Abstract

The election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Bali will go through several stages of elections starting from the determination of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Bali to the stages of vote counting. In the election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Bali the community can be directly involved in the voting stage which will be held on June 27, 2018 (General Commission Election or KPU, 2018). So that it raises many opinions, not only positive and neutral opinions but also negative ones. This research is expected to be able to conduct research on public opinion which contains positive, neutral and negative sentiments. In this research used tokenization preprocessing data N-gram method. N-gram is a token consisting of three words in each one token. In the stemming stages used the Nzief Adriani algorithm. For the classification process of this research used the ‘Naïve Bays Classifier (NBC) method. In testing the candidate Governor's data the highest accuracy was obtained from the classification ofKBS-Ace data on data taken from twitter with 89% accuracy, 91% precision and 94% recall and lowest accuracy when KBS-Ace data calcification process on social media Facebook.

Abstract

Konservasi energi listrik sebagai pokok pelaksanaan manajemen energi listrik. Dalam konservasi energi listrik diharapkan konsumen akan mengkonsumsi energi listrik secara bijak sesuai kebutuhan (efektif dan efisien). Konservasi energi listrik lebih ditekankan pada sisi konsumen (demand side), karena pemborosan energi terbesar terjadi pada sisi ini. Faktor yang berpengaruh dalam konservasi energi listrik pada sisi konsumen antara lain : kebijakan / komitmen, perilaku pemahaman, perilaku dalam tindakan dan peralatan. Gedung - gedung kantor Pemda Badung berada dalam Kawasan Puspem Badung, tercatat sebagai pelanggan AP Prima PLN, daya 3.465 kVA, tarif P2. Mengkonsumsi energi listrik untuk peralatan gedung dan peralatan kerja. Berdasarkan UU nomor 30 Tahun 2007 beserta turunannya, gedung pemerintah diwajibkan melaksanakan konservasi energi listrik. Program jangka pendek untuk konservasi energi listrik di Kawasan dengan re-schedule dan re-trofit komponen peralatan. Program jangka panjang dengan redesain gedung dan sistem. Kontribusi pengaruh pola perilaku pegawai terhadap upaya konservasi energi listrik adalah positif dan signifikan sebesar 70,8%. Pola operasional peralatan merupakan cerminan dari perilaku dalam bentuk tindakan. Mengatur pola perilaku dalam tindakan sama dengan mengatur pola operasional peralatan yang digunakan.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis on comments can be used to determine sentiment rating. The comments used are comments on Youtube. The type of video used is the official trailer video Indonesian movie. This paper contains steps to determine sentiment rating by notice the structure of comments. The structure of comments is needed because not all comments are relevant to the topic. Classes on comments are divided into seven classes including positive films, neutral films, negative films, positive not films, neutral not film, negative not film, and spam / off-topic. Comments that have a positive film or film negative class are used to determine sentiment rating. The number of likes in comments also determines the sentiment rating. Comment classification using STRUCT-SVM. The results of STRUCT-SVM show accuracy of 69.68% for linear kernels and 71.34% for RBF kernels.

Abstract

Nowadays the use of TCP / IP networks at this time is very crucial, where almost all companies, government and private agencies depend on this network to facilitate business and communication to grow up the companies. Network failure caused by link failure or devices failure is very intolerable because it will disrupt business and communication activities that last 24 days, 7 days a week. To overcome the problem of network failure this study is using three methods which will be discussed, namely: VRRP, HSRP and GLBP. It is expected that the use of these three methods can provide a solution to overcome network failures for the smooth running of business and telecommunications activities. The results of the tests that have been done, GLBP method looks better when compared to the VRRP and HSRP methods, especially in testing packet loss and throughput. Abstract

Reconfiguration network is a way to change the switching configuration settings in the network, configuration changes here means closing or opening switches that have a network. This research object is feeder Blahkiuh. Network reconfiguration of feeder Blahkiuh aims to reduce or minimized network power loss. Load flow analysis is done to find the existing network power losses, then optimization using PSO method applied to find the optimum point of intersection which result in reduced power loss in feeder. Research find the optimum power point of intersection is at bus 123, the power loss reduced is 14 kW, from 246 kW to 232 kW.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is a field that is currently in great demand by various groups. Sentiment analysis can be done using documents and opinions from social media. One social media that is usually used as a means of opinion is Facebook social media. Before a text is classified, it is necessary to do POS Tagging which is the word labeling stage where the purpose is to determine the words which include opinions and non opinions. For labeling words can use the Hidden Markov Model or Rule Based. The method commonly used in sentiment analysis is the Naïve Bayes Classifier method. This method simply classifies probabilities. Naïve Bayes Classifier can be used to classify opinions into positive and negative opinions. In addition, this method uses training data in the classification process. The classification produced from the Naïve Bayes Classifier method is quite good. To test the accuracy of the system in classifying opinions, the classification results are tested. From the test results obtained an average accuracy of 87.1%. The more training data that is similar to testing data, the better the classification results.

Abstract

In fulfilling current electrical energy needs, a power plant unit is operated using various fuels. The biggest cost of the total operating costs of the plant is the cost of using the generator unit fuel which is around 60%, therefore a solution is needed to be able to minimize the costs of using generator fuel in operating the generating unit. Economic Dispatch is a way to overcome the economic operating problem of a power plant by dividing the load on each operating unit so that the minimum generation cost is obtained. The solution to the Economic Dispatch problem can be done using the Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) method because the FLC method can make very complex decisions and in its application does not require mathematical models that are too difficult to solve, so the FLC method is expected to minimize the cost of generating electricity. The results of calculating the Economic Dispatch using the FLC method result in a lower total production cost compared to the total total production costs of the System and the Lamda Iteration method for 24 hours on September 30, 2017.

Abstract

Ceki is one of the traditional card games that has been quite popular in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. In Bali the game of ceki has become a tradition, where the game is played when there is community activity. Multiplayer online games are one way to introduce and develop traditional games to be more interesting to play. The problems that are often faced to develop multiplayer online games include the latency problems that are different from each player so that it can interfere with games from other players who have better latency. In this study, a real time multiplayer online game will be built to play traditional games. discussing how the rules of traditional games obtained from the rules of the Balinese game will be applied to the game engine from online multiplayer games, how to implement online game multiplayer architecture on client-server and peer to peer web-browsers. The focus of this research is on the performance of the use of websocket and webRTC on latency and bandwidth usage for data synchronization that supports real time multiplayer online games based on peer to peer. The results obtained from this study see the average latency needed to synchronize data between websocket compared to webRTC is very significant. The number of players has no effect on latency in both websocket and webRTC.

Abstract

Presence of lectures is an important factors to take the final exam. It is necessary to have a presence system with computer vision technology that is capable to handling problems manually. Computer vision technology used is face detection and recognition in order to monitor attendance data system. The face detection process in this study uses the Viola-Jones algorithm, and this algorithm has four stages, namely Haar Like Feature, Integral Image, Adaboost learning and Cascade classifier. The results of this study Viola-Jones algorithm successfully applied to the face detection process and in the face recognition process using the KNN (K-Nearest Neighbor) method with an accuracy rate of 94.79%.

Abstract

Indonesia has a lot of energy potential, both conventional (Non Renewable) and Renewable Energy. Energy potential that is mostly used for the Indonesian region still uses conventional energy (Non Renewable) in the form of fossil fuels (coal, natural gas and petroleum). At present, fossil energy use reaches 75% and will continue to increase. To avoid the use of fossil energy, studies are carried out on renewable energy (Non Renewable) for example Micro Hydro. The working principle of the Micro Hydro Power Plant use the potential energy of water which is converted into electrical energy. In this final project research has been made modeling of micro hydro power plants using screw turbines (Archimedean Screw) with tubrine blade angle variations ranging from 240, 260,280,300 and 320. The measurements made in this study include measurement of turbine rotation, generator rotation, voltage, current and torque generated in the modeling that has been made. From the measurements that have been made using a lamp load of 25 Watts the highest measurement results are obtained at an angle of 280. At an angle of 280 produces a power of 10.8 Watts, torque of 0.33 Nm and efficiency of 11.6%.
