Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah gambar toko barang bekas dari Shabira Store Kabupaten Tulang Bawang. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan instrumen kuisioner, sampel yang digunakan yaitu konsumen di Shabira Store Kabupaten Tulang Bawang berjumlah 66 responden. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling berbasis PLS. Uji Validitas menggunakan Factor Loading selanjutnya Uji Reliabilitas menggunakan nilai Cronbach’c Alpha, Composite Reliability dan Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Dengan demikian, semua hasil item indeks yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel, dengan demikian, hasil Uji Hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan P-value (0.340 0.05), kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan hasil P-value (0.000 0.05).Kata kunci: harga, kualitas produk, dan keputusan pembelian

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of social media in the marketing of Indonesian Islamic bank products. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach. Where the researcher describes the research results of the phenomena that occur today. The results of the research are the development of social media is growing very rapidly in society and the number of social media users continues to increase every year. This can open up opportunities for the banking world, especially Indonesian Islamic banks to promote their banking products and services on social media that are used to attract as many customers as possible.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media sosial dalam pemasaran produk bank syariah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuliatatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Dimana peneliti menggambarkan hasil penelitian dari fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi saat ini. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu perkembangan media sosial berkembang sangat pesat di masyarakat dan jumlah pengguna media sosial terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Hal ini dapat membuka peluang bagi dunia perbankan khususnya bank syariah Indonesia untuk mempromosikan produk dan jasa perbankannya di media sosial yang digunakan untuk menarik nasabah sebanyak-banyaknya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the performance of forensic examiner Puslabfor Bareskrim Police by looking at factors of quality of human resources, motivation and leadership partially or simultaneously and variable that big influence in this research. Statistical test used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS program. The research method used is a questionnaire with a population of 78 employees. The statistical test of coefficient of determination that has a big influence on forensic examiner performance of Puslabfor Bareskrim Polri is 126.8% obtained from motivation variable.Keywords: Quality of Human Resources, Motivation, Leadership, Performance.

Abstract

AbstractIt seems that the awareness of Non-Receiving Wages (BPU) workers following the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership appears to be lacking. This can be seen from the decline in BPU participation in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bandar Lampung Branch. BPU are those who work in the informal sector, such as traders, pedicab drivers, public transportation drivers, domestic helpers, parking attendants, farmers, and fishermen. In 2018, the number of BPU memberships in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bandar Lampung reached more than 16,000 workers. In 2019, there were only 14,818 workers. The reason is that they (BPU workers) admit that they cannot experience the benefits directly. In fact, by joining the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership, you will get many benefits. The selected program can also be gradual, according to the abilities and needs of the participants. It can also be seen that Construction Service Participants in the table above have decreased, if in 2018 there were more than 259,000 workers, while in 2019 it decreased to 246,746 workers. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain how the marketing strategy is to increase the number of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan memberships at the Bandar Lampung branch office. The method used in this study is a qualitative analysis method, using a SWOT analysis tool (strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat). The SO strategy implemented is to cooperate with the government so that it can create many opportunities to improve the quality of the social security program, there is cooperation that can be carried out by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan with government agencies to run a pension security program, and maintain a pension security program for workers and help in treatment so as to improve the welfare of workers and make the company lessen the medical burden on workers. Keywords: Analysis SWOT, Marketing Strategy, Participation

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and employee job satisfaction at Hypermart Central Plaza Lampung. The data used in this study are primary data, data that comes directly from the source in the form of answers to questionnaires and secondary data on research collected from other parties, namely data on the number of employees, employee attendance and data on facilities and infrastructure. The analysis technique used is validity, reliability, classic assumptions, hypothesis testing, R2 and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it is revealed that simultaneously organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at Hypermart Central Plaza Lampung. F count f table (50,118 3,23) with a significant level of 0,000 0.05. and partially organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Hypermart Central Plaza Lampung. the organizational culture variable is (6.118 1.68107) with a significant level of 0.000 0.05. while the work environment variable is (6.100 1.68107) with a significant level of 0.000 0.05. Thus, to increase employee job satisfaction, attention to organizational culture and work environment factors. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction

AbstractThe problems formulated are, Does Product Quality affect Customer Loyalty, Does Service Quality affect Customer Loyalty, Does Product Quality and Service Quality simultaneously affect Customer Loyalty. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product quality on customer loyalty, to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, to determine the effect of product quality and service quality together on customer loyalty. The sample in this study were consumers at the Puspita Beauty Clinic Kotabumi Branch, amounting to 100 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire. The method used is multiple linear regression. Abstract

Abstract Discipline factor plays a very important role in the implementation of employee work. Discipline enforcement itself affects the behavior of each employee. An employee who has a high level of discipline will continue to work well even without being supervised by superiors. A disciplined employee will not steal work time to do other things that have nothing to do with work. Likewise, employees who have discipline will obey the existing regulations in the work environment with high awareness without any sense of coercion. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method using a soft system methodology approach. Soft system methodology is a research process which in its implementation uses a systems thinking approach. The results of the research are that the employee discipline is not yet optimal, such as violations of the provisions of working hours, the low sense of devotion, awareness and responsibility for official duties, the provision of services to the community that is still not optimal, the use of uniforms that are not in place, violations of disciplinary regulations The current work culture has not shown anything positive in improving employee performance, such as: Lack of communication between employees with superiors and fellow coworkers, there are still employees who are impolite towards fellow employees and superiors, Lack of leadership role in providing encouragement and employee motivation, the implementation of the organization's vision and mission has not been maximized. The recommendation is that the researcher hopes that the research results can be useful for researchers to add scientific insight to researchers regarding human resource management related to the application of discipline and an ideal work culture to improve employee performance. Then it is expected to be a material for consideration and evaluation for the Branch Office of the Regional 5 Education Office of the Lampung Province in implementing discipline and an ideal work culture for its employees by carrying out a series of appropriate and effective policies and decisions. Keywords: Discipline, Work Culture

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Primkoptama Wiwahana Desa Pasirjambu Kecamatan Pasirjambu Kabupaten Bandung Selatan Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan membandingkan rasio keuangan koperasi selama 3 tahun yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Primkoptama Wiwahana Desa Pasirjambu Kecamatan Pasirjambu Kabupaten Bandung SelatanHasil analisis data mengenai tingkat kesehatan koperasi diperoleh bahwa berdasarkan tingkat Liquiditas dan Solvabilitas Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Primkoptama Wiwahana Desa Pasirjambu Kecamatan Pasirjambu Kabupaten Bandung Selatan cukup baik, karena koperasi mampu memenuhi seluruh kewajibannya baik jangka panjang maupun jangka pendek, sedangkan jika dilihat dari tingkat aktivitas dan kemampuan memperoleh laba (profitabilitas) maka Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Primkoptama Wiwahana Desa Pasirjambu Kecamatan Pasirjambu Kabupaten Bandung Selatan dapat dikatakan kurang sehat, karena pihak manajemen belum mampu mengelola dana yang ada dengan baik sehingga laba yang diharapkan kecil

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee work productivity with motivation as a mediating  variable. This study took a sample of 54 with a population of 115. The data collection technique was to  distribute questionnaires to respondents. The analysis method itself uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Linearity Test, Simple Regression Test, t Statistics Test, f Statistical Test, R2 Determinant Coefficient Test, and Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the training variable has a significant effect on the motivation variable because it has a t value of 5.177 t table 1.675, the training variable has a significant influence on the work productivity variable because it has a t value of 4.249 t table 1.675, the motivation variable has a significant influence. significant to the work productivity variable because it has a t value of 5.920 t table  1.675,  and  the  training  variable  does  not  have  a  significant  indirect  effect  on  the  work productivity variable through motivation as an intervening variable, which is  0.299. Based on the decision making, the result of the indirect effect is 0.583 x 0.513 = 0.299. Based on decision making, the result of the indirect effect is 0.299 from the direct effect of 0.583. So, Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Keywords: Training, Work Productivity, Motivation

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, motivation, work discipline on employee performance PT Adamas Manngala Perkasa, This research is a research with quantitative design with the number of samples of 77 samples. Methods of data collection using documentation and then analyzed using microsof word and excel 2010 and use multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 24.00 for windows.Based on the results of research in the know that the variable leadership style partially significant effect on employee performance, partial motivation variable has no effect on employee performance, and variable discipline partially significant effect on employee performance of PT AdamasManggala Perkasa. Anova Test Result (f test) shows that simultaneously Leadership style, motivation and discipline have a significant effect on employee performance of PTAdamasManggala Perkasa.
