Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment either partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912. Sampling in this study used Slovin, namely 45 employees using the census method. Data collection methods used in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test. The study results show that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance at PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912 Jakarta. The work environment does not affect the performance of employees of PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912. Based on the results of the calculation of R2, it can be concluded that the work discipline and work environment variables are able to explain the variation or influence of the employee performance variable by 27.2%, this shows the work discipline and work environment variables effect on employee performance, while 72.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Information Technology and HR Competencies on employee performance at the Makassar City Office, East Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which Information Technology and HR Competencies significantly affect employee performance at the Makassar Village Office, East Jakarta. In this study, the samples taken were 35 people. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 27,086 + 0.0751 + 0.0042. Information Technology has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, HR competence has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, Information Technology and HR Competence have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find and produce an analysis of the effect of job satisfaction and workload on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Daan Mogot Branch Jakarta. Respondents in this study were employees who worked in the PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Daan Mogot Jakarta Branch. The number of respondents who became the sample in this study were 67 people and based on the random sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques or models with the help of SPSS 26 software. Based on the above method, the results of this study indicate that Job Satisfaction and Workload have a significant influence partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persoro). Tbk Daan Mogot Jakarta Branch. and the percentage shows that 57% of employee performance can be explained by job satisfaction and workload

Abstract

This research aims to see the analysis of the quality of promotion and service quality on customer loyalty of Bank BRI KCP Tourism City, Bogor Regency. The form of the research is associative with the population being all customers who are savers at the BRI KCP bank, Bogor Regency, which amount to 10,000 customers. Sampling with the slovin formula to obtain a sample of 200 customers. The method of analysis is carried out by stratified regression. This is intended to see the relationship of variables to other variables directly or indirectly or through intermediate variables. This research is a type of field research that uses quantitative methods. The type of data used in this study is primary data which is assisted by the SPSS program. Data collection was taken from the results of distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is the Accidental Sampling method and this study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable (X1) partially has no effect on customer loyalty, while the promotion variable (X2) and service quality variable (X3) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Bank BRI KCP Kotawisata, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of family, entrepreneurship education and e-commerce on entrepreneurial interest in IBI K1957 students. This research uses primary and secondary data. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling as many as 50 respondents to IBI K 1957 students who had taken entrepreneurship courses. Based on data processing carried out with the SPSS 20 program, the coefficient of determination (adjusted r square) of 0.677 means that the contribution of family variables, entrepreneurship education and the use of e-commerce to the variable interest in entrepreneurship is 67.7% and the remaining 32.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. The results of the t-test, it was found that all variables had a significance value of less than 0.05, so that all variables partially affected the interest in entrepreneurship. The F test obtained a significant value of 0.000, meaning that family, entrepreneurship education and e-commerce simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of IBI K1957 students

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influence of cash flow operations, free cash flows, leverage on policy dividencies with profitability as variables. Empirical study of transport and logistic companies registered in the Indonesian stock exchange, periods 2019 to 2021. In this study there are 22 companies. The sample technique used is an impressive sampling and the number of samples of 22 companies with observation years over 3 years, so the sample data after the observation became 66. The model used in this study is the regression of the data panel using the eviews application 12. Research findings is the cash flow of operations affects profitability, free cash flow has a significant impact on profitability, leverage has no direct bearing on dividends policy.

Abstract

This research to find out how the public's interest (interest) in banking (conventional banks vs. Islamic banks) and what factors are the determinants of society in choosing banking services. In Indonesia there are two kinds of banking operational systems, Conventional Banks and Islamic Banks. Bank is a business entity that collects funds from the public in the form of savings and distributes them back to the community in the form of loans (credit) in order to improve people's living standards. Meanwhile, Sharia Bank is a bank that carries out its business activities based on sharia principles or Islamic legal principles as regulated in the Fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). All forms of banking operational activities, both conventional and sharia are under the supervision of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The type of research used is descriptive to describe public interest in banking products (Conventional Banks vs. Islamic Banks), with data collection using a questionnaire as an instrument in the study, to see whether or not there are differences in public interest in banking (conventional banks vs. Islamic banks). by the same respondent. The results of this study are expected to be able to contribute to the banking sector, especially Islamic banking to carry out more socialization to the community, and is also expected to be a literature for all levels of society in need and as a motivation for other writers who want to conduct similar research with more creative and innovative methods

Abstract

This research purposes to analyze human rights and anticorruption disclosure at Indonesian manufacturing and banking corporation listed at indonesia stock exchange 2018-2020.Variable used in the research was human rights and anticorruption disclosure. This research is done at manufacturing and banking company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2020 This research used random sampling, it was found that 77 companies consist of 51 manufacturing companies and 26 banking companies as the research sample. Research used statistic descriptive analysis as analysis method. The result of this research showed that has difference for human rights and anticorruption disclosure index on Indonesian manufacturing and banking corporation. The result of this research showed human rights and anticorruption disclosure index at Indonesian manufacturing and banking was low and middle.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, firm size on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable (Empirical Study on Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020 Period). The population in this study were 45 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and the number of samples is 21 companies with 5 years of observation, so that the sample data after observation becomes 105. The model used in this study is panel data regression using the Eviews 8 . application. The results of the study: Firm size and capital structure have a positive and significant effect on firm value, profitability and liquidity have a negative and significant effect on firm value. Profitability, liquidity, firm size and capital structure together have a positive and insignificant effect on firm value

Abstract

This research was conducted on employees at the XYZ Clinic in Depok. The research method used in this study was descriptive and verification methods. The sample used was 48 employees with purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression with SPSS 26 software. The results show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, and commitment has a positive and significant effect on work performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Motivation, Commitment and Competence have a simultaneous effect on work performance.
