Abstract

The research aims to determine the validity and readability of practicum guidance based on scientific approaches to plant tissue material at SMAN 3 Palangka Raya. Research methods are research and development with ADDIE development models (analysis, design, development, applying, and evaluating) that are carried out only up to small-scale tests to measure the readability of practicum guidance. The instruments in this study are validation sheets of material experts and design experts for 2 validators as well as readability sheets for students of grade XI MIPA SMAN 3 Palangka raya odd semester 2020/2021 as many as 7 people. The data obtained in the analysis is descriptive. the results of the research showed that the practicum guide developed was declared valid by material experts and design experts with excellent criteria. Practicum guides are also expressed very well by learners. This result indicates that scientific-based practicum guidance on plant tissue material that is developed is eligible for further use in the learning process. For the next researchers, practicum guide developed, in order to be tested for effectiveness. Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas dan keterbacaan penuntun praktikum berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada materi jaringan tumbuhan di SMAN 3 Palangka Raya. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (analisis, desain, mengembangkan, menerapkan, dan mengevaluasi) yang dilaksanakan hanya sampai uji skala kecil untuk mengukur keterbacaan penuntun praktikum. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi ahli materi dan ahli desain untuk 2 orang validator serta lembar keterbacaan untuk peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMAN 3 Palangka raya semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2020/2021 sebanyak 7 orang. Data yang diperoleh di analisis secara deskriptif. hasil penelitian menujukkan penuntun praktikum yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid oleh ahli materi dan ahli desain dengan kriteria sangat baik. Penuntun praktikum juga dinyatakan sangat baik oleh peserta didik. Hasil ini menujukkan penuntun praktikum berbasis saintifik pada materi jaringan tumbuhan yang dikembangankan layak untuk digunakan untuk selanjutnya di implementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya penuntun praktikum yang dikembangkan, agar dapat di uji efektivitasnya.

Abstract

Higher order thinking skills (HOTS) or higher order thinking skills are part of Bloom's revised taxonomy in the form of operational verbs consisting of analysis ( C4 ), evaluation (C5) and create (C6) which can be used in the preparation of questions ( C4) . Ministry of Education and Culture , 2017 :3). HOTS is closely related to critical thinking. The ability to think critically is a very essential ability in all aspects of life, including education . The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of science questions made by junior high school science teachers with the category of HOTS questions in the First school in the Makarti Jaya district. This research was conducted in four schools in the Makarti Jaya sub-district in May - April 2021. This type of research is a qualitative research. Collecting data in this study were interviews, documentation and analysis. The results of the problem analysis in this study were based on Bloom's taxonomy and the results obtained were C1 46.25%, C2 39.08%, C3 12.05%, C4 2.61% and C4, C5 0%. Of the 307 questions analyzed which were categorized as HOTS, there were only 8 questions, with details in the C1 category, 142 questions, in the C2 category with 120 questions, in the C3 category with 37 questions and in the C4 category with 8 questions. Abstrak  Higher order thinking skills (HOTS) atau keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi merupakan bagian dari taksonomi Bloom hasil revisi yang berupa kata kerja operasional yang terdiri dari analisis (C4), evaluasi (C5) dan mencipta (C6) yang dapat digunakan dalam penyusunan soal (Kemendikbud, 2017:3). HOTS sangat erat hubungan dengan berpikir kritis. Kemampuan berpikir kritis merupakan kemampuan yang sangat esensial dalam semua aspek kehidupan, tak terkecuali di bidang pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian soal IPA buatan guru IPA SMP dengan kategori soal HOTS di sekolah Pertama sekecamatan Makarti Jaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di empat sekolah kecamatan Makarti Jaya pada bulan Mei-April 2021. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan datapada penelitian ini adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan analisis. Hasil analisis soal pada penelitian ini berdasarkan taksonomi bloom dan diperoleh hasil C1 46,25 %, C2 39,08 %, C3 12,05 %, C4 2,61% dan C4, C5 0%. Dari 307 soal yang dianalisis yang terkategori HOTS berjumlah 8 soal saja, dengan rincian berkategori C1 142 soal, berkategori C2 120 soal, berkategori C3 37 soal dan berkategori C4 8 soal. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian dan analisis yang dilakukan peneliti mengenai soal UAS di empat sekolah negeri di kecamatan Makarti Jaya, dapat  ditarik simpulan bahwa soal buatan guru-guru IPA di kecamatan Makarti Jaya belum sesuai dengan kategori HOTS.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between independence and learning motivation on cognitive learning outcomes of Biology Students in online learning at Muhammadiyah high schools throughout Palembang. The research design used is descriptive quantitative research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire sheet and learning outcomes of cognitive Biology students. The data obtained were analyzed using the significance test. The research subjects were students of class X and XI in the even semesters of the 2019/2020 school year, the sampling technique used the slovin formula. The results obtained after using the significance test at Muhammadiyah high schools in Palembang City, it is known that the significance value is < 0.05, which means (1) there is a relationship between learning independence and cognitive biology learning outcomes of students in online learning at Muhammadiyah high schools throughout Palembang, (2) there is a relationship between learning independence and cognitive biology learning outcomes of students in online learning at Muhammadiyah high schools throughout the city of Palembang and (3) there is a relationship between independence and learning motivation on students' cognitive biology learning outcomes in online learning at Muhammadiyah high schools throughout the city Palembang. Key word : : Independence, Motivation and Learning Outcomes.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kemandirian dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar kognitif BiologiPeserta Didik pada pembelajaran online di SMA Muhammadiyah se-Kota Palembang.Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan berupa penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar angket dan hasil belajar kognitif Biologi peserta didik. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji signifikansi. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X dan XI pada semester genap di tahun pelajaran 2019/2020, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian diperoleh setelah menggunakan uji signifikansi di SMA Muhammadiyah se-Kota Palembang diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi< 0,05, yang artinya (1) terdapat hubungan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar kognitif Biologi peserta didik pada pembelajaran online di SMA Muhammadiyah se-Kota Palembang, (2) terdapat hubungan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar kognitif Biologi peserta didik pada pembelajaran online di SMA Muhammadiyah se-Kota Palembang dan (3) terdapat hubungan kemandirian dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar kognitif Biologi peserta didik pada pembelajaran online di SMA Muhammadiyah se-Kota Palembang. Kata Kunci: Kemandirian, Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

Practicum measuring heart rate with the help of sensors on a smartphone as a learning strategy. Learning with the help of smartphone sensors is an innovation in learning that can help teachers to do practical work within the limitations of laboratory equipment and minimal costs. The importance of doing practicum with smartphone sensors can encourage students to reason with scientific methods and solve problems with scientific phenomena directly so that learning biology is not just a collection of knowledge in the form of facts, concepts or principles, there is a real discovery process but in practicum. Key words: smartphone sensor, practicum, heart rate, problem solving method   ABSTRAK Praktikum mengukur denyut jantung  dengan bantuan sensor pada smartphone sebagai strategi pembelajaran. Pembelajaran dengan batuan sensor smartphone merupakan inovasi dalam pembelajaran yang dapat membantu guru untuk melakukan praktikum dalam keadaan keterbatasan alat laboratorium dan biaya yang minim. Pentingnya melakukan praktikum dengan sensor smartphone dapat mendorong siswa dalam penalaran metode ilmiah dan pemecahan masalah dengan menyelidiki fenomena ilmiah secara langsung sehingga pembelajaran biologi bukan hanya merupakan kumpulan-kumpulan pengetahuan yang berupa fakta, konsep atau prinsip saja namun ada proses penemuan secara nyata dalam kegiatan praktikum. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the entrepreneurial interest and creativity of class X high school students in learning using a project-based learning model oriented towards bio-entrepreneurship. The research method used is a descriptive method using an instrument in the form of a statement questionnaire, and the measurement scale used is a likert scale on 5 answer scales. The statements on the entrepreneurial interest questionnaire were 20 statements and the creativity questionnaire was 13 statements. For the research subjects, class X students of SMA IT Mahmudiyyah were taken, namely 32 students as a sample. The results showed that the percentage of entrepreneurial interest scores of class X students was 79% and creativity was 71%  with good criteria. So it can be concluded that using a bio-entrepreneurship-oriented project-based learning  model  has a good effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship and creativity. Keywords : Project based learning model, bioentrepreneurship, creativity, Miat Entrepreneurship   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis minat wirausaha dan kreativitas siswa SMA kelas X  dalam pembelajaran menggunakan model project based learning yang berorientasi pada bioentrepreneurship. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif  menggunakan instrumen berupa angket pernyataan, dan skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala likert pada 5 skala jawaban. Pernyataan pada angket minat wirausaha sebanyak 20 pernyataan dan angket kreativitas 13 pernyataan. Untuk subjek penelitian diambil siswa kelas X SMA IT Mahmudiyyah yaitu 32 siswa sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase skor minat berwirausaha siswa kelas X adalah 79 % dan kreativitas  71%  dengan kriteria baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model project based learning berorientasi bioentrepreneurship berpengaruh baik terhadap minat berwirausaha dan kreativitas siswa.  Kata Kunci : Model Project based learning, bioentrepreneurship, Kreativitas, Minat Wirausaha

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the level of scientific reasoning ability of high school students in class XI through the Creative Problem Solving Learning model on the respiratory system material. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sample was not chosen at random but with a specific purpose, namely by using a purposive sampling technique, totaling 35 students. The research instrument used in this study is the question of scientific reasoning ability, a modification of the questions developed by Lawson, namely LCTRS (Lawson Classroom Test Of Scientific Reasoning). The questions used are 10 multiple choice questions with 6 indicators. The results of the study show that gender does not affect a person's scientific reasoning ability. The average score shows the level of scientific reasoning of male students and female students, which has the same percentage, namely 71%, which means that it is included in the good category. The highest score of the level of scientific reasoning in male students is the Correlation Reasoning indicator with a total percentage of 84% female students also the highest score is found in the correlation indicator but the percentage is slightly different, lower than male students, namely 82%. Key words: scientific reasoning, gender, creative problem solving   ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan penalaran ilmiah siswa SMA kelas XI melalui model Pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving pada materi sistem pernapasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang dipilih tidak secara acak melainkan dengan tujuan tertentu yaitu dengan Teknik Purposive sampling yang berjumlah 35 orang siswa. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu soal kemampuan penalaran ilmiah modifikasi dari soal yang dikembangkan oleh Lawson yaitu LCTRS (Lawson Classroom Test Of Scientific Reasoning). Soal yang digunakan berjumlah 10 soal pilihan ganda beralasan dengan 6 indikator. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan gender tidak mempengaruhi kemampuan penalaran ilmiah seseorang.  Skor rata-rata menunjukan tingkat penalaran ilmiah siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan yaitu memiliki persentase yang sama yaitu 71% yang artinya termasuk kedalam kategori baik. Skor tertinggi tingkat penalaran ilmiah pada siswa laki-laki yaitu pada indikator Penalaran korelasi dengan jumlah persentase 84% siswa perempuan juga skor tertingginya terdapat pada indikator korelasi tetapi jumlah persentase nya sedikit berbeda lebih rendah dari siswa laki-laki yaitu 82%.  Kata kunci: penalaran ilmiah, gender, creative problem soving

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Meaningful Instructional Design (MID) model on the level of germane cognitive load on high school students in XI degree. The research used pra-experimental method with One Group Pretest-Posttest design as a research design. The data was colected with a written test. The kind of instrument used is the Reasoning Test instrument to measure the score of Learning Outcomes (HB). The data analysis technique used statistical test and independent sample t-test. The sample in this study consisting of one class that was taken using a purpossive sampling technique, in XI MIPA 4 at SMAN 1 Nagrak. The GCL level of students after learned using the Meaningful Instructional Design model was in the tended to be high category with the average score of HB=73.68 and the acquisition of sig. (2-tailed) is 0.00<0.05 for the independent sample t-test result. Based on the students' average Learning Outcomes scores and sig. (2-tailed) on the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect with the application of the Meaningful Instructional Design model on the germane cognitive load of high school students. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penerapan model Meaningful Instructional Design (MID) terhadap tingkat beban kognitif konstruktif siswa SMA kelas XI. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra-experimental dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes tertulis. Isntrumen yang digunakan yaitu instrumen Tes Penalaran untuk mengukur skor Hasil Belajar (HB). Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik dan uji dua rerata (Independent Sample T-Test). Dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini yang terdiri dari satu kelas yang diambil menggunakan teknik purpossive sampling, yaitu pada kelas XI MIPA 4 di SMAN 1 Nagrak. Tingkat GCL siswa setelah mendapatkan prmbelajaran menggunakan model Meaningful Instructional Design (MID) berada dalam kategori cenderung tinggi dengan skor rata-rata HB=73.68 dan perolehan nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0,00<0,05 untuk hasil uji independent sample t-test. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata Hasil Belajar siswa dan sig. (2-tailed) pada uji hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari penerapan model Meaningful Instructional Design terhadap beban kognitif konstruktif siswa SMA. Abstract

Higher order thinking skills are thinking that trains students' cognitive abilities at a higher level, namely students are able to combine facts and ideas. This study aims to analyze higher order thinking skills using a conceptual change model. The research subjects were 32 students of class VIII SMP in the city of Sukabumi. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The instrument used is about higher order thinking skills as many as 30 multiple choice options. The indicators are C4 (Analyze) C5 (Evaluate) C6 (Create). The results obtained that the average pretest score was 54.6 and the posttest average was 87.1, the ngain value was 0.7, which is an increase in height. So that this Model pembelajaran conceptual changeis feasible to use to improve higher-order thinking skills. Key words: Higher order thinking, Conceptual Change Model   ABSTRAK Kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi adalah berpikir yang melatih kemampuan kognitif siswa pada tingkat yang lebih tinggi, yaitu siswa mampu menggabungkan fakta dan ide. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi dengan menggunakan model konseptual change. Subjek penelitian adalah 32 siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri di Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi sebanyak 30 pilihan pilihan ganda. Indikatornya adalah C4 (Analyze) C5 (Evaluate) C6 (Create). Hasil yang diperoleh rata-rata nilai pretest 54,6 dan rata-rata posttest 87,1 nilai ngain 0,7 yang merupakan peningkatan tinggi badan. Sehingga model perubahan konseptual ini layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Kata kunci: Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi, Conceptual Change Model

The 21st century is popular with bringing changes, namely the rapid development of Science and Technology (IPTEK) which resulted in a change in the learning paradigm marked by changes in curriculum, media, and technology. The research method used in writing this article uses a literature review or literature study by collecting data and information through a review of relevant sources. Teachers must be able to prepare their students to live in the digital age, one of which is using their knowledge of subject matter, learning and technology to facilitate experiences that advanced students learn, creativity, and innovation. In learning there are some material that is abstract or difficult to understand in learning so that it requires appropriate learning media. One of the developments of learning media that is currently still new is learning media using Augmented Reality. Learning to use Augmented Reality with the help of the deARnatomy application, but there is a weakness in the deARnatomy application, namely that this application can only mention parts of the organ so that the innovation that will be added to this 3D object is the presence of moving objects in an effort to add an explanation of a process in the process. the human body such as the process of digestion of food. Key words: Learning Media Innovation Design, AR, Digestive System   ABSTRAK Abad  21  populer  dengan  membawa perubahan  yaitu  pesatnya  perkembangan  Ilmu  Pengetahuan  dan  Teknologi  (IPTEK)  yang  mengakibatkan perubahan paradigma pembelajaran yang ditandai dengan perubahan kurikulum, media, dan teknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini menggunakan kajian pustaka atau study literature dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi melalui penelaahan sumber-sumber yang relevan. Guru harus bisa mempersiapkan peserta didiknya untuk  hidup  di  abad  digital,  salah  satunya  menggunakan  pengetahuan  mereka  tentang  materi  pelajaran, pembelajaran dan teknologi untuk memfasilitasi pengalaman  yang dipelajari peserta didik tingkat lanjut, kreativitas, dan inovasi. Didalam Pembelajaran terdapat beberapa materi yang abstrak atau sulit dimengerti dalam pembelajaran sehingga membutuhkan media pembelajaran yang sesuai. Salah satu perkembangan media pembelajaran yang saat ini masih baru adalah media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Augmented Reality. Pembelajaran menggunakan Augmented Reality dengan bantuan aplikasi deARnatomy, namun ada kelemahan dari aplikasi deARnatomy yaitu pada aplikasi ini hanya dapat menyebutkan bagian-bagian organ saja sehingga inovasi yang akan ditambahkan pada obyek 3D ini adalah dengan adanya obyek bergerak dalam upaya menambah penjelasan mengenai suatu proses di dalam tubuh manusia seperti proses pencernaan makanan. Abstract

The existence of a learning paradigm and the application of a new curriculum at this time is very necessary for the application of innovative learning models. Teachers must need to apply effective and innovative learning models that are in accordance with the learning objectives to be achieved. In addition, the rapid development of science and technology has an impact on the selection of the right learning model and its use can even be combined in order to increase students' knowledge and be able to compete in responding to the development of science. One of them is the Guided Inquiry model which is suitable for use when students are known to have more difficulty conducting an investigation of a material. Writing this article aims to describe the application of the inquiry learning model with various technological applications. The results of the study found that applications that can be used to facilitate the implementation of the inquiry learning model stages and make it easier for students to learn include: Youtube, Google Docs, Zoom Applications, Canva Applications, and Instagram. Key words: Model, Inquiry, technology app   ABSTRAK Adanya paradigma pembelajaran dan penerapan kurikulum baru saat ini maka sangat dibutuhkan adanya penerapan inovasi model pembelajaran. Guru harus perlu menerapkan model pembelajaran yang efektif dan inovatif yaitu sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran yang akan dicapai. Selain itu dengan pesatnya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi membawa dampak terhadap pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tepat dan bahkan dapat dipadukan penggunaanya agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta didik serta dapat bersaing dalam menanggapi perkembangan sains tersebut. Salah satunya yaitu model Guided inquiry cocok digunakan bilamana siswa-siswa diketahui mengalami kesulitan lebih dalam melakukan penyelidikan mengenai suatu materi. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran inquiry dengan berbagai aplikasi teknologi. Hasil kajian ditemukan bahwa aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah pelaksanaan tahapan model pembelajaran inquiry dan mempermudah siswa belajar antara lain: Youtube, Google Docs, Aplikasi Zoom, Aplikasi Canva, dan Instagram.
