Abstract

Profitability is a key element that must be considered by a company with a high level of profitability is a reflection of the company can pay its obligations one of which pay dividends. Dividends are distributed depends on the decisions of each of the company's dividend policy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of firm size and business risk to the profitability and dividend policy at Manufacturing Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling methods using purposive sampling then obtained a sample of 9 manufacturing companies. Data analysis techniques are used path analysis (path analysis). Based on the results of the analysis found that significant positive perpengaruh firm size on profitability, business risk significant positive effect on profitability, firm size kebijaka dividend significant positive, significant negative business risk on dividend policy, significant positive profitability on dividend policy.   Keywords: Company Size, Business Risk, Profitability, Dividend Policy

Abstract

Perusahaan jasa merupakan jenis perusahaan yang kegiatan utamanya menjual jasa pada konsumen. Salah satu masalah yang sering terjadi adalah service failure. Service recovery menunjuk pada tindakan yang diambil oleh perusahaan ketika mengalami service failure. Tujuannpenelitian iniaadalah untuk mengetahuimpengaruh service recovery terhadap kepuasan pasca penanganan keluhan pada Bengkel Clink di Kota Denpasar. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 70rresponden,ddengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling dan purposiveesampling. Pengumpulanndata dilakukanimelalui penyebaranikuesioner. Teknikianalisis yangidigunakan adalahiregresi linieriberganda. Berdasarkanihasil analisismditemukan bahwa service recovery (procedural justice, interactional justice dan distributive justice) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasca penanganan keluhan pada Bengkel Clink di Kota Denpasar. Strategi service recovery yang efektif  perlu direncanakan dengan baik oleh setiap perusahaan jasa karena dapat  mengembalikan kepercayaan pelanggan. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inflation, interest on deposits, the exchange rate against USD, capital structure, operating leverage, financial leverage, and liquidity of the company against the risk of stock investments in pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2013. This study used a non-participant observation method is to learn and see the published financial statements of pharmaceutical companies that went public on the official website of the Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id), used a sample of 7 companies were taken by purposive sampling method and the data processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the company's capital structure and liquidity are positive and significant effect on the risk of stock investing, operating leverage is not positive and significant effect on the risk of stock investments, and inflation, interest on deposits, the exchange rate against USD and financial leverage partially negative effect and significant impact on the risk of stock investments in pharmaceutical companies in BEI 2009-2013.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that consumers consider the purchase of gold jewelery products in Denpasar, To find a variable that consumers consider the purchase of gold jewelery products in Denpasar and to determine the factors most dominant of the consumer in the purchase of products gold jewelery in Denpasar. This study totaled 100 respondents with a sampling technique used was accidental sampling technique. Based on the analysis it was found that there are four factors that affect the purchase of gold jewelery products in the city of Denpasar, promotion, product, collection, and friends. Factors promotion and product factors is the most dominant factor in the study. Variables represent factors promotional campaign. Variable products represent products of factors. Variables representing the collection of personal factors. As well, a friend of variables representing social factors.   Keywords : Promotional, Products, Collections, Friends

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh consumer dissatisfaction terhadap switching behavior, pengaruh service encounter failure terhadap switching behavior, serta peran variety seeking dalam memoderasi pengaruh consumer dissatisfaction terhadap switching behavior. Sampel ditentukan dengan purposive sampling dengan kriteria responden merupakan pengguna layanan jasa operator AXIS yang sudah beralih dan berdomisili di Kota Denpasar serta berpendidikan minimal SMA. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 124 responden dengan menggunakan teknik analisis MRA (Moderate Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: consumer dissatisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap switching behavior, service encounter failure berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap switching behavior, dan variety seeking mampu menjadi variabel moderasi, namun memperlemah pengaruh consumer dissatisfaction terhadap switching behavior. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diharapkan manajemen AXIS dapat meningkatkan kekuatan dan jangkauan sinyal, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan etika kepada setiap karyawan AXIS, memperhatikan kemutakhiran dan inovasi, tidak menyasar kelompok remaja serta melakukan pengkajian lebih lanjut dalam menentukan strategi pemasaran. Kata Kunci: consumer dissatisfaction, service encounter failure, variety seeking, switching behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of competence, physical work environment and motivation on job satisfaction. This study used a population of 64 people which was using a population method and were collected by questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the effect of partially variable competence, physical work environment and motivation on job satisfaction were positive and significant, the effect of variables simultaneously competence, physical work environment and motivation on job satisfaction were positive and significant and the physical work environment was a dominant variable on employee job satisfaction on the CV. Abstract

Perkembangaan teknologi yang semakin pesat seiring dengan perkembangannzaman yanggsemakin menuntutnkemudahan dalam melakukan berbagaimkegiatan, memunculkan berbagai teknologiobaru untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia. Internet telah memainkan peran penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada maskapai penerbangan  yang menyediakan jasa layanan e-ticketing. Sejumlah 127 responden diambil sebagai sampel, dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Pihak manajemen penyedia layanan e-ticketing seharusnya mampu memberikan gambaran-gambaran terhadap manfaat dan keuntungan dari penggunaan layanan e-ticketing, agar konsumen tidak ragu dalam menggunakan layanan e-ticketing, sehingga resiko-resiko dapat diminimalisir oleh pihak manajemen. Abstract

Purchase intention adalah keinginan konsumen untuk membeli sebuah produk spesifik. Perilaku ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah faktor citra negara asal produk (country of origin). Produk yang berasal dari negara dengan citra yang baik umumnya lebih diterima daripada produk yang berasal dari negara dengan citra yang kurang baik. Semakin tinggi hubungan personal konsumen terhadap produk (product involvement), semakin tinggi pencarian informasi terkait produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari country of origin dan product involvement terhadap purchase intention serta peran product involvement dalam memoderasi pengaruh country of origin terhadap purchase intention. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 90 responden dan dianalisis dengan Analisis Regresi Moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa country of origin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, product involvement berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, dan product involvement secara positif dan signifikan memperkuat pengaruh country of origin terhadap purchase intention. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh fashion involvement, kualitas produk dan kewajaran harga terhadap impulse buying pada Nevada Fashion. Jumlah sampellyang diambil sebanyak 112 responden, dengan metodepPurposivemsampling. Pengumpulanndata dilakukan melaluiikuesioner. Teknikaanalisis yangmdigunakan adalahhregresi linearrberganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa, fashion involvement, kualitas produk dan kewajaran harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying pada Nevada Fashion di Matahari Department Store. Pihak Nevada fashion disarankan untuk dapat meningkatkan fashion involvement, kualitas produk dan harga yang sesuai agar mampu menarik minat konsumen melakukan pembelian tak terduga.   Kata kunci: fashion involvement, kualitas produk, kewajaran harga, impulse buying.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital management which consists of cash turnover, working capital turnover, inventory turnover and accounts receivable turnover to the level of profitability in the food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2010-2013. This study used a quantitative research is to study and look at the financial statements of food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2013 and found a sample of 8 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Obtained findings that working capital management which consists of cash turnover, working capital turnover, inventory turnover and accounts receivable turnover simultaneous effect on profitability in food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2013. Furthermore, it was found that the management of working capital consisting of cash turnover, working capital turnover, inventory turnover and accounts receivable turnover partial effect on profitability in food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2013.
