Abstract

Export is a shipping activity from within the country to abroad. In exporting, many assessments are carried out, one of which is seen from the physical condition to be sent. On the CV. Rumah Bunga Tamora is a place for ornamental plant cultivators, one of which is orchid plants, there only conducts interisland shipping only and has not exported orchid plants. In order to know whether orchid plants are the export quality or not, it is necessary to assess and calculate the criteria of computerized plants by utilizing a decision support system that will produce recommendations for the type of orchid plants that are worthy of the export quality. This decision support system uses a combination of Weighted Product (WP) and Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) methods as calculation steps from the assessment of 5 criteria with 5 alternatives of orchid plants that are valued through respondents. After getting the assessment of respondents, manual calculations will be carried out and generated final values with the highest ranking of 0.667 and the cattleya dark lavender alternatives as recommended the export quality orchid plants.

Abstract

At this time, because of the many literacy communities that have been established, we have to sort out which literacy communities are good to join, there are some literacy communities that only stand up and the system and schedule are irregular and the schedule is more dominant not according to the concept of literacy. The purpose of this research is to find or determine which community is the best place to study writing by novice writers. Using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method, which is flexible and simple in responding to decision-making and rapid analytical responses, it is possible to determine which community is the best. With the weights and criteria used, namely Active Members (20%), Inactive Members (5%), Community Active (15%), External Community Activities (15%), Community Internal Activities (20%), Community Creativity (25 %). The alternative used is the existing community. Of the 25 alternatives used, the results obtained are the Freedom Literacy community with the highest ranking of 0.94. From this research using the SMART method, the best community has been selected to be used as a place to study writing by novice writers, namely the Feedom Literacy community.

Abstract

Toothache medicine is an ingredient that is intended to ward off, eliminate and restore disease or signs of dental disease that attacks. Diseases of the teeth and mouth can also trigger the arrival of other diseases. People basically often underestimate a disease, then when the patient is treated by the medical staff, the patient feels the situation is getting worse than before. The purpose of this study was to determine the representation of the administration of toothache medicines in our drugstore which includes the form, dosage, side effects, price, and also the interactions that occur in drugs using the MOORA method. The MOORA method can determine decisions from several criteria and is easy to understand in dividing subjective evaluation techniques into weighted criteria with decision weight attributes. The research analysis of this data aims to produce recommendations for toothache drugs. The criteria and weights included are C1 = side (30%), C2 = side effect (25%), C3 = price (20%), C4 = form (15%), C5 = interaction (10%). Of the 25 alternatives used, the results of the study, namely alternative A1 = Aspirin, got the highest-ranking results with an optimization value of 0.2730876006569. This study resulted in a decision using the MOORA method for toothache drug recommendations. So it can be concluded that this topic is very good for research so that we are not wrong in choosing drugs if we are experiencing a toothache.

Abstract

Public speaking is verbal correspondence in front of many individuals, such as addresses, talks, introductions, and Master of Ceremony (MC). The success of the event cannot be separated from the role of the presenter who is often referred to as the MC. Becoming an MC or presenter requires special skills and practice, and not everyone can do it. For a smooth farewell event at YPT. As the example of Medan, it takes the best MC to arrange the event, host the event, control the time, and satisfy the audience so that the event goes as desired. Because too many want to be MC, it is necessary to choose the best MC. One method for selecting an MC is with an emotionally supportive choice network. In this review, the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) strategy is applied to the best MC selection framework. This data assessment analysis aims to produce the best choice of MC to guide the event. The criteria and weights used are K1 = confident (25%), K2 = communicative (20%), K3 = humorous (15%), K4 = creative (13%), K5 = insight (12%), K6 = experience (10%), dam K7 = appearance (5%). Of the 25 alternatives used, the results of the study, namely alternative A1 = Fajar Aulia, got the highest-ranking results. This study resulted in a decision using the SMART method for selecting the best MC Fajar Aulia with a final score of 0.86.

Abstract

Daihatsu is one of the automotive industries with the largest manufacturing capacity and has the earliest and most complete Research and Development Center facilities in Indonesia. In everyday life, although not a primary need, a car is one of the most important pieces of transportation equipment used by humans in daily activities. because the car acts as human mobility to move to a place so that the selection process must be precise. Therefore we need a system that has the aim of facilitating the selection with an accurate method and requires a short time in the decision-making process in selecting a car. Decision support systems use this method. MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis), which can process the selection accurately and quickly so it is needed in selecting the recommended Daihatsu car. The criteria and weights used are C1 = Car Category (2 0%), C2 = Price (15%), C3 = Passenger Capacity (10%), C4 = Cylinder Capacity (20%), C5 = Transmission(20%), C6 = Color (15%). 25 Alternatives for selecting recommendations in buying a car, therefore the results obtained are Xenia 1.3 X MT as the first recommendation with an optimization value of 0.00049404796467179.

Abstract

Buah-buahan memiliki peran penting bagi kesehatan pada tubuh Indonesia adalah negara tropis sehingga menyimpan keanekaragaman jenis tumbuhan tertinggi di dunia terdapat 266 jenis buah-buahan yang dianggap asli Indonesia. Buah memiliki banyak manfaat bagi tubuh selain dapat mencukupi gizi yang kita butuhkan buah juga dapat mencegah penyakit. Menurut badan kesehatan dunia WHO manusia sebaiknya mengkonsumsi buah setidaknya 400g/hari agar tubuh sehat terutama seperti masa pandemi saat ini. Metode MOORA digunakan dalam sistem ini karena untuk menentukan buah buahan apa yang layak untuk dijual agar buah dapat berkualitas baik tentu akan dinilai dari kualitasnya. Begitu banyak kriteria mempengaruhi kualitas dari buah yang baik ini menjadi masalah yang perlu dituntaskan dengan sistem pendukung melalui kriteria dan bobot yang digunakan yaitu warna(25%), kondisi buah(20%), tekstur buah(15%), tingkat kematangan(20%), daya tahan(20%). Lalu digunakan 25 alternatif buah kueni yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam pemilihan buah-buahan layak jual di toko buah ibnu di Desa Pantai Cermin. Dari 25 alternatif yang digunakan hasil yang didapat adalah buah kueni 25 dengan rangking tertinggi karena memiliki nilai bobot yang sempurna di setiap kriteria maka buah kueni 25 menjadi rekomendasi terbaik untuk dipilih sebagai buah yang layak dijual. Perhitungan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan buah-buahan layak jual ini juga berlaku untuk buah-buahan lainya yang dijual ditoko buah ibnu di Desa Pantai Cermin seperti buah semangka, buah rambutan, buah salak, buah nanas dan buah buahan lainnya.

Abstract

Produk yang bagus dan berkualitas merupakan nilai penting dalam jual beli. Demikian halnya dengan produk jamu. Dalam menentukan penilaian produk jamu, bermacam kriteria harus dipenuhi agar dapat dikatakan sebagai jamu berkualitas . Kriteria tersebut antara lain adalah harga,jumlah penjualan, khasiat, serta jenis dan bentuk jamu. Penilian produk jamu ini dilakukan untuk membantu meningkatkan daya tarik pembeli dalam membeli produk jamu yang berkualitas. Berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tersebut ditentukan alternatif terbaik menggunakan metode Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of ratio Analysis (MOORA). Setelah melakukan pencarian nilai pada nilai bobot pada tiap atribut,selanjutnya melakukan perangkingan untuk menentukan alternatif dengan nilai optimal.Berdasarkan 25 alternatif yang digunakan ditemukan bahwa Triple X (kapsul) sebagai produk jamu dengan rangking tertinggi.

Abstract

The North Sumatra Provincial Education Office is a provincial-level local government agency that takes care of the field of education and assistance led by the head of the service who is responsible to the governor through the regional secretariat. In the world of work, there are a number of problems faced by employees, one of which is not working optimally, therefore soft skills assessment is needed in order to improve the performance of each employee. The purpose of this study is to build an employee soft skills assessment system and appreciate employees so that they can work better and also form a strong character. The research process uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with attribute criteria: communication skills, adaptability, ability to work together, motivation, and friendliness. The weighting for the assessment is (0.25, 0.15, 0.3, 0.15, 0.15). The results showed that the SAW method recommended K5 to produce the highest score.

Abstract

To build the ability of each agency or company, it is very necessary to have quality resources that are highly competitive in order to increase work productivity at the agency. With the level of expertise and value of competence will be able to improve the best service system. The purpose of this study is an order to include professional values, it is necessary to implement a website so that it can assist in the process of hiring employees at the North Sumatra Provincial Education Office. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method was chosen because to solve a complex, unstructured situation into several components in a hierarchical arrangement, by assigning a subjective value to the relative importance of each variable, and determining which variable has the highest priority in order to influence the outcome of the situation. The selection process uses criteria which are a requirement to be accepted as a new employee. The criteria used are ethics, education, experience, communicative, motivation. And also the employee selection process can be carried out optimally in terms of the time required so that the process of evaluating the selection of applicants becomes more effective and efficient. The results of the AHP method resulted in a P4 recommendation with a value of 0.237.

Abstract

A significant increase in the number of people around the world causes an increase in the amount of waste production causing a fairly high spike. This increase is caused by the increasing needs that humans need every day, with so many needs, a lot of waste is produced, especially plastic waste that is used as a container or wrapping material for various other goods. This makes the environment polluted by plastic waste. Various efforts have been made by the world and the government in reducing waste, one of which is PT. Indonesia Free of Waste, namely sorting waste and then selling it to those who recycle waste. The existence of a decision support system (DSS) will help PT. Indonesia Free of Waste selects the best waste to buy then sorts and recycles. By using the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) method, the best waste can be purchased in a flexible and simple manner so that it can fulfill the integrity of decision making and rapid analytical response. Alternatives taken as research references include used cooking oil, plastic, used drinking bottles, and some other household waste that can be recycled. Of the 25 alternatives used, the results obtained from used cooking oil with the highest rank of 0.85. This study makes a decision using the SMART method to find out what waste can be purchased by providing more profit, namely used cooking oil with a value of 0.85.
