Abstract

ABSTRACTPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh ketertarikan peneliti untuk melihat strategi siswa terhadap pembelajaran listening dalam belajar Bahasa Inggris di kampus STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi siswa terhadap pembelajaran intensive listening dalam belajar bahasa inggris. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian quantitative Descriptive method dengan data yang diambil dari angket persepsi siswa terhadap strategi yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran intensive di kampus STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat. Jumlah sample dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 67 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dalam pengambilan sample. A structured item questionnaire dan wawancara digunakan sebagai instrument untuk teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil analisa data memperlihatkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan dapat mempermudah siswa dalam memahami pembelajaran. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan bagus untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mendengarkan bagi siswa. Kata Kunci: Bahasa Inggris, Listening Strategi, Strategi Belajar

Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) the effect oflearning intensityon learning achievement, 2) influencesocial interactionson learning achievement, 3)learning styleon learning achievement, 4) influenceparents attentionon learning achievement, 5) influenceinternet usageat school on learning achievement, (6) the effect oflearning intensity, social interaction, learning style, parental attention and the use of the internet together for the economics learning party for class X1 IPS at SMA N 1 Luhak Nan Duo. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study were all social studies students in class X1 at SMA N 1 Luhak Nan Duo for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 80 samples. Sampling using stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used for this research is a closed questionnaire using the Multilevel Linear Regression test and hypothesis testing with t test and F test. ResultsThe research shows that: (1) there is a significant effect between learning intensity on learning achievement with the value of the coefficient0.245,tcount3,112> t table of 1.99254; (2) there is a significant influence between social interaction on learning achievement with the value of the coefficient0.159, tcount2,130> t table of 1.99254; (3) there is a significant influence between learning style on learning achievement with the coefficient value0.184, tcount2,569> t table of 1.99254; (4) there is a significant influence between parental attention to student achievement with the coefficient value of0.188and the value of tcount is4,603> t table of 1.99254; (5) there is a significant influence between the use of the internet on student achievement with the coefficient value0.172and the value of tcount is2,829> t table of 1.99254; (6) there is an effect of learning intensity, social interaction, learning style, parental attention, and the use of the internet together on learning achievement with Fcount115.731>Ftable 2.49 and significant value 0.000 <0.05.Keywords: Learning achievement, Learning Intensity, Social interactions, Learning Style, Parents attention, Internet Utilization.

Abstract

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah adalah suatu pemikiran untuk menemukan solusi. Rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah salah satu penyebabnya adalah rendahnya minat belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika ditinjau dari minat belajar siswa. Teknik pengambilan subjek menggunakan purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX.1 di SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Limau. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, soal tes dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis data terdapat 5 orang siswa dengan minat belajar tinggi, 16 orang dengan minat belajar sedang dan 9 orang dengan minat belajar rendah. Untuk menggali kemampuan pemecahan masalah ditinjau dari minat belajar, dilakukan pemilihan secara acak sebanyak 2 orang siswa minat belajar tinggi, sedang dan rendah untuk dilakukan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa dengan minat belajar tinggi memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah dalam kategori baik, mampu memenuhi 4 tahapan polya yaitu (1) memahami masalah, (2) menyusun rencana penyelesaian, (3) melaksanakan penyelesaian, dan (4 )memeriksa kembali. Siswa dengan minat belajar sedang mampu menyelesaikan soal tes pemecahan masalah tahap memahami masalah, merencanakan penyelesaian dan belum maksimal dalam melaksanakan penyelesaian dan memeriksa kembali. Siswa dengan minat belajar rendah mampu menyelesaikan soal tes pemecahan masalah tahap memahami masalah, dan belum maksimal pada merencanakan, dan belum mampu melaksanakan penyelesaian dan memeriksa kembali.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the development, feasibility and practicality of Learning Media Development Using Sparkol Videoscribe on Students' Learning Motivation in Geography Subjects at SMA N 4 Bukittinggi.The type of research used in this research is research and development (Research and Development). The 4D model includes 4 stages, namely: Define, Design, Development, Desiminate. The subjects in this study were students of class XI IPS 1 and Class XI IPS 4 who took part in the geography learning process at SMA N 4 Bukittinggi in the academic year 2021/2022, with a total of 64 students.The results of the study found that: 1.) The development of the sparkol videoscribe learning media included validation from experts, namely media experts, education experts, and linguists. So that the media validation data is obtained and then processed with the Interaclass Coefitien Correlation (ICC) formula assisted by processing using the SPSS version 22 application for Windows, the result is 0.868. if the value is more than 0.5, it can be concluded that the level of validation is adequate. 2.) The sparkol videoscribe learning media was declared very feasible after analyzing data processing using Microsoft Excel so that the total score was 174 with a mean level of 4.37 and a percentage level of 87% with the predicate "Very Good". 3.) The sparkol videoscrieb learning media was declared practical after processing the research data obtained from the questionnaire, and a practical test was carried out so that a total score of 3875 was obtained with a mean level of 4.15 and a percentage of 83% in the "Very Practical" category.  Keywords: Appropriateness, Practicality, Sparkol videoscribe.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the use of Macromedia Flash 8 learning media on the learning outcomes of students' geography in class XI IPS SMA N 2 Lubuk Basung.The type of research used in this research is a quasi-experimental type of research. The subjects in this study were students of class XI IPS 1, XI IPS 2, XI IPS 3 and Class XI IPS 4 who took geography lessons at SMA N 2 Lubuk Basung in the academic year 2021/2022, with a total of 121 students.The results of the study found that: This study aims to determine the effect of the application of macromedia flash 8-based learning media on geography subjects in class XI IPS SMA N 2 Lubuk Basung. To determine whether there is an influence of the applied learning media, the researchers conducted a t-test to obtain the results of the hypothesis from student learning outcomes. Based on the data that has been processed, the results of the t-test are obtained with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so that the data can be concluded that there is an effect of using macromedia flash 8 learning media on the geography learning outcomes of students in class XI social studies. Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem that students are still less skilled in writing poetry texts. This type of quantitative research with experimental models. The research sample was students VIII/40 SMP N1 Sungai Beremas (20/experiment 1 and 20/experiment 2). The research data was in the form of poetry text writing skill scores using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) model and the Snowball Throwing model for the eighth grade students of SMP N 1 Sungai Beremas. The results of this study can be considered as follows. First, the skill level of writing poetry text for VIII grade students of SMP N 1 Sungai Beremas using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model obtained an average score of 60.83 with sufficient qualifications. Second, the skill level of writing poetry text of the eighth grade students of SMP N1 Sungai Beremas using the Snowball Throwing learning model with an average score of 70 with sufficient qualifications (LdC). Third, from the results of hypothesis testing that the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted at a significant level of 95% and dk = n1 + n2-2 because tcount> ttable (2.15> 1.66). In other words, there is a significant comparison between the use of the Numbered Head Together and Snowball Throwing learning models on the skills written by grade VIII students of SMP N1 Sungai Beremas.

Abstract

Instilling national values in schools is one of the efforts to shape student into citizens with character, because education can prepare the youger generation to play a role in the life of the nation in the future. However, in reality, students are still found in schools who do not understand ther country and nation. Thmselves and lack discipline. Phenomena that occur in schools, are still found by students who are late for the ceremony. National insight becomes important to be delevoped, because the sense of nationality as a manifestation of a sense of love for the homeland, in turn raises our awareness of the value and value of a sense of unity and nationality. So the conclusion that the researcher can convey  is that the role of the history teache understanding national insightis very important and the history teacher can explain to students in clas XI IPS 1, and the role of the teacher is clearly visible after the researcher conducted interviews with students with a lot of knowledge about it, so the final conclusion that researchers got was that the role of history teachers was important in understanding national insight

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketertarikan peneliti untuk mengetahui metode yang di gunakan oleh pre-service teacher BP 2016 di STKIP PGRI Padang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja metode metode yang di gunakan pre-service teacher di kelas micro teaching. Kurikulum 2013 yang di terapkan di Indonesia menggunakan beberapa metode dalam pembelajarannya terutama dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yaitu : Discovery Learningyang sangat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran di sekoah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 102 video micro teaching dengan sampel 3 pre-service teacher dalam setiap sesi nya dari mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat tahun ajaran 2016. melakukan presentasi. Peneliti menggunakan observation checklist sebagai instrumen pada penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dengan cara mengumpulkan data dari hasil rekaman video mikro teaching BP2016 sesi A,B dan C.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 8 video pembelajaran pre-service teacher mengikuti fase atau langkah langkah dari discovery learning sedangkan 2 lagi tidak mengikutinya fase utamanya. Kesimpulannya, sebanyak 8 dari 10 pre-service teacher mengikuti fase metode discovery learning sedangkan 2 lainnya tidak. Saran adalah bagi pre-service teacher untuk selalu mengikuti fase dari metode yang ada dengan baik.Kata Kunci :Discovery Learning, Micro Teaching, Pre-service teacher

Abstract

This research is motivated by the teaching and learning process is still conventional so that it makes it difficult for students to understand Economics lessons because the material is abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of learning outcomes after using the blended learning model and student learning discipline. This type of research is quantitative. The study was conducted at SMA N 16 Padang with a population of 154 and a sample of 76 students consisting of 37 students in the experimental class and 39 students in the control class. The research instrument was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires and tests. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, level of difficulty, discriminatory power, normality test, homogeneity test and two-way anova test. The study found that: First, students who were taught using the Blended learning model had significantly higher learning outcomes compared to students who were taught through conventional methods.Second, students with high learning discipline have significantly higher learning outcomes than students with low learning discipline. Third, there is no interaction between the blended learning model and discipline on the learning outcomes of class XI students at SMA N 16 Padang. The results of the two-way anova calculation for testing the third hypothesis are shown in the table above, the sig level value is obtained. = 0.100, this means that the value of sig. is greater than the value of = 0.05 (sig < ) then H0 is accepted. Ha is rejected, so there is no interaction between blended learning models and learning disciplines on student learning outcomes in economics subjects for class XI SMA N 16 Padang. Keywords: Blended Learning, Learning Disciplines, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Pseudo banana stems can be used as a pot for planting spinach, because it contains with moisture content of ± 96.2 %. Spinach in its infancy requires considerable water. Requirements for success in the cultivation of spinach on banana pseudo stem pots is planting media. The composition of the planting media of topsoil, sand, and husk charcoal used contains nutrients that might suit the needs of spinach extracted. This research is closely related to the learning of biology at school in the matter of growth and development. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of spinach’s growth to various kinds of planting media by using pseudo banana stem pots and produce a valid LKPD as a learning resource for growth and development material. Experimental research uses a completely randomized design (RAL), consisting of 5 treatments and 5 repetitions. The parameters observed were stem height, number of leaves, and wet weight of the plant. Data analysis using F test at α level of 5%. If there is influence continued with LSD or DNMRT test at α level of 5%. LKPD development research uses four-D models to the Develop stage which is at the validity stage. Analysis of the data used is quantitative analysis. The results showed that the response of spinach spinach growth to several kinds of growing media using pseudo potted stem pots of banana gave a significant effect on stem height and number of leaves. The best growing media for growth of spinach plants pulling out on banana pseudo stem pots is 100% humus soil. LKPD that was developed in the matter of growth and development is categorized as very valid in the aspects of content worthiness, linguistic, presentation, and graphic.
