Abstract

Indonesia's fashion sector has grown dramatically in recent years, driven primarily by influencer marketing's ascent to prominence in advertising and consumer interaction. Within this dynamic framework, influencer credibility—which includes competence, trustworthiness, and attractiveness—has emerged as a critical component in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This study uses a mixed-methods approach to examine the complex relationship between customer behavior and influencer credibility in the Indonesian fashion business. It combines quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews. Our research suggests that dependability and competence are important aspects of influencer credibility that favorably affect consumers' decisions to buy. Although relevant, attractiveness has a relatively smaller impact. Furthermore, it was found that cultural relevance was a significant element, as consumers favored influencers that shared the norms and values of Indonesian culture. These insights offer a deeper knowledge of the interaction between influencers and customers in Indonesia's dynamic fashion market, which is helpful advice for influencers and marketers alike as they try to optimize their tactics in this quickly changing scene.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how consumer interest is impacted by service quality and promotion. Quantitative research methodologies are employed in this study. Questionnaires are a tool used in this survey-style research study. Probability sampling combined with the proportionate stratified random sample method was the sampling strategy employed in this study. There is one hundred in the research sample. Descriptive statistics are used in the data analysis technique. The study's findings indicate that promotion has a big impact on consumers' levels of interest. Customer interest is significantly influenced by the quality of the services provided. Promotion and service excellence have an impact on customer interest. The findings of descriptive statistics, which show an average score of 72.5, a minimum score of 32, a maximum score of 90, the highest percentage value of affirmative responses to questionnaire statements at 70%, and a R square value of 0.53, or 53%, for the quality variable service to consumer interest, all support this. These findings indicate that the variable of service quality has a stronger effect on affecting customer interest. This research focuses on service quality variables because there is a gap with previous research where service quality has no effect on interest. Apart from that, consumer interest variables have not been widely used, so this can differentiate previous research that refers to interest in using e-wallets.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the results of the assessment and comparison of user experience in online airline ticket booking applications using the user experience questionnaire (UEQ). Data collection methods include using literature studies and distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this research was a simple random sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. Validity tests and reliability tests are also carried out using statistical calculations and tools. Based on the average score assessment on each travel A and travel B application scale using the UEQ questionnaire, both applications have a good overall user experience (UX) level. In travel application A, the average score for each scale, such as attractiveness, is 2.6, clarity is 2.4, efficiency is 2.5, accuracy is 2.4, stimulation is 2.5, and novelty is 2.5, all of which indicate that this application scored above or at least equal to the established "excellent" threshold. Meanwhile, for travel application B, the average score on each scale also shows that this application reaches a good UX level. The average scores for the attractiveness scale were 2.4, clarity was 2.5, efficiency was 2.5, accuracy was 2.3, stimulation was 2.4, and novelty was 2.2, all meeting or exceeding the threshold value of "excellent." From these results, it can be concluded that travel has a good performance in providing a satisfactory user experience on the online airline ticket booking application. Although there are slight variations in the average scores on several scales between the two applications, both overall provide an excellent user experience based on evaluation using the UEQ questionnaire.
