Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implications of leadership style and persuasive communication on performance and motivation as mediation at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development of East Barito Regency. This research was conducted quantitatively with an explanatory research approach. Sampling technique with the total sampling method. The analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on performance, leadership style had a positive and significant effect on motivation, persuasive communication had a positive and significant effect on performance, persuasive communication had no direct effect on motivation, then the influence of leadership style had no significant effect on performance through motivation, and persuasive communication has no significant effect on performance through motivation.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this research are to: (1) analyze the role of Public Relations and Protocol in disseminating Government programs through social media at the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (2) identify the obstacles faced by Public Relations and Protocol in disseminating Government programs through social media in The Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency and (3) provide solutions to overcome the obstacles faced by Public Relations and Protocol in disseminating Government programs through social media at the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained from the informants in this study were: Head of the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (Informant), Head of the Documentation and Publication Subdivision at the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (Key Informant), Staff of the Public Relations and Protocol of the Regional Secretariat of the North Hulu Sungai Regency. Data collection techniques are Interview, Observation and Documentation. The research data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study show (1) The role of public relations and protocols in the socialization activities of the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency Government program which includes development, governance and public services through social media has been running optimally, but still not all of them can be implemented according to organizational goals, (2) Constraints faced Public Relations in disseminating Government Programs through social media at the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency in the form of: not fulfilling the quantity of public relations officers who handle the socialization of Government programs through social media, Not yet mastered by their work due to minimal educational background and training and completeness of public relations work facilities that are still not yet available as needed (3) solutions to overcome obstacles faced by public relations in disseminating Government programs through social media at the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency are needed: additional formation of public relations officers, increasing education education and training related to public relations, improving coordination between the head of public relations and protocol with documentation and publication officers and completing work facilities for information purposes. Abstract

Poverty is the inability to meet the minimum standard of basic needs caused by various factors such as low access to education. This study aims to analyze the effect of school enrollment rates on per capita income, the effect of school enrollment rates and per capita income on the percentage of poor people, and the effect of school enrollment rates on the percentage of poor people through per capita income. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Sampling in this study uses purposive sampling. The unit of analysis is data on School Participation Rate (APS), Percentage of Poor Population, and income per capita (GDP per capita) in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that there was no significant effect of the school enrollment rate on per capita income, there was a significant effect of the school enrollment rate on the percentage of the poor population, and there was no negative and statistically significant effect of the per capita income on the percentage of the poor population, there was a negative mediating effect of the variable number School participation through per capita income to the percentage of poor people.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with explanatory research. The research population is all State Civil Apparatus at the Kapuas District Education Office. and samples were drawn using the Probability Sampling technique as many as 42 people using the Slovin formula. The data in this study were collected using questionnaires and interviews. In research data analysis using path analysis techniques. The research results show that study aims to determine (1) the influence of leadership on work motivation (2) the influence of leadership on performance (3) the effect of work motivation on performance, and (4) the influence of leadership on performance mediated by work motivation in the State Civil Apparatus at the Kapuas District Education Office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of discipline on compensation, (2) the influence of discipline on Performance, (3) the effect of compensation on Performance, and (4) the influence of discipline on the Performance of the Civil Servant of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Laut Regency mediated by compensation. The method used is explanatory. The research population is all ASN in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Laut Regency. The sampling technique used is Census taken is 58 people. The process (method) used is a questionnaire. This study's primary data is quantitative data analyzed through regression. The results of the study show: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of discipline on compensation. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of discipline. (3) there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on Performance, and (4) compensation cannot be a mediating variable between Discipline and Performance of Civil Servant at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Laut Regency.

Abstract

The research conducted by the author is qualitative research with an exploratory method of inductive approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation, interviews with three informants. The research location is SDN Kebun Bunga 5 Banjarmasin city. For data processing techniques the author uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the above research, the researcher provides suggestions, namely: First, launching a Knowledge Management program in terms of overcoming the adjustments and qualifications of teachers who are still unable to carry out thematic environmentalbased teaching. Second, start developing a business incubator as a source of additional funds to accelerate the addition of school infrastructure.
