Abstract

The purpose of this research: (1) To know the description of job rotation, job satisfaction and employee performance at the Jambi Provincial Transportation Department. (2) To know the effect of job rotation on employee performance at the Jambi Provincial Transportation Department. (3) To know the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Jambi Province. (4) To know the influence between job rotation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Jambi Province.The method of this research is descriptive and quantitative and using regresion method. The population in the study were the employees of the Jambi Provincial Transportation Department. Technique of sampling research using of stratified sampling. The total sample in this study was 123 respondents.The result of the research shows that the average level of the respondent's answer for job rotation (X1) is 74.46% and the average level of the respondent answer for job satisfaction variable (X2) is 68.52, it shows highest average respondent There is in position variable rotation (X1). The magnitude of the effect of rotation variables on the performance of employees at the Department of Transportation Jambi Province is amounted to 2,427. The amount of influence of job satisfaction on employee performance variables at the Jambi Provincial Transportation Department is 4.452. Based on the analysis that together into two independent variables of job rotation and job satisfaction have a significant effect amounted to 2.201 (X1) dan 3.308(X2) on the performance of employees at the Transportation Agency of Jambi Province. Abstract

The purpose of this research are: (1) To know the description of organizational culture, management system to Employees commitment at Jambi Provincial Transportation Department. (2) To know the influence of organizational culture on Organization commitment to Jambi Provincial Transportation Department. (3) work management system to Organization commitment to Jambi Provincial Transportation Department (4) To know the influence between organizational culture and management system to Organization commitment at Jambi Provincial Transportation Department. The method of analysis of this research is descriptive and quantitative. The population in the study were the employees of Jambi Provincial Transportation Department. Technique of sampling research using technique of Stratified Sampling. The total sample in this study was 123 respondents. The data were analyzed using 2 (two) ways, namely (1) Using multiple linear regression to find out the factors that influence Organization commitment with t test and F test at significance level (α = 0,05). The result of the research shows that average level of respondent's answer for organizational culture variable (X1) is 60,94 and average level of respondent answer for work management system variable (X2) is 66,41, it shows highest level. The magnitude of influence of organizational culture variable and work management system on Organization commitment at Jambi Provincial Transportation Department is 6,333 (X1) and 3,685 (X2). From the test results simultaneously can be seen that the organizational culture variables and management systems work together have a significant influence on organizational commitment. Meanwhile, it is also known that work management system variables are more dominant in influencing Employees commitment to Jambi Provincial Transportation Department. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of commodity prices of rubber and palm oil, as well as Non Performing Loan (NPL) on financial performance (return on assets (ROA)) PT. Bank BRI Agro Tbk, either partially or simultaneously. Data used is secondary data, where data commodity prices of rubber and palm oil obtained from the Directorate General of Plantation while data on financial performance (return on assets (ROA)) obtained from the Annual report 2015 AGRO Bank BRI. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. Results of statistical t test proves that partially price of rubber and palm oil does not significantly to influence of financial performance Bank BRI Agro Tbk, while NPL significant effect on financial performance Bank BRI Agro, Tbk. Results of statistical F test proves that simultaneously the price of rubber and palm oil as well as NPL has significant impact on financial performance. Bank BRI Agro, Tbk. The results of the study has implications for efforts to reduce the NPL ratio while maintaining the bank's function as intermediary (prudence) in extending credit, especially in the agricultural sector to reduce the high value of NPL (non-performing loans), considering the contribution of NPL sizeable influence on the financial performance of banks. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of hedonic lifestyle, hedonic motivation and product quality simultaneously and partially to the interest of buy back Tupperware product in Jambi City. The population is Tupperware consumers in PT. Nazila Jambi Nugraha which amounted to 28,106 members. After doing research data that can author though only 139 questionnaires. Data collection method in this study using survey method, followed by statistical methods to test the hypothesis is by multiple linear regressions (multiple regressions). The results showed that the hedonic lifestyle, hedonic motivation and product quality had a positive and significant influence on repurchase interest. Where product quality has a more dominant influence when compared to two other variables. Based on the results of the study for it is expected to the future management company can continue to maintain and improve product quality one of them is by diversifying the product. Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) explaining the effect of brand image, product knowledge and product quality toward purchase intention of Asus Notebook, and (2) explaining the discount price capability on moderating the effect of brand image, product knowledge and product quality toward purchase intention. Research is that through survey, where data collection is: obeservation, interview, and questioning delivery to 99 respondents. Research result shows that brand image, product knowledge and product quality simultaneously effected significantly on purchase intention. Futhermore, partially brand image and product quality found effected significantly on purchase intention. However, product knowledge has not significant effect on purchase intention. Meanwhile, discount price be able to strengthen the effect of brand image, product knowledge and product quality on purchase intention, with discount price as pure moderator variable (product knowledge) and potential moderator variable (brand image and quality product). This shows that the company’s marketing efforts through promotion and it’s product effectively to deliver value to be given to consumers. Hence, that good maintaining on brand image, product quality and discount price should be positioned as marketer strategy to stimulate consumers purchase intention. Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of emotional quotient on work performance, and the effect of spiritual quotient on work performance at BPMPPT of Jambi City. Using 68 employees as respondent, the data were collected by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis show that overall emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence employee BPMPPT Jambi city is at a high level of quotient. While employee performance BPMPPT Jambi city is at a level of performance was enough. The statistical analysis shows that partially and simultantly emotional quotient and spiritual quotient has significant and positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the effect of the internal and external factors toward margin murabahah at syariah banks for period 2011-2016. The type of data used in this research is secondary data of Islamic Banks publish in quarterly financial statements by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Through purposive sampling, this research got 54 observations from three Islamic banks in five years which fulfill the criteria. This research used quantative approach, using multiple regression and has passed the classical assumption test. Based on the result, it is concluded that there are 4 independent variables which areThird Party Funds, Operational Efficiency Ratio, Non-Performing Financing, and Inflation which having significant effects toward margin murabahah. Simultaneously, the variation of four independent variables can explain 63.81% effects to dependent variable. The remaining of 36.19% is explained by other factors outside this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) Identify the influence between the promotional cost against sales volume products batik local craft. (2) Identify the variable costs of the dominant promotion affects the sales volumes of local handicraft products batik. Analytical tools used in this research is to test assumptions, multiple regression analysis, T test and F test. The location of the research on Selaras Pinang Masak on JL. KH. Jakfar RT. 01 Mudung Laut, Peelayangan in Jambi City. Based on the test results proved that partially variable cost of sales promotions and personnel costs selling that can provide significant effects against the volume of sales of products batik on Selaras Pinang Masak in Jambi City, while variable costs of advertising and the cost of publicity does not influence significantly to sales volumes of products batik on Selaras Pinang Masak in Jambi City. Based on the results of the calculations found that the variable cost of sales promotions and personnel costs selling that has significant influence against the volume of sales of products batik on Saanggar Selaras Pinang Masak in Jambi City, in the study the independent variables that influence the dependent variable was dominant against the cost of sales promotions

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of customer perception on PublicRelationtoward brandimage and to customer loyalty. Research used surveywhere carinsurace customer is the population. Research result showed that range score of public relation perception, brand image, and customer loyalty have good value. According to SEM analysis result shows that the higher the customerpersceptionon public relation causes the higher the brand image. and the higher the brand image causes higher customer loyalty. So, public relation has positive effect to brand image and customer loyalty. Hence, public relation as a marketing tool should be developed internally to craft the more comprehensive marketing strategy to make customer be loyal and winning the competitions.

Abstract

Movement of the creative industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly, the public began to be interested to explore the creative industries. Inti matahari provides services such as the manufacture of residential parks, offices, public facilities, garden care and agricultural facilities targeting a segment of the people who are becoming aware of the importance of landscaping and wanting to spend more money on landscaping and orchard garden. The problems that arise in Inti Matahari is the difficulty to penetrate the market to new consumers and because the landscape industry is an industry that has a period of costumer in the manufacture of landscape, income gains are sometimes not sufficient to cover operating costs.
