Abstract

Character education is one of the things that must be done and instilled at elementary school age. In this article, we will discuss various character education carried out in all regions in Indonesia, especially at elementary school age. The study used a meta-analysis by reviewing 15 articles. This type of research used qualitative research. The development of the current era makes it easier for students to access the internet without limits, so that elementary school age must be guided in carrying out all activities, both at home and at school. So that children who can be properly supervised will have good character as well. The control of parents and teachers in this case is very to order. Character education is carried out so that students can be directed in development, so that they become children who have a sense of responsibility, are creative, fear God and become the next generation of the nation that can be relied on. The results showed that, from the articles analyzed, all students in elementary schools had implemented character learning well, which was assisted by teachers at school and supported by parents at home.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems that occur in the lecture process where students do not understand the explanations in textbooks, because they only explain theoretically without any learning media that makes it easier for students to understand and study the material in citizenship courses, development of interactive media mobile learning in citizenship education courses. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of mobile learning interactive media in citizenship education courses. This research uses a literature study that examines 7 journals that are relevant to the author's research. The type of data used is secondary data, namely data obtained indirectly. The data needed in this research is taken from documents related to research. Data collection techniques are carried out by reviewing and analyzing books and journals with rules related to mobile learning interactive media. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the development of interactive mobile learning media can have an influence on student learning outcomes. Based on the results of data analysis using literature study research methods in 7 journals that were reviewed regarding the development of interactive mobile learning media, the results obtained were the results of the study showed that the development of interactive mobile learning media had an effect on student learning outcomes as seen from the results of the study of 4 quantitative research journals. and an increase in student learning outcomes based on the results of the study of 3 journals with classroom action research methods.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research (CAR) which aims to improve the ability to jump long squat style using tires. This research was conducted in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The sample of this research is the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 10 Muarente, Luwu Regency. The location of this research was carried out at SD Negeri 10 Murante, Luwu Regency, during the research April-May 2022, the sample of this study was 20 4th grade students of SD Negeri 10 Murante, Luwu Regency, consisting of 11 male students and 9 female students. This classroom action research instrument is a practical test (Psychomotor), attitude (Affective), Knowledge test (Cognitive). Based on the results of the study, the percentage in the first cycle was 65% with sufficient category and increased in the second cycle by 95% very well. Based on the evaluation results in cycle I and cycle II. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant increase in the long jump ability of the squat style using tires/rubber media long jump squat style of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 10 Murante, Luwu Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi sosial guru ekonomi dan lingkungan sekolah dengan motivasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 4 Muara Bungo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif korelasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 4 Muara Bungo sebanyak 52 orang. Data diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan angket. Setelah itu dianalisis dengan korelasi parsial product moment dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki persepsi yang baik terhadap kompetensi sosial guru ekonomi, dan lingkungan sekolah yang baik, serta memiliki motivasi belajar ekonomi yang tinggi. Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi sosial guru ekonomi dengan motivasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 4 Muara Bungo dengan koefisien sebesar 0,485, terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan sekolah dengan motivasi belajar ekonomi dengan koefisien sebesar 0,458 serta terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi sosial guru ekonomi dan lingkungan sekolah dengan motivasi belajar ekonomi siswa, dengan koefisien sebesar 0,515.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the level of reading habits of class X students of SMA Negeri 16 Merangin; (2) describe the level of learning outcomes Indonesian class X students of SMA Negeri 16 Merangin; and (3) explain the relationship between reading habits and learning outcomes Indonesian class X students of SMA Negeri 16 Merangin. The results of learning Bahasa Indonesia, class X students of SMA Negeri 16 Merangin are influenced by many factors, including reading habits. So a study was conducted to describe the relationship between reading habits and learning outcomes Indonesian. This study uses a correlational quantitative method by connecting two variables, namely reading habit variables as free variables, and learning outcomes Indonesian as bound variables. The solution and the sample of this study were class X students of SMA Negeri 16 for Merangin, totaling 40 people. Data were collected using likert scale questionnaires for reading habits and documentation techniques to obtain data on learning outcomes Indonesian, through daily test value documentation. The results of the data analysis showed that the value of the correlation coefficient of variable X to variable Y was 6.16 >T tubel or 6.16 > 1.684 then Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between reading habits and learning outcomes Indonesian class X SMA Negeri 16 Merangin students.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to see the effectiveness of project-based blended learning. The research method used is qualitative. The approach used is a case study. The data in this study are the results of interviews with teachers. The source of this research data is the teacher. In testing the validity of the researchers using the validity of the data. The results showed that 50% of blended learning was effective when offline because it was able to improve critical thinking skills and profiles of Pancasila students. However, 50% is not effective when used online because of the unavailability of online equipment, after that it is difficult to supervise students which causes students to be dishonest. Further research is needed to strengthen this research by examining using statistical data on the effectiveness of learning using blended learning. Abstract

The prototype curriculum is a new paradigm curriculum that was created to overcome the literacy crisis in Indonesia. The purpose of this curriculum is to restore this status to be better with the concept of student center and the profile of Pancasila. The research was conducted by conducting interviews with teachers in 5 public junior high schools in Jambi. The approach used is a qualitative approach with literature and documentation techniques. Teachers and schools are still implementing the 2013 curriculum and are preparing to implement a prototype curriculum so that the similarities and differences between the two curricula will appear. The interview results were analyzed by adhering to relevant theories and previous research. Furthermore, the authors independently make general conclusions to clarify the intent and purpose of the interview data with existing supporting theories. The conclusion of this study states that the prototype curriculum is seen as a good solution for current education, especially during the pandemic. The 2013 curriculum does not necessarily disappear, but is complemented and refined according to the needs of students and teachers in today's learning (Covid-19 pandemic) by the prototype curriculum. Finally, results/product/work-oriented learning models such as the PjBL Model are considered to be the most suitable for the Prototype Curriculum criteria.

Abstract

Technological developments in the digital transformation era occur dynamically very quickly, in a short time. This certainly affects the world of education where a concept and mechanism for the learning process is needed that integrates technology with education. The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in the integration of technology with the world of education being urgently needed. One form of integrating education with technology is by developing applications for Mobile Learning (M-Learning). The research was conducted using the Research and Development method with a 4-D (four-D) Model approach, which consisted of 4 stages, namely: define, design, develop, and disseminate. This study aims to produce a smartphone application for mobile learning in graphic design courses at STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo that is valid, practical and effective. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis techniques by describing the results of the validity, practicality, and effectiveness tests. Based on the results of the study, the findings obtained: (1) The smartphone application for mobile learning that was developed was declared valid in the media and material aspects, (2) Based on direct observation, the responses and responses of the application users were stated to be practical, (3) The smartphone application for mobile learning after being carried out testing is declared effective in improving learning outcomes. So, it can be concluded that the smartphone application for mobile learning in the graphic design course at STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo is valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the types and causes of errors made by students in solving story problems of geometric rows and series material based on Newman's procedure. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive type, the research subject consists of 3 students from 40 students of class XI MIPA 1 SMAN 5 Padang, with the criteria of 1 student each from high, medium, and low groups. Data collection was done by test and interview. Error analysis using Newman's criteria. The results showed that the percentage of students' errors in solving story problems related to the material of geometric rows and series based on Newman's procedure were: (a) the percentage of comprehension errors made by students amounted to 34.63%, (b) the percentage of transformation errors amounted to 16.28%, (c) the percentage of process skill errors amounted to 14.91%, and (d) the percentage of errors in writing the final answer (Encoding Error) amounted to 34.18%. The causes of student errors include, rushing to understand the problem, not writing the known and questionable things in the problem, not focusing on working on the problem, not being careful in carrying out the calculation process, not being accustomed to writing conclusions, and rushing the solution process. Abstract

This article aims to analyze the concept of early childhood moral education from the perspective of ontology, epistemology, and axiology, using the literature study method. Moral values, morals and character are aimed at children aged zero to six years so that children have provisions that will be passed throughout their lives. Furthermore, based on the point of view of epistemology. that in inculcating moral values in early childhood can come from two elements, first, sourced from family education, namely by using the methods of storytelling, playing, discussing and field trips. Then the second element of pre-school education, namely the teacher has a role in instilling moral values in early childhood, using the methods of singing, rhyming, outbound, role playing and others. And based on the axiological point of view that ethics and aesthetics are two very important things to consider in instilling moral values in early childhood. Ethics are matters relating to the norms of decency and the good and bad of human behaviour, while aesthetics are matters relating to the experience of beauty possessed by humans.
