Abstract

This study aims to determine examine the positive impact of customer loyalty in a beauty parlor through customer satisfaction. The survey method was carried out in research using a questionnaire. This research is a random sampling research with a total of 144 Sister’s Beauty Studio customers as respondents. The data analysis used the PLS-SEM approach with the help of the SMART-PLS program. The result showed tangibility, reliability, assurance, empathy and responsiveness did have positive impacts on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the research also handed out customer satisfaction has a positive impact on customer loyalty and hence customer trust.

Abstract

Penelitian inibertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor mahasiswa program studi (prodi) akuntansi dalam memilih pekerjaan atau profesi mereka setelah lulus dari kuliah. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menganalisis perbedaan secara umum untuk mahasiswa yang berada pada prodi dengan status akreditasi A dsn berstatus akreditasi selain A. Faktor-faktor yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor penghargaan finansial, pengakuan profesional, nilai sosial, lingkungan kerja, pertimbangan pasar kerja dan personalitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pergurun tinggi yang ada di wilayah Solo Raya baik perguruan tinggi negeri maupun perguruan tinggi swasta yang memiliki program studi akuntansi (10 perguruan tinggi). Cakupan mahasiswa yang dijadikan responden adalah mahasiwa program studi akuntansi semester 7 dan mahasiswa semester 8. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 5.432 mahasiswa. Tekink pengambilan sampel dala penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive dan convenience sampling dengan alasan kondisi saat pengambilan data pada situasi covid 19. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 142 mahasiswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan variabel penghargaan finansial, pengakuan profesional, lingkungan kerja, pertimbangan pasar kerja, personalitas berpengaruh tidak berpengaruhsignifikan, sedangkan nilai sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi dalam memilih karir pada profesi akuntan. Selain itu, hasil analisis pada penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan minat mahasiswa dalam memilih karir untuk profesi akuntan di pada program studi  akreditasi A dan program studi selain A.

Abstract

One form of the company's contribution to the maintenance and preservation of the surrounding community's finances is through the implementation of CSR based on local wisdom. Through this management, the company will be able to establish positive relationships with the community. This study uses a qualitative methodology, namely the methodology part of library research, and uses secondary data obtained through document analysis studies. The results of the study reveal that the management of CSR based on local wisdom by public companies leads to sustainable development and involves the implementation of the BRI Peduli Community Development Program. The program is to contribute to the improvement of environmental conditions, social conditions, and the economy. BRI Peduli's CSR program is implemented in three stages, namely socialization, implementation, and internalization. One of them is through the program carried out by PT BRI, the number of which continues to increase every year. The implementation and distribution of various programs and assistance from BRI demonstrates its commitment to sustainable development and the application of sustainable finance principles as a means of implementing Financial Services Authority Regulation 51/POJK.03/2017 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Finance for Financial Services Institutions, Issuers, and Public Companies.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui seberapa berpengaruhnya Kepemilikan Manajerial (KM) dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Price To Book Value (PBV) dengan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) sebagai variabel moderating. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan dokumentasi, dengan metode statistik regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka: Kepemilikan Manajerial  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price To Book Value, dan Debt To Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price To Book Value serta Kepemilikan Manajerial dan Debt To Equity Ratio secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price To Book Value. Selain itu, Dividend Payout Ratio memperlemah hubungan Kepemilikan Manajerial terhadap Price To Book Value serta Dividend Payout Ratio memperkuat hubungan Debt To Equity Ratio terhadap Price To Book Value.

Abstract

This research was carried out at the Karya Bersama Village Unit Cooperative in Kerubung Jaya Village for approximately six months. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage and activity on profitability. This research was conducted using a quantitative method where the researcher had obtained financial reports from the research site. Then the author conducted a feasibility test of the model and tested the hypothesis using the help of the twenty-first version of SPSS. The results of this study aim to obtain explanatory findings that are tested on (1) liquidity, leverage, and activity are not significant to profitability simultaneously in KUD. Joint Work in Kerubung Jaya. (2) Liquidity is partially insignificant to the profitability of KUD. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the variable Innovative work behavior (IWB) on performance, Variable Innovative work behavior (IWB) on Job Satisfaction (JS), the variable: Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on Job Performance (JP) and the variable Organizational citizenship behavior ( OCB) to Job Satisfaction (JS). This research method includes explanatory quantitative research, The independent variables in this study are OCB and innovation culture which affect the dependent variable performance and job satisfaction. The population in this study are star hotels in Tangerang City, which amount to 66 hotels. This study uses simple random sampling method to determine the sample of respondents. The research instrument used was an online questionnaire via google form. For data analysis use software  SmartPLS 3.3.3 . The results of this study are Innovative work behavior (IWB) has a positive and significant effect on work performance (JP), Variable Innovative work behavior (IWB) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (JS), Job Satisfaction Variable (JS) has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP), Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP), Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (JS ), Innovative work behavior (IWB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP) through Job Satisfaction (JS), Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance (JP) through Job Satisfaction (JS).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and the indirect effect of Job Satisfaction on OCB through the mediation of Transformational Leadership and Interpersonal Communication. Job Satisfaction as the independent variable, the variables of Transformational Leadership and Job Satisfaction as the mediating variable, and OCB as the dependent variable. The research sample involved was from 266 teachers who were selected by proportional random sampling from 20 junior high schools in the city of Bogor, West Java. This research uses Path analysis technique with PLS-SEM Program. This research concludes that: (1) Job Satisfaction has a significant positive direct effect on OCB ( = 0.358 p < 0.01), (2) Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Transformational Leadership ( = 0.755 p < 0.01), (3) Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Interpersonal Communication ( = 0.941 p < 0.01), (4) Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on OCB ( = 0.185 p < 0.05), (5) Interpersonal Communication has a significant positive effect on OCB ( = 0.337 p < 0.01), (6) Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on OCB through the mediation of Transformational Leadership ( = 0.140 p < 0.05), (7) Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on OCB through the mediation of Interpersonal Communication ( = 0.317 p < 0.01). Based on the conclusions of the research results above, the strengthening of OCB can be carried out directly through increasing job satisfaction and can be done indirectly through increasing job satisfaction through the mediation of interpersonal communication.

Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze the optimal portfolio of Jakarta Islamic Index within December 2016 to November 2019 period. The research samples that were being used in this study were the stocks that are consistently included in JII during the study period. This research is a descriptive study using the Single Index Model. Of the nineteen JII sample stocks, an optimal portfolio was formed with nine stocks as constituents, namely: ASII (6.12%), ASRI (2.37%), ICBP (24.60%), INCO (5.09%), INTP (11.45%), KLBF (2.03%), SMGR (16.91%), UNTR (19.58%) and UNVR (11.83%). The conclusion of this research is that the optimal portfolio expected return of JII shares is 1.1180% and 1.11%. The risk of the formed portfolio was up to 6.89%. The optimal portfolio can be said to be suitable for investment because the expected return of both of them is greater than the expected market return (JII) which during the study period was 0.00104, or 1.04%.

Abstract

Perkembangan diplomasi lingkungan hidup tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan semakin besarnya upaya dunia internasional dalam mitigasi masalah perubahan iklim. Dalam tiga dekade belakangan anggota-anggota PBB yang meratifikasi Konvensi Kerangka Kerja PBB dalam Perubahan Iklim bertemu setiap tahun melalui mekanisme yang dikenal sebagai Konferensi bagi Partai Anggota untuk mendiskusikan solusi universal terbaik bagi perubahan iklim. Masalah dalam penelitian ini bagaimana upaya diplomasi Indonesia dalam menyikapi masalah perubahan iklim sudah cukup untuk melindungi warga negaranya. Dengan itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai diplomasi pemerintahan Indonesia yang telah dilakukan dibawah kerangkakerja PBB dan juga upaya dalam mitigasi perubahan iklim, terutama sebagai anggota UNFCCC. Adapun metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menggambarkan permasalahan yang akan diteliti secara deskriptif kemudian melakukan analisis dengan sumber data. Hasil penelitiannya yaitu Sebagai anggota Konvensi Kerangka Kerja Perubahan Iklim, Indonesia telah mengambil langkah pertama yang penting dalam upaya diplomasinya untuk ikut serta dengan komunitas global dalam isu penanganan perubahan iklim. Namun, diplomasi saja masih belum cukup. Upaya Indonesia sebagai “Highly Insufficient” atau “Sangat Tidak Mencukupi” yang berarti bahwa rencana aksi yang diambil oleh Indonesia dalam menyikapi masalah perubahan iklim masih belum menunjukan bahwa Indonesia telah berkomitemen untuk melakukan kewajibannya untuk mengurangi emisi yang dibutuhkan untuk mengurangi masalah pemanasan global yang kurang dari batas 2 Celcius.

Abstract

The quality of human life is getting worse, not better, so humans continue to see how sin grows and develops. The leaders of nations around the world are trying to find solutions to solve all the world's problems. It is suspected that this world chaos can be resolved by the emergence of an influential leader in a group that is active in society. Leaders must have the ability to make plans, carry out plans, and decide what is necessary. This study uses content analysis, in which the analysis records symbols or messages systematically and then interprets them. As a result, self-control or self-control is an attitude, action, or behavior of a person that is consciously planned or unplanned. One of the very basic characteristics that are significant is the character of self-control, social mastery, and religion. Self-control is influenced by several factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Self-control of a leader greatly affects leadership competence. self-control model by giving the term coercive style leadership model to act when very urgent and important situations occur, crises and panics occur, everything is out of control. The self-control leadership model that works in detail and holistically can make useful decisions and actions.
