Abstract

Abstract. Education is a conscious and deliberate effort to create an atmosphere of learning and the learning process so that learners are actively developing her potential, as well as to humanize humans. Uneven distribution or school distribution geographically affect the quality of education of the population in a region. In addition to the comparison of the number of certified and not certified teachers in a school also had a role in influencing the quality of learning in schools. Because the teacher certification is a process competency test for prospective teachers or teachers who want to gain recognition and increase the appropriate competence or chosen profession. Teacher certification is the governments efforts in improving the quality of teachers which is followed by an increase in teachers welfare. Teachers who have earned certification as an educator declared competent and professional. Data maps are very important information with the information contained within. Data spatial information of GIS-based mapping has a very strategic role in maintaining the integrity of a country, planning and supervision of construction, and arrangement of space. Abstract

Abstract. 2013’s curriculum was used in many level of education, one of them is preschool. Based of the rule is PP No. 32 Tahun 2013. The problem at KKG Gugus Jendral Soedirman I is how to used this curriculum on activities at preschool. Focused of this movement is saintific learning and  authentic assessment. So, we have two programmes for solve the problem; (1) Learning Saintific’s Education. Educating start with find saintific concept and then save it to our mind. After each of teacher understanding this object, we are following with applicating saintific learning in six aspects growing dan development. Cognitive, physic, linguistic, social emotional, religi, and art, (1) Authentic Assessment’s Education. This action start with explaining deepth information about authentic assessment. Then, the teacher have time to assesst used anechdot and daily note. Both of them used to arrange daily assessment. There are two outcome’s of this project, 1) lesson planning and 2) assessment rubric. Keywords: curriculum, saintific, authentic  Abstrak. Kurikulum 2013 sudah diterapkan di beberapa jenjang pendidikan yang memiliki kesiapan dan kompetensi. Taman Kanak-kanak merupakan salah satu jenjang pendidikan untuk anak usia dini yang hendaknya juga mempersiapkan diri untuk mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013 dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dasar pelaksanaannya adalah PP No. 32 Tahun 2013 tentang perubahan Standar Nasional Pendidikan merupakan salah satu dasar perubahan kurikulum dalam Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Permasalahan implementasi kurikulum 2013 PAUD yang dihadapi guru di KKG Gugus Jendral Soedirman I, Purwokerto Timur dapat dirinci dalam dua aspek yaitu pembelajaran saintifik dan penilaian autentik maka pelaksana melakukan pembinaan sebagai berikut; (1) Pembinaan tentang Pembelajaran Saintifik. Pembinaan akan diawali dengan pemaparan dan diskusi mengenai hakikat, proses dan manfaat pembelajaran saintifik di PAUD. Di PAUD pembelajaran saintifik tidak boleh berhenti pada pemahaman maka pembinaan akan dilanjutkan pada aplikasi pembelajaran saintifik di semua aspek perkembangan yaitu: kognitif, fisik motorik, bahasa, sosial emosi, moral agama, dan seni, (2) Pembinaan tentang Penilaian Autentik. Pembinaan penilaian autentik dilakukan dengan pemberian informasi yang lengkap mengenai penilaian autentik, diskusi berbagai kendala dalam melakukan penilaian autentik, dan praktek melakukan penilaian autentik. Hasil luaran dari pelaksanaan pembinaan tersebut adalah kemampuan guru menyusun rencana kegiatan harian yang saintifik dan menyusun rubrik penialaian yang autentik. Kata Kunci : kurikulum, saintifik, autentik

Abstract

Abstract. Motivation is one of success important determinants. Motivation is divided into two, they are intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the students’ motivation in choosing primary education study program (PGSD). This study was descriptive research in the form of a survey. It investigated the circumstances, conditions, and other factors whose results are presented in the form of a report. The population in this study were PGSD students of Ahmad Dahlan University, academic year 2013/2014 class A, B, C, D, E, F consisting of 245 students. This research used questionnaire sheets to gather data. The data was then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results show that PGSD students vary in motivation. Intrinsic motivation that affects students joining PGSD varies from the desire to be elementary school teachers, civil servants, and private course owners. On the other hands, students also vary in terms of extrinsic motivation, for example, following the wishes of their parents, following PGSD trend, expecting high salaries, being not accepted in the previously desired study program, and joining friends. The results also show that the highest percentage of students’ intrinsic motivation in joining PGSD is because they do want to be primary school teachers, while in extrinsic motivation was because they follow the wishes of their parents. Key words: motivation, students, Primary Education Study Program

Abstract

Abstract. This research is motivated by lack of understanding of the concept of eighth grade in Ar Rahmah Pacitan Islamic Integrated Junior High School on science subject. Many learning methods found to improve students performance, but how does the teacher is able to choose the appropriate learning method to gain optimal learning results. The purpose of this research is to increase student’s understanding of concepts. For contextual learning or just rely on the books, sometimes the students feel bored, so the students understanding in learning is less and need a help tool. This research uses a classroom action research method, which lasts for two cycles. The chronology of this research, starting from planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects are 30 students. Collecting data using tests, practicum, questionnaire, interviews, observation, and documentation. The datas are analyzed by looking at the classical mastery learning students ie 75% of students got a score ≥ 75. The results of this research showed that the media environment based learning can increase student’s understanding of the concept. This is evident from the enhancement in the average results of the first cycle test is 77.8 and the second test is 84.5. The learning model that based on environment succeed in increasing understanding of science concepts with the percentage of completeness initially increased by 48% to 70% in cycle 1 and 93% in cycle 2.Keywords: science, learning results, student understanding, learning method based on environment  Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya pemahaman konsep siswa kelas VIII SMP-IT Ar Rahmah pada Mata Pelajaran IPA. Banyak metode pembelajaran yang ditemukan untuk meningkatkan performance siswa. Akan tetapi bagaimana seorang pengajar mampu memilih teknik pembelajaran yang tepat untuk memperoleh hasil  belajar optimal. Tujuan penelitian penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa. Untuk pembelajaran yang sifatnya konstektual atau hanya dengan mengandalkan alat bantu buku, kadang siswa mengalam kejenuhan sehingga daya tangkap pemahaman siswa terhadap pembelajaran  kurang sehingga membutuhkan alat bantu atau alat peraga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research), yang berlangsungselama dua siklus. Alur penelitian dimulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, praktikum, kuosioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan melihat ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal yaitu 75% siswa mendapat skor ≥ 75. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa. Hal ini terbukti dari adanya peningkatan rata-rata hasil tes siklus I diketahui 77,8 dan hasil tes siklus II rata-rata 84,5. Model pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman konsep IPA dengan persentase ketuntasan mula-mula sebesar 48%  meningkat menjadi 70% pada siklus 1 dan 93% pada siklus 2.Kata kunci: IPA, hasil belajar, pemahaman siswa, metode pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the influence of mathematical domino game against cognitive aspects of mathematics learning outcomes, 2) the influence of mathematical domino game against affective aspects of mathematics learning outcomes 3) the influence of mathematical domino game against psychomotor aspects of mathematics learning outcomes. The research method using experimental research methods to design randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The samples in this study using cluster random sampling. The population in this study is the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 and 2 Kalikabong second semester of academic year 2014 / 2015. The experimental classes will be treated mathematics with math domino game material fractions, while grade control using conventional learning. Instruments cognitive aspects of learning outcomes research using test descriptions, research instruments affective aspects of learning outcomes using a questionnaire, and research instruments psychomotor aspects of learning outcomes using performance assessment sheet. Analysis of survey data using statistical analysis independent sample t test with SPSS program. The results showed: 1) a game of dominoes mathematical better effect on the results of the cognitive aspects of learning mathematics, 2) math domino game better effect on the results of the affective aspects of learning mathematics 3) math domino game better effect on psychomotor aspects of mathematics learning outcomes.Keywords: domino mathematical, cognitive, affective, psychomotor Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh permainan domino matematika terhadap hasil belajar matematika aspek kognitif, 2) pengaruh permainan domino matematika terhadap hasil belajar matematika aspek afektif 3) pengaruh permainan domino matematika terhadap hasil belajar matematika aspek psikomotor. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain Randomized Control Group Pretest-Postest Design. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 dan 2 Kalikabong semester genap tahun pelajaran 2014/ 2015. Kelas eksperimen akan diberi perlakuan pembelajaran matematika dengan permainan domino matematika materi pecahan, sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen penelitian hasil belajar aspek kognitif menggunakan tes uraian, instrumen penelitian hasil belajar aspek afektif menggunakan angket, dan instrumen penelitian hasil belajar aspek psikomotor menggunakan lembar penilaian unjuk kerja. Analisis data hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis statistik independent sample t test dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) permainan domino matematika berpengaruh lebih baik terhadap hasil belajar matematika aspek kognitif, 2) permainan domino matematika berpengaruh lebih baik terhadap hasil belajar matematika aspek afektif 3) permainan domino matematika berpengaruh lebih baik terhadap hasil belajar matematika aspek psikomotor.    Kata kunci : domino matematika, kognitif, afektif, psikomotor

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the cardiorespiratory fitness of football players of students Activity Unit of University of Muhammadiyah PURWOKERTO. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The population in this study are all of football players of Students Activity Unit of University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, with the number of 20 persons (respondents). The instruments in this study was by Multi Stage Running tests with the reliability and validity of 0.9 by 0.6. Data were analyzed by descriptive with percentage, as well as by six categories: privileged, very good, good, average, less, and very less. From the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the level of cardiorespiratory fitness football player of students Activity Unit of University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto was in privileged category of total 0 respondent  (00,00%), 0 respondent (00,00%), in less category, 3 people ( 15.00%) in average. 2 persons (10,00) in good category, 2 people or (10.00%) in very good category, and 13 people or (65.00%) in privileged category. Keywords : cardiorespiratory fitness             Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebugaran kardiorespirasi pemain UKM sepakbola Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto 2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemain UKM sepkbola Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, sejumlah 20 orang (responden). Instrumen dalam penelitian  ini menggunakan Tes Multi Stage (lari  Multi Tahap) dengan realibilitas sebesar 0,9 dan validitas sebesar 0,6. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dengan presentase, serta menggunakan 6 kategori yaitu istimewa, sangat baik, baik, sedang, kurang, dan sangat kurang. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan , dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa tingkat kebugaran kardiorespirasi pemain sepakbola UKM Sepakbola Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto yang berada pada katagori istimewa sebanyak 0 orang (00,00%), kurang sebanyak 0 orang (00,00%), sedang sebanyak 3 orang (15,00%). Baik sebanyak 2 orang (10,00),  sangat baik sebanyak 2 orang atau (10,00%), dan istimewa sebanyak 13 orang atau (65,00%). Kata Kunci : kebugaran kardiorespirasi

Abstract

Abstract. The research was to know the impact of vocabulary mastery and reading interest towards the students’ competence in writing narrative essay in grade IV of SD Negeri 2 Bobotsari. The population of this research was all the students of SD Negeri 2 Bobotsari, and 48 samples was randomly chosen. The data were collected trough questionnaire and written test. The techniques in analyzing the data were normality test, homogeneity, linierity, correlation and regression analysis. The result of the reserch showed that were was a positive impact of vocabulary mistery on writing narrative essay competence. It could be seen from the result of the computation r = 0,31and tresult> ttable or 2,212 > 1,684 and with simple linier regression equation Ŷ = 55,70, 19 + 0,21 X1. Reading interest also had an impact on writting narrative essay competence with r = 0,26 and tresult> ttable or 1,89 > 1,684 and the obtained regression equation wasŶ = 58,80 + 0,19 X2. When the vocabulary mastery and reading interest were done simultaneously, the result showed R = 0,15 and fresult> ftable or 5,08 > 3,21which meant it was significant with double linier regression equation which was obtained Ŷ =45,93+0,20X1+0,17X2. Keywords: writting competence, narrative essay, vocabulary mastery, and  reading interest.

Abstract

Abstract. The self-concept is an individual view of themselve , the more positive their self-concept, the more positive the individual sees themselve and also the view of themselve and their environment. Students who have a positive self-concept tend to view learning as a necessity or study because of the motivation comes from  themselves, so their study results tend to be the maximum. While students who have a negative self-concept study tend to view it as an obligation to do or because others assured that learning is beneficial, so they study because of the element of compulsion to obtain value or graduation , therefore their study results tend to be less than the maximum or lower. Thus the self-concept has a very significant correlation to learning achievement. Based on the situation it has become an obligation for teachers and parents to help students to develope their positive self-concept . Keyword: self-concept, learning achievement

Abstract

This research is about improving student curiosity and their mathematics learning outcomes in material characteristics of the three-dimensional figure through van hiele learning model for fifth grade SD Muhammadiyah 04 Comal has done in May until July.T he purpose of this research is to improve students curiosity and their mathematics learning outcomes especially for material three dimensional figure for student of fifth grade SD Muhammadiyah 04 Comal district Pemalang. The method of this research was two cycle of class action research with planning, observation, reflection for each cycle. The result of the first cycle shows the percentage of students curiosity is 87 % with 4,87 as average it means quite good curiosity and students participation 67,33 with students minimal requirements 93 %. Therefore it can be concluded if the van hiele learning model can improve students curiosity and their mathematics learning outcome of students class V SD Muhammadiyah 04 Comal with the main discussion about the identification of three-dimensional figure character

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran dengan model Cooperative tipe TGT berbasis ATONG. Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan karakteristik perangkat pembelajaran yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D Thiagarajan. Jenis perangkat yang dikembangkan Silabus, RPP, LKSdanMedia Pembelajaran.Uji kepraktisan dilakukan dikelas V SD Negeri 1 Kendaga, uji keefektifan dilakukan dikelas V SD Negeri 1 Banjarmangu dan SD Negeri 2 Kendaga. Kelas V SD Negeri 1 Banjarmangu sebagai kelas eksperimen dan Kelas V SD Negeri 2 Kendaga sebagai kelas kontrol.Data penelitian diperoleh dari: validasi, pengamatan,angket dan tes prestasi belajar. Data diolah dengan analisis deskriptif. Uji validitas dan uji kepraktisan diolah dengan analisis, sedang uji keefektifan diolah dengan uji t, uji z, regresi, dan uji banding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanperangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid oleh validator, dengan skor rata-rata 94 untuk silabus, 95 untuk RPP, 100 untuk LKS, dan 92,85 untuk media pembelajaran. Hasil observasi aktivitas guru diperoleh 89,57%, hasil angket siswa diperoleh 93%,hal ini berarti perangkat yang dikembangkan praktis.Hasil rata-rata ketuntasan belajar siswa84,3.Aktivitas belajar siswa berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 85%.Hasil prestasi belajar kelas eksperimenlebih baik daripada prestasi belajar kelas kontrol. Hal ini berarti perangkat yang dikembangkan efektif.
