Abstract

Monitoring sistem informasi manajemen sertifikat pada Badan Pertanahan Nasional dilakukan dengan melihat data pendaftaran sertifikat melalui aplikasi yang dibuat sehingga Dinas Badan Pertanahan Nasional mudah dalam melakukan monitoring pendaftaran sertifikat yang terjadi dengan membuka aplikasi dan memilih menu dashboard. Data pendaftaran sertifikat yang terjadi ditampilkan dalam bentuk tabel sehingga Dinas Badan Pertanahan Nasional dapat mengetahui secara cepat total pendaftaran sertifikat yang ada pada Badan Pertanahan Nasional. Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas sistem terhadap halaman yang terdapat pada sistem informasi manajemen sertifikat pada Badan Pertanahan Nasional diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa hasil pengujian tersebut yang telah sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan dalam kuisioner pengujian black box testing dengan nilai 100%.

Abstract

The choice of modem is an important decision in accessing the internet, because a modem is a key device that connects a computer device or network to internet services. The Combined Compromise Solution (CoCoSo) method is an approach used in multi-criteria decision making to balance various factors related to a problem. This study aims to apply the Combined Compromise Solution method in modem selection so that users get a modem that meets their needs well, provides a stable and fast internet connection. The results of alternative ranking using the Combined Compromise Solution (CoCoSo) method gave the results of Rank 1, namely the MQ531 Modem with a final value of 6.3689, Rank 2, namely the Huawei E5577 Max Modem with a final value of 6.3689, Rank 3, namely the Telkomsel Orbit Star A1 Modem with a final value of 5.8796.

Abstract

The selection of the best employees is a critical process in human resource management (HRM) that aims to get individuals who best fit the needs and goals of the organization. This study aims to determine the best employees using Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution (EDAS) using criteria of Loyalty, Discipline, Liveliness, Responsibilities, Leadership, Organization, Knowledge so that the resulting solution can provide recommendations for decision makers in making a decision. Based on the process of completing steps from stage 1 to stage 7, the selection of the best employees using the Evaluation Method based on Distance from Average Solution (EDAS) resulted in the best employee recommendations obtained on behalf of Yuni with a value of 0.686 to rank 1. 2nd place was obtained by Yustian with a value of 0.566, 3rd place was obtained by Lisa with a value of 0.563, and 4th place was obtained by Andi with a value of 0.486

Abstract

This study is to recommend business places using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method with criteria including rental costs, parking lots, location area, highway distance and distance of public facilities, so that the results of the application of this PSI method will provide an overview and recommendations for business actors in determining the location of business premises. The ranking results from the application of the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method in determining business locations obtained rank 1 with a final value of 0.923 obtained by alternative Location A, rank 2 with a final value of 0.791 obtained by alternative Location E, rank 3 with a final value of 0.79 obtained by alternative Location B, rank 4 with a final value of 0.747 obtained by alternative Location C, and rank 5 with a final value of 0.681 obtained by alternative Location D.

Abstract

Metode TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) adalah salah satu pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan multi-kriteria. Metode ini dikembangkan untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan dalam situasi di mana kita perlu mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria atau faktor yang berbeda dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Penerapan metode TOPSIS dalam penelitian ini membantu memberikan rekomendasi kepada pengguna dalam memilih smartphone gaming berdasarkan kriteria yang ada dalam pemilihan smartphone gaming. Hasil perangkingan pemilihan smartphone gaming yang mendapatkan rangking 1 yaitu POCO X3 GT dengan nilai sebesar 0,633992256, rangking 2 yaitu Realme GT Master Edition dengan nilai sebesar 0,572951301, rangking 3 yaitu Infinix Zero 20 dengan nilai sebesar 0,5, rangking 4 yaitu Infinix Note 11 Pro dengan nilai sebesar 0,366023913.

Abstract

The VIKOR method (VIšekriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranje Method) is one of the techniques in the field of multi-criteria analysis used to make decisions in situations where there are several criteria that must be considered simultaneously. This method helps in decision making when there are many alternatives that must be evaluated based on several different criteria. The research conducted aims to provide recommendations to users in the selection of gaming laptops by applying a decision support system model using the VIšekriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranje Method (VIKOR) method so that it becomes an input in the selection of gaming laptops. The final calculation results in the VIKOR method provide recommendations for Rank 1, namely Predator Helios 18 Laptop, Rank 2, namely ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 Laptop, Rank 3, ASUS ROG Strix SCAR 18 Laptop, and Rank 4, Nitro 5 Laptop. The results of application testing using the black box testing method obtained a percentage result of 100% in accordance with the functions that have been created

Abstract

The Weighted Product (WP) method is one of the methods in multi-criteria decision making used to evaluate alternatives based on predetermined criteria. This study aims to apply the WP method in determining the best products so as to help companies in marketing their products based on the results of the best product recommendations owned by the company. The final result of the accumulated calculation of 4 customer assessments was obtained for rank 1 with a value of 0.904 obtained by Product E, rank 2 with a value of 0.83 obtained by Product A, rank 3 with a value of 0.794 obtained by Product D, rank 4 with a value of 0.771 obtained by Product C, and rank 5 with a value of 0.702 obtained by Product B.

Abstract

The design of an online goods order management information system facilitates the process of ordering goods more effectively and efficiently because it is done computerized, customers do not need to come far to the store to order goods because it can be done anywhere and anytime. With the management application for ordering goods at donnys stores using the PHP programming language, dreamwever applications are designed with UML (Unified Modeling Language) system development tools and use extreme programming development methods, and use MySQL databases, for program testing using ISO 25010. So that it can facilitate the delivery of information and control the inventory of goods. The test results above show that the application is made in accordance with the functionality aspect of 95% and the usability aspect of 96%, so that the application is made according to the needs and can facilitate the process of ordering goods online.

Abstract

The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is a technique in multi-criteria analysis that plays a role in assisting the decision-making process. The tool is designed to determine the best alternative from a set of options based on predetermined criteria. The TOPSIS method helps companies manage risk and maximize profits in cooperation with distributors. The results of the ranking of the selection of the best distributors who get rank 1 with a value of 0.464 are CV Tiga Bintang Distributors, rank 2 with a value of 0.419 are CV Ardimas Distributors, rank 3 with a value of 0.4 are CV Diamond Distributors, rank 4 with a value of 0.325 are CV Agung Jaya Distributors, and rank 5 with a value of 0.256 are CV Mandiri Jaya Distributors.

Abstract

Pemilihan Ketua Karang Taruna merupakan suatu proses yang krusial dalam organisasi pemuda dan remaja di tingkat desa atau kelurahan. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pemilihan ketua karang taruna belum adanya sebuah model keputusan dalam penentuan ketua karang taruna, sehingga perlu menggunakan sebuah model sistem pendukung keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode COPRAS dalam pemilihan ketua karang taruna sehingga dapat memberikan rekomendasi sebagai solusi sebuah keputusan dalam proses penentuan ketua karang taruna. Hasil perangkingan pemilihan ketua karang taruna dengan menggunakan metode COPRAS untuk peringkat 1 dengan total nilai 100% didapat oleh calon ketua 3, peringkat 2 dengan total nilai 99,79% didapat oleh calon ketua 4, peringkat 3 dengan total nilai 98,86% didapat oleh calon ketua 2, dan peringkat 4 dengan total nilai 97,98% didapat oleh calon ketua 1. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode COPRAS merekomendasikan Calon Ketua 3 menjadi ketua karang taruna berdasarkan hasil penilaian yang telah dilakukan oleh anggota pemilih.
