<![CDATA[Batik is the work of the Indonesian nation which is a blend of art and technology by the ancestors of the Indonesian nation. Indonesia has various batik motifs as one of the cultural products that are still preserved and popular today. The Riau Malay Customary Institution of Bengkalis Regency through the batik UMKM also started the preservation of batik as Indonesian culture through batik activities. The batik produced by the LAMR MSME is named 'Batik Pulau' in the spirit of the coastal characteristics of Sumatra Island, Riau Province. This study aims to calculate the cost of production in the manufacture of typical LAMR batik in Bengkalis Regency by using the activity-based costing (ABC) method and based on the observations of the LAMR batik SMEs still using the conventional system in determining the cost of production, namely by collecting all expenses that have been incurred in the production process. takes place and then divides into the number of outputs produced. The object of research is the cost of production in the manufacture of written batik on Batik Pulau in Bengkalis Regency. Methods of data collection using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis using an activity-based costing (ABC) system with two stages. The results showed that the cost of production calculated using an activity-based costing system was Rp. 21.582.250,- for the number of units produced by written batik as many as 50 units of batik strands with a size of 2.5 meters, the cost of production per unit of written batik produced is Rp. 415,043,-. The results show that the approach to determining the cost of production using the ABC method is more accurate than the traditional method where the traditional cost of production calculation is Rp. 22,082,250,-.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the soft skills development of accounting vocational students during the COVID-19 pandemic from the perspective of Accounting Lecturers, Batam State Polytechnic. This study uses a qualitative approach and primary data obtained from interviews with informants. The informants in this study were the Head of the Business Management Department, the Head of the Managerial Accounting Study Program, the Head of the Accounting Study Program, and the Managerial Accounting and Accounting Lecturer. The result of this study is that the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic on line has an impact on the development of several indicators of soft skills of accounting vocational students, namely the decline in communication skills, honesty, problem-solving skills, motivation and student ethics due to the limitations of online communication. Meanwhile, leadership and teamwork have not decreased but are not optimal so that the expected learning goals are not achieved.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to build an application of the e-Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) System of the Bengkalis State Polytechnic using the Codeigniter framework and Web Technology. The specific target to be achieved and the method to be used in this research is to build an e-Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) application at the Bengkalis State Polytechnic using web technology and the Codeigniter framework so that lecturers can apply for IPR online and systemically. This system has 3 systems, namely the lecturer, operator and administrator side. The test method uses the blackbox method, which will test the suitability of the application functions as designed. The results obtained from the test are feasible to use for the application of this application.]]>

<![CDATA[Currently, financial literacy is something that absolutely must be owned by entrepreneurs, including MSMEs. Financial literacy shows how a person's financial knowledge, attitudes, skills and behaviours are. Good financial literacy will encourage good financial behaviours. The purpose of this study is to explore the financial behaviours of entrepreneurs including MSMEs and also the obstacles that occur in this regard. The methodology used in this study is qualitative research with interviews / in-depth interviews as data collection media. In addition, researchers also conducted field observations. This study found that MSME entrepreneurs have had a fairly good financial behaviour. This is evident from the knowledge, attitudes and financial skills they have in dealing with problems and managing their finances. The recommendation of this research is the attention and support of the government as a stakeholder for MSMEs to improve this financial literacy ability. <![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of benefits, trust, ease of use and security on consumer perceptions of using QRIS when transacting among millennials in Batam City. The population in this study is the millennial generation of Batam City from the age of 26 - 41 and has used QRIS when transacting. The number of respondents in this study were 384 respondents. In this study, the author uses quantitative research methods and data collection using surveys with dissemination via google form. The results obtained from this study are the factors of benefit, trust, ease of use, and security have a significant positive effect on consumer perceptions of using QRIS when transacting in the millennial generation in Batam City.]]>

<![CDATA[Ship repair involves repairing ship parts that are damaged and do not comply with class eligibilityrequirements. The completion of ship repair projects in shipyards often faces obstacles that cause delays in thecompletion of the project. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors causing delay in the repair ofAHTS 65.5 meters ship using the FTA method. It is expected that if the cause of the delay in the ship repairprocess is known, it will be used as a benchmark for predicting delays in future repairs. This research uses FaultTree Analysis (FTA) technique, which is an analytical method for identifying failures in a system. There are twotop events based on the FTA analysis, namely piping work with 13 basic events and engine room work with 14basic events. There is one basic event with a high probability value in piping work, namely the purchase ofimported materials. While the engine room work produces one basic event with a high probability value, namelythe purchase of imported materials. The purchase of imported materials are the predominant causes of delays inship repair projects, so mitigation measures should be taken to prevent future delays.]]>

<![CDATA[Activities on ex-gold mining land in Nagari Palaluar Sijunjung Regency caused damage to land andthe environment which resulted in economic losses experienced by the surrounding community. To reclamatethe ex-gold mining land, an effort was made to identify microorganisms present in the ex-gold mining land inNagari Palaluar Sijunjung Regency. This study aims to identify indigenous microorganisms in ex-gold miningland in Nagari Palaluar Sijunjung Regency. This research was conducted from May to July 2022 which tookplace from 2022 in the Payakumbuh State Agricultural Polytechnic Plant Protection Laboratory in HarauDistrict, Fifty City Regency, with an altitude of + 500 meters above sea level. Soil sampling was carried out inpost-gold mining land in Nagai Palaluar, Sijunjung district. The method used in this study was the isolation andidentification of indigenous bacterial microorganisms on Nutrient Agar (NA) media and the identification ofindigenous fungal microorganisms on Potato Dextrosa Agar (PDA) media. Based on the results of the study, itwas found in the front soil sample (research area 2) 534 colonies of indigenous bacterial microorganisms. <![CDATA[The development of technology and information and the increasing use of the internet have changed the situation to be completely instantaneous, one of which is in terms of meeting needs by shopping online through the marketplace. Shopee is the marketplace with the second most traffic usage in Indonesia. One of Shopee's customer segments comes from generation Z who have various considerations that make them confident in making purchasing decisions on the marketplace. This study aims to determine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth, Ease of Use of Technology, Benefits, and Trust on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace by students in Padang City. The population of this study is students in the city of Padang who use Shopee to do online shopping, with a sample of 100 respondents obtained using convenience sampling techniques. Data collection using an online questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that electronic word of mouth, benefits and trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace by students in Padang City, while the ease of use of technology does not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace by students in Padang City. Simultaneously, Electronic Word of Mouth, Ease of Use of Technology, Benefits, and Trust have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions on the Shopee marketplace by Students in Padang City.]]>

<![CDATA[Appearance is a matter of concern to each individual. Good looks, clean, attractive and decent can boost confidence. The use of cosmetic products provides one option to promote one's appearance in order to boost one's confidence. Among the most popular brands of cosmetics in Indonesia today are wardah. The wardah product has a good brand image among communities at prices as well. It can also contribute to one's appearance in order to meet the requirements of a lifestyle in carrying out one's activities. The study aims to find out how lifestyle, brand image and price-perceptions impact the decision to purchase cosmetics in desert city students. Data collection is done with an online questionnaire's instrument to prairies. Partial research suggests that lifestyle variables, brand image and price perceptions have both a positive and significant impact on purchasing decision variables. While research with simultaneous lifestyle variables, brand image and price perception have significant impact on purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[Nowadays, technological advancements are growing need for computer programs that might benefitindustrial purposes. Image recognition is crucial in technological advancements spanning from medical demandsto security and other industries. One of them is the necessity in the oil and gas industry for a computerapplication that can recognize pipe code labels, particularly in pipe handling. Because of the requirement forproduction assistance, to recognize the pipe code label image, an NI Vision control system was built. There arenumerous stages of label identification in this study, including taking photographs with a webcam camera(capture), cropping, grayscale, and saving data. The system can provide an accuracy of 88% based on test resultson 25 samples of ¾ inch PVC pipe code labels with a camera distance to the pipe code label field of 85 cm, 493color weights, and an optimal score level of 75%.]]>
