Abstract

 Abstract This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of venture capital companies, to remain able to print company profits and to find out the factors that can hinder the implementation of marketing strategies in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic. This type of research is qualitative research. the source of data in this study is the result of interviews at PT. Sarana Lampung Ventura. Data collection methods used are preliminary surveys, interviews and documentation. The result of this research is PT. SLV changes its marketing strategy. PT. SLV cooperates with Third Parties, binds cooperation agreements, conducts marketing to prospective business partners with the category of MSMEs that have potential, conducts marketing to prospective business partners remotely.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the business rencanaes that can be done to increase the competitiveness of the Convection Djayit Business in Bandar Lampung. The population of this research is Djayit Konveksi with competitors, namely Adeeva Konveksi, and Sunyin Konveksi. The sample in the study was the whole population, namely 3 respondents.Sources of data are interview techniques and questionnaires to Djayit Konveksi in Bandar Lampung and competitors. The data collection method is primary data which is done by means of observation, documentation study and questionnaire. The method of analysis uses a SWOT analysis. The results of the cartesius diagram research, where Djayit Convection is in quadrant I, then the business strategy that can be implemented is the generic strategy. The rencanaes that can be carried out are: Low Cost Rencanaes (cost leadership), Differentiation Rencanaes, and Focus Rencanaes (focus)Keywords: Competitiveness and Business Strategy.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose and benefits of this study are to determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of 1 Gedong Tataan Vocational School employees and are expected to increase their knowledge and experience and broaden their insights in applying theories and contributions of useful thinking about the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees inVocational High School 1 Gedong Tataan . The research method used is based on quantitative data analysis techniques. The results showed a regression equation Y = 23,991 + 0,395 X, the equation showed that if there was an increase in work environment variables of 1 unit then the performance would increase by 0.395, while the magnitude of the effect of the work environment was known through the calculation of the coefficient of determination (r²) = 27.7% This means that employee performance is influenced by 27.7% by the work environment while the remaining 72.3% is determined by other factors. Keywords: physical work environment, non physical work environment, employee performance

Abstract

AbstractIt seems that the awareness of Non-Receiving Wages (BPU) workers following the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership appears to be lacking. This can be seen from the decline in BPU participation in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bandar Lampung Branch. BPU are those who work in the informal sector, such as traders, pedicab drivers, public transportation drivers, domestic helpers, parking attendants, farmers, and fishermen. In 2018, the number of BPU memberships in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bandar Lampung reached more than 16,000 workers. In 2019, there were only 14,818 workers. The reason is that they (BPU workers) admit that they cannot experience the benefits directly. In fact, by joining the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership, you will get many benefits. The selected program can also be gradual, according to the abilities and needs of the participants. It can also be seen that Construction Service Participants in the table above have decreased, if in 2018 there were more than 259,000 workers, while in 2019 it decreased to 246,746 workers. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain how the marketing strategy is to increase the number of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan memberships at the Bandar Lampung branch office. The method used in this study is a qualitative analysis method, using a SWOT analysis tool (strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat). The SO strategy implemented is to cooperate with the government so that it can create many opportunities to improve the quality of the social security program, there is cooperation that can be carried out by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan with government agencies to run a pension security program, and maintain a pension security program for workers and help in treatment so as to improve the welfare of workers and make the company lessen the medical burden on workers. Keywords: Analysis SWOT, Marketing Strategy, Participation

Abstract

AbstractThis research is a test that aims to measure the effect of advertising, perceived quality, and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions. The number of samples in this study were 77 respondents. Sampling in this study was carried out with a cross-sectional survey design. Data collection was carried out by distributing forms (questionnaires) in the form of online statements to respondents. Statistical tests were performed using PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling. The validity test uses the loading factor value, while the reliability uses the cronbach'c alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). After all the indicators of the items used in this study are valid and reliable, then the hypothesis is tested. Of the three hypotheses proposed, all are supported, but for the first and third hypotheses they are not significant.Keywords : Advertising, Quality Perception, Brand Image, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari riset ini merupakan buat mengenali apakah Kualitas Produk, harga, Promosi Penjualan serta tempat mempengaruhi kepada ketetapan pembelian pada PT. Astra Honda Motor( AHM). Populasi dari riset ini merupakan pelanggan PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) Tahun 2019 terdapat 1.684 konsumen berdasarkan data konsumen yang membeli motor pada PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM). Teknik sampling menggunakan slovin, dengan sampel yang ditentukan yaitu 94 orang responden. Prosedur analisa memakai analisa regresi linier berganda. Bersumber pada hasil analisa informasi disimpulkan jika kualitas produk, harga, iklan pemasaran dan lokasi berpengaruh positif terhadap syarat pembelian. Harapan untuk lulus dari penelitian ini, PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) dapat mempertahankan keputusan pembelian PT. Astra Honda (AHM).Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Harga, Promosi penjualan, Tempat dan Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Abstrak Event Vans Warped Tour dijadikan Vans sebagai sarana menerapkan iklan-iklan dan promosi produknya. Selain dari acara olahraga dan musik yang ditujukan untuk anak muda, media iklan yang digunakan Vans  adalah  internet.  Bahkan  disediakan  layanan  streaming  event  Vans Warped   Tour dan terdapat   banner   yang   bisa   diklik   yang   langsung menyambung ke katalog produk-produk Vans. Vans tidak membuat iklan di TV,  tetapi  membuat  media  iklannya  sendiri  di  internet  dengan  kanal  di Youtube. Selain itu Vans juga aktif di media sosial Instagram, Facebook, line, dan media iklan lainnya. Iklan adalah penggunaan media untuk memberitahukan kepada konsumen tentang sesuatu dan mengajak mereka melakukan sesuatu. Citra merek adalah apa yang konsumen pikir atau rasakan ketika mereka mendengar atau melihat nama suatu merek atau pada intinya apa yang konsumen telah pelajari tentang merek,citra merek. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian Kuantitatif. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Uji validitas, Uji realibilitas, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya perngaruh yang besar antara Iklan dan Citra Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sepatu vans dikalangan mahasiswa Universitas Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : Iklan, Citra Merek, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasaan konsumen pada Restoran KFC Lampung. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel berjumlah 92 responden melalui metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.Uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta uji statistic dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode berbasis aplikasi PLS. Perolehan hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasaan konsumen pada Restoran KFC Lampung.
