Abstract

The research was purposed for describing : 1) The student perceptions about motivations to join with the corporate world, Field Industrial Practice experienced and study working readiness. 2) the influences of motivations to student working readiness. 3) the influences of Field industrial practice experience to student working readiness. 4) the influences of motivations to the corporate world and Field industrial practice experience to student working readiness of Twelfth grade in SMKN 5 Kuningan.This research using kuantitatif methods. Populations in this research is the students in the twelfth grade in SMKN 5 kuningan as 236 students. Technique to finds sample using Probability Sampling with the sampling result as 148 students. For data collections technique using by researcher is questionnaire.Based on the result of processing and analisys, the result obtained for an value of 1156,3. Calculated F Value (1156,3) F on the tabel (3,06) with the calculated Sig.5% it means the motivations to entered the workforce and Field industrial practice experience have a positive influence to student working readiness.Based on the result of the research that has been done then : 1) School or teacher can improving student working readiness with giving an support and pushing motivations through work guidance, motivational seminars and expertise workshops, 2) for increase working readiness, the school can provide encouragement and monitoring the development of students abilities during Field industrial practices as well as providing learning facilities that are appropriate to those in DU / DI so that they can support student skills, 3) The school is more paying attention for Field industrial practice place accordance with students expertise with giving instructions to choose Field industrial practice places especially for school that have policy to submit the place of Field industrial practicing for students.Keywords : Motivation Entering The World Of Work, Field Industrial Practice Experiences , Student Working Readiness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan gaya kepemimpinan berbasis budaya siri’ na pacce dalam upaya  meningkatkan prestasi kerja.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi kritis. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data subjek yang di peroleh melaui proses wawancara kepada informan ditambah data dokumenter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berbasis sir’i na pacce memberikan peranan atau kontribusi yang sangat besar dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi kerja. KAP Arbani Abbas menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang demokrasi dan didalamnya diterapkan budaya siri’ na pacce. Dalam penerapannya setiap aktifitas yang dilakukan oleh para pegawai selalu dilandasi dengan budaya siri’ na pacce, dimana siri’ na pacce mengandung 3 nilai yaitu nilai rasa malu, kebersamaan, dan keberanian.Kedepannya,diharapkan KAP Arbani Abbas konsisten dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkannya sekarang.

Abstract

: Penenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai betapa pentingnya kompetensi pedagogik guru di abad 21. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur, mencari semua informasi diberbagai sumber seperti jurnal-jurnal dan buku atau pun dokumen lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada abad 21, banyak tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh guru. Maka untuk menghadapi abad 21 ini, guru diwajibkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan kompetensi pedagogik.Kata Kunci: Abad 21, tantangan guru, peningkatan pedagogik, peningkatan profesionalitas guru.

Abstract

Abstrak Kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat selalu ada perubahan-perubahan pada kehidupan masyarakat. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dinamika masyarakat terlihat bahwa perubahan sosial terjadi di tahun 2020 menjadi tahun yang mengejutkan bagi seluruh dunia termasuk masyarakat Indonesia, yaitu adanya corona virus (Covid 19) yang sudah menyebar hampir seluruh dunia. Data sebaran penderita covid 19 terpublish setiap waktu. Penyebaran covid 19 merambah hingga di kabupaten lamongan.  Jumlah pasien yang dinyatakan positif covid 19 sejumlah 121 orang. Kecamatan Paciran yang terletak di Kabupaten lamongan menjadi tempat penelitian dengan alasan karena selain jumlah pasien yang positif banyak juga menjadi sentra industry dan pariwisata dan perekonomian Kabupaten Lamongan. Karakter masyarakat pesisir yang keras menyebabkan himbauan pemerintah akan protokol kesehatan social selalu diindahkan masyarakat Paciran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengambilan sampel 33 warga Kecamatan Paciran Kabupaten Lamongan yang terdampak secara social ekonomi yang terdampak mulai dari pekerja, tidak bekerja sampai pada pengusaha industry pariwisata dan pendukungnya di Kecamatan Paciran. Pengambilan data dengan menyebar kuisioner melalui grup whatsapp dan sosial media lainnya diharapkan hasilnya dapat digunakan dalam penambahan ilmu masyarakat dan strategi yang akan diambil pemerintah daerah dalam memulihkan perekonomian dan memperbaiki status sosial masyarakat.

Vanny Aditiany, (2020). The Influence of Learning Media Macromedia Flash on Student Learning Outcomes (Quasi Experimental Study on Social Sciences Subjects for Class VIII at SMP Negeri 3 Kuningan). Essay. Supervisor 1: Dr. Agie Hanggara, M.Pd Supervisor 2: Rani Tania Pratiwi, M.Pd.The problem in this study is the low student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the acquisition of many student scores below the Minimum Completeness Criteria. The low learning outcomes can be influenced by several factors (both internal and external), one of which is the application of instructional media carried out by the teacher in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to find the effect of Macromedia Flash learning media on student learning outcomes. As for the design in this study using the non-equivalent control group design. Based on the results of the analysis, the following results were obtained. First, there are differences in student learning outcomes between classes using Macromedia Flash learning media and those using Power Point learning media, where the average learning outcomes of the experimental class (81.3) are superior to the average learning outcomes of the control class (75, 7). Second, there is an increase in student learning outcomes between classes using Macromedia Flash learning media and classes using PowerPoint learning media, where the average increase in learning outcomes in the experimental class (35.7) is superior to the average increase in learning outcomes for the control class (14, 1). The suggestions in this research are that there is a need for an adjustment between the Macromedia Flash learning media with teaching materials, time allocation, and adequate facilities in the application of Macromedia Flash learning media.Keywords : Learning Outcomes,  Macromedia Flash.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Peran Karakteristik Pekerjaan, Pemberdayaan dan Person Organization Fit (P-O Fit) Terhadap Kinerja Guru Melalui Komitmen Organisasional pada MI Kecamatan Pekalongan Utara. Dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 104 responden dengan teknik sensus dan dilaksanakan pada guru di MI Kecamatan Pekalongan Utara. Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi, uji t dan uji mediasi.

Abstract

AbstractBackground of the research is begun from the low quality of teachers’ competence and motivation. This may be the cause of teachers’ performance which is low and lower. Therefore the research is done to find out the influence of headmaster supervision on teachers’ motivation and competences and its implementation on teachers’ performance.The method used in this study was correlation-descriptive design. The population was all Economy teachers in all state vocational high schools in Kuningan, West java, namely 55 teachers from nine state vocational high schools in Kuningan. The instrument was questionnaires using Likert scale with five options. The technique used in analyzing the data was path analysis. All analysis and calculations was done by SPSS Program version 20.0. The result of the study were: (1) Headmaster Supervision has a positive influence on Teacher’s Performance with number of coefficient 0,101 (2)  Teacher’s Competence has no significant influence on Teacher’s Performance with number of coefficient 0,360 (3) Teacher’s Motivation has no significant influence on Teacher’s Performance with number of coefficient 0,157 (4) Headmaster Supervision has a positive influence on Teacher’s Competence with number of coefficient 0,451, (5) Headmaster Supervision has a positive influence on Teacher’s Performance with number of coefficient 0,101 (2)  Teacher’s Competence has no significant influence on Teacher’s Performance with number of coefficient 0,360 (3) Teacher’s Motivation has no significant influence on Teacher’s Performance with number of coefficient 0,157 (4) Headmaster Supervision has a positive influence on Teacher’s Competence with number of coefficient 0,451, (5) Headmaster Supervision has no significant influence on Teacher’s Motivation with number of coefficient 0,220.In short, this study reveals that Headmaster Supervision has an important role in improving teacher’s competence and give a good impact on teacher’s performance. Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of promotional costs, production costs and sales growth on company profits in manufacture companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019. Profit is the result of the difference between the income from the resource or income with the expenditure of the resource or expense for its existence. Companies need to reduce any costs incurred to get a profit, one of which is promotional expenses. Promotional expenses, namely promotional budget expenditures to acquire customers for products that have been issued by the company. In addition to promotional expenses, companies need to reduce production costs. Production costs are the sacrifice of a number of costs during the production process, starting from raw materials to products that are ready to be purchased by consumers. Company profits can be obtained from sales activities. Sales growth is an increase or decrease in sales from year to year from a company. The research sample consisted of 84 manufacture companies. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis test results show that both partially and simultaneously promotional expenses, production costs and sales growth have a significant effect on company profit. Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study is the low creative thinking ability of students, seen from a preliminary study with a creative thinking ability test which showed that the majority of students scored below the Minimum Completeness Criteria. The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) there are posttest differences in creative thinking skills between experimental class students who were taught by the application of Blended Learning in a problem-based learning model and control class students who were taught using the lecture method. (2) there are differences in the improvement of creative thinking skills between experimental class students who are taught by applying Blended Learning in a problem-based learning model and control class students who are taught using the lecture method. This study uses a quantitative approach, a quasi-experimental method with a Non-equivalent Control Group Design research design. The research subjects were students of class X OTKP at SMK Patriot IV Ciawigebang in the academic year 2021. X OTKP 2 as the experimental class and X OTKP 5 as the control class with 47 students. Based on data processing and analysis, the results showed that there were differences in posttest thinking skills. creative students between the experimental class and the control class. And there is a difference in the gain of creative thinking skills between the experimental class students and the control class. it can be concluded that the application of Blended Learning in the problem-based learning model is declared to be more effective than the lecture method, and can be used as an alternative for educators to improve students' creative thinking skills.Keywords: Blended Learning; Problem Based Learning Model; Creative Thinking.

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan yang mengalami masalah adalah indikator kegagalan pendidikan sebagai pengembangan kognitif siswa yang bermutu dan menggembirakan belum terwujud. Untuk mencapai prestasi belajar siswa yang diharapkan dipengaruhi oleh faktor intern dan ekstern. Salah satu faktor intern adalah motivasi sedangkan faktor ekstern salah satunya adalah bimbingan orang tua dan kompetensi guru. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut maka penulis menggunakan metode survey/deskriptif dengan teknik analisis statistik Part Analysis.Hasil penelitian yang didapat berdasarkan persamaan sub-struktur 1 adalah bimbingan orang tua berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, dan kompetensi guru juga berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar. Sedangkan berdasarkan persamaan sub-struktur 2 adalah bimbingan orang tua berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar, kompetensi guru berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar dan motivasi belajar berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar.Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh efektivitas bimbingan orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar, terdapat pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap motivasi belajar, terdapat pengaruh efektivitas bimbingan orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar, terdapat pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi belajar juga terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar. Berdasarkan temuan di atas maka direkomendasikan bahwa harus ada kerjasama yang baik antara guru dan orang tua dalam usaha meningkatkan hasil belajar anak. Guru juga harus selalu meningkatkan kompetensinya agar target kualitas pendidikan tercapai.Kata Kunci : Motivasi Belajar, Prestasi Belajar
