Abstract

Berbelanja secara online lebih didorong oleh keinginan semata. tanpa memperhatikan apa kegunaan barang- barang yang dibeli. Ditambah lagi dengan adanya berbagai macam penawaran mulai dari gratis ongkir, potongan harga, dan bisa bayar ditempat. Sehingga mendorong mahasiswa untuk terus berbelanja tanpa memikirkan kegunaanya. Jika hal ini diabaikan maka akan berdampak pada keungan, sehingga pengeluran semakin banyak, uang yang seharusnya di tabung atau digunakan untuk kebutuhan mendatang habis begitu saja hanya untuk membeli barang yang tidak diperlukan. Didalam Islam telah di ajarkan dalam berbelanja harus mengutamakan kebutuhan, bukan sekedar keinginan saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa dalam berbelanja secara online yang ditinjau dari ekonomi Islam dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa FEBI IAIN Langsa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Langsa. Informan penelitiain sebanyak 7 orang . Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan melalui tahap pengumpulan data melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa dalam berbelanja secara online yang ditinjau dari ekonomi Islam yaitu membeli produk demi menjaga penampilan diri dan gengsi, munculnya penilain bahwa membeli produk dengan harga yang mahal akan menimbulkan percaya diri yang tinggi, membeli produk karena adanya diskon atau potongan harga (bukan atas dasar manfaat dan kegunaanya) dan membeli produk sejenis dengan merek yang berbeda. Faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya perilaku konsumtif karena faktor uang saku, faktor iklan dan faktor pertemanan.Perilaku berbelanja online seperti ini tidak sesuai lagi dengan konsumsi Ekonomi Islam. Abstract

The competence of human resources in the village government is important in building village development and community welfare. The role of village officials is one of the keys to realizing a developed village, considering that village officials are the link between the village community and the government in Indonesia. Therefore, it is important for village officials to have competence and skills so that developments in the central government can be channeled properly and thoroughly to the village community. This study aims to analyze and measure what the effect of human resource competencies on employee performance and productivity is in the case study of the Kalisalak Village government through a qualitative descriptive approach where the analysis method used is using SWOT Analysis, namely Strenght (Strength), Weakness (Weakness) Opportunity (Opportunity) and Threat (Threat). This study found strengths and opportunities that can encourage the improvement of the work of village officials, but also found weaknesses and threats in it. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the right strategy so that the performance and productivity of village officials in serving the community is maintained

Abstract

ABSTRACT , The working relationship of employees and leaders can determine the level, benefits of the Work Environment and Employee Performance of the company they feel. Any positive work relationship can help create a healthy work environment and environment for employees. The purpose of this research is to find out how the work environment affects the work productivity of employees at the AMC Unit of PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport. This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation which was carried out from 1 March to 31 March 2023. Respondents from this study were all employees of AMC PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport with a total of 15 people. testing the results of this research using IBM SPSS 23 Statistics For Windows. The results showed that variable X (Work Environment) on variable Y (Employee Performance) in the AMC Unit with a simple linear regression test showed a strong influence by obtaining a correlation coefficient of 0.576 and a large effect with a coefficient of determination test of 33.1%. Therefore, the work environment must be maintained or improved so that the performance of the AMC Unit personnel of PT. Angkasa Pura I at Yogyakarta International Airport maintains and improves its performance in the room and in the field.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the application of administrative technology in teacher knowledge transfer which will be used as a follow-up to implementing administrative technology and also to find out the development of teachers in completing administration using technology. The method used in an effort to achieve this goal is observation by conducting direct observations in the field to find out what conditions occur what the school needs and what obstacles occur. Through knowledge transfer, some teachers who previously had difficulty using technology, especially laptops, are slowly getting used to it, they are starting to arrange administration using technology and storing files on laptops. This program is expected to provide direct benefits to teachers, especially SD Inpres Boyaoge teachers in increasing knowledge, skills, in completing administration using technology.

Abstract

Today the development of the retail business in Indonesia shows a very positive trend. This is shown by the ever-increasing number of minimarkets in Indonesia. This research was conducted at PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan and aims to determine the implementation of retail management strategies at PT. Bumi Nyiur Supermarket head office. This research is a qualitative research and primary data sources using data collection techniques, namely observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the implementation uses four management aspects, namely marketing aspects, production aspects, human resource management aspects and financial aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Teaching Factory planning strategy to enhance the entrepreneurship skills of students at SMK Darut Taqwa. The SWOT analysis method was used in this study, with data collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The SWOT analysis results indicate that Teaching Factory can strengthen the relationship with stakeholders and the community, and provide opportunities for students to develop entrepreneurship skills and insights. However, there are several limitations and weaknesses in implementing this strategy, such as limited resources and a lack of technology and digital platforms to support student entrepreneurship development. To address these issues, this study recommends several strategies, such as developing entrepreneurship training programs for students, identifying new resources to support student entrepreneurship development, and utilizing technology and digital platforms to support student entrepreneurship development. These strategies can help SMK students develop the necessary entrepreneurship skills and insights to compete with established businesses in the market. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a reference for educational institutions and the government in planning effective and sustainable entrepreneurship learning programs in the future.

Abstract

This journal aims to analyze the results of UMKM operations in the Bartim area, which operates Padang Padang fresh snacks made from corn, milk and cheese or also called jasuke. Financial analysis is carried out based on sales results for the past year using several financial risks such as profitability risks, liquidity risk and activity risk, the data used in this study were obtained from UMKM jasuke's financial reports.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Promosi Penjualan dan Ekuitas Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Samsung di Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Studi lapangan dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung ke tiga toko yang menjual produk Samsung di Jakarta, observasi ini meliputi wawancara langsung dan penarikan pendapat konsumen tentang variabel penelitian yang diteliti menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Sedangkan metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk, Promosi Penjualan dan Ekuitas Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

In today's competitive business environment, customer experience has become an increasingly important factor in determining the success of a business. As a result, businesses are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience of their customers through service innovation. Service innovation refers to the development and implementation of new or improved services that better meet the needs and wants of customers. The objective of service innovation is to provide a unique and differentiated customer experience that sets a business apart from its competitors. Although the importance of service innovation in improving customer experience is widely recognized, there is a lack of clarity on how service innovation can be effectively implemented to enhance customer experience. This systematic literature review (SLR) aims to fill this gap by synthesizing existing research on service innovation and its impact on customer experience.

Abstract

Abstract, This research is to determine the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, and firm size on the return on assets of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The samples used in this study were 10 pharmaceutical companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Current ratio, which is measured using a comparison of current assets with current liabilities, has no effect on profitability. The Debt to Equity Ratio, which is measured using a comparison between debt and capital, has a negative and significant effect on the return on assets. Total Asset Turnover as measured using a comparison between total sales and total assets has no significant effect on return on assets. Firm Size or company size as measured using total assets has no effect on return on assets.
