Abstract

The quick of the Covid-19 virus across all countries, including Indonesia, has led banking in Indonesia to experience challenges in its development. In this case, Indonesia banks must maintain their financial performance as it could affect the bank health level. Financial performance analysis was used as a benchmark for assessing banking financial performance. This research aimed to analyze and examine differences in the financial performanceof State-Owned Banks (BUMN) before and during Covid-19 by using CAR, ROA, BOPO, and NPL ratios. The research employed a quantitative approach. The findings indicated a significant difference in the ROA, ratio, which meant that H2 was confirmed, and no sicnificant difference in the CAR, BOPO, and NPL ratio was found, meaning that H1, H3 and H4 in this researchweare rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the system and model of human resource planning at BTN Syariah Tangerang Branch. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the human resource planning process at BTN Syariah Tangerang Branch is carried out with two opportunities in obtaining qualified employees, namely through internal and external to determine future human resource needs and to ensure the quality required for each position by paying attention to understanding the principles of Islamic Sharia and Sharia products in funding and financing. Every human resource planning at BTN Syariah Tangerang Branch includes program planning activities related to the achievement of predetermined goals consistently such as internally seen from the KPI results of employee talent, SOPs and job descriptions and externally obtained from new recruits from the open labor market and human resource development programs through training

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic hit Indonesia in 2020, the world Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) decreased drastically in 2020. Indonesia's IHSG fell significantly in March, after information about Covid-19 entered Indonesia. Shares are the highest risk and riskiest among investment instruments. Share prices are formed based on an agreement between demand and supply for traded shares. The share price shows the issuer's performance, share price movements are in line with the issuer's performance, and the issuer's share price tends to rise by investors. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was concluded that ROA, EPS and COVID-19 had no effect on the share prices of banking companies listed on the IDX Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Current Ratio has an influence on the share prices of banking companies listed on the IDX. The influence of the Current Ratio shows that the company is able to manage current debt with the current assets it owns even though Covid-19 is currently hitting Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and test differences in financial performance at PT. Samator Indo Gas before and after going public using CR, DER, ROI and TATO ratios. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population is the financial reports at PT. Samator Indo Gas. The sampling applies purposive sampling. The samples are financial reports 5 years before going public and 5 years after going public. The data analysis research is by testing ratio analysis, normality test, difference test (T test). The results show a significant difference in financial performance at PT. Samator Indo Gas before and after going public seen from the DER ratio. And there is no significant difference in financial performance at PT. Samator Indo Gas before and after going public as seen from the CR, ROI and TATO ratios.

Abstract

The current developmentsof technology and digital transformation has brought significant changes, particularly in the context of shopping. Likewise, in the competitive beauty industry, The Originote, the subject of this research, has successfully utilized the Shopee Live e-commerce platform as a means of marketing its products.sThis study aimssto identify and understandsthe Influence of Marketing Mix and Electronic Word of Mouth on Consumer Satisfaction in Shopee Live E-commerce (A Study on The Originote Consumers in Surabaya). The research method is quantitative, employing a questionnaire distributed to 160 respondents. The research population consists of The Originote product consumers residing in Surabaya in 2023, selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multipleslinear regression withsSPSS 25 forsWindows. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The marketing mix variables, including product, price, promotion, place, and electronic word of mouth, collectively influence consumer satisfaction simultaneously. 2) Product has a positive but non-significant partial effect on consumer satisfaction. 3) Price has a significant positive partial effect on consumerssatisfaction. 4) Promotion has a non-significant negative partial effect on consumer satisfaction. 5) Place has a positive but non-significant partial effectson consumrssatisfaction. 6) ElectronicsWord of Mouth has a significant positive partial effect on consumerssatisfaction.

Abstract

This research is intended to examine the influence of green purchase intentions using a non-probability sampling method using selected respondent criteria including Indonesian people, especially those who know or have heard about Nike brand products. Researchers used 150 respondents using Google Form. The data that has been obtained then process use the PLS-SEM software tool. The variables used in this research are green brand knowledge, attitude towards green brands, and green purchase intention. Researchers found that green brand knowledge and green brand attitudes influence green purchase intentions. This research also shows that green knowledge influences a person's attitude towards green purchasing intentions. This research is also aimed at green marketing, especially the Nike Brand, in order to increase purchasing intentions for environmentally friendly products from the Nike brand.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze cash flows that can influence net profit, using the variables Funding Cash Flow, Investment Cash Flow and Operation Cash Flow in Mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was taken from the last five years, namely 2018 to 2022. The sampling technique used purposive sampling to obtain 55 companies. The type and source of data used is secondary data in the form of published financial reports. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of this research show that Funding Cash Flow and Investment Cash Flow have a significant effect on Net Profit. Meanwhile, Operating Cash Flow does not have a significant effect on Net Profit in Mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of hedonic shopping motivation on compulsive buying. This research data collection method uses primary data. The population used in this research is consumers who have shopped at Transmart. This research uses purposive sampling technique while the sample size in this research is 170 respondents. This research model uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that shopping for ideas and social shopping have a positive effect on compulsive buying. Meanwhile, satisfaction seeking, adventure seeking, role shopping and shopping value do not have a significant effect on compulsive buying.

Abstract

Pesantren is the oldest Islamic Education institution in Indonesia. Until now, its role has been vital in conveying Islamic teachings and values and forming a society with Islamic character. However exclusive it is, its existence is always required to adjust to the times and lifestyle changes. Islamic teachings through Turast taught in pesantren have formed a lifestyle that in recent years has become a trend, namely the halal lifestyle. So it becomes interesting to study how students' lifestyles should reflect what they have learned from Turast. This research is qualitative, to answer this problem data mining uses interviews and documentation. The results of this study state that pesantren have built the halal lifestyle of santri, one of which is through halal cosmetics. Most informants from the 2 pesantren where this study took place stated that the halal logo is a priority consideration in choosing and buying halal cosmetics. Halal awareness which then becomes halal behavior begins and is guarded by Islamic values that they learn from the yellow book or Turats. Supporting the system in shaping this halal behavior is the example of Kyai as the leader of the pesantren and the existence of Koperasi Pesantren (Kopontren) that have a strong commitment by only providing and selling cosmetics with the halal logo. The results of this study will contribute to related industries and can be used as a potential issue in policy-making related to pesantren and halal products.

Abstract

MSME’s Barokah is a type of family business operating in the snack food sector which has been running for four years but there has been no significant turnover growth. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of logo rebranding and the use of digital marketing. The method used in this research is a case study with data collection through observation and interviews. Research results show that rebranding will attract consumer interest as well as provide an identity for the products that will be offered. Then, marketing using digital marketing can reach a wider market, so that more people know about this product. The implication of this research is to provide innovation related to creating a new logo as an identity for MSME Barokah products, as well as creating an Instagram for the official MSME Barokah account with the hope of increasing sales through promotion of snack products managed by MSME Barokah
