Abstract

Information System for New Student Registration or now called Web-based New Student Admissions (PMB) at Lancang Kuning University, Pekanbaru. Due to the rapid advancement of technology, everything from everyday life to education, which requires timely and accurate information, has benefited. Processing new student registration information online aims to produce effective and efficient performance, get information more easily and don't have to waste a lot of money that has to be spent. It is hoped that this online service will make it easier for the general public to obtain information. This system can be more effective in spending costs, time, and energy, so it is effective in achieving goals.

Abstract

The presence of insect pests has an important effect on the success of plant maintenance. The level of attack caused by insect pests can cause plants to die. The purpose of the study was to analyze agarwood plants that were attacked by insect pests and identify the types of insect pests that attack agarwood plants. The research method used is descriptive. The assessment of the level of damage to agarwood plants due to insect pests is calculated based on the criteria for damage caused by insect pests. Identification of insect pests is carried out directly in the field based on the activity of insects that damage agarwood plants. Based on the results of the identification of insect pests that damage agarwood plants, there are 5 types of insect pests, namely the type of White Flea (Pseudococcus sp.), Leaf Caterpillar (Heortia viitessoides), Pitama hermesalis, Coreidae and Locusta migratoria. The insect pest attack rate is 2.3% and is included in the low category. It is necessary to intensive monitoring can insect pest attacks. If the insect pests found, they should clean up the environment from pests

Abstract

Based on the initial survey on HR Soebrantas Road, it is also often found that there are many street vendors selling on the shoulder of the road, namely STA 1+300 – STA 1+900. This activity will certainly increase the volume of congestion caused by the large number of merchandise buyers who stop on the road. The purpose of this study was to analyze the side barriers and vehicle volume on the performance of HR Soebrantas Road, Pekanbaru City. Calculation of road capacity using the 1997 MKJI method. After calculating the traffic volume, the highest volume was found on Friday, 29 April 2022 at 17.00 – 18.00 at 1.115 Smp/hour/direction so that the capacity of the road with side barriers was 1.334 Smp/hour/ direction. The highest side resistance value is 1.144 events/hour, therefore the degree of saturation is 0,835 and the service level value is in class D approaching unstable current and low speed. Meanwhile, the speed of vehicles on HR Soebrantas Road, due to side obstacles for motorbikes is 48,40 km/hour (MC), for light vehicles it is 44,66 km/hour (LV) and for medium heavy vehicles it is 40,83 km/hour (HV).

Abstract

The issue of poverty is a classic humanitarian problem and a solution needs to be found. In Indonesia, the causes of poverty itself are also diverse, including an inadequate minimum wage, a large number of family members and increased unemployment due to the difficulty in finding jobs. Not only in urban areas, the problem of poverty is even more so in regions or villages. Therefore, an integrated effort is needed to overcome this problem. As an effort to accelerate poverty reduction, since 2017 the government has implemented the Family Hope Program (PKH). In order to be right on target in distributing aid, an expert system was designed to determine the recipients of this regional assistance. With the existence of an expert system for determining regional aid recipients for poor families in the Family Hope Program (PKH), it will improve services for poor families to have access and make good use of social services such as health, education, food and nutrition, care, assistance, and various other social protection programs. This research was also conducted to minimize misunderstandings that occurred in the community in deciding the criteria for receiving regional assistance according to the conditions of the recipient. Then the results of the analysis are applied in an application design that is able to make decisions consistently, quickly, precisely and has the percentage needed in making the final decision using the Visual Basic programming language and the MySQL database

Abstract

Abstract Forests are one of the natural resources that can absorb carbon dioxide in the atmosphere in the process of photosynthesis, carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere is bound and converted into a form of energy (sugar clusters) that is beneficial for life. Forests are able to reduce carbon emissions and store them in various compartments such as plants, litter, and soil organic matter. Plants as carbon storage causes the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere to decrease. This study aims to calculate the potential for carbon stored and absorbed in the form of CO2 in the Imbo Putui customary forest, Petapahan Village, Kampar District. The study used a systematic sampling method with random start by making plots measuring 20 m x 20 m for poles and trees and 50 cm x 50 cm for litter sampling, the number of plots was 63 with a distance between plots of 100 meters. The research results show that the potential value of carbon stored in the 251 h-1 Imbo Putui customary forest reaches748,406.70tons of CO2 that consists of a tree level of 745,008.16 tons pole level of 3117.42 tons and litter of 281.12 tones

Abstract

Climate affects the metabolism and behavior of living things, on the other hand, the state of the microclimate is affected by the presence of living things. Microclimate components include; air temperature, solar radiation intensity, air humidity, and wind speed. The purpose of this study was: to analyze the role of trees in shaping the microclimate in the Lancang Kuning University campus area. This research was conducted using a survey method and observation of microclimatic conditions through direct measurements in the field. The components of the microclimate that were observed and measured were temperature, sunlight intensity, humidity and wind speed. The results showed that all elements of the microclimate that were measured were better (lower air temperature, higher humidity, lower solar radiation intensity and lower wind speed) under the trees compared to the results of measurements in open places. It is recommended to maintain a good microclimate in the Unilak campus environment to maintain existing trees, and carry out enrichment planting in the Unilak campus area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Financing, Earning Asset Quality dan Dana Pihak Ketiga terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan Return on Assets sebagai proksi untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan perbankan syariah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bank umum syariah yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan periode 2015-2019. Sampel dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, sehingga bank syariah yang dijadikan sampel adalah 12 bank umum syariah dengan total 60 observasi. Metode analisis data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa good corporate governance, capital adequacy ratio, dan non performing financing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan pada α < 0,05, sedangkan variabel kualitas aktiva produktif dan dana pihak ketiga tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan syariah. perbankan pada α < 0,05.

Abstract

Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) is the residual waste generated from the dredging of damaged road pavements. Usually this RAP material is thrown away so it is rarely reused. In fact, RAP material that has become waste and is no longer used can be used as an added ingredient in the manufacture of new asphalt concrete with rejuvenator. This study aims to determine the durability value of reclaimed asphalt pavement with the use of buton granular asphalt (BGA) as a rejuvenating agent in the gradation of the Laston mixture (AC-WC) against the IRS value. The first testing stage is to test the characteristics of the reclaimed asphalt pavement material and then continue with the marshall test. The optimum asphalt content value obtained after testing is at 5,28% of the total aggregate. The reference used in testing the characteristics of Marshall and IRS is the specification of Bina Marga in 2018 revision 2. The results of the IRS test using the optimum asphalt content of 5,28% with the addition of BGA show that along with the increase in the level of BGA in the AC-WC mixture by using RAP, the ability of the mixture to withstand the load increases and the flexibility of the mixture decreases, so that the asphalt's durability increases, represented by the IRS test of 30 minutes and 24 hours which shows the durability value with 0% BGA content, the value is 112,70%, with the addition of BGA 1% obtained a value of 118,87%, BGA 2% 121,50% and with the addition of 3% BGA content which was 125,11% in the Laston mixture (AC-WC). So from the test results, the IRS value meets the requirements of the 2018 Highways Specification of 90%, so it is concluded that the results of the tests carried out meet the durability requirements and can be applied in the field.

Abstract

The handling of underage child labor in Pekanbaru City must be carried out immediately because considering that there are still many children who are exploited to be employed at the existing intersections in Pekanbaru. Pekanabaru City Government in dealing with underage child labor in the city of Pekanbaru has carried out its roles and duties, but it has not been maximized. The inhibiting factor is the lack of attention from parents to children who are victims of exploitation, there is no deterrent effect experienced by parents of children and children who are victims of exploitation, there are persons who take personal advantage by exploiting children. Efforts made by the Pekanbaru city government are that abandoned children or children who do not have parents will be placed in orphanages, children who have parents will be returned to their parents, the Pekanbaru city government will provide guidance to children, the Pekanbaru city government will provide training. against children, provide economic assistance to children, provide legal action or convict people who exploit children for personal gain. Abstract

The Rumbai District official website, which has been in use since 2021, still has problems with the confirmation waiting time which is quite long and the community still has to come back to check the required files. The Rumbai District official website is also still static, because there is no interactive menu facility as a form of service to the community. For this reason, it is necessary to measure the success of the Rumbai sub-district official website in terms of system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction and benefits and find out what influences the success of the Rumbai sub-district website through the Delone and Mclean models. This is one of the strategies in developing e-government systematically through realistic and measurable stages. In addition, it can provide recommendations to the Rumbai sub-district office, especially the website development team to improve and provide optimal service according to the needs of the Rumbai sub-district community and can increase employee time efficiency in providing services to the community. With the Delone and Mclean model, quality measurements have been carried out from the Rumbai District official website, using 6 variables and 17 indicators. The results obtained are the percentage of success of the Rumbai District official website which is at a success rate of 78.5% and is declared in the "Success" category.
