Abstract

Language is the most important social phenomenon in life and every social progress is mastered thanks to language. One of them is Arabic. Learning Arabic cannot be separated from the words of grammar and morphology. The study of grammar and morphology requires an applied method because the most important factor in the development of education, especially in the middle religious school Nour al-Huda, is the application of the learning style. Various efforts were made by the religious school and Professor Noor Al-Huda girls in teaching students who excel in religious knowledge. In addition, in the religious and middle school Nur al-Huda, he also teaches students to memorize and learn the sciences written by previous scholars, i.e. the inheritance book, with the aim that students are familiar with a clear foundation. In the study of the science of the book inheritance must deepen the science of grammar and morphology. Traditionalism in the world of education is closely linked, especially in the formation of students' behavior. With this theory, it has a great impact on learning, especially in learning grammar. The purpose of this study is to identify the methods, theories and materials applied in the middle religious school Nour al-Huda girls and to identify the positive and negative effects of the study of grammar and morphology. Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) merupakan salah satu program unggulan pemerintah dalam menanggulangi masalah kemiskinan serta membangun sistem perlindungan sosial bagi masyarakat miskin dalam rangka mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat. Melalui PKH diharapkan penerima bantuan akan mendapatkan akses pendidikan, kesehatan dan kesejahteraan sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Implementasi Kebijakan PKH Di Desa Watesnegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dimana teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dari penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang berasal dari observasi, wawancara terhadap informan dan data sekunder yang berasal dari dokumen resmi pemerintah dan jurnal ilmiah. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Desa Watesnegoro, Kecamatan Ngoro, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Teknik Purposive sampling digunakan dalam penentuan informan, yang melibatkan Kepala Bidang Perlindungan & Jaminan Sosial, Koordinator PKH Kabupaten Mojokerto, Koordinator PKH Kecamatan Ngoro, Pendamping PKH Desa Watesnegoro dan Keluarga penerima manfaat Desa Watesnegoro. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles and Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa Implementasi kebijakan program keluarga harapan di Desa Watesnegoro, Kecamatan Ngoro, Kabupaten Mojokerto berjalan dengan baik. Tetapi ditemukan permasalahan pemanfaatan dana bantuan yang semestinya dialokasikan untuk mendukung ranah pendidikan justru diarahkan untuk keperluan pribadi yang tidak sesuai dengan tujuan program.

Abstract

Wasathiyah Islam can be called moderate Islam. The meaning of Wasathiyah itself is an attitude that requires a person to do two things, namely knowledge and holding back emotions. Islam Wasathiyah is a model of expression and understanding that is relevant in the framework of statehood in Indonesia. Indonesia is a Muslim majority religion in which there are several Islamic organizations and have different opinions in understanding modern Islam, but the understanding can be different. Islamic organizations have contributed to understanding Islam as rahmatanlilalamin. Indonesian Muslim communities present offer the concept of Islam Wasatiyah in building Islamic civilization as an effort to build peace and implement the values of Unity in Diversity. The Islamic world is confronted with groups that hold fast to the text and ignore the socio-historical aspects in carrying out religious teachings which then declare themselves to be holders of religious authority. This article will reveal and analyze the paradigm of textual-scriptual groups towards the values contained in the Wasatiah Islamic concept. Religious experience in Indonesia that adopts the values of Pancasila by promoting cultural-philosophical aspects is often considered to be far from the purity of Islam. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe and analyze the paradigms of groups that tend to understand the written source as it is by ignoring the circumstances and the conditions underlying it. The results of this study are (1) Islam Wasatiyah is a religious experience in Indonesia that internalizes local wisdom into Islamic teachings (2) The monopoly of truth and the rationalization of the term were never done by the Prophet without regard to the context of being a challenge in the implementation of Wasatiyah Islam (3) Textual Group- Scriptures tend to distort the understanding of the Qur'an and Hadith so that they ignore themes related to peace and tolerance.

Abstract

Tangkebban atau kawin paksa di Desa Pragaan Utara Kecamatan Prenduan Kabupaten Sumenep merupakan Fenomena atau peristiwa yang banyak dijumpai oleh masyarakat. Tangkebban atau kawin paksa di desa karena adanya penangkapan laki-laki dan perempuan di tempat yang tidak lazim. Uniknya kawin paksa di Desa Pragaan Utara Kecamatan Prenduan Kabupaten Sumenep, karena adanya faktor kesengajaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan karena tidak direstui antara keluarga yang ada dalam penelitian ini dua permasalahan. Yang pertama bagaimana pengaruh psikologi bagi pasangan kawin paksa. Kedua, segala upaya yang dilakukan pasangan dalam menjaga keharmonisan keluarga pasca kawin paksa. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan peneliti adalah deskriptif lapangan yaitu menganalisis data yang diperoleh dan deskripsi. Sedangkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kawin paksa “Tangkebban” Desa Pragaan Utara berpengaruh terhadap psikologi pasangan kawin paksa yaitu tidak siapnya mengasuh keluarga Sakinah, Mawaddah, Warahmah. Sedangkan upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjaga keharmonisan hubungan keluarga adalah dengan mengajarkan kesabaran dan menjaga komunikasi personal dan interpersonal.

Abstract

Penelitian berkaitan dengan bagaimana pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kepemimpinan Spiritual terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Jaya Sentosa Pamekasan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kepemimpinan Spiritual terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara parsial dan simultan Penelitian dilakukan kepada 40 karyawan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil Peneitian ini secara parsial yakni Kompetensi berpengaruh psoitif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Kepemimpinan Spiritual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Jaya Sentosa Pamekasan Dan secara simultan Kompetensi dan Kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Jaya Sentosa Pamekasan.

Abstract

Abstract Islamic Literature books have been among the modern literary arts being read by many people who want to know more about Islam, but most of these books have one or two issues. Though, there were many well-known Islamic writers like Najib al-Kilani, Abu al-Hasan al-Nadawi, and their likes. The aim of this study was to examine the work of Abdul Hamid Jaudat Sahar, by looking at his life history, literary works, and critical writings in aspects of Islamic thought. The study has implemented a library method and analytical approach in looking at his literary and non-literary works. The study also concluded that the thought and methods used in Abdul Hamid Jawdat Sahar's writing were more of focusing on Islamic writings and religious stories that are more suitable for children. Abstract

Strategy can be said as a mindset in planning an activity to change attitudes, opinions, and behavior of the audience. Strategy is part of communication planning. In addition, there is a policy that will determine the steps and sources used in the communication process. What is meant by wisdom here is an act that is thought in accordance with the intelligence of the communicator in compiling words. As with communication, the communicator must understand the existence of a source and interpret its destination. Likewise, a communicator must think about making the message to be conveyed so that the goal is achieved. To achieve a goal, communicators need to think about methods and techniques according to the conditions of the communicant. The communicator also needs to know every thought of the communicant, as well as the impact, what will happen because of the communication conveyed by the communicator.This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is descriptive analysis with interview and observation data collection methods, to obtain accurate data the researcher uses case study research. Case studies are studies that provide more valid knowledge or explore a problem in detailed terms, which have in-depth data collection, can include various sources of information.The results of this study indicate that the da'wah strategy used by Mrs. Hj. Mamnunah rahiem greatly influences other people because it has several factors, namely if we develop a strategy carefully, then a da'I will easily convey his message.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai difusi inovasi konten promosi GoPayLater cicil pada iklan e-commerce tokopedia di YouTube. Bagaimana pihak Tokopedia mempromosikan iklannya kepada masyarakat dalam menggunakan metode transaksi GoPayLater Cicil. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana konten promosi GoPayLater Cicil pada iklan E-commerce Tokopedia di YouTube. Fokus penelitian ini menggunakan teori Difusi Inovasi dalam menentukan tingkat keberhasilan inovasi dan mendapatkan hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan informan. Analisis konten didasarkan pada teori difusi inovasi Rogers untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan inovasi GoPayLater Cicil dalam transaksi online di Tokopedia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pihak E-commerce Tokopedia melakukan kerja sama dengan pihak Gojek dalam menggunakan inovasi terbaru melalui iklan YouTube. Penemuan transaksi GoPayLater Cicil merupakan perkembangan dari penggunaan saldo GoPay yang bisa digunakan oleh pengguna aplikasi Tokopedia dan Gojek untuk membeli barang secara online. Hal ini juga dihargai oleh beberapa masyarakat yang berpendapat bahwa iklan yang diberikan Tokopedia sudah baik, dan memiliki unsur hiburan, termasuk juga dengan pilihan saluran komunikasi menggunakan platform media YouTube sebagai sarana promosi yang bisa dikatakan sudah tepat.

Abstract

The phenomenon of religious radicalism is a phenomenon that worries many people. An organization that disturbs many organizations continues to grow rapidly in every country, especially Indonesia. What is a deep concern is when radicalism is rife in religion, so it requires an approach to reduce the phenomenon of radicalism. This study uses a library research method or a qualitative research type of literature research with the result that preventive measures can use the REBT approach which leads to the hope that the thoughts of religious radicalism can be controlled properly.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how people's views about divorce in Pragaan Daya Village, Batu Jaran Hamlet. and To find out how the community and related institutions respond to divorce in Pragaan Daya Village, Batu Jaran Village. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive method. The method used to obtain data and information in this study the author uses several data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Subjects in this study included village heads, kiai, village officials and the community. For the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation by matching the results of interview data with data obtained from the results of documentation, observation, and other finding data. From the research that has been done, it is found that; The community's view of divorce in Pragaan Daya village, Batu Jaran hamlet is a state of breaking the husband and wife bond due to certain things, causing the marital relationship to break up. And the number of divorce phenomena that occur in Pragaan Daya Village, Dusun Batu Jaran is interpreted by an event that is usually responded to by the surrounding community, in the sense that the community does not want many divorces to occur in their community, because certain factors will lead to mudorotan, the final solution is divorce. taken.
