The problems in this study are: 1) What is the authority of the curator to manage a limited liability company (PT) in bankruptcy?, 2) What is the curator’s responsibility for managing the bankruptcy estate of a limited liability company (PT) in the event of the curator’s negligence or error in managing a bankruptcy?. This type of research is normative. The technique of collecting legal materials uses literature study. The analytical technique used is qualitative descriptive authority. The results show that: 1) The curator in alimited liability company (PT) bankrupt is the transfer of authority to the curator which previously was the authority of the board of Directors only with regard to the management and or settlement of assets of a limited liability company (PT) bankrupt, the authority possessed by the curator in the bankruptcy of a limited liability company (PT) arises from tasks ordered by law. The use of such authority is immediately followed by their respective responsibilities for the implementation of their authority, while the exercise of authority that is not in accordance with legal provisions and causes losses to the company will result in legal consequences for the curator. 2) The curator’s responsibility for managing the assets of a limited liability company (PT) in bankruptcy consists of the curator’s responsibility in the curator’s capacity and the curator’s personal responsibility. Result in loss of bankruptcy estate. Meanwhile, all losses that arise as a result of negligence or due to the unprofessionalism of the curator are the personal responsibility of the curator and such losses cannot be charged to the bankruptcy estate.

According to the Civil Code and KHI, the settlement of joint assets is divided by half for widows and widowers respectively. Absolute competence for dispute resolution in the Religious Courts. The study of the decision on the joint property dispute is based on the success through the peace agreement of Case No. 413/Pdt.G/2015/PA. Smn at the Sleman Religious Court. In conclusion, the verdict reads: “states that there has been a reconciliation between the Plaintiff and the Defendant. Punish the Plaintiff and Defendant to comply with the contents of the peace. The peace agreement is to end the dispute, the peace decision is binding on the parties and related parties, the peace decision is executorial, the mediation process proves as an alternative form of fast dispute resolution, the peace decision has a sense of substantive justice, mediation reflects the good faith behavior of the parties, mediation prioritizes the negotiation process, a written peace agreement that is documented and signed, the peace agreement is strengthened by a court decision, the peace agreement reduces the negative impact on children after divorce and improves friendship, and peace is relevant to the provisions of the Qur'an and hadith.

The research problem is the low ability of teachers to use the Whatsapp Voice Note facility as a distance learning medium. The research subjects were 12 teachers. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation techniques. Data validation with triangulation technique. Data analysis was carried out by comparing the results in the initial conditions, the results of the first cycle, the results of the second cycle. The results of the initial condition study showed that the teacher's ability was an average value of 44.00 (LESS). In the implementation of the first cycle the results of the assessment showed the number 66.83 (enough). In the implementation of the second cycle the results of the assessment showed an average value of 86.33 (GOOD). Looking at the data obtained from research results in research activities, it can be concluded that the assistance carried out by Madrasah Supervisors to 12 teachers at MA Kedurang, Kedurang District, South Bengkulu Regency was declared successful in increasing the ability of teachers to use the Whatsapp Voice Note facility as a distance learning medium.

This study aims to examine using a structural approach regarding the institutional scope of world bodies in manifesting Acturian Actors in the context of global children's rights as a strengthening of regulations on sustainable custody that must be applied by every member country of the United Nations in responding to the lives of orphans who are victims of the pandemic. covid-19. With a structural and qualitative approach, it can be concluded that the pattern of handling tends to use a pattern of disaster management which is feared to prolong the uncertainty of the substance of the ongoing responsibility for orphans who are victims of Covid 19.

This research aims to explain the importance of interpretation of the law â€” to the formulation of legal texts that already have legal certainty â€” for a law enforcement officer who aims to maintain the value of justice and the usefulness of the law, especially in the realm of Islamic family law and Syariah Economics. So that the judge as law enforcement who in the speech is considered to know the law (ius curia novit) is able to solve the problems that enter based on certainty, justice, and legal expediency. This is then made a subject matter as an interesting study of what is the method of interpretation as part of the method of legal discovery, besides that there is also the relevance of the ijitihad method as one way in the interpretation of law to the application of Islamic family law and Syariah Economics. This research is a literature study that tries to describe the importance of interpretation of legal texts (laws and regulations) through descriptive-analysis methods that process data qualitatively, so as to generate answers about the importance of legal interpretation and examples of its application in Islamic family law and Syariah Economics.

This study aims to explore information on the life of Haji Sulong in the field of Islamic Education, especially the renewal of educational institutions. The purpose of the study was to improve the learning process, creativity and learning outcomes of class X PSPT students at SMK Negeri 3 Linggabuana using the STAD cooperative learning model. The type of research is classroom action research. Research subjects 34 students. Data collection techniques with observation, test and documentation techniques. Data validation is democratic, process, and dialogic validation. Quantitative data analysis techniques. Increased learning creativity of 10 students (29.41%) in the initial conditions, to 20 students (58.82%) in the first cycle and 31 students (91.18%) in the last cycle from the limit of 85% increased learning creativity. The data for learning completeness in the initial conditions were 7 students or 20.59%. In the first cycle 17 students (50.00%) and in the second cycle 30 students (88.24%) from the limit of 85% the number of students was declared complete. The increase in the average value of learning outcomes was 55.88 in the initial conditions, increased by 68.24 in the first cycle and 81.47 in the second cycle from the KKM = 75 limit.

The results of the study using interactive powerpoint learning media can improve English learning achievement in reading narrative text material in the field of office management and business services expertise for class X students of SMK Negeri 3 Linggabuana Purwakarta in the 2022/2023 academic year. It can be proven that in cycle I there were only 15 students who were able to achieve KKM or 39%. In the second cycle of learning activities, 65% or 25 students reached the KKM with an average score of 67.23. Furthermore, in cycle III learning activities it can be proven that the use of interactive Powerpoint learning media can increase student learning activity and learning achievement which is very significant. This can be seen based on statistical analysis of all students achieving KKM = 65 or 100% have achieved KKM = 65 with an average grade of 78.28

The purpose of this study was focused on deepening independent character learning through Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at the Garawiksa Student Islamic Boarding School Yogyakarta (PMGY). Such research has had a great impact on the consistency of PAI in pesantren while still following the initial goal of the pesantren institution in educating its students to be able to live independently which is beneficial for the surrounding community. Through qualitative research with a case study pattern, it can be concluded that independence education at PMGY is directed at its basic values with the dimensions of developing the spirituality, intellectuality and professionalism of the students. Such PAI was then supported by inculcating the values of togetherness and simplicity through pesantren policies. The figure of a democratic caregiver/kyai with an interaction pattern that prioritizes a cultural approach has offered pesantren programs that can explore the full potential and uniqueness of each student so that they are accustomed to solving problems independently.

The position of women in civil cases in Indonesia still requires more attention so that they are equal in the eyes of law and legislation. In order to support this statement, this research is specifically aimed at inventorying criminal law in Indonesia. So the literature review in the form of legal inventory has primary data from rules and regulations related to criminal cases, especially the Criminal Code. One important conclusion is the importance of imposing fines and compensation on women victims of criminal acts in legislation.
