Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of viral marketing through the Instagram application on purchasing decisions. A case study from this research is a student of Islamic business management at UIN Raden Intan Lampung Class of 2019. This research is a quantitative research. The method used in this research is a questionnaire. The sample of this study amounted to 36 respondents. Statistical tests were carried out using PLS-based Structurel Equation Modeling. The validity test uses the factor loading value, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's alpha, Composite Reliability and Avarage Variance Extracted (AVE) values. From the proposed hypothesis, it has a positive but not significant effect. The conclusion of this study is that viral marketing has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: viral marketing, purchasing decisions

Abstract

Perkembangan perbankan syariah di era digital memberikan peluang dan tantangan bagi keberadaannya. Maka pihak bank syariah harus bisa menggunakan peluang yang ada dengan sebaik mungkin, yaitu dengan cara meningkatkan strategi pemasaran di era digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis konten Instagram Bank Syariah Indonesia sebagai salah satu wujud ekonomi kreatif dalam pemasaran bank syariah untuk menarik minat calon nasabah dengan digital marketing dan juga untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dalam strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan. Teknik pengumpulannya melalui dokumentasi yang tersedia di postingan Instagram Bank Syariah Indonesia. Analisa data dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten-konten Instagram yang disajikan BSI adalah strategi pemasaran bank syariah dalam menarik minat calon nasabah di era digital dapat dilakukan dengan strategi marketing media sosial, kreativitas promosi dengan membuat content creative yang menarik dan menyajikan informasi terkait produk-produk Bank Syariah Indonesia.Kata kunci: Bank Syariah Indonesia, Pemasaran digital, Konten Instagram

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to determine if knowledge sharing and competence, has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Syariah Bank Company in Indonesia. This study has three variables, namely knowledge sharing and competence as an independent variable and the performance of employees as the dependent variable. Data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires to employees in Syariah Bank Companies in Indonesia with a sample size of 145 people. This research method using descriptive method and the method of verification. Data processing is done by using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that Knowledge sharing positive effect of 28.9% in the form of employee performance, which means that with improvements in the implementation of knowledge sharing Syariah Bank Company, then it will be better the performance owned employee. Besides competence also have considerable influence, namely 10.2% in the form of employee performance  Keywords : Knowledge sharing, competency, employee performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Curent Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio both simultaneously and partially on the Financial Distress of Service, Trade and Investment companies. The data obtained by the authors for this study were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely the annual financial statements of Services, Trade and Investment companies in 2019 with 36 companies. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data were analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression Model approach. Based on the results of data analysis, the regression model was obtained, namely Y= 4,310 + 0,446X1 - 0,062X2 - 0,632X3 + e. The coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.474 or 47.4% variation in the financial distress variable can be explained by variations in the Current ratio, Net profit margin and Debt equity ratio variables, while the remaining 52.8 5 is caused by external factors not included in the model. Based on the F test, the value of Fcount Ftable (11.527 3.28) with a significance of 0.000 0.05, the Ho hypothesis is rejected and the Ha hypothesis accepts, so it can be concluded that the independent variables current ratio (CR), net profit margin (NPM) and debt equity ratio (DER) has a significant effect on the dependent variable financial distress. it can be concluded that the current ratio (CR) variable has a significant effect on the company's financial distress. Variable net profit margin (NPM) obtained a value of t-count t-table (0.671 2.032) with a significance value of 0.507 0.05, it can be concluded that the variable net profit margin (NPM) has no significant effect on the company's financial distress. The debt to equity ratio (DER) variable obtained t-count t-table (3.572 2.032) with a significance value of 0.001 0.05, it can be concluded that the debt to equity ratio (DER) variable has a significant effect on the company's financial distress.Keywords: Financial Distress, Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Debt Equity Ratio.

Abstract

AbstractThis type of research is quantitative and in this study uses descriptive analysis. Method to collect data in the field is by taking a sample of a population of 60 respondents in Lampung Art Project consumers. The requirements analysis test uses normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Testing the analysis model using multiple regression, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test), and coefficient of determination (R2), and statistical hypothesis test. Based on the results of research with multiple linear regression analysis with t-test obtained promotion  through  social  media  has  a  positive  and  significant  effect  on consumers’ decision to choose a wedding organizer, while word of mouth has a positive and not significant effect on consumers' decision to choose a wedding organizer. From the F-test obtained promotion through social media and word of mouth simultaneously give significant influence on the decision of consumers to choose a wedding organizer.Keywords : Promotion through Social Media, Word of Mouth, Consumer Decisions

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Maja Farm company in Pesawaran is engaged in, is an individual company engaged in animal husbandry, namely cricket farming. This company is located in Taman Sari Village, Gedung Tataan District, Pesawaran Regency. The Maja Farm company is currently experiencing problems with a decline in sales value from 2018 of 64.9% and in 2019 the percentage decreased to 30.4%. This research was conducted to analyze suitable marketing strategies to increase sales value at Maja Farm Company in Pesawaran. The analytical tool used in this research is SWOT analysis. From the results of IFAS calculations, the total value is 2.80 and EFAS with a total value of 2.55, from these results in the position where the company is in cell 5, namely the integration strategy through horizontal integration or disruption. From the result of the SWOT matrix combination, the most dominant strategy is SO, with a total of 3.55 and a strategy of ST 2.80. Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Sales, SWOT analysis

Abstract

ABSTRACTProblems in this research was motorcycle sales brand honda beat to PT .Astra Honda Motor experienced fluctuations , sales the highest was in april of 7,03 % , while declining sales the highest was in june of 5,63 %. The problems formulated is whether brand image and prices influential of the decision the purchase motorcycle honda beat in students of the Faculty Business And Economy University Bandar Lampung .Population in this research is students of the faculty business and economy university bandar lampung were 96 respondents , data collection use spss 23.0 version .Based on the results of discussion a conclusion can be drawn that obtained the regression equation is linear multiple of y = 8,018 + 1,084 x1 + 0,459 x2 , value f statistic of 58,608 with significance of 0.000 .Value the coefficients determination 75,4%.Keywords : Brand Image, Price, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the correlation between organizational culture and organizational communication to employee job satisfaction in a national company, the Damri Branch Lampung. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Damri Branch Lampung with a total population was 69 respondents. The technique of selecting a sample with the entire population as the research sample, so that the number of respondents used as a sample of 69 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. This study's results indicate that the results of the f-test hypothesis test have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on organizational culture variables and organizational communication on employee job satisfaction at the national company, the Damri Branch Lampung.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Communication, Employee Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractInfluence of profitability and capital structure of firm size in  agriculture company listed on the indonesia stock exchange (idx), used all ratio profitabilitasn, are: Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, Return On equity, Return On invesment, and Earning pershare. The purpose of this study is to determine whether these ratio profitabilitasn affect capital structure of firm size in agriculture company listed on the indonesia stock exchange (IDX). There search sample was determined by the method of purposive sampling based on the criteria company, in order to obtain a sample 4 companies.with multiple linier regression test, F test and R2 test with error limit 5%=0,05. This results of this study showed multiple regressions Y=5,005 – 114X1 – 0,22X2 + 17X3 – 0,41X4 – 0,41X5 - 0,03X6. The results of research obtained correlation coeffecient value (R) equal to (696). Coeffecient of determination R2 is (485). This means that independent variables explain Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit margin, Return On equity, Return on asset, Return on Invesment, Earning pershare impact on capital structure of 48,5% the remaining 51,5% influenced by other factors. Based on the results of  F test with Fcount value of 2,024 then it can be Gross Profit Margin have positive significant impact on the capital structure. Net profit margin have a positive significant impact on capital structure, Return On Equity  have positive significant impact on capital structure. Return On asset have positive significant impact on capital structure. Return On Invesment have positive significant impact on capital structure and Earning Per Share not have positive significant impact on capital structure.Keyword :Profitability, Capital Structure.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose and benefits of this study are to determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of 1 Gedong Tataan Vocational School employees and are expected to increase their knowledge and experience and broaden their insights in applying theories and contributions of useful thinking about the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees inVocational High School 1 Gedong Tataan . The research method used is based on quantitative data analysis techniques. The results showed a regression equation Y = 23,991 + 0,395 X, the equation showed that if there was an increase in work environment variables of 1 unit then the performance would increase by 0.395, while the magnitude of the effect of the work environment was known through the calculation of the coefficient of determination (r²) = 27.7% This means that employee performance is influenced by 27.7% by the work environment while the remaining 72.3% is determined by other factors. Keywords: physical work environment, non physical work environment, employee performance
