Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah (BPKAD) Kab. Pemalang. Populasi pada penelitian adalalah 52 pegawai dan dengan sampel 34 Pegawai Pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah (BPKAD) Kab. Pemalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini digolongkan dalam jenis explanatory research yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Metodologi data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan alat bantu yaitu program SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solutions) for windows versi 25.0 melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas), uji T, uji F dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work loyalty and employee performance on employee performance of Ichi Bento in Banjar City. The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 30 employees of the Ichi Bento company, Banjar City. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Job Loyalty has a very good assessment classification, Employee Performance has a very good rating classification, while Employee Performance has a very good classification for employees of Ichi Bento company Banjar City. Together, work loyalty and employee performance have a significant influence on employee performance at Ichi Bento's employees, Banjar City. Partially, work loyalty has a significant effect on employee performance at the company's employees Ichi Bento Banjar City. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the influence of Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyalty on PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Gunungpati Semarang. The analytical method used in this research is the method kuantitaitif with multiple regression testing by performing classical assumption test before getting the best research model . The variable in this study is the Customer Value , Trust, Financial Bonds as independent variables and Customer Loyalty as the dependent variable . Total population of this study was 290 respondents using simple random sampling technique was obtained 74 respondents. The results of this research are Customer Value , Trust , Financial Bonds significant effect on Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya City. This research is a quantitative research through causality method with survey approach. The research sample taken was 60 employees of Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that work motivation had a very good assessment classification, organizational culture had a very good assessment classification, while job satisfaction had a good classification for employees of Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya City. Together, work motivation and organizational culture have a significant influence on job satisfaction for employees at Hotel Santika, Tasikmalaya City. Partially, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction for employees of Hotel Santika, Tasikmalaya City. Partially, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction on Employees of Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya City

Abstract

This risk can come at any time, therefore research and analysis and innovation must be carried out on a business so that it is not left behind or affected by a situation or disaster that occurs suddenly. The type of method used in this research is literature study. Literature study is a method of collecting data by looking for information or references online through articles, journals, websites, and so on. In this study, the authors analyze the risks that occur in UMKM Kedai Ommed, namely technology and inflation. In this study, the authors analyze how to deal with these risks with the 4T hazard response and risk response. Keywords: Risk, Risk Management, MSME.

Abstract

Employee work behavior is greatly affected by various kinds of customer attitudes and actions, both positive and negative. In general, the positive attitude of the customer will indirectly encourage performance improvement. This study aims to analyze how employees work behavior towards various customer attitudes both positively and negatively. This research method uses qualitative methods. The population of this study are employees at PT Jack Solusi Indonesia with a total of 42 employees. The collection technique in this study was to conduct interviews with cafe managers and employees. The data obtained is based on information from the management and various existing literature. The results of this study refer to how much customer behavior influences how employees work. Employees carry out their duties and obligations according to the direction of the manager. Of course, every direction that has been given has not gone well due to the attitude of customers in the work environment. Similarly, partially alias the tone of a significant influence between work behavior and customer attitudes in the work environment..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, the ratio of activity to financial distress. The population in this study is all Consumer Cyclicals sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019- 2021 period. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and obtained the company or 66 samples. The analysis technique used in this study is purposive sampling analysis. Research results; liquidity,profitability and activity ratio have no effect on financial distress.

Abstract

The increase in inflation that occurs causes the threat of unemployment in Indonesia. According to the BPS, 4.48 million Indonesians are unemployed in 2022. Cyclical unemployment is unemployment caused by a large-scale economic crisis (inflation), so many companies lay off their workers to reduce the risk of loss in a company. the. The method used in this research is literature study. The literature study method is a method that is carried out by collecting data and documents from references that are in accordance with the author's research. In this study, the authors analyze monetary policy as a government policy that can be used in overcoming the threat of post-inflation unemployment. Monetary policy is one way to reduce unemployment by increasing the money supply and reducing interest rates which will increase investment. The increasing amount of investment will increase job opportunities which in turn will reduce unemployment

Abstract

This study aims to analyze marketing strategies through experiential marketing carried out by the management of Osing Deles Cafe and Resto Banyuwangi in order to create customer loyalty, especially generation Z. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The research technique was carried out by observing and interviewing predetermined informants. The results of the study show that the marketing strategy carried out by the Osing Deles cafe manager through experiential marketing can be said to have succeeded in creating consumer loyalty, especially the millennial generation. As for the experiential marketing strategy, the first is related to sense experience, namely by designing unique and attractive café interiors, fragrant rooms, tempting food aromas and the availability of live music by bringing in famous singers. The second relates to the feel experience, namely by providing friendly service to customers and providing promotions such as price discounts and purchases 2 get 1 free. The third relates to the think experience, namely by providing a variety of unique food and beverage menus so that consumers have many menu choices to choose from. ordered. The fourth is related to act experience, namely by designing rooms with traditional themes to introduce and preserve the culture of the archipelago, especially the Osing tribe so that young people also know about the rich culture that exists. The fifth relates to relate experience, namely by providing solutions to complaints that customers feel related to services and menus ordered and serving them well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership on employee performance (a case study on employees at Pamungkas Collection Tasikmalaya). The method used in this research is causality through a case study approach. With a research sample of 57 employees of Pamungkas Collection Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results of the study show that together, Organizational Culture and Leadership have a significant influence on Employee Performance at the Tasikmalaya Pamungkas Collection Employees. Partially, organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, leadership has a significant effect on employee performance at Pamungkas Collection Tasikmalaya employees.
