Abstract

This study aims to develop textbooks to write scientific works based on character education for PBSI students in academic year 2012/2013. Through research R and D The source of this research data consists of 4th semester students in the academic year 2012/2013 and lecturer in scientific writing. The product of this research is validated by the expert, tested by the expert that is the lecturer of scientific writing course. In the development of scientific writing materials for students must be tailored to the character education, students in the course of the way that is done by integrating the character values. This study aims to describe the characteristics of my book ajar scientific writing developed with the content value of the character. Based on the development stage obtained textbook writing scholarly charged character education value. Books that have values of these characters have been declared good and proper by experts and accepted by the community, especially students and lecturers in scientific writing and able to facilitate students in conducting lectures with limited.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku ajar menulis karya ilmiah berbasis pendidikan karakter untuk mahaasiswa PBSI Tahun akademik 2012/2013. Melalui penelitian R and D Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri atas mahasiswa semester 4 D pada tahun akademik 2012/2013 dan dosen mata kuliah penulisan ilmiah. Produk hasil penelitan ini divalidasi oleh ahli, diuji coba oleh ahli yaitu dosen mata kuliah penulisan ilmiah. Dalam pengembangannya bahan ajar menulis ilmiah untuk mahasiswa harus disesuaikan dengan pendidikan karakter, mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan cara yang dilakukan yaitu dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsi karakteristik bukku ajar menulis ilmiah yang dikembangkan dengan muatan nilai karakter.Berdasarkan tahap pengembangan diperoleh buku ajar menulis ilmiah bermuatan nilai pendidikan karakter. Buku yang berbasis nilai karakter ini telah dinyatakan baik dan layak oleh ahli serta diterima oleh masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa dan dosen mata kuliah penulisan ilmiah dan mampu mempermudah mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan perkuliahan dengan terbatas.

Abstract

This discussion aims to describe the hyperbole and the simile in the novelMukenah and Sajadah untruk Soya Maria Bo Niok work. The discussion was necessarybecause of the literary works, including novels, as the discourse of language that canbe assessed in terms of linguistics, especially with a bunch of disciplined Stilistika. Inaddition, the novel Mukenah & rug for Soya has a distinctive style, especially the use ofhyperbole figure of speech and similes in canoes as means of aesthetic and rhetorical.Working method is the method of literature research work by collecting dataobjects such as text, which is novel Mukenah & rug for Soya Maria Bo Niok works wellas a material object, and use Stilistika as a theoretical basis. Stilistka is interdisciplinarybetween linguistics to literary studies. In addition, Stilistika examine aspects oflanguage use distinctive and unique in the literature, among which figure of speech /figurative language. To obtain the answer, there are two problems in the formulationof this discussion, namely the use of hyperbole and simile as well as the function andpurpose of their use in novel Mukenah & rug for Soya works of Maria Bo Niok.Keywords: stilistika, literature, language, style, and a figure of speech

Abstract

This reseacrh entitled ?óÔé¼?ôExiztence of Modern Female in the Kenanga Novel by Oka Rusmini. The problems of this research are How does the famale position in male culture of Kenanga Novel by Oka Rusmini and How does existence of modern woman in Kenanga Novel by Oka Rusmini? The aims to be reached are to describe modern woman position in male culture in the Kenanga by Oka Rusmini and to describe modern female existance in the Kenanga Novel by Oka Rusmini. The methode used for analyze the problems and reach the aims is methods of sociology of literature. This methods is consider some sociall aspect. Beside that, this research also used qualitative methods which choosen based on male culture as research object data as appropriate soft data to use that qualitative methods. Based on the analysis that have found, modern female existence in the Kenanga Novel by Oka Rusmini could seen thourgh characters observation on the strength explicit qualtivication, extern qualification, and functional qualtification. Based on those three qualitication, statment that altough the female was live at powerful Bali culture, modern female in the novel are independent and does not depend on male, has found. Kenanga has to keep studying. Noone can control her life when she was studying deeply because knowledge is the only where her hope and her dream fallen. She feel save by mastered the knowledge. At least, Kenanga has something for being respected and honor by her mind, not because she was accidently be born as wealthy Brahmana female. That is indicated the modern female existence. The data used to say that the writing skill of students are still poor. Based on thiscase, there is an idea to maximize blog as a solution in an effort to optimize the writingskill of students. In this paper, the authors found the potential of blog as solutions toimprove the writing skill of students. The key focus of this paper is to determine thepotential of blog in order to optimize the writing skill of students which is evenexpected to support other language skills. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Develop students' attitudes MAN Yogyakarta II more posiitf towards learning literature, and (2) Increase apreisasi nuances of Islamic literature approach literary reception in Yogyakarta MAN II. This research is a class act. Teachers act as a researcher who worked with two collaborators. The action taken is to apply the approach to reception in the learning literature, especially short story Islamic bernusansa. Raised in the learning process as much as possible the characteristics of the approach reception. The learning method used is the approach reception. The learning method used is a combination of various methods: individual assignment and, group discussions, question and answer, presentation, and performance. Implementation of the measures is divided into two cycles. The first cycle includes three action compose contains three learning skills, including: (1) read short stories, (2) listening to stories, and (3) discuss short stories. Cycle II also includes three measures of improvement denagn I. cycle monitoring techniques are applied is participatory observation, interviews, data collection and analysis documents covering the syllabus and assessment system, the student's work, the value of the results of the evaluation, the results of the questionnaire, and photo documentation. The data analysis was done by using descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive simple way, namely by comparing the mean value. Improving the quality of the learning process include: (1) student involvement in learning more, (2) The cooperation of students in groups of tasks increases, and (3) the independence of students in individual tasks also increased. As for improving the quality of learning outcomes include: (1) a sense of satisfaction on students increases, (2) the quality of the type and hasi eveluasil increased student learning.Keywords: Increased Appreciation Nuance Islamic literature, Literary Reception

Peran pendidikan dalam membangun martabat umat manusia bangsa-bangsaserumpun Melayu, tentu yang kita perlukan adalah guru yang memiliki jatidiri kuat danorganisasi profesi guru yang berorientasi budaya. Guru dan organisasi profesi guruhendaknya senantiasa sadar akan bahaya disorientasi budaya bangsa-bangsaserumpun Melayu. Abstract

Gelimang Indonesian literature is not enough and certainly will not develop well without the strength of the criticism. Assessment of the literature was not enough if only mengacungi thumb. It is necessary to direct the investigation to analyze literary works, which is not simply to give judgment on the merits of literary works, as well as whether or not worth it. Nor only want the meaning of a literary work, not merely record the creative process alone, but more than all that. In this study, using qualitative descriptive analysis study literature as hermeneutic approach to the study of psychology. Abstract

The problems in this research is the development of teaching material for writing short stories containing ethical themes for students of class IX. The subproblemsare divided into: (1) how is the extent of learning characteristic ofwriting short stories containing ethical themes for students of class IX, (2) how isthe development of writing short stories containing ethical themes for students ofclass IX, (3) how is the effectiveness of learning material for writing short storiescontaining ethical themes for students of class IX. The purposes of this researchare: (1) to decribe the characteristics of short stories on the subject of writingshort stories containing ethical themes for students of class IX, (2) to develop thecharacteristics of short stories on the subject of writing short stories containingethical themes for students of class IX, (3) determine the effectiveness of teachingmaterial on the subject of writing short stories containing ethical themes forstudents of class IXThis study used research and development approach by applying a tenstepimplementation, referring to the theory of Borg and Gall (2002:571) whichare summarized into seven steps.Based on the research analysis and discussion, it is summarized into someconclusions; (1) a description of short stories characteristics in learning writingshort stories containing ethical values for IX grade students, which includes (a) adescription of short stories characteristics based on the short stories conditions,(b) a description of short stories characteristics based on the theme, setting, plot,characters, and the types of short stories, (c) a description of teaching materialscharacteristics in writing short stories is based on the book?óÔé¼Ôäós cover like the shape,the size, and thickness of books. Abstract

Local wisdom is one of culture product which appear from interpretation of social phenomenon, including language phenomenon. One of them is that found in Majalengka. On that society was found some ghost names lexicon that are believed to be around them. In this article entitled ?óÔé¼?ôInterpretatin Behind Majalengka West Java Ghost Naming?óÔé¼?Ø presented a number of interpretations related to ghost names lexicon are not only being present as a series of its vocabularies, but also as series of local wisdom which held by the community.
