Abstract

This study aims to obtain data, manage, analyze, discuss the spatial distribution of industries in Padang Pariaman District, seen from: 1) Spatial Distribution of Large and Medium Industries, 2) Spatial Patterns, and 3) Industrial Impacts on Society. This type of research is included in the descriptive study. The population in this study are all large and medium industries in Padang Pariaman District. The sample of this research is all large and medium industries in the Padang Pariaman District taken by sampling technique that is total sampling where the number of samples is equal to the population. Data analysis techniques using the nearest neighbor analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of this study found that: 1) in Padang Pariaman District there were 57 large and medium industries spread across 9 Subdistricts of 17 Subdistricts. The distribution of large and medium industries is most found in Batang Anai Sub District with 31 industries. Based on industry classification, it is divided into 4 types, namely: industry based on the number of workers and capital, industry based on goods produced, industry based on type, and industry based on general activities carried out, 2) distribution patterns of large and medium industries in Padang Pariaman District more scattered cluster (cluster). For the pattern of distribution of large industries in Padang Pariaman District is more unevenly distributed (random pattern), whereas the tendency of the pattern of medium industry distribution in Padang Pariaman District is more spread in clusters, 3) Viewed from industrial growth in Padang Pariaman District from 2016 -2018 continues to increase so that the need for labor also increases. All of that greatly affects the welfare of society and the value of goods and services produced by the economic system in Padang Pariaman District.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem that some students do not understand the material about identifying lecture texts. The purpose of this study was to describe the ability to identify lecture texts for class XI students at SMK N 3 Padang without and using the Jigsaw learning model, and to describe the effect of the Jigsaw learning model on the ability to identify lecture texts for class XI students at SMK N 3 Padang. This type of research is quantitative research. The design of this study was a posttest only control design. The population in this study were class XI students of SMK N 3 Padang who were registered in 2019/2020. The research sample consisted of 30 control classes and 30 sample classes. The data of this study is the score of the test results of the ability to identify lecture texts without and using the Jigsaw learning model. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded as follows: First, the level of Ability to Identify Lecture Texts without using the Jigsaw model, class XI students of SMK N 3 Padang obtained an average score of 71.30 with a classification of 66-75%, which is more than adequate (LdC). Second, the level of ability to identify lecture texts after using the Jigsaw model, class XI students of SMK N 3 Padang obtained an average score of 79.68 with a classification of 76-85%, which is good (B). Third, from the results of data analysis that has been carried out that the use of the Jigsaw model has a significant effect on increasing the ability to identify lecture texts, it can be seen that the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted at a significant level of 95% and dk = n-2 because tcount > ttable ( 5.17 > 1.67).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the feasibility and practicality of Android-based thunkable learning media on industrial food security and energy materials for class XI IIS SMAN 1 Painan. The type of research used in this research is research and development (Research and Development). With a 4D model that includes 4 stages, namely: Define, Design, Development, Desiminate. The subjects in this study were students of class XI IIS as many as 64 students. The results of the study found that: 1.)Thunkable learning media based on Android is declared very feasible after analyzing data processing using Microsoft Excel so that the total score is 277 with a mean level of 4.85 and a percentage rate of 97% with “Very Eligible” category. 2.) Thunkable learning media based on Android is declared practical after processing the research data obtained from the questionnaire, and a practical test is carried out so that a total score of 2.204 is obtained with a mean level of 4.45 and a percentage of 89% in the "Very Practical" category.  Keywords: Appropriateness, Practicality, Android.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sampling technique using the Proportional Random Sampling method. The sample in this study was 98 students. The results of self-concept research have a significant effect on learning outcomes. the respective coefficients are 0.188. With the value of tcount tcount 3.193 > ttable 1.66159 This means that if self-concept increases by one unit, then learning outcomes increase by 0.188 in each unit. Independent learning is significant to learning outcomes. The respective coefficients are 0.315. learning readiness has a significant effect on learning outcomes. the respective coefficients are 0.320. Parental attention has a significant effect on learning outcomes. the respective coefficients are 0.437. Learning facilities have a significant effect on learning outcomes. their respective coefficients are 0.208. self-concept, learning independence, learning readiness, parental attention and learning facilities together have a significant effect on learning outcomes. Where obtained the value of Fcount 45.625 > Ftable 2.31 with a significant level of 0.000 < = 0.05. This means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Keywords: Self-concept, learning independence, learning readiness, parental attention and learning facilities.

Abstract

Cooperative in SMK 1 Pariaman City is cooperative that is on developing and have a routine enough high, but the process processing the data still using a manual system. In overcoming these problems an information system is needed in order to simplify the performance of cooperative devices, then the authors designed a cooperative information system at SMK Country 1 city Pariaman. There are several methods in this writing such as research methods to develop an system the interactive model used has several stages in forming an information system, namely system planning, system analysis, system design and application of system. The result of this writing is a cooperative information system design that uses the testing phase with the blackbox method, namely system testing that focuses on functional spesifications and software and the tester can define a collection of input conditions in testing the functional specifications of the program.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interest of students in speaking. This study aims to describe the skills of conveying the negotiation text of students before and after using the role playing learning model and the influence of the role playing model on the delivery of negotiation text skills in class X SMA N 1 Ranah Pesisir. This type of research is quantitative with experimental methods.The sample in this study were 24 students of class X IPA 1. The data in this study were the skills scores of Submitting Negotiation Texts before and after the role playing model of class X students of SMA N 1 Ranah Pesisir. The results of this study can be concluded as follows. First, the skill of conveying the negotiation text before using the role playing learning model obtained an average score of 65.51 with sufficient qualifications (C). Second, the skill of delivering negotiation texts after using the Role Play learning model has an average score of 76.15 with good qualifications (C). Third, based on the t-test, there is an effect of the Role Play learning model on the skills of conveying negotiation text for class X SMA N 1 Ranah Pesisir because tcount = 6.67 and t table = 1.71. accepted and H0 rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) the influence of emotional intelligence on learning achievement, 2) the influence of student learning independence partially on learning achievement, 3) the influence of learning styles on learning achievement, 4) the influence of parental support on learning achievement, 5) the influence of the learning environment on learning achievement, (6) the influence of emotional intelligence, learning independence, learning styles, parental support and the learning environment stimultan on achievement study accounting in class X students of SMK Negeri 4 Sijunjung. This type of research is descriptive and associative research. The population in the study was all class X students of SMK Negeri 4 Sijunjung for the 2021/2022 school year, totaling 72 people. The sample was 51 people with a sampling technique in the form of a stratified random sampling technique based on the income level of the parents of the students. The instruments used for this study were in the form of a closed questionnaire with the use> of the Multilevel Multiple Linear Regression test and the hypothesis test with the t test and the F test. ttable of 2,014; (2) there is a significant influence between learning independence on learning achievement with a regression coefficient value of 0.297, a calculated value of 3.485>ttabel of 2.014; (3) there was a significant influence of learning style on learning achievement with a regression coefficient value of 0.235, a calculated value of 2.934>ttabel of 2.014; (4) there is a significant influence of parental support on learning achievement with a regression coefficient value of 0.374 and a calculated value of 4.250>ttabel of 2.014; (5) there is a significant influence of the learning environment on learning achievement with a regression coefficient value of 0.234 and a calculated value of 2.990>ttabel of 2.014; (6) there is a significant influence between emotional intelligence, learning independence, learning styles, parental support and a stimultan learning environment on learning achievement with a calculation of 104,929>Ftabel 2.57.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Learning Independence, Learning Styles, Parental Support, Learning Environment, And Learning Achievement

Abstract

The background of this research is the geography teacher's perception of the Merdeka curriculum, which has not been implemented evenly in all SMA schools in Solok Selatan district. The purpose of this research is to find out the perceptions of teachers seen from their absorption, understanding and evaluation of the independent curriculum at SMA Solok SelatanThe type of research used in this research is descriptive. The population in this study were all geography teachers at SMA Solok Selatan, totaling 17 geography teachers. In this study using total sampling. The sample in this study were all geography teachers in Solok Selatan district. data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive analysis techniquesBased on the results of this study, it can be concluded that 1). Teacher perceptions seen from the absorption of the independent curriculum at Solok Selatan High School have a percentage of 87% with good qualifications. 2). The teacher's perception seen from the understanding of the independent curriculum at Solok Selatan High School has a percentage of 85% with a Good qualification. 3). Teacher perceptions seen from the assessment or evaluation of the independent curriculum at Solok Selatan High School have a percentage of 83% with good qualifications.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study found that: First, intelligence (IQ) (X1) has a significant effect on students' decisions to choose majors with a regression coefficient of 0.496. This coefficient value is significant because the value of t count 5.792 ≥ t table 1.65622 means that intelligence (IQ) increases by one unit. then the student's decision to choose a major also increased by 0.496. Both interests (X2) have a significant effect on students' decisions to choose majors with a regression coefficient of 0.367. This coefficient value is significant because the value of t count 10,533 ≥ t table 1.66571 means that if the interest increases by one unit. then the student's decision to choose a major also increased by 0.367. The third parent communication (X3) has a significant effect on student learning outcomes at SMAN 1 Sungai Rumbai with a regression coefficient of 0.309. This coefficient value is significant because the t value is 5.446 ≥ t table 1.65622, meaning that parental communication increases by one unit. it will increase the student's decision to choose a major by 1.073. The four peers (X4) have a significant effect on the student's decision to choose a major with a regression coefficient of 0.309. This coefficient value is significant because the t value is 4.300 ≥ t table 1.65622, it means that if peers increase by one unit. it will increase the student's decision to choose a major by 0.309. The five Intelligence (IQ), Interests, Parents Communication, and Peers simultaneously have a significant influence on students' decisions to choose majors at SMAN 1 Sungai Rumbai with Fcount 51.641 ≥ Ftable 2.28 and significant 0.000 <0.05. Abstract

The background of the problem in the study is as follows: On March 17, 2020, the principal and head of the Padang city education office and the head of the West Sumatra 1 regional education office branch held a meeting in which one of the results was the dismissal of all levels of education and the teaching and learning process was shifted from face to face to face-to-face. online learning. The approach in this study is a descriptive research type Descriptive research type is a method to understand the individual that is carried out in an integrative and comprehensive manner in order to obtain a deep understanding of the individual and the problems he faces with the aim of solving the problem and obtaining improvement. good self-esteem (Rahardjo et al., 2011). The informants of this study were the curriculum representatives and Mr. Sociology subject teacher for class X, namely those who taught in class X IPS 1, 2, SMA PGRI 4 Padang. The results of the study were carried out with Sociology Teachers, the online learning process lasted for 5 weeks at SMA PGRI 4 Padang. Therefore, for 5 weeks, he carried out student centered learning based on online learning. The researchers concluded that Student Centered Learning could be implemented but it was not effective by using WhatsApp groups only, teachers should also use other applications, such as Google Classroom, Zoom, Telegram, Email, Telegram, Web Links provided by the school. So that the learning process can take place better
