performance is in the high category, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior is in the strong category. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect OCB. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and is able to mediate the effect of the relationship between transformational leadership on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine if training and workplace environment have an impact on employee performance with job satisfaction acting as a moderating variable. This type of study employs a quantified approach and a 40-person sample size. Information was gathered by handing out surveys (primary data). The statistics in this research are examined using path analysis. According to research findings, training has a positive but not statistically significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance, and work environment has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance. However, job satisfaction is unable to moderate either of these effects on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Hanasui lipstick products in Malang City. This study uses quantitative research. The population of this study were consumers who had used or bought Hanasui lipstick products in Malang, and the sample was 100 respondents who had bought or used Hanasui lipstick products. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires distributed to respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t-test and F-test, using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that electronic word of mouth has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand awareness has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, and electronic word of mouth and brand awareness simultaneously have an effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of social media and brand image on repurchase intention. The population in this study is Wardah liquid lipstick consumers. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling and quota sampling methods. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires via Google form. The analysis tool uses SPSS 25. The results showed that social media had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions, the brand image had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions, and social media had a dominant influence on repurchase intentions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze financial literacy, personality, and financial attitude toward financial management behavior. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The population of this study is the owners of the SMEs in the trading sector in Karangploso District in 2022. Determination of the sample in this study used purposive sampling so that a total sample of 113 SMEs was obtained. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, personality, and financial attitudes simultaneously influence the dependent variable. Partially, financial literacy, personality, and financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and knowledge sharing on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at the Investment and One Stop Service Office in Probolinggo Regency with a total of 50 respondents. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with saturated sample techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is path analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are work motivation and knowledge sharing has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation, and knowledge sharing has a significant effect on job satisfaction, meanwhile, job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has no effect significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, and knowledge sharing has no significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial behavior on investment decision variables through religiosity as a moderating variable. The number of samples in this study was 150 respondents with a purposive sampling method. The object of this research is students of three universities in Malang city. The data analysis method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a significant effect on investment decisions, financial behavior has a significant effect on investment decisions, financial literacy and financial behavior simultaneously significantly influence investment decisions. In addition, religiosity strengthens the relationship of financial literacy to investment decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions at Awesam, to test and analyze the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions at Awesam, to test and analyze the effect of store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at Awesam, to find out and analyze price, quality variables. services and store atmosphere that have a dominant influence on purchasing decisions on Awesam. The type of survey used is a quantitative survey with a total sample of 100 respondents. The population in this study are consumers who have made purchases at the Awesam distro in Malang City. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with the t-test. From the results of the research and discussion conducted, it can be concluded that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, store atmosphere has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and price has a dominant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. This research was conducted on employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep with a total of 58 respondents. The sampling technique uses the total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique uses path analysis and the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture shows strong results, organizational commitment shows high results and employee performance shows high results. There is a significant influence between organizational culture influencing employee performance, organizational culture influencing organizational commitment, organizational commitment influencing employee performance, and organizational commitment mediating the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, meaning that increasing organizational commitment can increase the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.
