Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini difokuskan pada strategi kepala sekolah terhadap optimalisasi kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan, implementasi strategi, dan implikasi dari strategi tersebut dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja guru. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri 2 Gombong. Adapun objek penelitiannya adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan karyawan TU SD Negeri 2 Gombong. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex post facto yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui penyebab-penyebab terhadap peristiwa yang sudah terjadi. Penelitian ini juga merupakan penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini meliputi, wawancara, observasi dokumentasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, analisis data secara kualitatif, menarik kesimpulan dan keabsahan data. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja guru yaitu melaksanakan program evaluasi penilaian kinerja kepada setiap guru secara periodik, melakukan supervisi kepada guru setiap satu semester dua kali, memonitor kinerja guru di setiap kegiatan sekolah, memberi penguatan bagi guru yang kinerjanya sudah bagus/optimal, memotivasi dan mendorong bagi guru yang kinerjanya belum optimal. Implementasi strategi kepala sekolah yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah SD Negeri 2 Gombong berdasarkan fungsionalnya sebagai educator, manajer, supervisor, leader, innovator dan motivator. Implikasi strategi dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja guru diantaranya adalah adanya perubahan tingkat kedisiplinan waktu dan kedisiplinan kehadiran guru; pengarsipan administrasi sekolah lebih rapi dan terkelola dengan mengangkat tenaga khusus bidang administrasi; peningkatan prestasi siswa dan prestasi sekolah, kesejahteraan guru PNS dan guru non PNS, meningkatnya kedisiplinan siswa; bertambahnya ilmu, wawasan dan pengetahuan serta keterampilan guru, guru merasa lebih bertanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan tugas, suasana sekolah dan kerja aman, nyaman dan menyenangkan, kegiatan dan program sekolah dapat berjalan sesuai prosedur dan aturan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the study of education in the perspective of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan as a Muhammadiyah figure, the focus of research on the idea of ​​educational goals and management of educational institutions. The research method used is library research with a descriptive-qualitative approach, data sources from books, journal articles, and other relevant sources. Data collection techniques used are documentation techniques and data analysis techniques in the form of content analysis. The results of the first research are educational goals in the perspective of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan's mission is to form human beings who are pious in religious knowledge, broad-minded, with general knowledge, ready to fight and serve for the advancement of Islam. Second, make changes in education management which include the opening of learning rights for all communities, educational curriculum, education administration system, leadership roles and behavior or ethics of members of educational institutions.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the role of leadership in decision making where the role of a leader is an individual who has the ability to interact symbolically in society. This article attempts to explain the formulation of symbolic interactionism in leadership roles in decision making based on data sources from journals, books and other scientific articles. The implications of symbolic interactionism theory attached to the role of leadership in decision making are role theory and situation definition theory. Leaders act as individuals in the community who have the authority to make decisions to achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

In times of crisis the COVID-19 pandemic requires that all aspects of life undergo changes from conventionality becomes digital, and the impact is no exception for institutions Islamic education. This article examines the prophetic leadership strategies in Islamic educational institutions in the era of change due to the COVID-19 Pandemic in relation to the way the institution can survive various changes that occur, under the control of a leader. This research method uses field research, namely field research at STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta with Interviewed several respondents, field observations, and documentation analysis using data in the form of doumen and related data sources contained in islamic educational institutions. Data analysis using miles and huberman methods is by data collection, data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions or verification of data. Based on the results of research that the prophetic leadership strategy in managing the Islamic education institution STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta during the crisis due to the COVID-9 pandemic is the leadership is trying to provide a decision that is important for all members of the academic community. As for example the policy of sidiq aspect , that the value of honesty built is in terms of presence, at STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta does not use finger print but is written manual in the journal of the presence of both lecturers and employees. The trust or amanah aspect, STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta is accustomed to starting to build that value from a small thing, namely when the meeting is all obliged to record the results of the verdict agreed in the meeting. Its function as a reminder so that the decision can be realized as well as possible. Aspect tablig, the leaders in setting policy decisions not only look at the rules of the Foundation, but consider from the aspect of regulations that develop in the community with the principle of maintaining benefits, for example in the determination of Work From Home (WFH). The fatanah well,intelligence here is how the leader is able to present as a problem solver and provide the best solution. At STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta in the face of pandemic crisis in decision making always considers the aspects of the safety of the academic community and the welfare in general. So that the policies rolled out can provide solutions to what is a common need. The implication of this research has been done as an improvement in scientific characteristics about prophetic leadership related to managing Islamic educational institutions in times of crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research is aimed to describe the school image management during the era of the Covid-19 pandemic in Budi Mulia Dua Junior High School Yogyakarta. This type of research belongs to qualitative research. The subjects of this research were the headmaster, teacher, employees, and student representatives, parents, and local authorities. The data collecting techniques applied were interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques were data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests were applied to test the data validity. The research was conducted through four stages. The first stage was preparing activities based on field situations and conditions, referring to the vision and mission, designing methods and techniques, and equipping facilities and infrastructure. The second stage was the organization dividing the work team based on the teachers’ and employees’ abilities. The third stage was the implementing principal, leading, mobilizing, and motivating teachers and employees to carry out the tasks according to the plan by minding the health protocols. Program activities that used online media used the website, Instagram, Zoom meeting, Google classroom, Youtube, Tik Tok, and WhatsApp Groups. The fourth stage was the supervision utilizing holding evaluation meetings to obtain data of the report results of the report, followed by revisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan strategi dakwah mengelola keluarga dalam Q.S At-Tahrim ayat 6. Jenis penelitian studi kepustakaan (Library Research). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-kualitatif yang digunakan untuk mengkaji tentang strategi dakwah dalam keluarga menurut tafsir Q.S At-Tahrim ayat 6. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi (documentary study). Hasil penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan QS. At-Tahrim bahwa ada beberapa strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjaga diri dan keluarga agar terhindar dari siksa api neraka membekali keluarga dengan ilmu, akhlak mulia, amr ma’ruf nahi munkar dan dalam implementasi dakwah dalam keluarga diperlukan penggunaan metode yang tepat, diantaranya metode metode keteladanan, bimbingan dan nasehat, kisah dan cerita, pembiasaan, pemberian motivasi, ‘ibrah/ mengambil pelajaran, targhib dan tarhib.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui disiplin kerja sumber daya manusia terhadap peningkatan sisa hasil usaha (SHU) di KSPPS Yaummi Maziyah Assa’adah Pati, untuk mengetahui pencapaian SHU, korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja sumber daya manusia terhadap peningkatan sisa hasil usaha. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi, metodeanalisis data menggunakan uji r, uji analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi R2. Ada korelasi disiplin kerja sumber daya manusia terhadap peningkatan sisa hasil usaha di KSPPS Yaummi Maziyah Assa’adah Pati dengan hasil perhitungan statistik menunjukkan hasil koefisien korelasi product moment sebesar 0,344. Kemudian hasil tersebut dikonsultasikan dengan r tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% untuk menguji signifikansi korelasinya. Harga koefisien r tabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan N=38 sebesar 0,312. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel yaitu 0,344 > 0,312. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja sumber daya manusia terhadap peningkatan sisa hasil usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the principal's efforts in improving the quality of education in online learning at SD Muhammadiyah Blimbingrejo Jepara and the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects were principals, vice principals and teachers. Research data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data obtained through triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. The results of this study indicate that the state of education quality before the pandemic was quite good. However, the quality of education began to decline after the pandemic and the implementation of online learning. Efforts made by school principals in improving the quality of education in online learning are carrying out their functions as school principals, implementing curriculum according to needs, optimizing the procurement of online learning support devices, and controlling online learning activities. Improving the quality of education in online learning is supported by adequate school facilities, but also experiences obstacles, including the majority of teachers in schools are dominated by female teachers so that management is needed in assigning tasks and responsibilities to teachers who are able to carry it out and there are teachers who lack the ability to do it. the use of technology or digital literacy, as well as students who are bored in carrying out online learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui SWOT yaitu strengths (kekuatan), weakness (kelemahan), opportunity (peluang), threats (ancaman) dalam pembelajaran daring era pandemic covid-19 pada jenejang sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian library research yang mana menggunakan sumber data berupa buku, artikel atau jurnal. Hasil penelitian yaitu pada dimensi strengths (kekuatan) menjelaskan tentang motivasi dari guru dan orang tua kepada peserta didik, dukungan fasilitas penunjang pembelajaran (handphone, laptop, kuota), penggunaan aplikasi portal rumah belajar Kemendikbud, menambah keahlian dan kreativitas guru dan peserta didik, dan pelaksanaan program pendampingan belajar di rumah. Pada dimensi weakness (kelemahan) menjelaskan tentang tingkat kedisiplinan peserta didik  dalam pembelajaran daring belum maksimal, kejenuhan peserta didik dengan kegiatan monoton, kurangnya waktu interaksi peserta didik dengan guru, kurangnya pengawasan dari orang tua pada anak, minimnya tingkat literasi digital. Pada dimensi opportunity (peluang) menjelaskan tentang pengembangan wawasan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi guru dan peserta didik, meningkatkan kerja sama antara orang tua dan guru. Pada dimensi threats (ancaman) menjelaskan tentang penyediaan kuota internet dan biaya pembelajaran daring, jaringan internet yang kurang stabil, minimnya fasilitas pendukung berupa handphone atau laptop, kesehatan dan ketahanan tubuh. This study aims to determine SWOT, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats in online learning in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at the elementary school. This research uses a library research which uses data sources in the form of books, articles or journals. The results of the study are on the strengths dimension explaining the motivation of teachers and parents to students, support for learning support facilities (mobile phones, laptops, quotas), the use of the Ministry of Education and Culture's home learning portal application, increasing the skills and creativity of teachers and students, and implementing mentoring programs. study at home. The weakness dimension explains the level of student discipline in online learning is not maximized, student saturation with monotonous activities, lack of interaction time between students and teachers, lack of parental supervision of children, lack of digital literacy levels. The opportunity dimension describes the development of insight, knowledge and skills for teachers and students, increasing cooperation between parents and teachers. The threats dimension describes the provision of internet quota and online learning costs, unstable internet network, lack of supporting facilities in the form of mobile phones or laptops, health and body resistance.
