Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of digital literacy, self-efficacy and income expectations on the interest in digital entrepreneurship in MSMEs in the Sumbawa sub-district. This research uses quantitative methods. Determined the sample in this study using the Paul Leddy formula and obtained 100 research subjects through non-probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling method. The data analysis tool used SPSS 26. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that digital literacy, efficacy and income expectations partially have a positive and significant effect on digital entrepreneurship interest in MSMEs in Sumbawa District.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Ease of Use, Price and Promotion on Customer Loyalty for Shopee users. The population in this study is the people of Sumbawa City. The sample of this research is 100 respondents who have several criteria. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling. The data analysis used was the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test (t/effect test) and the coefficient of determination test and processed using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on Ease of Use, Price and Promotion of Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh literasi keuangan, toleransi risiko, kontrol ilusi dan kepercayaan diri terhadap keputusan investasi dipasar modal (studi pada nasabah KSPM yang bermitra dengan phillip sekuritas NTB). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan mengunakan Regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi nasabah KSPM di pasar modal, toleransi risiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi nasabah KSPM, kontrol ilusi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi nasabah KSPM dan kepercayaan diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi nasabah KSPM di pasar modal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility, kebijakan dividen dan Profitabilitas terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan Food and Beverage periode 2015-2021. Populasi pada penelitian ini ada 39 perusahaan Food and Beverage periode 2015-2021. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 10 perusahaan Food and Beverage periode 2015-2021. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik, uji pemilihan model, uji hipotesis (uji t/pengaruh) dan uji koefisien determinasi, dan diolah menggunakan program EVIEWS 12. Adapun model yang terpilih adalah Fixed Effect Model setelah melakukan uji pemilihan model Chow test, Uji Hausman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada terdapat pengaruh positif secara parsial Corporate Social Responsibility, dividen payout ratio dan return on equity terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Industry competition in Indonesia is currently very tight, especially in the world of tourism, where each region competes to highlight its uniqueness. With this very tight competition, the Tourism and Culture Office of Trenggalek Regency has developed a strategy for marketing management to promote tourism potential in the region. The aim of the tourism marketing management strategy is to increase the existing tourism potential in the area. This research method is descriptive and qualitative. The informants in this study were the Head of the Tourism Marketing Division, and the Head of the Tourism Promotion and Information Section. Data collection was carried out through direct observation, interviews and documentation. Data collection took place in the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study conclude that the implementation of the tourism marketing strategy is good, although still not optimal, tourism development is supported by official programs in the form of tourism promotion measures using advertising media or tools such as print media, electronic media and exhibitions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Financial Self Efficacy, Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude Terhadap Financial Management Behavior. Teknik pengambilan sample pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa. Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) dan jenis penelitiannya adalah kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini setelah dilakukan analisis data didapatkan bahwa Financial Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Financial Management Behavior, Financial Knowledge berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Financial Management Behavior dan Financial Attitude berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Financial Management Behavior.

Abstract

Product quality is the main key to assessing the production performance of a company. To produce high-value product quality, there are several factors that need to be considered, such as the quality of raw materials, production processes, and labor quality. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of raw material quality, production process and labor quality on product quality at PT. XYZ. This type of research is quantitative. Where the population is all employees in the company, while the sample collected amounted to 50 people. The data collection technique for this study used questionnaires. The analysis method is in the form of data quality tests using validity and reliability test methods, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, as well as F tests and t tests for hypothesis testing. The results showed that the quality of raw materials, production processes, and the quality of labor together or simultaneously had a significant effect on product quality. Based on partial testing, it was found that the quality of products and the quality of ape power had a significant partial effect on the production process. Meanwhile, the production process does not have a significant partial effect on product quality. So, companies should pay more attention to SOPs in the company so that the products produced have much higher quality and high value.

Abstract

This research examines the effectiveness of marketing strategies employed by mobile and stationary street vendors in traditional markets, considering five main aspects: mobility, visual appeal, customer loyalty, product diversification, and competition. Through a qualitative approach and comprehensive analysis, this study aims to provide in-depth insights into the comparison of these two marketing strategies in the context of traditional markets. The findings reveal that mobile vendors have an advantage in high mobility, enabling them to reach various market areas, while stationary vendors emphasize the importance of a fixed location in building trust and customer loyalty. In terms of visual appeal, mobile vendors tend to be more creative and dynamic, whereas stationary vendors focus on a more permanent arrangement of stalls. Building trust and customer loyalty tends to be easier for stationary vendors due to their stable presence, while mobile vendors need to exert more effort in achieving this. Product diversification is an advantage for stationary vendors, while mobile vendors face limitations due to their high mobility. Both strategies have their respective advantages and disadvantages, and marketing success depends on adapting strategies to the changing dynamics of the market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengendalian Internal Persediaan Bahan Baku Dan Perencanaan Proses Produksi Terhadap Kelancaran Proses Produksi Pada Industri di Cikarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dimana populasinya adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada industri di cikarang kawasan EJIP (East Jakarta Industrial Park), dengan jumlah sampel 41 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) Versi 26. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis berupa uji kualitas data dengan metode uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, serta uji F dan uji T untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pengendalian internal persediaan bahan baku, dan perencanaan proses produksi secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelancaran proses produksi. Sehingga, sebaiknya perusahaan mampu mengelola bahan baku dengan baik, menjamin bahan baku sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan, mengetahui jenis barang yang akan diproduksi dan memastikan SOP berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze how the identification and development of employee talents can be a key aspect in creating a competitive advantage in higher education institutions. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, the research focuses on the phenomenon of change in human resources management (HRM) amidst the dynamics of government policies related to the number of employees. The research methodology involves data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis to comprehend the strategies, talent identification processes, and the implementation of HRM development programs at IAIN Ambon. The research findings indicate that effective talent identification involves the use of various evaluation tools and technologies such as psychological tests, performance assessments, and intelligent HRM systems. Talent development is carried out through professional training, leadership programs, and support for the development of innovative curricula. The utilization of employee talents and skills, integrated with technology, is capable of enhancing the quality of teaching, research, and institutional operations. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana identifikasi dan pengembangan bakat pegawai dapat menjadi aspek kunci dalam menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif di lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus, memfokuskan pada fenomena perubahan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di tengah-tengah dinamika kebijakan pemerintah terkait jumlah pegawai. Metodologi penelitian mencakup pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen untuk memahami strategi, proses identifikasi bakat, dan implementasi program pengembangan SDM di IAIN Ambon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa identifikasi bakat yang efektif melibatkan penggunaan berbagai alat evaluasi dan teknologi seperti tes psikologi, penilaian kinerja, dan sistem manajemen SDM yang cerdas. Pengembangan bakat dilakukan melalui pelatihan profesional, program kepemimpinan, dan dukungan untuk pengembangan kurikulum inovatif. Pemanfaatan bakat dan keahlian pegawai, diintegrasikan dengan teknologi, mampu meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran, penelitian, dan operasional lembaga.
