Abstract

This research aims to understand the influence of money ethics and tax morale on tax evasion. The population in this study is made up of taxable individuals registered in the KPP Pratama City of Batam, which amounts to 456,984 people. The sample technique used purposive sampling with 94 respondents. Data collection for this study uses the questionnaire method. The analysis method uses regression with the help of the SEM-PLS application version 4. Research findings show that money ethics has a significant positive influence on tax evasion, and tax morale has no significant effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of advertising on Instagram and its impact on the buying interests of the Millennial Generation. The factors used are: Credibility, Value, Informative, Emotion, and Entertainment. The analysis was carried out using confirmatory factor analysis based on data collected through cousions adopted from previous research. Data was then analyzed using the SmartPLS statistical program. Significant influences were found on the credibility, informative, emotion, and social media advertising factors. The results of this research can be useful for entrepreneurs who will do advertising on Instagram and also be a reference for students who take digital marketing or consumer behavior courses.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine how reviews and ratings on the Shopee marketplace affect consumer buying interests. The population of this study is the consumer marketplace Shopee in Jakarta. Purposive sampling is used in conjunction with a non-probability sampling strategy. A sample of 85 respondents who made purchases on the Shopee marketplace the purpose of the data analysis process used in this study is to evaluate the hypothesis. PLS (partial least squares) software was used in this study. According to research findings, reviews have a greater impact on buying decisions than rankings. Buy interest is influenced by reviews and ratings of 59%.

Abstract

A company called PT. Trinusa Avia Mandiri provides ground handling services as well as other commercial endeavors that assist airport-based aviation enterprises. At the PT. Trinusa Avia Mandiri Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport Branch in Jakarta, the purpose of this study is to determine how the company's cash turnover and receivables affect profitability. Quantitative research is being conducted here. The purpose of hypothesis testing is to determine the degree to which the independent variable influences the dependent variable by using multiple linear regression analysis through the f and t tests. Abstract

This research aims to find out how financial literacy and financial attitudes influence students' financial management behavior. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 110 Medan City students to find out responses regarding the state of financial literacy, financial attitudes, and financial management behavior of students. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that partially and simultaneously, the higher the financial literacy and financial attitude, the higher the student's financial management behavior. Students have relatively good behavior, indicating that students are able to apply the knowledge and attitudes they have to their financial management behavior. Optimizing financial literacy and attitudes is needed so that student behavior in managing finances becomes better in order to face increasingly complex financial problems.

Abstract

This research approach is quantitative. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Employees of PT Lotus Lingga Pratama receive questionnaires to collect primary data. Secondary data are collected indirectly, except from others or documents and journals related to this researcher. The population in this study is the entire permanent employee base of PT Lotus Lingga Pratama, which totals 153 employees. Motivation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. Lotus Lingga Pratama. Motivation is crucial and serves as a driving force for effort and goal achievement. Someone's doing something because of motivation. It can be understood that the higher the motivation, the higher the employee's performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the extent to which tax amnesty provides relief from administrative fines linked to motor vehicle taxes. The descriptive research technique chooses to use analysis with a qualitative approach before making conclusions. Tables and diagrams are used to depict the realization of motor vehicle tax income before and after the tax amnesty. The results of the survey show that because of the Amnesty tax relief program, more people in the city of Bandung are aware of paying motor vehicle taxes. This tax amnesty program also raises the original regional revenue in the motor vehicle tax sector until the predetermined objective is reached.

Abstract

This paper conceptually analysed the special issue briefly reviews about absorptive capacity. Based on a systematic literature review, the paper discusses the Impact of Absorptive Capacity on Banking Performance in Indonesia. The paper also explains the mediating effect of marketing mix and innovation on the performance of banks in Indonesia which shows that the mediation of marketing mix and innovation has a positive effect on the impact of absorptive capacity on bank performance. The paper offers a definition of absorptive capacity for strategic management discipline, constructs a conceptual framework of absorptive capacity for banking sector, and clarifies the main implication of absorptive capacity theory for the development of marketing and management, thereby providing sources for future research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of work motivation (X2), performance (Y), and transformational leadership (X1) on the quality of corporate performance. This study uses quantitative methods. Information sources from primary and secondary data were obtained using a straightforward probability sampling technique. Multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination, and classical assumption tests were employed in the data analysis. The software SPSS Version 22 was used for this. Information was gathered by means of surveys given to fifty-two individuals at PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi, situated in Tamalanrea, Makassar City. The study's findings indicate that the transformational leadership variable significantly affects worker performance, with t = 8.375 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Examining the production costs employed by PT. Lasting Prosperous Industry is the aim of this study. The research approach used in this study was qualitative research methodology. The population and sample of the study were selected to represent the societal issues that the PT firm deals with. Langgeng Makmur Industri uses field research, including observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as library research. The results of the investigation show that PT. Langgeng Makmur Industri's production cost approach does not fully utilize current theory; yet, because the company levies a 3% reserve fee, the estimation procedure is nevertheless regarded as normal.
